9. የጨረታው ቴከኒካል ዶከመንት በ21ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፤

10.የፋይናንሺያል የፕሮጀክቱ ግንባታ ዋጋ ከቴከኒክ ግምገማ ውጤት በኋላ የቴከኒክ ግምገማውን ያለፉት ተጫራቶች ሰነድ ብቻ የጨረታው ኮሚቴው በማስታወቂያ በሚገልፀው ቀን ይከፈታል፤

11. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት የተለያዩ ግንባዎችን ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል።

  2. ጊምቢ ካምፓስ የላብራቶሪ ክፍሎች ዲዛይን ስራ (Laboratory Building Design and Consultancy) ደረጃ 3 እና ከዚያ (Design and consultancy firm Grade 3 and above) )
  3. Master plan for Nekemte Gimbi & Shambu Campuses Design and consultancy service Grade 3 and above

  2. . የጨረታ ሠነዱን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ህዳር 14/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ አዲሱ አስተዳደር ሕንፃ አንደኛ ፎቅ የግዥ ቡድን አስተባባሪ ቢሮ ቁጥር 109 ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  3. ጨረታው ህዳር 14/2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዛው ዕለት 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ የግዥ ቡድን አስተባባሪ ቢሮ ቁጥር 109 አዲሱ አስተዳደር ሕንፃ አንደኛ ፎቅ ይከፈታል።
  4. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሠነድ ጋር አካተዉ ማቅረብ ያለባቸዉ ሠነዶች የሚከተሉት ናቸዉ።

ሀ/ ከግንባታ ሥራ ጋር የተዛመደና በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ እና የምዝገባ የምስክርወረቀት፡

ለ/ ካፌዴራል ሀገር ዉስጥ ገቢ ወይም ከሌሎች ግብር ሰብሳቢ የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች ወቅታዊ የግብር ግዴታዎችን የተወጡና በጨረታዉ መካፈል የሚችሉ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ፣ የአቅርቦት የምስክር ወረቀትና የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ፣ ከ100,000.00/መቶ ሺህ/ ብር የሚበልጥ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ።

  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00/ አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ጨረታው በአየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 20 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት በአገልግሎቱ ግዥና ፋይናንስ mአቅርቦት ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 303 ቀርበው መግዛት ይችላሉ፤
  3. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሳባቸውን ጨረታው በአየር ላይ ከዋለ ጀምሮ እስከ 21 ኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን 4:00 ሰዓት ድረስ መ/ቤቱ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት የሚኖርባቸው ሲሆን የጨረታ ሳጥኑ በእለቱ ከጠዋቱ 4.00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ከጠዋቱ 4.30 ይከፈታል፡፡ 21 ኛው ቀን የእረፍት ወይም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቹ የጨረታውን ኦሪጅናልና ቅጂ፣ አማራጭ ጨረታዎችን ጨምሮ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ አንቀጽ 20 መሠረት በተለያዩ ኤንቨሎፖች ውስጥ “ኦሪጅናል” እና “ቅጂ” በሚል ምልክት በማድረግ ማሸግ የሚኖርባቸው ሲሆን እነዚህ ኦሪጂናልና ቅጂዎችን የያዙ ኤንቨሎፖች በሌላ ትልቅ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በአንድ ላይ ተከተው ማሸግ እና በጉልህ የተወዳደሩበትን ሎት ቁጥር መፃፍ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ሎት ከላይ በሰንጠረዡ፣ በተገለጸው መሰረት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ከጨረታው ሰነድ ጋር በማሸግ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባቸው ሲሆን በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ አቅራቢዎች ከአደራጃቸው መ/ቤት አንድ ወር ያልበለጠ ጊዜ የሆነ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች በኤጀንሲው የአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገቡ ስለመሆኑ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  7. . ተጫራቾች ዋጋሲሞሉ ከቫት በፊትና በኋላ መሆኑን በግልጽ ማመልከት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  8. ተጫራጮች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ውስጥ በግልጽ ያልተለዩ እና አጠራጣሪ የሆኑ እቃዎችና አገልግሎቶች ቢያጋጥማቸው የራሳቸውን አማራጭ የፍላጎት መግለጫ /specifications/ ማያያዝ እና ለሁሉም እቃዎች በጨረታው እለት ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡ ሆኖም መ/ቤቱ በ2009 ዓ.ም ፤ በ2010 ዓ.ም እና በ2011 ዓ.ም. ባወጣው ግልጽ ጨረታ ላይ አሸንፈው በውላቸው መሰረት በከፊል/በሙሉ ያልፈጸሙ የጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ድርጅቶችንና ሌሎች አቅራቢዎች በጨረታው አይሳተፉም፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው ጊዜ ያሸነፉበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ከገቢዎችና ጉምሩክ ባለስልጣን ጨረታ ላይ ማሳተፊያ ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ከተከፈተ በኋላ የሚቀርብ የመወዳደሪያ ፖስታ ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም፡፡
  12. መ/ቤቱ በግዥ መመሪያው መሰረት ከሚገዛው እቃ 20% ሊቀንስ ወይም ሊጨምር ይችላል፡፡
  13. አገልግሎቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሰውን አቅርቦት ፍላጎት ካላቸው የአገር ውስጥ ድርጅቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል።

  1.  የአጥር ግንባታ ስራ ግዥ

በመሆኑም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚከተሉትን ህጋዊ ሰነዶች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል።

  •  የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ
  • የታክስ ክሊራንስ የምስክር ወረቀት
  • የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምስክር ወረቀት
  • ደረጃ GC 6 እና ከዛ በላይ ወይም BC 5
  • ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ለ90 (ዘጠና) ቀናት
  • የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ መጠን ብር 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) ሆኖ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው በሲፒኦ ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና።
  • ሰነድ ለመግዛት የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ሰነዱ በሚገኝበት በኢትዮጵያ የክፍያ መንገዶች ኢንተርፕራይዝ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በግዥ ከፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 01 የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በመክፈል መውሰድ ትችላላችሁ።
  •  የጨረታ ማስረከቢያ መጨረሻ ቀን እና ሰዓት:01/4/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ቀኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት
  • ጨረታው የሚከፈተው፡- በዕለቱ1 /4/2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 9፡30 ሰዓት
  •  ኢንተርፕራይዙ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ Mየተጠበቀ ነው።

የጋምቤላ ሕዝቦች ብሔራዊ ክልልዊ መንግሥት መስተዳድር ም/ቤት

  • ለተለያዩ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የርዕሰ መስ/ጽ/ቤት እድሳት፣ የጥበቃ ማማ ግንባታ፣ የደረቅ መፀዳጃ ቤትና ሻወር ቤት ግንባታዎች በደረጃ  GC -5 / BC- 5 እና ከዚያ በላይ
  • በተጨማሪም ለቤተመንግሥት  የምግብ ማብሰያ ግንባታ፣ የዉሃ ሮቶ ማስቀመጫ እና የህዳር 29 የእንግዳ ማረፊያ እድሳት በደረጃ GC -7 / BC -7 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያሉትን የህንፃ ተቋራጮችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት፡–

  1. በመስኩ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያለውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ በአቅራቢነት መመዝገቡን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል፤
  2. ተጫራቾች የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /VAT/ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ፤
  3. የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ያለው፤
  4. ተጫራቾች ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ የጨረታ ሠነድ የማይመለስ ብር 500 / አምስት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ሠነዱን ከቢሮ ቁጥር 6 መግዛት ይችላሉ ::
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ የፕሮጀከቱን ዋጋ 2% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ /CPO/ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
  6. ተወዳዳሪዎች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋና ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ /CPO/ እና የጨረታ ዶክመንት ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒውን ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን አንስቶ በ22 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ለዚህ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ማስገባት ይጠበቅባቸዋል ::
  7. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት በ16ኛ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በክልሉ መስተዳድር ም/ቤት የግዥ ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ይከፈታል::
  8. ማሳሰቢያ ጨረታው ተዘግቶ የሚከፈትበት የእረፍት ቀን ላይ  ከዋለ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው የሥራ ክፍል ይከፈታል ፡፡
  9. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በመሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ::

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ደቡብ ምሥራቅ ሪጅን አዳማ በሪጅኑ ቢሮ የንጣፍ ሥራ REQ No: 4046644 ግንባታ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩና ደረጃቸው GC/BC 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ኮንትራክተሮችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት በግንባታ ዘርፍ የተሰማራችሁ፣ ህጋዊ የታደሠ ፍቃድ ያላችሁና ቢያንስ ሦስት ዓመት የሥራ ልምድያላቸው በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ደረጃ GC/BC 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆናችሁ ኮንትራክተሮች ይህማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ታህሣስ 7 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ አዳማ ከተማ አዋሽባንክ ሕንፃ ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው የመስሪያ ቤቱ ሶርሲንግ ክፍል በመቅረብ ስለጨረታው መረጃ ማግኘትና የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (መቶ ብር) በመከፈል የጨረታውን ሠነድ በመግዛት መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

መስፈርት:-

  1. ጨረታው ከህዳር 18 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ ታህሣሥ 7 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል፡፡
  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የታደሠ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣የተፈታ ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉመሆን ይኖርባቸዋል::
  3. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፊት በግንባታ ዘርፍ የሠሩበትን የሥራ ልምድ የጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተገለጸው መሰረትማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ብር 10,000.00 (አስር ሺ ብር) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ሲፒኦ በኢትዮቴሌኮም ስም አሠርተው ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  5. ተጫራቾች በሰነዶቻቸዉ ላይ ስማቸዉንና ሙሉ አድራሻቸዉን በትክክል ጽፈዉ መፈረም አለባቸው፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የወሰዱትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ሲሞሉ ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለዉ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡
  7. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ታህሣሥ 7 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡30 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል::
  8. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። 
  • ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱንና ሲፒኦ ስታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ አድርገው ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባትይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር፡022-111-0994 / 022-112-1660 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

በድጋሚ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ኤግዚቢሽን ማዕከልና የገበያ ልማት ድርጅት የቢሮ ማስዋብ ዲዛይንና ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራ የአገልግሎት ግዢ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች ሙሉ መረጃ የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ከህዳር 16-30/2013 ዓ.ም ባሉት ተከታታይ 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት መስቀል አደባባይ በሚገኘው ኤግዚቢሽን ማዕከልና የገበያ ልማት ድርጅት በመምጣት ብር 50 (ሃምሳ) በመክፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ።

ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ሞልተው ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ታህሳስ 1/2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ድረስ ማስገባት የሚቻል ሲሆን የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በሚገኙበት ታህሳስ 1/2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ በ4፡35 በማዕከሉ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል።

በደ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መ/ቴ/ሙ/ት/ሥ/ቢሮ የካምባ ኮንስትራክሽንና ኢንዳስትሪያል ኮሌጅ ለ2013 ሥልጠና ዘመን ለጀነራል

  • ሜታል ፋብሪኬሽን፣
  • ቢዩልዲንግ ኮንስትራክሽን፣
  • ፈርኒቸር ሜኪንግ፣
  • ኮምፒውተር ከነአክሰሰሪው እና
  • የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች፣
  • አውቶሞቲቭ ጋርመንት፣
  • ሳኒቴሪ ኢንስታሌሽን እና
  • ሰርቨይንግ የሥልጠና ዘርፎች የሥልጠና ግብዓቶችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል ፡፡

በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩት መስፈርቶችን የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች፡

  1. በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው
  2. የግብር ከፋይነት ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  3. የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ ሰለመሆናቸው የሚያረጋግጥ መለያ ቁጥር/TIN number/ ያላቸው
  4. በመንግስት ግዥ አቅርቦት የተመዘገቡበት የምዝገባ ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  5. የዕቃውን ዋጋ ኮሌጁ ባዘጋጀው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሠነድ ላይ ብቻ መሙላት የሚችሉና የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ቫትን ያካተተ መሆን አለበት፣
  6. ተጫራቾች ለገዙላቸው ለሁሉም የጨረታ ሠነድ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 10,000.00/አሥር ሺህ ብር/የያዘ ሲፒኦ/ CPO/ ከታወቀ ባንክ የተረጋገጠ ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር በማሸግ ማቅረብና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ/BID BOND እና የባንክ ቼክ ማቅረብ ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዱን አዲስ አበባ ሜክሲኮ አደባባይ በሚገኘው አዲስ አበባ ተግባረ ዕድ ፖ/ቴ/ኮሎጅ እና በካምባ ኮንስትራክሽንና ኢንዳስትሪያል ኮሌጅ ቢሮ.ቁ 201 በመቅረብ የዲፓርትመንቱን ሠነድ ብር 100.00 / አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ/ የማይመለስ በመክፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  9. በሚያቀርቡት ሠነድ ላይ ስማቸውን ፊርማቸውን ማህተምና የተሟላ አድራሻቸውን ማስፈር ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. የጨረታ ሠነድ ሽያጭ የሚያበቃው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት እስከ 15ኛው የሥራ ቀን 11፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ይሆናል ::
  11. አጠቃላይ ተጫራቾች ማስረጃቸውን ኮፒውን ከዋናው ጋር በማገናዘብ ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የሚቀርበው የመወዳደሪያ ሠነድ በሁለት ኮፒ ተዘጋጅቶ የዕቃው ነጠላ ዋጋ በአንድ ላይ በታሸገ ፖስታ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 15ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከተሸጠ በኋላ በ11፡30 ሰዓት ሳጥኑ ይታሸግና በ16ኛው የሥራ ቀን ወደ አርባ ምንጭ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ከተጓዘ በኋላ በ17ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ3፣30 ሰዓት ላይ የካምባውና የአዲስ አበባው ሠነድ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታዉ ሳጥን ይከፈታል ፡፡
  12. ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ተጫራቾች ባቀረቡት ዋጋ ላይ ማሻሻያ ማድረግ አይቻልም፡፡
  13. አሸናፊዎች ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. የዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው በተጠየቁት የግዥ አይነትና ዘርፍ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ::
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር TIN/ ያላቸው፡፡
  3. የግዥ መጠኑ ከብር 200000.00 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር/እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ VAT/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. በውሉ መሰረት ያሸነፈበትን እቃ ግዥ ኦርጅናል እቃዎች ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  5. ማስታውቂያው በኣየር ላይ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ ለስሬድ ፕላስ ስጀት የፖሊቲን ቲዩብ እና በመደበኛ ካፒታል በጀት የውሃ እቃ ግዥ ጨረታ በአየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 15 ቀን እስከ11፡30 ለአልማ በጀት ኣሊመንታ ት/ቤት ግንባታና ለውሃ ግንባታ ማስታወቂያው በኣየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ  21 ቀን እና እስከ 11፡30 በዋን ዋሽ በጀት የመጸዳጃ ቤት ግንባታ ማስታወቂያው አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 30 ቀናት  እስከ 11፡30 የስራ ቀን ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡
  6.  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1 % በCPO ያስይዛሉ ወይም ገንዘቡን አስቀድሞ ገቢ በማድረግ ገቢያደረጉበትን ደረሰኝ ኮፒ ፖስታ ውስጥ በማድረግ ያቀርባሉ፡፡
  7.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድና መመሪያ ለእያንዳንዱ ለተጠየቀ ግዥ ሰነድ በማይመለስ ብር 50.00 /ሃምሳ ብር/ በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን ዝርዝር ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ በስራ ሰአት ጨረታው አየር ላይ  ከሚቆይበት መጨረሻ ቀን እስከ 11፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ቢሮ ቁጥር 12 በመገኘት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ኦርጅናል እና  ኮፒ በማለት ለሬድ ፕላስ በጀት የፖሊቲን ቲዩብ ግዥ በ16ኛው ቀን እና ለአልማ ግንባታ በ 21ኛው ቀን እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ለዋን ዋሽ ግንባታ በ31ኛው ቀን እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ቢሮ ቁጥር 12  በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባችኋል፡፡
  9. ጨረታው ለዋን ዋሽ በጀት የመጸዳጃ ቤት ግንባታ በ32ኛው ቀን  በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 4፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል ፡ በሬድ ፕላስ በጀት የፖሊቲን ቱዩብና የውሃ እቃ ግዥ በ17ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 4፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል ለአልማ በጀት ግንባታ የአሊመንታ ት/ቤት ግንባታና መደበኛ በጀት የውሃ ግንባታ በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች እራሳቸው ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ቢሮ ቁጥር 12  ይከፈታል፡፡ተጫራቾች ባይገኙም ፖስታውን ከፍተን የምናወዳድር መሆኑን ይታወቅ::
  10. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ዕለት የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ ወይም የበዓል ቀን  ከሆነ በሚቀጥልው የስራ ቀን ከላይ በተገለጸው በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ የሚከፈት ይሆናል::
  11. ተጫራች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ሙሉ አድራሻ ፣ ማህተም ፊርማ እና  ሌሎች መረጃዎችን ኣሟልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው::

The Haramaya University now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of Haramaya Hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) G+1 Building Block and Construction of Cafteria at Haramaya Hospital. Bidders should have successful experience in the execution of similar works in nature and complexity. NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

(Procurement No: DCE/BM/174/2020)

1. Defense Construction Enterprise has signed a contract Agreement with Ethiopian Roads Authority to Build Gulisocheliya-Begi DB Road project: The work is the construction of camps, office and laboratory in accordance with the given Drawings, required quantity and specification.

2. Defense Construction Enterprise then now invites registered contractors of Category GC5 and above, or BC5 and above, or BC5 and above with their professional and trade license valid for the year 2013 E.C., registered for VAT and having tax clearance (for local contractors) to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the construction of camps, office and laboratory in accordance with the given Drawings, required quantity and specification.

3. The works to be carried out under this Sub-contract comprise the construction of camps, office Houses and laboratory in accordance with the given Drawings, required quantity and specification. The sub-contractor is expected to construct the structure as per the drawings and specification of the main contract. The Main Contractor will supply required working drawings for the construction water, also all site works shall be carried out by main contractor as detailed in the Instruction to Bidders.

4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Defense Construction

Enterprise at the address given below from 8:30 to 12:30 am and 1:30 to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of November 22/2020. At the above office upon presentation of the document mentioned under item (2) above and a written application to us and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.

5. Bidders shall submit two envelopes “Qualification Information and Bid Security” and “Financial Bid” separately sealed and the two envelopes should also be sealed in and outer single envelope

6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Prequalification first and financial bids of qualified bidders next.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below before at 10:00 A.M in the morning on December 07/2020. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00. Late bids will be rejected. የመጸዳጃ ቤት ግንባታ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የክርስቲያን በጎ አድራጎትና ልማት ማህበራት ህብረት CCRDA ከ400 በላይ አባላት ያሉትና ከ46 ዓመታት በላይ በልማትና በጎ አድራጎት ሥራ ላይ በማገልገል ላይ የሚገኝ ድርጅት ነው:: ድርጅቱ አንድ አነስተኛ መጸዳጃ ቤት በቅጥር ጊቢው ውስጥ ደረጃው 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ በሆነ የህንፃ ተቋራጭ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል:: በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ባለሞያዎች ከድርጅቱ ቢሮ ቁጥር 103 የማይመለስ ብር 50.00 በመክፈል የግንባታውን መመሪያ ሰነድ ወስደው ከተመለከቱ በኋላ፤

ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የሚሠሩበትን የእጅና የእቃ አጠቃላይ ዋጋ እንዲሁም ለሥራው ዋስትና የሚሆን ብር 3000.00 በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ስታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በማድረግ በድርጅቱ ቢሮ ቁጥር 304 ለዚሁ ጉዳይ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል::
