ማሳሰቢያ፡

1. በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ማናቸውም ተጫራቾች

4. በመንግስት ግዥና ግንባታ እንዳይሳተፉ ያልታገዱ
5. በሚያቀርባቸው የግንባታ ዕቃዎችና የግንባታ ሥራ ጥራት የታወቀና ለዚህም ከታወቀ የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ።
6. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% (አንድ ፐርሰንት) በሲፒኦ ወይም የኢትዮጵያ ብር ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል።
7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝርና የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሶስት መቶ) በመክፈል ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
8. ተጫራቾች ተወዳድረው ያሸነፉበትን የግንባታ ዕቃ ሁሉ በራሳቸው ወጪ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
9. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዕቃ በራሳቸው አርማና ማህተም ባለው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ በትክክል በመጻፍ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ለዚሁ ጉዳይ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን እስከ 27/2/2013 ዓ/ም 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ኣለባቸው።
10.  ተጫራቾች በተራ ቁጥር 2፣3 እና 4 ላይ የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በመክተት አብረው ማሸግና ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
11. ጨረታው በ27/02/2013 ዓ/ም በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።
12. ቢሮው ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

Right To Play (RTP) is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) registered with the Ethiopian Charities and Societies Agency with a mission to use sport and play to educate and empower children and youth to overcome the effects of poverty, conflict, and disease in disadvantaged communities. Right To Play works in over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Right To Play(RTP) Ethiopia invites all interested and eligible constructors to bid for the construction of four (4) O’ Classrooms at Ada’a Wereda around Bishoftu Town. The construction is expected to commence on the 2nd of November and Completion 16th of December 2020. The bid is separated into two lots as follows:

• Lot 1-Hambelta and Yerer Primary Schools
• Lot 2-Dire and Dertu Primary schools

Guidelines

1.  Bidders should have construction License GC/BC-8 and above valid for2012 E.C.Renewed construction and trade license for the year2012 E.CVAT Registration Certificatesmust provide TAX clearance or demonstrate eligibility to participate for bid in 2013 E.C

4.  A separate Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted both having One Original and copies in a waxed sealed and envelopes to the RIGHT TO PLAY Office in Addis Ababa No later than October 27, 2020, at 2:30 PM.
5. Bid will be closed at 2:30 PM on October 27 2020 and will be opened at 9:00 PM on October 27, 2020, at the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who are allowed to attend the session at Right To Play’s CountryOffice at Addis Ababa.
6.  Late bids will be automatically rejected.
7. All envelops should be waxed, sealed and stamped and should be clearly marked by the Lot for which a contractor is bidding for.
8. RTP will award only one Lot for One Contractor. Therefore, Bidders are adviser to submit their proposal only for a singleLot.
9. A funding for the proposed construction can cease in 2021, therefore, RTP kindly advise all bidders to consider the urgency before participating in the bid. RIP will not extend the contract period for prospective winners.

1. The Government of Ethiopia has received a Credit/Grant from different financers (WB, KOICA, DFID, ADB, UNICEF, the Government of Finland) toward the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Projects of OWNP phase II and use proceeds of this Credit/Grant to payments under the contracts for Civil Works Construction, Supply & Installation of Pipes & Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electromechanical equipment Alidoro Town (North Shawa Zone) Water Supply Project in Oromia National Regional State. 
2. The Oromia National Regional Government Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau now invite sealed bid from eligible Bidders for the execution of the works described below. 
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF BorrowersJuly 2016, Revised Nov. 2016 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

1. በየዘርፉ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስከር ወረቀት፣የግብር ከፋይነት ምስክር ወረቀት፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ 15% ተመዝጋቢነት ማስረጃና አቅራቢነት ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸውና  ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
2. የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለመግዛት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይማለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ/ ከፍለው ከግ/ፋን/አስ/ር ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡
3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ 5000 /አምስት ሺህ/ በCPO በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
4. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በዋጋ ማቅረቢያው ላይ በጥንቃቄበመሙላት በእያንዳንዱ ገጽ ፊርማና ድርጅቱን ማህተም በማኖር ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ሰነድ በአግባቡ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ  በማድረግ የመ/ቤቱን ስምና አድራሻ እንዲሁም የግዥውን አይነትበግልጽ በኤንቨሎፕ ላይ በመፃፍ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡
5. ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ብቻ ሆኖ ይቆያል፡፡በ16ኛው ቀን ፖስታው ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ የጨረታው ሳጥን ውስጥ ገብቶ ከታሸገ በኋላ በዚሁ ዕለት ከረፋዱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከግ/ፋ/ን አስ/ር ሥራ ሂደት በግልጽ ይከፈታል፡፡16ኛው ቀን ዝግ ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው ስራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡
6. ተጫራቾች ለሚያቀርቡት ዕቃዎች ናሙና ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
7. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
8. ጨረታውን ለማሸነፍ ሲባል ደረጃውን ያልጠበቀ ዕቃ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
9. ጨረታውን አሸናፊ እቃዎችን እስከ መ/ቤቱ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

ሲዳማ ክልላዊ መንግስት በሀዋሳ ከተማ አስተዳደር የአዳሬ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል የኢንስንሬተር ግንባታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመስራት ይፈልጋል።

1. በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ደረጃ GC-9/BC-9 እና ከዚህ በላይ ያላቸው
2. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣
3. ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (Vate) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፣
4. የአቅራቢነት ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
5. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO 20,000 (ሃያ ሺህ) የባንክ የተረጋገጠ (የተመሰከረ) ሲፒኦ (CPO) ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ከሲፒኦ በስተቀር ሌላው በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የተጠቀሰው ገዥ ሀሳብ ይሆናል።
6. የጨረታ ሰነድ የአዳሬ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል ግዥ ከፍል በማቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ለሥራ ቀናት ብር 200 (ሁለት መቶ) በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላል።
7. የጨረታ ሰነዱ በስም ለየብቻቸው በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በአንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ኮፒ ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ21ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 6፡00 ሰዓት ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ እንዲያስገቡ ሆኖ ጨረታው በዚህ ዕለት ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሠዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ይህ ቀን ቅዳሜ ወይም እሁድ ከሆነ የሚቀጥለው ሰኞጨረታው የሚገባበትና የሚከፈትበት ቀን ይሆናል። በዓል ቀን ከሆነ ደግሞ የሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ጨረታው ይከፈታል

የሥራዎቹ ዓይነት እንደሚከተሉት ነው፡፡

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች

1. በመስኩ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ከሚመለከታቸው አካላት ሕጋዊ ማስረጃዎች ምስክር ወረቀት፣ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ፣ የግብር መለያ፣ ከመንግስት ንብረት ማስወገድ ኤጀንሲ የተመዘገቡበት ማስረጃ፣ ከገቢዎች እና ጉምሩከ የተሰጠ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ መሆን አለባቸው:: ከሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ብቻ፣ ከኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ የግንባታ ስራ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፣ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው፣ Turn over Tax (TOT)  ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የተዘጋጀውን ጨረታ በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204 ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ 15 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መረጃዎች ዋናውንና ኮፒውን በማቅረብ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡
2. ተቋራጮች የሚያቀርቡት ሰነድ ዋናውን እና ሶስት ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻ የፕሮጀክቱን ሥም እና አድራሻ በመጥቀስ በኤንቨሎፕ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቢሮ ለዚህ ሥራ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ16ኛው ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከ2፡30 – 6፡00 ሰዓት ሰነዱ ተመላሽ ተደርጐ በዚህ ቀን ከሰዓት በኋላ በ8፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ  ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
3. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204
4. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ቢድ ቦንድ) ወይም ደብዳቤ ከተደራጁበት ክ/ከተማ ወይም ህጋዊነት ካለው ተቋም የጨረታ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 300 ብር ከፍለው የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪ ለተጠቀሰው የማማከር እና የግንባታ አገልግሎት 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (CPO) ወይም ቢድ ቦንድ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. የጨረታውን መመሪያ አለማክበር እና ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች አለማሟላት ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
6. ከአንድ ሰነድ በላይ መወዳደር ከተወዳዳሪነት ሁሉም ላይ ያሰርዛል በተጨማሪም ተጫራቾች ሞልተው ያስገቡት ሰነድ በሁሉም ገፆች ላይ ማህተም እና ፊርማ አለማድረግ እና ላይ ፍሉድ መጠቀም ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
7.  የበለጠ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለጎት በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዢ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204 በአካል በመቅረብ መረዳት ይቻላል፡፡
8.  አማካሪው ድርጅት የዲዛይን፣ የስራ ዝርዝር፣ የግንባታ ክትትል እና የውል ማስተዳደር ስራ ይሰራል፡፡
9. ተጫራቾች በእጃቸው ላይ ያለ ፕሮጀከት 75% እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ወይም በከፍለ ከተማው ላይ ምንም አይነት ስራ እንደሌላቸው የሚገልፅ መረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
10. ተጫራቾች የCOC ምዘና ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
11. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

For drilling of borehole in addis ketema k/k woreda 10, Addis Ababa

(N9002’28”E38042’49”). Efoyta Bekolfe Marketing Center Share Company is an organization which consists of 80 apartment units, Banks, Offices and above 1092 shops for marketing and selling different types of products.

In relation to this, Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company would like to invite interested Drilling Company to undertake detailed hydrological survey in target location and conduct shallow well drilling on our marketing center.

Dilling companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have;

•  Renewed and Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged

ድርጅታችን ጊፍት ሪል ስቴት ሀላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር እየሰራቸዉ የሚገኙትን ከ ጂ+ 6 እስከ ጂ+ 14 የሆኑ  የመኖሪያ አፓርታማዎች ኮንክሪት በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት እንዲሁም ሌሎች ግብአቶችን መግዛት ይፈልጋል።

በሚኖረዉ የሥራ ሂደት መጠን መስራት በተለያየ ግዚየት የሚቀርብ እቃ ዝርዝር

1. ተጫራቾች በመስኩ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና ለተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበትን ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡

PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF ENA EXISTING 

BUILDING PARTITION WALL FOR ETHIOPIAN NEWS AGENCY

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites the bid for the Construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures.
2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have GC/BC/SC-10 and above Construction Licenses valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year, (EFY, 2012), Trade License valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2012), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate and with Registration in the Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA),for the construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall for Ethiopian News Agency by providing all necessary Materials, Equipment and Labor which is proposed to be built in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa city, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 04 (around Semen Hotel).
3.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the OPEN Bid Tendering Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. The bidder should have experience in the construction of similar Works.
4. 5.  A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency, Address – Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Arada Sub-City, around Semen Hotel); Tel. +251-111-550011, +251-111-264473; BOX 530 from 8:30 am up to 5.00 pm, Mondays through Fridays upon presentation of a duly signed and sealed application letter written in English on the Bidder’s Official Letterhead, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr) after 2 consecutive days from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be Cash Hard and soft copies of the bid documents (drawings in soft copies, PDF) could be hand-picked in person by the bidder’s representative mentioned in the application letter upon presentation of an identification card. The Employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document.
6. Bid proposals comprising One Original and One Copies of the Technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals should be presented to the address below at or before October 19, 2020, 9:30 am to Ethiopian News Agency Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
7. All bids must be accompanied 10,000,00 (Ten Thousand Only) ETB Bid Security, as specified in the tender documents. The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Certified Check (CPO) or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend in person. Bids will be opened at the Ethiopian News Agency office Editorial Hall on October 19, 2020, at 10:00 am hours.
9. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,

Ethiopian News Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

 የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶችን በሀገር አቀፍ ግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ በውድድሩ ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች

1. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነና የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው በዘርፉ በአቅራቢነት ዝርዝር ላይ በድህረ ገጽ የተመዘገቡ ክሊራንስና ፤ ሌሎች ዶክመንቶችን ካሉ ኮፒ አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝር መግለጫ የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰአት ድረስ ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ ) በመከፈል አትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አሰላ ልዩ ቦታው አርሲ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብ እርባታ አለፍ ብሎ በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን አንድ ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናል እና አንድ ቴክኒካል ኮፒ እንዲሁም አንድ ፋይናንሸያል ኦርጅናል እና ፋይናንሽያል ኮፒ በተለያዩ የታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ አትሌትጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል በሳቅረብ ፈረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ጠዋት 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5.  ጨረታውን የሚዘጋው ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ተከታታይ ቀን ተቆጥሮ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰአት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰአት በአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
6. ተጫራቾች የፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት የሚጠቀሙት አትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ባዘጋጀው ዶክመንት ላይ በመሆኑ ዋጋቸውን የሚሞሉት በዚሁ ሰነድ ላይ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
7. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የውል ማስከበሪያ ያሸነፉበትን 10% በማስያዝ አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል ካልገቡ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያነት ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡
8. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መክፈቻ ስነ- ስርአት ባይገኙ የጨረታው ሂደት ኢያስተጓጉልም::
9. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ለአሸናፊ ድርጅት ንብረቱን ሲረከብ ብቻ ክፍያ የሚፈጽም ሲሆን ለግዥው ምንም አይነት ቅድመ ክፍያ ማእከሉ የማይፈጽም ይሆናል፡፡
10. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ እትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
11. አንድ ተጫራች ሌሎች ሳቀረሱት ዋጋ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
12.  የስራ ቦታ የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አሰላ ይሆናል ።
