በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምዕራብ ጎጃም ዞን በፍኖተ ሰላም ከተማ አስተዳድር የቀድሞው ቀዳማዊ ኃ/ስላሴ አንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት በአሁኑ የፍኖተ ሰላም የመጀመሪያ ሙሉ ሳይክል ትምህርት ቤት የህንፃ እድሳት አስተባባሪ ኮሚቴ በእርጅና ላይ ያለውን የትምህርት ቤት ባለአንድ ወለል ህንፃ ተጫረቾቹን አወዳድሮ ለማሳደስ ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ ከዚህ በታች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ማወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

1. በጀኔራል ኮንስትራክሽን የግንባታ ፍቃድ ያለው ሁኖ የድሳቱን የስራ ዝርዝር ቦታው ድረስ በመገኘት በራሱ የስራውን መጠን በማጥናት የዋጋ ግምት በማዘጋጀት የሚያቀርብ፡፡
2. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
3. የግብር ከፈይ መለያ ቁጥር(ቲን)ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
4. ደረጃ 4/አራት/ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ
5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከማይመለስ 200/ሁለት መቶ/ብር በመክፈል ከት/ቤቱ ር/መ/ር ቢሮ በመግዛት ይችላል፡፡
6. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የእድሳቱን ዝርዝር የሚያድሱበትን ማቴሪያልና የወቅቱን ዝረዝር ዋጋ ግምት በመሙላት በስም በታሸገ ፖስታ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን በርዕሰ መምህር ቢሮ ማስገባት ይችላል፡፡
7. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን እና ተዛማጅ ማስረጃዎችን የሚያቀርብ
8. አሸናፊው ማሸነፍ ገተገለፀበት ቀን በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል ይይዛል፡፡
9. ጨረታው አየር ላይ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ በጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሲሆን በ22ኛው ቀን ታሽጎ በእለቱ ከቀኑ 4 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
10. ኮሚቴው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡

TO: ALL CONTRACTORS OF CATEGORY GC/BC 6 AND ABOVE

1.  Ethiopian Insurance Corporation (EIC) has budget to be used for the Procurement of EICM Arba minch G+1 Guard House construction and Pavement Rehabilitation Work at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Arba minch branch.
2. Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites wax-sealed bid from eligible bidders furnishing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the works of EIC Arba minch branch G+1 guard house construction and pavement rehabilitation Project at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Arba minch branch, Arba minch.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and Public Financial Enterprise Agency Purchasing Manual.
4. The bid is open to all eligible bidders
5. All interested eligible bidders are required to submit renewed licenses for the current year, VAT registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, tax clearance and proof of their up to date registration certificate from Trade Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Trade Bureau at the place of registration.
6. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased staring from 1st day announcement by any interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the office of Ethiopian Insurance Corporation. 8. Bid shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.- (Twenty Thousand) and shall be delivered to Ethiopian Insurance Corporation 1st floor Room No. 107 on or before 2:00 pm and on December 09th, 2020
9. The bid security shall, at the bidder’s option, be in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee by and an Ethiopian Bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section 4, bidding forms or another form acceptable to the employer bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid.
10. Technical Document and bid bond will be opened in the presence of those bidder’s or their legal representatives on the same days 2:30 pm at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head Office, 1st Floor Purchasing Committee Room.
11. Bidders are instructed to submit one “Original” and one “Photocopy” of technical and financial proposals, in a separate envelope each.
12. The Client will not accept rebates from selected times of work. If the bidder wants to give a rebate it must be from the total sum.

የሆሳዕና ቴከኒክና ሙያ ኮሌጅ የኮንስትራክሽን ላቦራቶሪ ዎርክሾፕ እና ተያያዥ የምደረ-ገብ ሥራዎች ግንባታ ሥራ ለማሰራት ለ2012 ዓም የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ ያላቸውን የሥራ ተቋራጮች አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት፡-

1. ደረጃቸው BC/GC6 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑና ለዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ የምዝገባ ፈቃድ፣ የኮንስትራክሽን ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የዘመኑን ግብር ስለመከፈላቸው ማረጋገጫ እንዲሁም የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከኮሌጁ ፋይናንስ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ተከታታይ ቀናት ድረስ ባለፈቃዱ ወይም ሕጋዊ ተወካይ በአካል በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሦስት መቶ ብር) በመከፈል እና አንድ ኮፒ የሰነድ ማስረጃ በማስያዝ መግዛት ይችላል፡፡
2. ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአሠሪው መ/ቤት ስሆሳእና ቴከኒክና ሙያ ኮሌጅ ስም ብር 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺ ብር) በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም ስሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና (unconditional bank guarantee) ከቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጋር በፖስታ በሰም አሸገውና ማህተም በማድረግ ፈርመው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
3. ተጫራቾች አስፈላጊውን ዕቃና ሠራተኛ አቅርበው ሥራውን የሚሠሩበትን የፋይናንሻል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፊክ ኮፒ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ እንዲሁም አራቱንም ሰነዶች በሌላ አንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በሰም እሽጐና የፕሮጀከቱን ስም ጠቅሶ በተጨማሪም የቴከኒካል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦሪጅናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፊክ ኮፒ፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሰነዶችን ለብቻ እንዲሁም የቴከኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Hidder Certification of Comphance) ለየብቻ በሰም በማሸግ እና አራቱንም በአንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በማድረግ በመጨረሻም የፋይናንሻልና የቴክኒካል ፕሮፖዛሎችን በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በሰም በማሸግ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 22ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በእጅ የተሞሉ ኮፒ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ከጨረታው ውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡ የአገልግሎት ዋጋው በሰነዱ ላይ በተዘጋጀው ቦታ በአሃዝና በፊደል መሞላት ይኖርበታል፡፡ የቴከኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Bidder Certisctim of Compliance) ላይ ያሉ መጠይቆችን ሞልቶ፣ ፈርሞና የድርጅቱን ማህተም አድርጎ ያለመመለስ ከጨረታው ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡
4. ጨረታው በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኮሌጁ ፋይናንስ ለዚህ በተዘጋጀው ክፍል ይከፈታል፡፡ 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡ ኮሌጁ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

• የጨረታው አካሄድ በደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች ክልል መንግሥት እንደገና ተሻሽሎ በወጣው የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 28/2010 እንዲሁም ሰhልሉ ፋይናንስና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ቢሮ ለዚሁ መመሪያ በወጣው ማብራሪያ ወይንም ማሻሻያ መሠረት ይሆናል፡፡
• ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከወቅቱ የገበያ ዋጋ በታች ያቀረበ እንደሆነ አሰሪ መ/ቤት ውል ለመግባት አይገደድም፡፡
• በተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በስልክ ቁጥር፡-+251 046 555 1997 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

2. የግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ የኦሮሚያ ሪጅን ቢሮ እና የተለያዩ የግንባታ ሥራዎች ከዚህ በታች በተቀመጠው ሰንጠረዥ መሠረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

3 በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

• i. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመወዳደር በዚሁ የሥራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ሆኖ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃዱና የዘመኑን
• ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።
• ii የግንባታ ሥራ ብቃት የሚያረጋግጥ ከደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
• i በግንባታ ዘርፍ ሥራ ላይ ቢያንስ ሁለት የግንባታ ሥራዎችን በአመርቂ ሁኔታ ሰርቶ ያስረከበ ለዚህም ማረጋገጫ መያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
• iv. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፡፡
• vi የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ወይም በግዢ ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሳይት ላይ የተመዘገቡ፡፡
• vi  የግብር ግዴታቸውን ስለመወጣታቸው የሚያሳይ ማረጋገጫ የሚያቀርቡ፡፡
• vi ደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ፡፡

4 ተወዳዳሪዎች ሰነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ የፋይናንስና የቴክኒክ ሰነዶችን ለይተው በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሥራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ባቀረበው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ የተሞላ ዋጋ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 25,000.00 (ሃያ አምስት ሺ ብር) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የባንክ ዋስትና የሚያሲዙ ከሆነ በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የ90 ቀን የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የኢንሹራንስ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ሞልተው ከመወዳደራቸው በፊት ፕሮጀክቱ የሚገነባበት ቦታ (ሳይት አይተው መሙላት አለባቸው፡፡ ይህን ሳያደርጉ ቀርተው ካሸነፉ በኋላ ከሳይት ልማት (land cleaning, land cutting & filling or any Work related to site Work) ጋር ተያይዘው የሚቀርቡ ማንኛውም የቫረየን ጥያቄዎች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም::

8. ጨረታው ኅዳር 29 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ የተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የዋጋ ማወዳደሪያ ሰነድ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ በይፋ ይከፈታል፡፡

9. በአማርኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ማመልከቻችሁን ከዚህ በታች በተቀመጠው የኢሜል አድራሻ ላይ በመላክ በነጻ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡

• Lot – Two services rooms for exam and license

1.Supplies must have a valid trading license renewed for 2013 EFY, tax clearance certificate valid until the date of dead line of bid submission and VAT registration/tin/ supply certificate BC4 OR GC5 and above for each lot. Bidders require bringing original document with their copies when they are purchasing their documents.

2. Bid document may be purchase by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the office of Somali regional state education bureau logistics case up on submission of written application and a non-refundable fee of 600 Birr for each lot.

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% (TWO PERCENT) of bid price in the form of CPO OR BANK GUARANTEE, insurance bond is not acceptable and valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening.

4. Bids must be submitted to Somali regional state education bureau planning and programing department after 5 days of announcement on the newspaper at 10:00 AM

5. Bids will open on the 7 days after the announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or legal representatives. Late bids shall be rejected bidders shall be submitted two envelopes <Qualification & Bid Security > in one envelope and <Financial Bid>separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope.

6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stage <Qualification Information> first and<financial Bid> of qualified bidders next.

Second round INVITATION FOR BIDS

6. Bid shall be valid for a period of (90) +28=118 /one hundred eighteen/ Calendar Days

7. All Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 500,000 (Birr Five Hundred Thousand). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the bureau and must be an irrevocable letter of credit, or Bank Guarantee, or a certified payment Order (CPO) at the bidders option.

8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification application first and financial document of qualified bidders next.

10. Bidders with the financial arithmetic error exceeding plus or minus two (2) percentages shall automatically be rejected.

ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሠነድ በመሙላትና በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ፋይናንሽያል 2 ኮፒ እና አንድ ኦርጅናል ለየብቻው እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል 2 ኮፒ እና አንድ ኦርጅናል ለየብቻው በማሸግና CPO ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ሠነድ ውስጥ ብቻ አሽጎ በማስገባት፣ እንዲሁም ለየብቻ የታሸጉትን የቴክኒካል ሠነዶች ሦስቱን አንድ ላይ በማሸግ፣ ለየብቻ ሦስቱን የታሸጉትን የፋይናንሺያል ሠነዶች አንድ ላይ በማሸግ በመጨረሻም በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ መመሪያው በሚያዘው መሠረት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቢሮ ንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት የምህንድስና ግዥ ቡድን በሚገኘው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 8ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ እስከ 4፡30 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ብቻ ማስገባት የሚችሉ ሲሆን ጨረታው በዕለቱልክ በ 5፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (BID BOND) በክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) ወይም በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሠረተ በባንክ ጋራንቲ (unconditional Bank Guarantee) ጨረታው ከሚከፈትበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ90 ቀን የሚቆይ ብር 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሺህ) ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡

• ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (BID BOND) ወይም በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) ከቴክኒካል ኦርጅናል ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
• ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ ሠነድ ላይ ትክከለኛ አድራሻቸውን የፕሮጀከት ባለቤቱን አድራሻ በመፃፍ እንዲሁምመፈረምና ሕጋዊ ማህተም ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡
• በክ/ከተማው ሥራ ያላቸው ተቋራጮች ሥራውን ከ70% በላይ ስለማድረሳቸው ከቴክኒካል ሠነድ ጋር አያይዘው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

We hereby amend opening and closing date of Invitation for bid that has been advertised on the Addis Zemen newspaper under invitation No. JCC/NCB/ RW/09/13/20 for the Procurement of Renovation Work of Bole sub city woreda 02 Youth center building at Addis Ababa for Job Creation Commission.

Bidders ask for clarification on the contractors Grade which is stated on the invitation specifically for general contractors (GC-4) and above. Job Creation Commission plans to procure Construction of Renovation Work of Bole sub-city woreda 02 Youth center building Addis Ababa.

1. Job Creation Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders who have Grade GC-4 and Above General Contractors for Works of Renovation Work of Bole sub-city woreda 02 Youth center building.
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures Contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia which is open to all eligible and qualified bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
4. Eligible documents are: -Renewed trade license for the current year, Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate from MOFED, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN).

INVITATION FOR BID

The Bako Municipality Administration Office now invites eligible bidders for the Construction of Bako Municipality (G+4) Building office.

1.  Oromia Regional state, West shewa Zone Bako Municipality Administration office received a budget from Own Revenue to wards the Construction of Bako Municipality (G+4) Office Building Work in Bako town with in Tow consecutive budget year (2013-2014 E.C)
2. The Bako Municipality Administration office now invites all contractors of category general or building contractors of GC-5/BC-4 & above with renewed their license valid for the year 2013E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment and service for the construction of the Bako Municipality Administration G+4 Building Work.
3. Bidding documents may be purchased at the office respective Bako Municipality Administration office up on submission of written application and non refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred birr) starting from first date notice viewed on news paper during office hours through Monday to Friday
4. A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration certificate with Ministry of Construction or Oromia Construction Bureau, must be submitted attached with the application.

9. Submission and Opening of the bid in respective Bako Municipality office).a. The Original and copy of the technical qualification documents shall be placedin a sealed envelope marked as “technical qualification documents” and both envelopes shall be placed in large outer envelope and sealed. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared forthispurpose in the presence of auditor or any other authorized body by the client, until financial offers (s) of qualified bidders are opened publicity.h. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub criterion and points assigned to the criterion in the data sheet, Each qualification document will be given the score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicted in the tender document. i. Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (seventy percent) and above will be opened on the financial opening date. The financial opening of the bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i.e 70%) will be returned unopened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders. j. Any attempts of submission forged (false) document and/or indication of financial offer on the technical qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid. k. The client shall not bear and responsibility for misplacement of “TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT” in ” THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOUMENT” OFFER DUMENT” envelope or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

10. The validity of the bid shall be 90 days from the date of bid opening.

11. The construction of the work shall be completed with a maximum of 600(Six hundred) Calendar days from the commencement date of the work & if there is favorable condition (have full budget) the client can minimize the date of completion work.

12. The Bako Municipality Administration office has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
