  • በሎት 1. የተለያዩ የምርምርና የልማት አላቂ ዕቃዎችንና የማሽን መለዋወጫዎችን፣
  • በሎት 2. የሠራተኛ ደንብ ልብስን፣

ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

በደ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መ በጋሞ ዞን የጨንቻ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለጨ/ዙ/ወ/አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት በጨንቻ ከተማ ጂ+2 /ባለ ሁለት ወለል/ የቢሮ  ግንባታ ለማስገንባት በ2013 በጀት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህ መሠረት ተጫራቾች ማሟሳት የሚያስፈልጋቸው

  1. ደረጃቸው Bc/GC5 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ተቋራጮች ሆነው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና ፈቃዳቸውን ያደሱ ፣በሥራ ና ከተማ ልማት ሚ/ር የተመዘገቡና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢዎች ሆነው ኦርጅናል ዶክመንታቸውን ለማመሳከሪያ ማቅረብ ይርባቸዋል፡፡
  2. አስፈላጊውን የግንባታ ማቴሪያሎችንና መሣሪያዎች በግላቸው አጓጉዘው የሚሠሩና የመልካም ሥራ አፈጻጸም ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/bid bond/300000 ሦስት መቶ ሺህ ብር በባንክ  የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ CPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ባንክ ጋራንት ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የመልካም ሥራ አፈጻጸም ማስረጃቸውን ፣ሕጋዊ ፈቃዳቸውንና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ VAT/ የተመዘገቡበትን ሰርተፍኬት በማቅረብ  የጨረታን ዶክመንት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን አንስቶ እስከ 31 ተከታታይ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 300/ሦስት መቶ) ብር ከጨንቻ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የግዥ ሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 25 በመቅረብና በመክፈል የከፈሉበትን ገቢ ያደረጉበትን ደረሰኝ በማቅረብ የጨረታውን ሰነድ መውሰድ ይችላሉ።
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከውድድሩ በፊት የስራ ሳይቱን በራሱ ወጪ አይቶ ማረጋገጥ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. የፋይናንሻል ጨረታ ሰነድ ዋጋ ተሞልቶ አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፍ ኮፒው በተለያዩ ፖስታ ስሰም ታሽጎ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ተብሎ እላዩ ላይ ተጽፎበት፤ በሁለቱም ፖስታዎች ላይ ስም አድራሻና የፕሮጀክቱ ስም በመጻፍ ሕጋዊ የሆነ ማህተም በማሳረፍና በመፈረም በሰም በታሸገ አንድ ትልቅ ፖስታ ውስጥ ተከተውና አላይ በተዘረዘሩ ጽሁፎች አላዩ ላይ በመጻፍ ማህተም በማሳረፍና በመፈረም እንዲሁም የቴክኒካልና ሰነዱ ተሞልቶ ኣንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፊክ ኮፒው በተለያዩ ፖስታ ታሽጎ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/bid bond/ በኦርጅናልና ቴከኒካል ሰነድ ውስጥ ተካተው ኦርጅናልና ኮፒተብሎ እላዩ ላይ ተጽፎበት በአንድ ትልቅ ፖስታ ውስጥ በማድረግ ሁለቱንም ማለትም የቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ፖስታዎችን በትልቅ እናት ፖስታ ውስጥ ተከተው እላዩ ላይ በተገለጹ ዝርዝር ጹሁፍ ተጽፎበት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በ32ኛ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት  ከጨንቻ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የግዥ ሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 25 ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. የጨረታው ሳጥን የሚከፈተው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ቦታ ከቀ 5 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል ። ዕለቱ የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  8. የማንኛውም ተጫራች አርትሜቲክ ቼክ ውጤት ከተነበበው ዋጋ አንጻር ከ2% በላይና በታች ሆኖ ከተገኘ ከጨረታው ውጪ ይሆናል በተመሣሣይ ሪቨት ቅናሽ ከ10% በላይ ማድረግም ከጨረታው ውጪ  ያደርጋል፡፡

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SECOND TIME

The West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office now invite eligible bidders for the construction of G+4 W/ Sh/Z Administration Office Building Lot-2 For Remaining Works for the second time.

1. Oromia Regional state, West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office received a budget from the national regional state of Oromia towards the construction of G+4 W/Sh/Z Administration Office Building Lot-2 For Remaining Worksin Ambo town within one budget years (2013 E.C.)

2. West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office now invites all contractors of category general or building contractors Of GC-5/BC-5& above with renewed their license valid for the year 2013 E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment & service for the construction of the +4 W/Sh/Z Administration Office  Lot-2 For Remaining Works

3.Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of respective Zone Finance & Economic Cooperation Office upon submission of a written application and a nonrefundable fee of birr 500(five hundred) in cash starting from first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

4.A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration certificate with the ministry of construction or Oromia construction bureau must be submitted attached with the application.

5.Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from the above mentioned Zone office

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee of 150,000 (One hundred Fifty thousand) birr valid for 118 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed to West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office & sealed. Bid security must be put in the original technical document, Failure to do this will result in an automatic rejection

7.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendereing procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders i.e. (two stages: the first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation& the second stages is :- preliminary and financial evaluation).

8. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of Written Application, VAT registration Certificate, Ministry of Construction Oromia Construction Bureau, Renewed Registration Certificate, Renewed Trade registration Certificate, Renewed Trade License, Taxpayer registration Certificate and Clearance from Authorized body and registration in the FPPA’s to the address stated below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500(five hundred) only in cash starting from the first announcement date on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

9.Submission and opening of the bid (in respective Zone office)

a.The deadline of bid (both technical qualification and financial offers independently) submission shall be on or before at 8:00 local time of 21st Working days from the first announcement date.

b. The original and copy of the technical qualification documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “Technical Qualification Documents” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the datasheet and be clearly marked as “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE”

c. The original and copy of the financial offer documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked “THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other Information indicated in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “To Be Opened Only In The Presence Of Tender Committee”.

d. The sealing, signing, and marking of the bids must be according to guidelines stated under the instruction of bidders.

e. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

f. The qualification document will be opened at th same day at 8:30 local time of 21s day from first announcement date of Working day

g. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of the auditor or any other authorized body by the client until financial offers(S) of qualified bidders are opened publicity.

h. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub-criterion, and points assigned to the criterion in the datasheet, Each qualification document will be given the score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to the tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicated in the tender document.

i.Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (seventy percent) and above will be opened of bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i.e 70% will be returned un opened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders.

j.Any attempts of submission forged (false) document and /or indication of financial offer on the technical qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.

k. The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of “Technical Qualification document” in “The Financial Offer Document” envelopes or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

10. . The validity of the bid shall be 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

11. The construction of the work shall be completed with a maximum of 200(Two Hundred) calendar days from the commencement date of the work & if there is a favorable condition the client can minimize the date of completed work.

12. The Advance Payment shall not be made (shall not be considered to be paid)

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia (MSIE) is an organization with a vision of helping women and men to have children by their choice through integrated support of donors, government bodies and its dedicated staffs.

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia intends to hire a construction company to carryout family planning service area renovation at two government hospitals located at Oromia region (Agaro and Bishoftu General Hospitals). The work will includes Demolishing work, floor finishing, walls finishing, concrete works, Roofing, ceiling works, aluminum works, painting, Sanitary & electrical works.

DEAD LINE FOR SUBMISSION

Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals in two separately sealed and stamped envelopes into the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before December 14,2020,10:00am. BID PREPARATION

Please note the following conditions for the bid process.

  1. Bidders must be GC/BC-5 and above(i.e. GC/BC;5,4,3,2 and

  3. The bidders are expected to quote the financial amount that the contracting company demand for the required service and must sign & stamp on all pages:

  5. Bid must be clearly marked by bidder’s name, address, and legal stamp and signed by the authorized person.
  6. Document to be provided: bidder should provide all the documents indicated in the bellow page of technical evaluation part as part of their bids. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for the bid.
  7. The bidders must seal the original and the copy of the technical and financial bid in two inner separate envelope and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelope as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY’ for both financial and technical documents. Sealing both in one envelope will lead to disqualification

The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Bambasi Woreda Finance and Economic Development Office has received fund from the Developmental Response to Displacement Impact Project (DRDIP) and it intends to procurement of Small Scale Irrigation Project. And the woreda invites interested, eligible and qualified bidders for the following Construction Small Scale Irrigation Projects at Middle Sonka, Ayeshen kebele, and Expansion of Human Health center at Bambasi Town:

  1. Lot One: Construction Small Scale Irrigation Projects at Middle Sonka kebele, the bidder must possess a construction license of WWGC/WWC-4 and above and bid security birr 300,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guaranty or CPO.
  2. Lot_Two: Construction Small Scale Irrigation Projects at Ayeshen kebele and, the bidder must possess a construction license of WWGC/WWC-5 and above and bid security birr 200,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guaranty or CPO.
  3. Lot Three: Expansion of Human Health Center at Bambasi, town, the bidder must possess a construction license of BC – 5 or GC 6 and above and bid security birr 100,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guaranty or CPO.

በአብክመ በሰሸዋ ዞን አንኮበር ወረዳ የአልዩ አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማዘጋጃ ቤት ለሚያስገነባው የቢሮ ግንባታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል።

ከዚህም መሰረት፡የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾች በማወዳደር ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  1. በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ የንግድ የሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ደረጃ 8 GC/BC WBC እና ከዚያ በላይ እና መልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ለዚህም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፡፡

  7. በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ህ/ሰ/ማህበር የተሰማሩ ማህበራት ደረጃውን የሚያሟሉ ከሆነ ያሉበትን ደረጃ ከእደራጅ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ጽ/ቤት ያሉበትን ደረጃ የሚገልፅ ደረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው 
  8. ከተጫራቾችቀደምሲል በወጡ ጨረታዎች የገባውን ግዴታ ያስረከብ በመቅረቱ ስልጣን ባለው አካል የታገደ ወይም ጨረታው ባወጣው መስሪያ ቤት ቀደም ሲል በውሉ መሰረት ጀምረው ያቋረጡ ከሆነ ጨረታው ላይ አይሳተፉም እንዲሁም ጨረታውን ባለማከናወናቸው በድርድር ላይ ያሉ ተጫረቻ አይሳተፉም፣
  9. የጨረታው ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ የጠቅላላውን ዋጋ 1% የማያንስ በጥሪ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤቱ ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ወይም በባንክ በተረጋጠ ቼክ ሌተር ኦፍ ከሬዲት ወይም ስፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ታሽጎ ማቅረብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው። ሲፒኦ የሚያቀርቡ ከሆነ ለአ/አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማ/ቤት ተብሎ ካልመጣ ቢድ ቦንድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፣
  10. የጨረታው ሠነድ የሚገባው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ የካላንደር ቀናት የሚወዳደሩትን ዋጋ በጥንቃቄ በመሙላት ስርዝ ድልዝ ሣይኖረው የጨረታ ሰነዱን ኦርጅናል እና ፎቶ ኮፒውን ለየብቻው በጥሩ ሁኔታ በማሽግ በኤንቨሎፕ ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በመግለጽ የአ/አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማዘጋጃ ቤት ለዚሁ ስራ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡
  11. የጨረታው የመጨረሻ ማስገቢያ ቀን በ21ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ነው
  12. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በዚያው እለት ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ወዲያውኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪል በተገኙበት ወይም ሳይገኙም ይከፈታል ፡፡በ21ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ላይ ካልዋለ በቀጣይ የስራ ቀናትና ተመሣሣይ ሰዓትና ቦታ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፣
  13. አንዱ ተጫራች ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ማቅረብ አይችልም፡
  14. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ ከተገለፀላቸው በኋላ ባሉት 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርበው ውለታ ካልፈፀሙና ያስያዙትን የውል ማስከበሪያ ካላስያዙ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይሆናል፣
  15. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ፡ ከተገለፀ በኋላ የውል ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላው ዋጋ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  16. ቀሪ ዝርዝር ስራዎችን ከሚሸጠው የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  17. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፣

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia (MSIE) is an organization with a vision of helping women and men to have children by their choice through integrated support of donors, government bodies and its dedicated staffs.

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia intends to hire a construction company to carryout family planning service area renovation at two government hospitals located at Oromia region (Agaro and Bishoftu General Hospitals). The work, will includes Demolishing work, floor finishing, walls finishing, concrete works, Roofing, ceiling works, aluminum works, painting, Sanitary & electrical works.

Please collect the bidding documents paying a nonrefundable administrative charge of birr 100.00(one hundred) from Marie Stopes International Ethiopia Addis Ababa support office located at Welosefer in front of Tebabaer Berta from  Reception desk during working hours.

Dead line for submission

Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals in two separately sealed and stamped envelopes into the bid box prepared for this purpose on or  before December 14, 2020,10:00am. Bids will open in the presence of bidders or representatives on December 14, 2020 at 10:30 at MSIE Meeting hall.

Bid preparation

Please note the following conditions for the bid process.

  1. Bidders must be GC/BC-5 and above(i.e. GC/BC;5,4,3,2 and 1)
  2. Bidders shall quote a price for all works; Partial bidding is allowed.
  3. The bidders are expected to quote the financial amount that the contracting company demand for the required service and must sign &  stamp on all pages;
  4. Bidders must provide a bid security of ETB 50,000 (Fifty thousand birr)  per site in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
  5. Bid must be clearly marked by bidder’s name, address, and legal stamp  and signed by the authorized person.
  6.  Document to be provided: bidder should provide all the documents indicated in the bellow page of technical evaluation part as part of their bids. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for the bid.
  7. The bidders must seal the original and the copy of the technical and financial bid in two inner separate envelope and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelope as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY’ for both financial  and technical documents. Sealing both in one envelope will lead to disqualification.
  8. The financial quotation will be for both labour and material.

ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ጨረታ ላይ መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ተጫራች ለሥራው የታደሠ የንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ፣ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር እንዲሁም የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሠነድ ከንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት የምህንድስና ግዢ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 14 የሥራ ቀናት ብቻ ብር 300.00 (ሶስት መቶ) በመከፈል የጨረታውን ሠነድ መውሰድ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሠነድ በመሙላትና በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎኘ ፋይናንሽያል 2 ኮፒ እና አንድ ኦርጅናል ለየብቻው እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል 2 ኮፒ እና አንድ ኦርጅናል ለየብቻው በማሸግና CPO ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ሠነድ ወስጥ ብቻ ኣሽጎ በማስገባት እንዲሁም ለየብቻ የታሸጉትን የቴከኒካል ሠነዶች ሶስቱን አንድ ላይ በማሸግ፣ ለየብቻ ሶስቱን የታሸጉትን የፋይናንሺያል ሠነዶች አንድ ላይ በማሸግ በመጨረሻም በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ መመሪያው በሚያዘው መሠረት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቢሮ ንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት የምህንድስና ግዢ ቡድን በሚገኘው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 15ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ እስከ 4፡30 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ብቻ ውስጥ ማስገባት የሚችሉ ሲሆን ጨረታው በዕለቱ ልክ በ5፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (BID BOND) በክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) ወይም በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሠረተ በባንከ ጋራንቲ (unconditional Bank Guarantee) ጨረታው ከሚከፈተበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ90 ቀን የሚቆይ ብር 50,000.00 (ሀምሳ ሺህ) ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።ማሳሰቢያ፡

  • ተጫራቹ ከአንድ ሎት በላይ ከተጫረቱ ከጨረታው ያሠርዛል።

  • የአይሲቲ፣
  • ብረታብረት፣
  • ጀኔራል ሜታል ፋብሪኬሽን፣
  • የህንፃ ኮንስትራክሽን ፣
  • ሳኒተሪ ኢንስታሌሽን፣ አውቶሞቲቭ ለሚሰለጥኑ ሰልጣኞች የሚያገለግሉ የሙያ መሳሪያዎችን፣
  • የቢሮ ፈርኒቸር እና
  • ሞተር ሳይክል በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል::

ስስሆነም፤ ተወዳዳሪዎች፡-

  1. በሙያ መስክ ወይንም በዘርፉ የተመዘገቡና የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ስለመሆናቸው በፋይናንስ ዕቃ አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ስለመመዝገባቸውና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከስ VAT ከፋይ ስለመሆናቸው  የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃዎች ከዋናው ጋር የተገናዘቡ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ አለባቸው::
  2. የዕቃዎች ዝርዝር መግለጫ Specification/  የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ከ3ኛው ቀን ጀምሮ ቅዳሜን ሳይጨምር ለ5 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት አዲስ አበባ ሰሜን ማዘጋጃ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ካፋ ፎረም ጽ/ቤት እና የሺሾ-ኢንዴ ኮንስትራክሽንና ኢንዱስትራል ኮሌጅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 በመቅረብ እያንዳንዱን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 50 /ሀምሳ ብር/ በመክፈል መውሰድ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  3. የሚጫረቱባቸውን ዕቃዎች በመለየት በአይነታቸው የሚሸጥበትን ነጠላ ዋጋ በመሙላት በስም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ለየብቻ ዋናና ኮፒ በማድረግ የሚጫረቱበትን ዘርፍ የተጫራቾችን ሥም /ድርጅት /በመፃፍ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት 10ኛ ቀን ጀምሮ ቅዳሜ ጨምሮ ለ6 /ለስድስት ተከታታይ ስራ ቀናት ዘወትር በሥራ  ሰዓት የጨረታ ሰነዱን በገዙበት ቢሮ ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ  ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል:: ይሁንና የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከገዙበት ቀን አንስቶ አስረኛውን ቀን ሳይጠበቁ  መመለስ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን::
  4.  ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስት ብር 5000 አምስት ሺህ ብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ /CPO/ የጨረታ ማወዳደርያ ሰነድ ጋር ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል:: ለዚህ ጨረታ ቢድ ቦንድ Bid bond/ ማስያዝ ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም::
  5. አሸናፊዎች ባሸነፉበት የዕቃ ዋጋ መጠን የውል  ማስከበሪያ 10 % ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  6. በጨረታው የተሸነፉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ  ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል::
  7. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ዕቃውን እስከ ሺሾ-ኢንዴ ኮንስትራክሽንና ኢንዱስትራል ኮሌጅ ድረስ የትራንስፖርትና ማንኛውንም ወጪ በመቻል በውሉ ላይ በሚጠቀሰው ቀን ማቅረብ አለባቸው:: ለማያቀርቡ ለውል ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ አይመለስም::
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች መጫረት የሚችለው በተሰማራበት  ዘርፍ ብቻ መሆን አለበት::
  9. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ሌላው ባቀረበው ዋጋላይ ተንተርሶ  ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይችልም::
  10.  ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ ጨረታው ከተከፈተበት እለት ጀምሮ ለ60 ቀናት ይሆናል::
  11.  የጨረታሳጥን ማስታወቂያው እሁድን ሳያካትትበጋዜጣ  ከወጣበት 15ኛው ከቀኑ 11፡30 ሰዓት ይታሸጋል::
  12. የጨረታው ሳጥን የሚካፈተ ልክ 16ኛ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ሆኖ ዕለቱ የእረፍት ወይንም በዓል ቀን ከሆነ ወደሚቀጥለው ሥራ ቀን ይተላለፋል::
  13.  የጨረታው ሣጥን የሚከፈተው ሺሾ-ኢንዴ  ኮንስትራክሽንና ኢንዱስትሪያል ኮሌጅ ግቢውስጥ ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው  በተገኙበት ይሆናል:: ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን ሣጥን መክፈት አያስተጓጉልም::
  14.  በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ማንኛውም ማስተካከያ ማድረግም ሆነ ከቀረበው ሰነድ ውጪ መሙላት አይፈቀድም::
  15. ኮሌጁ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ  ወይንም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች፡-

  1. በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ እና ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የ2013 ዓ.ም ያላቸውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣(BC-5 Or GC-6) ደረጃ እና ከተጠቀሰው በላይ

  6. ለግንባታ የሚያስፈልገውን የሰው ሀይል እና ማሽነሪዎችን ሙሉ በሙሉ ራሱንችሎ መስራት የሚችል የሚሰራውን የጥገና አገልግሎት ዝርዝር መግለጫ /specification/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ
  7. ተጫራቶች ለግንባታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200 በመክፈል ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመምጣት ጨረታው እስከሚከፈትበት ዕለት ድረስ በሥራ ሰዓት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የ40,000 /አርባ ሺህ/ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል
  9. ዘግይቶ የመጣ ፖስታ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

2. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;

  • i. Trading License renewed for 2013 EFY; and

  6.  ተጫራቾች የስራቸውን የዋጋ ዝርዝርና ጨረታ ማወዳደሪያ ላይ ስማቸውን፣ ፊርማቸውን፣ አድራሻቸውን እንዲሁም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ አካቶ ማህተም በማድረግ ዋናውን እና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በማድረግ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል:: በተጨማሪም ኮንትራክተሮች የጠቅላላ ዋጋ የጨረታውን 2% በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  7. ጨረታውን ቅዳሜ በ29/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 3፡10 ሰዓት ላይ የጨረታው ሳጥን ይዘጋና በእለቱ 3፡00 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግልጽ የፋና ቦሌ ሸ/ኃ/የተ/ህ/ሥ/ማህበር 17/19 ህብረተሰብልማት ማዕከል አዳራሽ ይከፈታል:: የጨረታው ሰነድ ስርዝ ድልዝ መሆን የለበትም፡፡ ይህ ከሆነ ተጫራቹ ያስገባው ሰነድ ውድቅ ይሆናል።
  8. ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ ባሉት 10 የስራ ቀናት የፋና ቦሌ ሸ/ኃ/የተ/ህ/ሥ/ማህበር 17/19 ህብረተሰብ ልማት ማዕከል በመቅረብ ዋጋ የተሞላበትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኦሪጅናል እና ኮፒ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  9. የጨረታው ሳጥን ከታሸገና ሰነዶቹ መከፈት ከተጀመረ  በኋላ የሚመጣ ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም: የጨረታውን መመሪያ አለማክበር ከጨረታው ያሰርዛል፡፡
  10. የፋና ቦሌ ሸ/ኃ/የተ/ህ/ሥ/ማህበር 17/19 ህብረተሰብ ልማት ማዕከል ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።

አድራሻ፡- ከአትላስ ወደ ደሳለኝ ሆቴል በሚወስደው

አስፓልት በግምት 200 ሜትር ገባ ብሎ ወይም ከሩዋንዳ ወደ

ደሳለኝ ሆቴል በሚወስደው አስፓልት በግምት 100 ሜትር ላይ ያገኙታል፡፡

የግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መንግስት በቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የሲዝ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ለ2013 በጀት ዓመት ሊያሰራ ላቀደው የፍርድ ቤት ቢሮ ግንባታ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  1. በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ ፍቃድ ያላቸው ደረጃ ቢ ሲጂ ሲ BC/GC 5 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ፣
  2. ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ለመግዛት በሚመጡበት ጊዜ ለበጀት ዓመቱ የሚያገለግል የብቃት ማረጋገጫ፣ የንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የቫት ተመዝጋቢነት ሰርተፍኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ እና ምስክር ወረቀት በማቅረብ በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ መንግስት በቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የሲዝ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ግ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 1 የጨረታውን ሰነድ በማይመለስ ብር 200 (ሁለት መቶብር በመክፈል መግዛት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  3. የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ በተገቢ ሁኔታ ማቅረብ የሚችል፣
  4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 130,000 (አንድ መቶ ሰላሳ ሺህብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ አለበት፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ሰነድ (ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል) ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን መረጃዎች አንድ ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ እያንዳንዱን ለየብቻ በሰም በማሸግ እና በጥቅል በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ አለባቸው::
  6. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ በሰም ታሽጎ ማህተም መምታት ሙሉ አድራሻ በመጻፍ እና በመፈረም ኦርጂናል እና ኮፒ የሚል ጽሑፍ መጻፍ አለበት፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች በሁሉም የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶች ላይ የተጫራቾች ህጋዊ ወኪል ፊርማ እና እንዲሁም የድርጅቱ ማህተም መኖር አለበት፡፡
  8. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ የሚወዳደርበትን የሥራ ቦታ፣ የተጫራቹ አድራሻ እና የወካዩ ስልክ ቁጥር በግልጽ መጻፍ አለበት፡፡
  9. ይህ ጨረታ በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በማድረግ ማስገባት አለባቸው::
  10.  ጨረታው የሚታሸገው ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ተኛው ቀን በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መንግስት በቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የሲዝ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ግ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 1 ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት ይታሸጋል፡፡
  11. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ጨረታው በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ተኛው ቀን በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መንግስት በቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የሲዝ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ግ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 1 ውስጥ ከሰዓት በኋላ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. ፍርድ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
