1. Bank of Abyssinia interested to develop its headquarters building Project (4B + G + M + 50-60) for the Design Build (DB) Services and / or Works to be procured through Open International Competitive Bid (ICB).
2. The Project Building is located in Addis Ababa City, around the Mexico square area, adjacent to Wabi Shebelle hotel
3. The DB Services and / or Works under these contracts generally consist of design services and construction works of two building components, namely; corporate office and commercial building components.
4. The DB Services and / or Works under these contracts in detail consists of:
a. Relocation of utility lines in the underground and other infrastructures;
b. pre-design services including, but not limited to; development of a detailed design brief, data collection, topographical surveys and interpretation, determination of the optimum building types and space allocations, and development of schedule of accommodations in consultation with the employer sufficient for the conceptual, preliminary and final design Services. All works required to have reports including design report.
c. Design services including Conceptual and Preliminary design services necessary and sufficient to acquire a Building Permit and final design Services at stages necessary and sufficient for the construction works.
d. Construction works of the 4B + G + M + 50-60 headquarters building project.
5. The building shall have an estimated minimum total floor area of 148,180 m² on lot A and 16,034 m2 on Lot B fulfill the minimum FAR requirement of the local development plan and an estimated net floor area of not less than 80% and in no way its maximum total floor area shall be more than 160,000 m2 for block A and 27,000m2 for Block B which may be developed in stages / phases to respect the Bank’s ability to finance.
6. Bidding / tendering shall be conducted through Open International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bid / tender Document.

Invitation to Bidders

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Construction of fuel station and dealership of supply & installation of fuel dispenser, supply of diesel, lubricating oil, grease and operation project inside Modjo Port & Terminal port and terminal branch office.
Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, supplier list registration certificate.
Bidders must obtain registration for category GC-5 or Bc/RC-4 and above with valid license for the 2012 E.C.
The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the former maritime building at 1st floor against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours.)
Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total contract price but not greater than birr 500,000, in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening
Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer in separate envelopes.
