1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the Consolidated WaSH Accounts (CWA) toward the cost of the project implementation of One Wash National Program II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Civil Works for Jeldessa woreda, Ayale gumgum Qabele Multi-village Rural Water Supply System
2. The Dire Dawa Water, Mines & Energy Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction of Civil Works for Jeldessa woreda, Ayale gumgum Qabele Multi-village Rural Water Supply System. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible bidders.

5. Bidder shall meet the following minimum qualifying criteria to qualify for award of the contract, 

• a. Minimum average annual construction turnover of ETB 26,250,000.00 calculated as total certified payment received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 3 years.
• b. The bidder must demonstrate access to, or available of financial resources such as liquid assets, lines of credit and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the construction cash flow requirement estimated as ETB 4,000,000.00
• c. Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 5(live) years, starting from 8th July 2015,

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash against receipt

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th November 2020, 9:30AM Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 25 November 2020,10:00AM.

8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 400,000(four hundred Thousand) in freely convertible Currency.

የሶማሌ ክልል መስኖ እና ተፋሰስ ልማት ቢሮ በክልሉ የተሰሩት የስድስት የማቀነባበርያ ፋብሪካ የአጥር (ሲቲ፣ ፋፈም፣ ጀረር፣ ቆረሄ እና ኤረር ዞን) ሥራን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ አና ቀጥሎ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሱ በጨረታው አንድትወዳደሩ ተጋብዛችኋል፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፍቃድ ያላቸው፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ እና ግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
2. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን የጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ቼክ (ሲፒኦ) ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
3. ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 የስራ ቀናት ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ጅጅጋ ከሚገኘው የሶማሌ ክልል መስኖ እና ተፋሰስ ልማት ቢሮ በመገኘት የስራውን ዝርዝርና የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 500 (አምስት መቶ) በመከፈል መግዛት ይቻላሉ፡፡
4. በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉት ከዚህ ቀደም በተመሳሳይ ስራ ላይ የሰሩ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት በስምንተኛው የስራ ቀን ከጥዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በእለቱ ከጠዋቱ 3:30 ሰዓት መስሪያ ቤቱ በሚገኝበት ጅጅጋ ይከፈታል፡፡

1. Sub Contract Cutting, Bending and Fixing in position Reinforcement Bar ለፌዴራል ሰነዶች ማረጋገጫ እና ምዝገባ ኤጀንሲ 4+B+21 የቢሮ ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ለማሰራት ብቁ የሆኑ ንዑስ ተቋራጮችን በሃገር አቀፍ ግልጽ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡

1. Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau raised Budget from BOFED and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction/replacing of menge primary hospital existing internal wooden doors by aluminum

2. The invitation is for all aluminum importers, manufacturers and assembling companies.

• Trade License valid for the year-2013 E.C.
• Ministry of Finance and Economic Development’s registration certificate for the year 2013 E.C.
• VAT registration certificate and tax clearance

3. Required service: replacing of menge primary hospital existing internal wooden doors by aluminum. Based on the attached design, specification and bill of quantities

4. The intended completion date for the whole of works shall be: 180 calendar days.

የጋምቤላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው አገልግሎት የሚሆን የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታና የፈሳሽ ማስወገጃ ዝርጋታ ሥራዎች (Construction of water Supply pipeline and Sanitary Work ) ሥራ ግዥ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት ተጫራቾች፡
