INVITATION FOR
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI).
Cooperative Bank of Oromia s.c. invites qualified, eligible, and experienced Contractors for the purpose of shortlisting to engage in the construction of 10-14 story standard office building at Adama (Geda Kebele Aba Gedo Sub-city) on a given plot of 3.000 m2 size through a Design-Build Delivery System
Interested applicants can submit the understated documentations (compiled in an orderly fashion) to the Bank’s provided address on or before Monday 21″ of December 2020 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM fulfilling the following
- Competent national and international Contractors are required to be registered
- Copies of renewed business and/or professional license for the provision of such services:
- A letter of expression of interest in English, expressing interest and confirming that the information submitted in the documents is true and correct)
- Statement of experience:
- 4.1 Company profile (detailed narration),
- 42. General Experience:
- 4.3. Specific Experience (projects of similar nature)
- 4.4 Associates/Affiliations:
- 4.5 Recently Completed and/or Under Construction DB Projects
- 4.6. Current Engagement
- 4.7. Firm’s Area of Specialization, and
- 4.8. Office Facilities
5. Statement of legal capacity (confirmation for not being insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt, wound up. suspended…etc.),
6. Historical contract non-performance (confirmation for not being in contract noncompliance of any kind)

10. This preliminary investigation is an expression of interest to prequalify potential Contractors for subsequent screening, therefore, no financial offers and bid securities are required at this stage:
11. A firm is to submit one EOI as a single entity on its own,
12. Hard copies of the application for EOI shall be submitted in an envelope, sealed and clearly marked with “Application to Expression of Interest for the Adama Office Building Construction Project”:
13. Applicants will be screened on the basis of the content of the letter of expression and attachments (documentations):
