INVITATION FOR BID
BID REF. NO. BID FTA/NBC/003/2013 MN
TO ALL CONTRACTORS OF CATEGORY BC-4/GC-5 AND ABOVE
- The Federal Transport Authority has allocated a budget to be used for the procurement of renovating the existing headquarters office building,
- The authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works mentioned above,
- Bidders should be required to submit an application letter, renewed Business license, certificate of competence, valid tax clearance certificate and etc to collect the bidding document.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is all BC/GC -5 category eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Federal Transport Authority and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at no. 9 from 2:30 to 11:30 local time
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below a1 no. 9 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
- Bid must be delivered to the Address below at no. 9 on or before 21 days after the announcement of the bid on the newspaper until 4.00 O’clock Local Time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 250,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee an ETB
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 on the 21 days after the announcement of the bid on the newspaper at 4:30 O’clock Local Time
