በደ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መንግስት የቤንች ሸኮ ዞን ፋይናንስ መምሪያ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት በዞኑ ካፒታል በጀት

  • ሎት 1. የዞኑን አስተዳደር ቅጥር ግቢ ዙሪያ አጥር፣
  • ሎት 2. የዞኑን ጤና መምሪያ ቅጥር ግቢ ዙሪያውን አጥር እና
  • ሎት3. የዞኑን ፖሊስ መምሪያ ዙሪያ አጥር እና መጸዳጃ ቤት
  • ሎት 5 በሸኮ ወረዳ ጋቢቃ ጤና ጣቢያ ጥገና በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በመሆኑም በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

  1. ተጫራቾች በግንባታ ዘርፍ BC /GC 6 (ስድስት) እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (tin no) ያላቸው እና ተጨማሪ ታክስ ከፋይ የሆኑ፡፡
  3. የአቅራቢነት የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትን
    • ለሎት 1. የዞኑን አስተዳደር ቅጥር ግቢ ዙሪያ አጥር ግንባታ ብር 120,000 (አንድ መቶ ሃያ ሺህ ብር)፣
    • ለሎት 2 የዞኑን ጤና መምሪያ ቅጥር ግቢ ዙሪያውን አጥር ግንባታ 60,000 (ስልሳ ሺህ ብር)፣
    • ለሎት 3 የዞኑን ፖሊስ መምሪያ ዙሪያ አጥር እና መጸዳጃ ቤት 50,000 (ሃምሣ ሺህ ብር)፣
    • ለሎት-5.በሸኮ ወረዳ ጋቢቃ ጤና ጣቢያ ጥገና 210,000 (ሁለት መቶ አስር ሺህ ብር) በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ ለቤንች ሸኮ ዞን ፋይናንስ መምሪያ በማለት ማሰራት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች ስለጨረታው ሙሉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ 21 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ር 200 ብር በመክፈል ከመምሪያው የግዥና ንብረት አስ/ር ዋና የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 100 መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ሰነድ ፋይናንሺያል እና ቴክኒካል አንድ ኦሪጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ እያንዳንዱ ለየብቻ በማሸግ እና በጥቅል እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ አለበት።
  7. ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ በሰም ታሽጎ ማህተም በመምታት ሙሉ አድራሻ በመጻፍ እና በመፈረም ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ የሚል ጽሁፍ በግልጽ መስፈር አለበት፡፡
  8. ጨረታው ማስታወቂያ በወጣ 21ኛው የስራ ቀን ከቀኑ 830 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚያው ቀን ከቀኑ 900 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚከፈት ሆኖ የሚታሸግበትም ሆነ የሚከፈትበት ቀን የመንግስት ስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የመንግስት የስራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡

መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

  • 1. Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation has allocated funds to be used for Procurement of Store Floor slab maintenance & finishing work at Addis Ababa. The Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation, Procurement, property and facility management department now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Firms/Bidder(s) for the procurement of:NoType of work1Store Floor slab maintenance & finishing work at Addis Ababa
  • 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
  • 4. Domestic bidders who have the interest to participate in the bid shall have Registered contractors of category BC-4 or GC-04 with their trade license valid for 2013 registered Ministry of works and urban development, valid principal/ commercial/registration certificate, valid tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, and taxpayers registration certificate. In the case of foreign bidders, business organization certificate or Trade license issued by the country of establishment
  • 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the central procurement unit at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m.
  • 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of November 30/2020, Monday-Friday 8:00 am. 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 noon. On the submission of a written Application to Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation Central procurement unit and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00 (ETB One Hundred Fifty Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely or cashier’s check.
  • 7. The Bidding Documents will be sent by 1st class mail for overseas bidders who send Bank Draft of Birr 400.00 (ETB Four Hundred Only) or USD 10.00 (USD Ten Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in addition to the price of the document to the address given below.

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የኦሮሚያ የግብርና ኅ/ሥ/ማ/ፌዴሬሽን ሎት (የኩሉምሳ 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት) እና ሎት 2 (የአጥር) በአሰላ ከተማ ለሚያስገነባው ግንባታ በኮንትራከተር በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በመሆኑም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ነጥቦች በማሟላት መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ያሳውቃል፡፡

  1. የጠቅላላ ስራ ተቋራጭ GC-5 /የህንፃ ስራ ተቋራጭ BC-4 ንግድ ስራ ፍቃድ ያለው፡፡
  2. ተጫራቾች የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመከፈል ጨረታ ሰነዱን በቂርቆስ ክ/ከተማ ኡራኤል ቤተክርስቲያን ወደ ቦሌ መድሐኒአለም መንገድ 300 ሜትር አዲስ አበባ መስተዳድር ጤና ቢሮ ወይም የኦሮሚያ ፀረ-ሙስና ኮሚሽን ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ ኦሮሚያ ግብርና ህብረት ሥራ ማህበራት ፌዴሬሽን ዋና ጽ/ቤት ይህ ጨረታ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ብቻ መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡
  3. ተጫራቶች በዚህ የንግድ ዘርፍ የዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የ 90 ቀን ዋስትና ያለው ቢድ ቦንድ /ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር እና በተጨማሪ ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በኋላ የ 28 ቀን ዋስትና የሚሰጥ መጠኑም 50,000 (ሀምሳ ሺህ ብር) የሆነ እና ለብቻው በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ከቴክኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶክመንት ጋር ተያይዞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  5. ጨረታው የሚገባበት እና የሚከፈትበት
  • 5.1 ጨረታው (የቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ) በ22ኛው ቀን ካልሆነ ቀጥሎ ባለው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በዚሁ ዕለት በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  • 5.2 የቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኦርጂናል እና ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻ በሰም የታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ተደርጎ እንዲሁምኦርጂናል እና ኮፒውን በአንድ ላይ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  • 5.3 የፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ ኦርጂናል እና 1 ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻ በሰም የታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ተደርጎ እንዲሁም ኦርጂናል እና ኮፒውን በአንድ ላይ በሰም የታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  • 5.4 የቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጨረታው በገባበት በዚያው ቀን የኦሮሚያ ግብርና ህብረት ማህበራትፌዴሬሽን ቢሮ ውስጥ ይከፈትና ለግምገማ ለጨረታ ኮሚቴ ይተላለፋል፡፡
  • 5.5 የፋይናንሽያል ሰነዱ የጨረታ ኮሚቴው በተገኘበት በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ የፋይናንሺያል ጨረታው እስከሚከፈትበት ቀን ታሽጎ ይቆያል፡፡
  • 5.6 የጨረታው ኮሚቴ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ መስፈርት መሰረት የቀረበውን የቴከኒካል ሰነድ መርምሮ በጨረታው ሰነድ መሰረት የተጫራቾችን ውጤት ያስቀምጣል፡፡
  • 5.7 የፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ በፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ መከፈቻ ቀን የሚከፈትላቸው ተጫራቾች በቴክኒካል መስፈርት የማለፊያ ላስመዘገቡት ሲሆን የቴክኒካል ሰነድ ላላሟሉ ተጫራቾች የፋይናንሺያል ሰነዳቸው ሳይከፈት ይቆያል፡፡
  • 5.8 የተሳሳተ መረጃ፣ የሌላ ተጫራች ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ መስጠት እና የቴክኒካል ሰነድ ላይ ዋጋ ማሳወቅ ከጨረታ ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡
  • 5.9 ፌዴሬሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ተጫራቹ ጥሩ የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፀም ሪከርድ ከሌለው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡

በፈደራል ጤና ሚኒስቴር የወራቤ ኮምፕሬሄንሲቭ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል ለ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለሚያስገነባቸው የሃኪሞች መኖሪያ ቤት ቤተሙከራና የተገልጋዮች መቆያ ግንባታ ተቋራጮችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ደረጃቸው G.C B.C-6 እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ ስራ ተቋራጮች፡

  • በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ እና ስራ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  • የዘመኑን ግብር አጠናቀው የከፈሉ
  • የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት ማቅረብ  የሚችሉ

መሆኑን እያሳወቅን የጨረታ ሰነዱን ፋይናንሻያል ዶከመንቱን  በሚገባ በመሙላት አንድ ኦሪጂናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ለየብቻ እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል ዶክመንቱን አንድ ኦሪጂናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ ቀናት በኋላ ባለው የስራ ቀን 8፡00 ሰዓት በሆስፒታሉ ለዚህ አላማ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተማሪወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

– ሆስፒታሉ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በመሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

አገር አቀፍ ግልፅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጨረታ ቁጥር ብጨ/002/2013

በአማራ ውሃ ስራዎች ኮንስትራክሽን ድርጅት የምስራቅ አማራ ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ለሚያስገነባው የደቡብ ወሎ ዞን አስተዳደር ግንባታ ፕሮጀከት አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የበርና የመስኮት አልመኒየም ፍሬሞች፣ Curtain wall and hand rails ህጋዊ በሆኑ ድርጅቶች ማሰራት ማስገጠም ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን ህጋዊ ሁኔታዎች በማሟላት መወዳደር ይችላሉ።

  1. ተጫራቾች ህጋዊና አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ የዘመኑን ግብር አጠቃለው የከፈሉ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴትታከስተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ እና የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር (TIN NO) ያላቸው።
  2. ተጫራቾች በተራ ቁጥር 1 ላይ የተጠቀሱትን እና ሌሎች ተያያዥነት ያላቸውን የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፀም መረጃዎች ኮፒ በማድረግ በመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ላይ ማካተት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  3. ተጫራች በድርጅታችን ስም የተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 2% በሲፒኦ (በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ዋስትና) ከጨረታ ዶክመንቱ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  4. የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋና ማስረጃዎች እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል ሰነድ በአንድ ላይ ኦሪጅናል እና ኮፒለይቶ በፖስታ በማሸግ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 20 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ጸ/ቤቱ ግዥ ንዑስ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 05፣ ኮምቦልቻ በአካል በመቅረብ ወይም በፈጣን የአየር መልዕክት በመላክ ታሸገው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ የማቅረቢያ ጊዜያቸውን በግልጽ ማስቀመጥ አለባቸው::ካላስቀምጡ ድርጅቱ በሚፈልገው እንደተስማመው ይቆጠራል፡፡
  6. ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ የወጣበትን ቀን ጨምሮ በመቁጠር በ21ኛው ቀን 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በዕለቱ በ 8፡30 ሰዓት የሚከፈት ሲሆን ዕለቱ የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት በጽ/ቤቱ ግዥ ንዑስ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 05 ኮምቦልቻ ይከፈታል፡፡
  7.  አሸናፊው ተጫራች ማሸነፉ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ7(በሰባት) ቀናት ውስጥ ውል መፈረም ይኖርበታል።
  8. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ማንኛውም በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ ድርጅቶች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር ብቻ) በመክፈል በድርጅታችን አዲስ አበባ ማስተባበሪያ ፅ/ቤት ነጋ ቦንገር ጀርባ፣ በዋና ጽ/ቤት ባህር ዳር እና ኮምቦልቻ ሽሻበር ቀበሌ 12 ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  9. ድርጀቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኝ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

ብሔራዊ የእንስሳት ጤና ጥበቃ ኢንስቲትዩት የውስጥ ለውስጥ የግቢ የአስፋልት መንገድ ጥገና አቅርቦቱና አገልግሎት ግዥበጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተገለፀውን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ሕጋዊ ድርጅቶች በጨረታው እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል::

  1. ተጫራቾች የ2013 ዓ.ም የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸውና ደረጃቸው GC 5/ BC 4 እና ከዚያ በላይየሆኑና የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  2. የጨረታውን ሰነድ ማስታወቂያው መጀመሪያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የማይመለስ ብር 200 (ሁለት መቶ ብር)በመክፈል ከኢንስቲትዩቱ ገዝተው መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  3. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተያያዘው ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ፎርም መሰረት በመሙላትየድርጅታቸውን ማሕተምና ፊርማ በማድረግ፣ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድየዋጋቸውን 2% በሲፒኦቼክ በማስያዝ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ20 ቀናት ውስጥ የግዥ፤ ንብረትአስተዳደር እና የጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ቢሮ ለዚሁ ሥራ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 2:30 እስከ 11:30በሥራ ሰዓት ማስገባት አለባቸው::
  4. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት 21ኛው ቀን 21ኛው ቀን በዓል ወይም እረፍትከሆነ በሚቀጥለው ቀን በመ/ቤቱ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ተዘግቶ 4:30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ባቀረቡት የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋም ሆነ በሌላ የጨረታ ጉዳይ ላይ ለውጥ ወይምማሻሻያ ማድረግና ከጨረታው ራሳቸውን ማግለል አይችሉም፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ሰነድ ውስጥ የተገለጹትን መስፈርቶች በሙሉ ማሟላት አለባቸው፡፡
  7. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ውል በመፈረም ሥራውን በአጭር ጊዜ መጀመር ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
  8. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

  1. The Federal Transport Authority has allocated a budget to be used for the procurement of renovating the existing headquarters office building,
  2. The authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works mentioned above,
  3. Bidders should be required to submit an application letter, renewed Business license, certificate of competence, valid tax clearance certificate and etc to collect the bidding document.
  4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is all BC/GC -5 category eligible bidders.
  5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Federal Transport Authority and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at no. 9 from 2:30 to 11:30 local time
  6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below a1 no. 9 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
  7. Bid must be delivered to the Address below at no. 9 on or before 21 days after the announcement of the bid on the newspaper until 4.00 O’clock Local Time.   2. ሥራ ላላቸው ማህበራት የያዙት ሥራ 100% መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ወይም ሥራ እንደሌላቸው የሚገልጽ (ከተጻፈ 1 ወር ያልሞላው) ከፍለ ከተማ ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ማረጋገጫ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል በተጨማሪም አሸናፊ ድርጅት የቅድመ ክፍያ ሳይወስድ ስራውን መስራት የሚችል መሆን ይኖርበታል ፡፡
  3.  ከዚህ ቀደም ምንም ዓይነት ውል ያላቋረጡ መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ውል ያቋረጠ ተወዳድሮ ቢገኝ ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ ከጨረታው ይሰረዛል።
  4. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሰነድ እያንዳንዱ ገጽ ላይ የማህበሩ ማህተም ተደርጎ አንድ ወጥ ኦሪጅናልና 2(ሁለት) ኮፒው በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግ የጨረታ መመሪያው በሚያዘው መሠረት ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት በምህድስና ግዢ ቡድን በሚገኘው የጨረታ ሳጥን ጋዜጣው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር እስከ 16ኛው ተከታታይ ቀን ጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ማስገባት የሚኖርባቸው ሲሆን የጨረታ ሰነዱ በዚሁ እለት ከቀኑ 415 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ 16ኛው ቀን በዕረፍት ወይም በበዓል ቀን ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

  6.  ጨረታው በዚሁ በቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት በምህድስና ግዢ ቡድን ክፍለ ከተማው ህንፃ 5ኛ ፎቅ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  7. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  8. የጨረታውን መመሪያ አለማክበር እና ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች አለማሟላት ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
  9. ከአንድ ሰነድ በላይ መወዳደር ከተወዳዳሪነት ሁለም ላይ ያሰርዛል በተጨማሪም ተጫራቶች ሞልተው ያስገቡት ሰነድ በሁሉም ገጾች ላይ ማህተም እና ፊርማ አለማድረግ፣ የስራ ዝርዝር ዋጋ (Rate) ላይ የማይነበብ እና ያልተፈረመበት ስርዝ ድልዝ ካለ ፣ ዋጋ (Rate) ያልተሞላለት የስራ ዝርዝር እንዲሁም የስራ ዝርዝር ዋጋ (Rate) ላይ ፍሉድ መጠቀም ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡

Oromia Urban Development and Housing Bureau has secured budget for construction of G+4 Office Building and Related works at East Bale Zone Ginir Town.

Oromia Urban Development and Housing Bureau now invite wax sealed bids from eligibale bidders who are interested and capable to allocate their sufficient resource for construction of G+4 office Building and Relate works (Lot 1 and Lot 2) which can be completed within the maximum of 365 calendar days.

  1.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders
  2. Bank of Abyssinia interested to develop its headquarters building Project (4B + G + M + 50-60) for the Design-Build (DB) Services and/or Works to be procured through Open International Competitive Bid (ICB)

2. The Project Building is located in Addis Ababa City, around the Mexico square area, adjacent to Wabi Shebelle Hotel

3. The DB Services and/or Works under these contracts generally consist of design services and construction works of two building components, namely; corporate office and commercial building components.

4. The DB Services and/or Works under these contracts in detail consists of:

  • a. Relocation of utility lines in the underground and other infrastructures,
  • b. pre-design services including, but not limited to, development of a detailed design brief, data collection, topographical surveys and interpretation, determination of the optimum building types and space allocations, and development of a schedule of accommodations in consultation with the employer sufficient for the conceptual, preliminary and final design Services. All works required to have reports including design reports.
  • c. Design services including Conceptual and Preliminary design services necessary and sufficient to acquire a Building Permit and final design Services at stages necessary and sufficient for the construction works.
  • d. Construction works of the 4B + G + M + 50-60 headquarters building project

5. The building shall have an estimated minimum total floor area of 148,180 m’ on lot A and 16,034 m on Lot B fulfill the minimum FAR requirement of the local development plan and an estimated net floor area of not less than 80% and in no way its maximum total floor area shall be more than 160,000 mº for block A and 27,000 m2 for Block B which may be developed in stages/phases to respect the Bank’s ability to finance.

6. Bidding / tendering shall be conducted through Open International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bid/tender Document.

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased/collected by invited bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Ethiopian Birr) or equivalent USD amount.

8. The bid document shall be collected from Abyssinia Bank Procurement department, located at Meskel Square area, Sunshine Building 1″ floor on working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM4:30PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from November 26, 2020.

9. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 26, 2021

10. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 50,000.00 or ETB 1,800,000.00 in Certified Cheque (CPO) or unconditional Bank guarantee countered by a local bank. Bid securities issued by foreign banks or financial institutions shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian bank.

11. Late bids will be rejected. 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Biding and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Finance and Economic Development, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

4. Qualification requirements include Legal, Professional, Technical, and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. In addition, a bidder shall submit a renewed certificate of competence showing that it is a contractor. This is to be verified when necessary,

7. The bid is one envelope system for gravel road and drainage and two envelopes for street light construction. Therefore, the bidders shall be required to submit original bid documents in ONE envelope containing the technical and financial proposals in one and sealed on one mother envelope and clearly mark it “ORIGINAL” for gravel and drainage construction and one original technical document and one original financial proposal separately for street light construction clearly mark it “Original? And Bidder shall Submit copies of the bid documents in ONE envelope containing the technical and financial proposals and sealed on one mother envelopes and clearly mark it “COPY” for gravel and drainage construction and two copies of technical documents and two copies of financial documents separately for street light construction clearly mark it “COPY”

8. Tender will be opened after 30 days or on 31st days from the advertisement of this bid in the presence of those bidders or representatives who can attend at the address mentioned below at 10:30 AM. If the opening date becomes a weekend or holiday, it will be opened the next working day.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 50,000ETB (Fifty thousand Ethiopian Birr).

10. Bidder has to confirm that he accepts the correction of the calculation error According to the provision stipulated in article 16.19.2.1 of the regional revised public procurement directive bidders with the arithmetic error of more or less than 2 % as compare to their respective readout price shall be rejected.

11. The Office of Finance and Economic Development of Sawla City reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.

የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን በቀድሞ ብሔራዊ ሆቴል ተብሎ የሚጠራው የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ሕንጻ እስጢፋኖስ ቤተክርስቲያን ፊት ለፊት የሚገኘውን በቂርቆስ ክ/ከ ወረዳ 18 በቀድሞው ቀበሌ 06 በአዲሱ ወረዳ 09 የሚገኘውን በአሁኑ ጊዜ ፌዴራል ስፖርት ኮሚሽን ተከራይቶ የሚጠቀሙበትን ቢሮ ለማስጠገን ስለፈለግን፡

በዚሁ መሠረት፡

  1. በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው ፧ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆን አለባቸው፤
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ (ሲፒኦ) ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ፤

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የጊዲ ቤንች ወረዳ ፍ/ቤት በ2013 የበጀት ዘመን በዲዙ ከተማ ሊያሰራ ላቀደው የችሎት አዳራሽ እና የቢሮዎች ግንባታ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህም መሰረት፡-

  1. የደረጃ ቢሲ/ጂሲ (BC/GC6 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ፤
  2. ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ለመግዛት በሚመጡበት ጊዜ ለበጀት ዓመቱ የሚያገለግል የብቃት ማረጋገጫ፤ የንግድ ፍቃድ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የቫት ተመዝጋቢነት ሰርተፊኬት፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ እና ምስክር ወረቀት በማቅረብ በጊዲ ቤንች ወረዳ በሚገኘው ግዥ እና ከፍያ ክፍል የጨረታውን ሰነድ በማይመለስ 300 ብር በመክፈል መግዛት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  3. የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ በተገቢው ሁኔታ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪ ብር 130,000 (አንድ መቶ ሰላሳ ሺህ ብር) በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ አለበት።
  5. ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ሰነድ (ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል) ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን መረጃዎች አንድኦሪጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ እያንዳንዱን ለየብቻ በሰም በማሸግ እና በጥቅል በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  6. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ በሰም ታሽጎ ማህተም መምታት ሙሉ አድራሻ በመፃፍ እና በመፈረም ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ የሚል ፅሁፍ በግልፅ በሚታይ ቦታ መፃፍ አለበት፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች በሁሉም የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶች ላይ የተጫራቾች ህጋዊ ወኪል ፊርማ እንዲሁም የድርጅቱ ማህተም መኖር አለበት፡፡
  8. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ የሚወዳደሩበትን የስራ ቦታ፤ የተጫራቹ አድራሻ እና የተወካዩ ስልክ ቁጥር በመግልዕ መፃፍ አለበት።
  9. ይህ ጨረታ በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በማድረግ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡
  10. ጨረታው የሚታሽገው በማስታ ወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ተኛው ቀን በጊዳ ቤንች ወረዳ ፍ/ቤት ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት ይታሽጋል፡፡
  11.  ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ጨረታው በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ተኛው ቀን በቤንች ሽኮ ዞን በጊዲ ቤንች ወረዳ ፍ/ቤት ከሰዓት በኋላ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12.  የጊዲ ቤንች ወረዳ ፍ/ቤት የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።

በአማራ ክልላዋ መንግሥት በምስራቅ ጐጃም መስተዳድር ዞን የአነደድ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት አመት በሴክተር መስሪያ ቤቶች ከተመደበላቸው የስራ ማስኬጃ በጀት ውስጥ ከዚህ በታች በተለያየ መድብ የተዘረዘሩትን የእቃዎች ግዥ እና ግንባታዎችን ስለሚፈጸም እንድትሳተፉ እያሳሰብን፡-

  • ሎት 1 ሲሚነቶ፣
  • ሎት 2 አሸዋ፣
  • ሎት 3 የተለያዩ የመንገድ ስራ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ ማሽነሪዎች፣
  • ሎት 4 ኤክስካቫተር ከነሎቬዱ ኪራይ፣
  • ሎት 5 ገነቷ 1ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 6 የላም ጭቃ 1ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 7 ጥቁር አድብር 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ግንባታ፣ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በጠቅላላ ዋጋ /ሎት/ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ ሲሆን፡-

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፍቃድና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥረ /ቲን/ ያላቸው፣
  2. የግዥው መጠን ከብር 200 ሺህ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል፤
  3. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማሰረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣
  4. የሚገዙ እቃዎችን አይነትና ዝርዝር መግለጫ /ስፔስፊኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፣
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ ብር 50 በመክፈል ከአነደድ ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 05 ማግኘት ይቻላል፣
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት የእቃው ዋጋ ለሎት 1- ብር 600፣ ለሎት 2- ብር 4000፤ ለሎት 3 – ብር 15 ሺህ ፣ ለሎት 4- ብር 2ሺህ 500 ፤ ለሎት 5- ብር 16 ሺህ ብር ፣ ሎት 6- ብር 16 ሺህ ፣ ለሎት 7- ብር 16 ሺህ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በመ/ቤታችን የገቢ ደረሰኝ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስተና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፣
  7. የጨረታ ዋጋው ፀንቶ የሚቆይ ጨረታው ከተከፈተበት ቀን ጀምሮ 40 ቀናት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሀሣባቸውን በአንድ ኮፒ በጥንቃቄ በፖስታ አሽገው የድርጅቱን ህጋዊ ማህተምና ፊርማውን በማድረግ ማስታዋቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ድረስ በጨረታ ሳጥኑ ማስገባት የሚችሉ ሲሆን ጨረታው በእለቱ 3፡30 ላይ ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ላይ በአነደድ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 የሚከፈት ሆኖ 16ኛው ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመማሣይ ቦታና ሰአት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ሎት 5 ፤ ሎት 6 እና ሎት 7 ደግሞ በተመሣሣይ ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ድረስ በጨረታ ሳጥኑ ማስገባት የሚችሉ ሲሆን ጨረታው በእለቱ 3፡30 ላይ ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ላይ በአነደድ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 የሚከፈት ሆኖ 22ኛው ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሣሣይ ቦታ እና ሰአት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ሆኖም ተጫራቾች በራሳቸው ምርጫ ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ጊዜ ባይገኙ ጨረታቸው ከመከፈት የማያስተጓጐል ከመሆኑም በተጨማሪ በጨረታው ሂደት ያልተገኙ ተጫራቾች ግን በተላለፈው ውሳኔ ተገዥ ይሆናሉ፡፡
  9. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት ውል በሚያዝበት ወቅት ያሸነፈበት እቃ /ንብረት/ ጠቅላላ ወጋ 10 በመቶ የውል ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕሻዘዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በመ/ቤታችን የገቢ ደረሰኝ ወይም በቴክኒክና ሙያ የተደራጀ ከሆነ ካደራጀው ተቋም የዋስተና ደብዳቤ ማፃፍ አለበት፡፡
  10.  አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው የውል ማስከበሪያ ዋስተና ፀንቶ መቆያ ጊዜ ውሉ ከሚጠናቀቅበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ጀምሮ ቢያንስ በተጨማሪ 30 ቀን ፀንቶ መቆየት የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡
  11. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበት እቃ /ንብረት/ ጠቅላላ ወጭውን በመሸፈን አነደድ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ንብረት ክፈል ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት ሎት 1ን በተመለከተ ደግሞ በጨረታ ሰነዱ በተዘረዘረው ቀበሌዎች ማድረስ አለበት፡፡ የማሽን ኪራዮችን በተመለከተ ደግሞ በሚሰሩበት ቦታ ድረስ በራሳቸው ማጓጓዥ በማምጣት መስራት አለባቸው፤
  12. ውድድሩ በጠቅላላ ዋጋ /ሎት/ ነው፣
  13. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማሪጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙለ ዩመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፣
  14. በግንባታ ዘርፍ ለሚሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የህንፃ ስራ ተቋራጭ በደረጃ ጂሲ/ቢሲ/9 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ የግንባታ የምስክር ወረቀት ከመሰረተ ልማት ሚኒስትር ወይም ከክልል ስራና ከተማ ልማት ቢሮ ማቅረብ የሚችል፤ ተቋራጮች ለግንባታ ስራ የሚያስፈልገውን የሰው ሀይል ማቴሪያልና ማሽነሪዎች ሙሉ በሙሉ እራሱን ችሎ መስራት የሚችል፡፡ በግንባታው ላይ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት 10 በመቶ የሚያወጣ ስራ ከጠቅላላ ዋጋው ላይ ለወጣቶች የስራ እድል ፈጠራ የሚሰጥ መሆን አለበት፡፡

1. Daughters of Charity/ Urban Development Project (DOC/UDP) invites contractors of category GC/BC 6 and above, who have a license valid for the current year, to bid for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for the constructions of 25 two-seat communal dry ventilated pit latrines at different locations in Woredas Three, Four and Five of Yeka Sub-City in Addis Ababa.

2. The bid document shall be available from the office of the Project against payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 150 during office hours upon presenting a copy of a renewed license and VAT registration certificate.

3. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Project whose contact address is:

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount in CPO.

5. Bids shall be submitted in one original and one copy, with  financial offer in a wax-sealed envelope, copy in a separate wax-sealed envelope and bid bond in another envelope.

6. All bids must be submitted to the Project Office on or before 4:00 p.m. local time on the 17th day of December 2020.

7. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend, on the 18th of December at 10:00 a.m. local time in the office of DOC/UDP.

8. Bidders are encouraged to visit the construction area.

9. The Project reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምስራቅ ጐጃም ዞን የሰዴ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ለሰዴ ወረዳ ቴ/ሙ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለሰዴ ወረዳ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ ስራ አገልገሎት የሚውል ወርክ ሾፕ ግንባታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዙህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛሉ፡፡

  1. በዘርፉ የዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጠር /ቲን/ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  3. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የደረጃ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል፣ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸው ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የሆነ፣
  6. አሸናፊው ተጫራች የግንባታውን 10 በመቶ ስራ በወረዳው ለተደራጁ ኢንተርፕራይዞች የመስጠት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
  7. የጨረታ ሰነዱ ዝርዝር መግለጫ /ስፔስፊኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200 በመክፈል ከሰዴ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ከረዳት ገ/ያዥ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  9.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ ለሚወዳደሩበት አይነት ጨረታ የሞሉትን ጥቅል ዋጋ 2 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚይዘው ገንዘብ በሰዴ ወ/ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የገቢ ደረሰኝ ገቢ ተደርጐ ኮፒው ከፋይናንኚያል ዶክመንቱ ጋር ገቢ መደረግ አለበት፡፡
  10. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች ሀሣቡን ማለትም የፋይናንሽያል ዋጋ እና ቅጅ በማለት ኦርጅናል ለብቻው ቅጅውን ለብቻ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሰዴ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ወይም ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰአት ጋዜጣው በአየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት እና እስከ 22ኛው ቀን 3፡30 ድረስ ማስገባት ይቻላል፡፡ /ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መወዳደሪያ ሀሣባቸውን ዋና እና ቅጅ ወይም ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ ቢያስገቡ ተመራጭ ይሆናል፡፡ ነገር ግን እንደ መስፈርት አይያዝም/
  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ ክፍል በቢሮ ቁጥር 5 የጨረታ ጋዜጣው በወጣ በ22ኛው ቀን 3፡30 ታሽጐ በ4፡00 ይከፈታል፡፡ የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወከሎቻቸው በተጠቀሰው የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰአት ባየገኙ መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን መክፈት መብት አለው፡፡
  12. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማሪጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱየ ተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  13. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ማንኛውንም አይነት ግብር የሸፈነ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  14. በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0585554173 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  15. በተጨማሪ በግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡

ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኀዳር 17 ቀን2013 ዓ.ምገጽ 47 ላይ ባወጣው የጨረታማስታወቂያ ተራ ቁጥር 1 ላይ የተጠቀሰው የጨረታ ሠነድ መግዣ የመጨረሻ ቀን ኅዳር 13 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ተብሎ ተብሎ የተጠቀሰው በስህተት ስለሆነ “እስከ ታህሣስ 7 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም” ተብሎ ይነበብ፡፡ በዚሁ ማስታወቂያ ተራቁጥር 3 ላይ የተጠቀሰው የጨረታ መዝጊያና መክፈቻ ቀን “ኅዳር 14 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም” የተባለው በስህተት ስለሆነ የጨረታው መዝጊያና መክፈቻ ቀን ታህሣስ 8 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ተብሎ ይነበብ፡፡ ቀሪው የጨረታ ሂደት ሐሙስ ኅዳር 7 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም በታተመው ማስታወቂያ መሠረት የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት የተለያዩ ግንባታዎችን ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል።

  1.  የወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሪፈራር ሆስፒታል ስታፍ አፓርትመንት (Wollega University Referal Hospital Staff Appartement Building Constructoin) BC grade 3 and above or GC grade 3 and above
  2. ጊምቢ ካምፓስ የላብራቶሪ ክፍሎች ዲዛይን ስራ (Laboratory Building Design and Consultancy) ደረጃ 3 እና ከዚያ (Design and consultancy firm Grade 3 and above) )
  3. Master plan for Nekemte Gimbi & Shambu Campuses Design and consultancy service Grade 3 and above
  4. Model School Building G+2 and feferat Teaching Hospital MRI CT-Scan and Ray Building Reaminine werk G.c and above or B.Cgrade 5 andabove አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል። ስለዚህ ደንቡ በሚፈቅደዉ መሠረት የዓመቱን ግብር የከፈሉ፣ ህጋዊ ፍቃድ ያላቸዉን የሀገር ዉስጥ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል።

በዚሁ መሠረት፡

  1. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዱን ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ የግዥ ቡድን አስተባባሪ ቢሮ ቁጥር 109 ኣዲሱ አስተዳደር ሕንፃ አንደኛ ፎቅ በመቅረብ ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሠነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመግዛትና ለመጫረት የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ማስታወቂያዉ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ጀምሮ እስከ ህዳር 13/2013 ዓ.ም ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት የጨረታ ሠነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ ፡፡
  2. . የጨረታ ሠነዱን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ህዳር 14/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ አዲሱ አስተዳደር ሕንፃ አንደኛ ፎቅ የግዥ ቡድን አስተባባሪ ቢሮ ቁጥር 109 ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  3. ጨረታው ህዳር 14/2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዛው ዕለት 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ የግዥ ቡድን አስተባባሪ ቢሮ ቁጥር 109 አዲሱ አስተዳደር ሕንፃ አንደኛ ፎቅ ይከፈታል።
  4. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሠነድ ጋር አካተዉ ማቅረብ ያለባቸዉ ሠነዶች የሚከተሉት ናቸዉ።

ሀ/ ከግንባታ ሥራ ጋር የተዛመደና በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ እና የምዝገባ የምስክርወረቀት፡

ለ/ ካፌዴራል ሀገር ዉስጥ ገቢ ወይም ከሌሎች ግብር ሰብሳቢ የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች ወቅታዊ የግብር ግዴታዎችን የተወጡና በጨረታዉ መካፈል የሚችሉ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ፣ የአቅርቦት የምስክር ወረቀትና የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ፣ ከ100,000.00/መቶ ሺህ/ ብር የሚበልጥ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ።

ሒ ተጫራቾች የሚያስይዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ መጠን በጨረታ መመሪያው ላይ የተገለጸ ሲሆን፡ የቢድ ቦንድ አቀራረብም በባንክ በተረጋገጠ /ሲፒኦ/ ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር አሽገው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ።

መ. ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ ጠበቀ ነዉ።

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በደ/ወሎ/ዞን የወረባቦ ወረዳ ግዥ/ን አስ/ቡድን በአልማ በጀት ድጋፍ በ2013ዓ.ም ለወረባቦ ወረዳ ትምህርት ጽ/ቤት በ 01 ቢስቲማ ከተማ ወረባቦ ወረዳ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት , በ08 ቀበሌ በኪያላ ትምህርት ቤት አገልግሎት የሚውል ሁለት ብሎክ መማሪያ ክፍል ግንባታ ሥራ ከደረጃ 9 እና ከዛ  በላይ የሆኑ ኮንትራክተሮችን አወዳድሮ ግንባታውን በሙሉ ኮንትራት ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተወዳዳሪዎች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ አግባብ ያለው ንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፣ የሙያ ብቃትና ደረጃ የሚያቀርቡና ትክክለኛ ኮፒ አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  2.  ተጫራቾች የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /TIN/ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  3. የግዥው መጠን ከብር 200,000,00/ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ MAT/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከተራቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የሚቀርበው ፎቶ ኮፒ የሚነበብ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የቀረበላቸውን የጨረታ መመሪያ በአግባቡ ማንበብና ዋጋቸውን በነጻ ገበያ ዋጋ በመሙላት ማቅረብ አለባቸው::
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ እትም ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100 / አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ከረዳት ገንዘብ ያዥ መግዛት/ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት ጥቅል ዋ ድምር 2% በእያንዳንድ የግንባታ ሳይት በመለየት ብር በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (ሲፒ አ) ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡: በጥሬ ገንዘብ ከሆነ በመሂስ በመቁረጥ ደረሰኙን አብረው አሽገው ማስገባት ይኖርበታል ፡፡ የሚያዘው ዋስትናም ለዘጠና የስራ ቀንና በላይ የሚያገለግል መሆን አለበት::
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በሁለት በሁለት ፖስታ በማዘጋጀት ኦርጂናልና ኮፒ ስመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማሸግ በወረባቦ ወረዳ ግዥ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 22ኛ ቀን 3፡59 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  9.  የጨረታ አሸናፊ ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የሚለየው በዝቅተኛ ዋጋ ላይ በመመስረት ሲሆን የግንባታው ስራ በ135 /አንድ መቶ ሰላሳ አምስት የስራ ቀን ገንብቶ ማጠናቀቅ የሚችል፡፡
  10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በወረባቦ ወረዳ በግዥ ን/አስ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ፣ እሁድ እና የህዝብ የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰአት ይከፈታል፡፡ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢኖሩም ባይኖሩም ጨረታውን ከመክፈት አያግድም፡፡
  11. አሸናፊ ተጫራች አስፈላጊውን የሰው ሀይል ና የግንባታ እቃ  በማሟላት በቀረበው የስራ ዝርዝር መሰረት የግንባታ ስራውን በመስራት ከባለሙያ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ በመያዝ ክፍያ መወሰድ አለበት፡፡
  12. ከመሀንድስ ግምት 20% በታች ዝቅ ብለው ለሚገቡ ስራ ተቋራጮች ከ20% በታች ላለው ለእያንዳንዱ አንድ ፐርሰንት እጥፍ ሁለት ፐርሰንት ከ 10% ላይ ደምረው የውል ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  13. አሸናፊው አሸናፊነቱ እንደተገለፀለት ከ5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ መጥቶ ከባለ በጀት መስሪያ ቤቱ ጋር ውል መወሰድ አለበት፡፡
  14. መ/ቤት የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  15. ስለጨረታው ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ ወረባቦ ወረዳ ገንዘብ  ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0332210025 በመደወል ወይም ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በአካል በመገኘት ማብራሪያ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡
