Addis Ababa Institute of Technology Invites all eligible and qualified bidders (Grade 5 and above GC/BC Contractors) to submit sealed bid for Aluminum and Construction Works Project.
- All interested eligible bidders are required to submit
- Valid Trade License indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged (Update for 2013E.C).
- Tax Clearance Certificate which states the bidder can participate in any public tender and valid at the deadline for submission of the bid.
- VAT Registration Certificate issued by the Tax Authority.
- Supplier’s Registration Certificate from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency(PPPAA)
- Business Organization Registration Certificate issued by the Country of Establishment
- Relevant and Renewed Professional Practice Certificates.
- Bid Security and additional details provided in the bidding, documents.
- The bid document shall be obtained commencing, the first day of announcement for about 21 days from procurement division located at AAIT 5 kilo St. King George IV street, in front of the National Museum, office- NO 25 against payment of non-refundable fee Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr)
- Tenders must be supported with Bid Security of the amount birr 80,000.00. CPO or An Unconditional Bank Guarantee for Aluminum and Construction Works Project
- Bid must be submitted to the address below at or before 2:00PM (8:00 local time) of the 21 days of bid the announced period.
- Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who they choose to attend at 2:30 PM (8:30 local time)
- The Institute reserves the right to reject any bid and to nulify the bidding, process and reject all bid at any time prior to contract award without their incurring any liability to the bidder.
