ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ኦሮሞ ብሄረሰብ ዞን የባቲ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገን/አካ/ኢኮ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለባቲ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት የሚውል የተለያዩ  የመሰረተልማት ስራዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል ማለትም፡-

  • Site 1. ባቲ ከተማ አስተዳደር 03 ቀበሌ ቀርሳ ኤልመንታሪ G+1 ት/ቤት ግንባታ
  • Site 2. ባቲ ከተማ አስተዳደር 01፣ 02 ና 04 ቀበሌ የመኪና ማሻጋሪያ vehicle concrete cover/
  • Site 3.01 ከመነሀርያ ቀበሌ 02 ኤልመንታሪ ጅዳ ሰፈር ችግኝ ጣቢያ መንገድ 03 አጣሪ ገንዳ ጮኬ ሰፈር አፈደረ ጫት ተራ እና 04 ቀበሌ ደዌ ሰፈር ተፋሰስ ጥገና
  • Site4. ባቲ ሃይስኩል ቁ. 1 ድልድይ ግንባታ
  • Site5. ባቲ 02 መብራት ሃይል ወደ ትኩየ ወፍጮ መንገድ ካልበርት ግንባታ

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መጫረት የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያለው/ያላት መወዳደር ይችላሉ
  2. የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  3. የግብር ክፍያ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN ) ያላቸው
  4. በኮቪድ 19 ዙሪያ ተጫራቾች ለፕሮጀክት ሰራተኞች በሙሉ የእጅ መታጠቢያ፣ የአፍና የአፍንጫ ጭንብል፣ ሳኒታይዘር እና አልኮል ማቅረብ የሚችል
  5. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታስክ (VAT) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  6. ተጫራቾች በተሰማሩበት የስራ ዘርፍ የታደሰ የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  7. ከሚመለከተው የገቢ ባለስልጣን ጽ/ቤት የ2013 የግብር ከፋይነት ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችል
  8. የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው
  9. ሳይት፣ ደረጃ 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ GC or BC/ ሳይት 2 ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC/ ሳይት 3 ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC/ ሳይት 4 ደረጃ 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC/ ሳይት 5 ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC/ ሳይት 6 ደረጃ 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC or RC/ ሳይት 7 ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ /GC ሳይት 8 ደረጃ 7 እና ከዚያ /GC/ በላይ ያላችሁ ማወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን
  10. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ ከተቁ 1-9 የተጠቀሱትን እና የሚመለከታቸው ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ያለባቸው ሲሆን በተጨማሪም በጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን እና ሰአት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ከላይ በተ/ቁጥር 1-9 የተጠቀሱትን ኦርጂናል ሰነዶች ይዘው መቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ 150 /አንድ መቶ ሀምሳ ብር/ በመክፈል ከባቲ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢኮ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ከግዥና ፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ዘወትር ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 11፡30 ሰአት ድረስ ከቀን 13/4/2013 ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  12. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በCPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ሳይት 1. 50,000 /ሀምሳ ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 2. 20,000 /ሀያ ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 3.10,000 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 4 50,000 /ሀምሳ ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 5 10,000 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 6.25,000 /ሀያ አምስት ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት7. 15,000 /አስራ አምስት ሺህ ብር/ ሳይት 8. 25,000 /ሀያ አምስት ሺህ ብር/  ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዘው ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡
  13. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ፋይናንሻል ዋና እና ቅጂ በማድረግ በጥንቃቄ ለየብቻ በታሸገ  ፖስታ የባቲ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገን/አካ/ኢኮ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለግዥ እና ፋይናንስ አስሃቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰአት ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 11፡30 ድረስ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን 13/4 /2013 ጀምሮ እስከ 3/5/2013 ዓ/ም ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡
  14. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ4/5/2013 ዓ.ም በ 3፡00 ሰአት ሁሉም ሳጥን ታሽጎ site 1 ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 site2 ከጠዋቱ 4:00 site 3 ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 እና site 4 ከጠዋቱ 5፡30 site 5 ከቀኑ 8፡30 site 6 ከቀኑ 9፡00 site 7 ከቀኑ 9፡30 site 8 ከቀኑ 10፡30 ላይ በከተማ አስተዳደር ትንሿ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
  15. በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የድርጅቱን ማህተምና ፊርማ መኖር አለበት የግንባታ ስራውን ማየት በሚገባቸው ባለሙያዎች ተረጋግጦ የምንረከብ መሆኑን ተጫራቾች ማወቅ አለባቸው፡፡
  16. የጨረታ ሰነዱ ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ 40 ቀን ጸንቶ ይቆያል፡፡
  17. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  18. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ በግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስቡድን ቢሮቁጥር 6ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክቁጥር0338994454 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ ::

በድጋሚ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የጅማ ከተማ አስተዳደር

የጅማ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዘመን ከመንገድ ፈቃድ ጽ/ቤት ባገኘው የመንገድ ጥገና እና በከተማው የዉስጥ ገቢ በጀት የከተማው የውስጥ ለውስጥ መንገዶች ለማሠራት ጨረታ ማውጣቱ ይታወቃል ሆኖም የሚከተሉትን በድጋሚ አንደሚከተለው በመከፋፈል ማጫረት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  • Gravel Resurfacing/ Municipal/ lot 1 Jimma/City/ M-03/2013
  • Gravel_Resurfacing/ Municipal/ lot 3 Jimma/ City/ M-05/2013 ለመጠገን ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሥራ መሥራት የሚችልን ድርጅት አወዳደሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም፣የሚከተሉት መስፈርትና ሰነዶች ላይ የሚገኙትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆናችሁን ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. . በኮንስትራክሽን ማሽነሪ አከራይ ፍቃድ የተመዘገቡበትን ማስረጃ፣ የግብር ከፋይና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (TIN &VAT) ምዝገባ ሠርቲፍኬት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  2. በዘርፉ 2013 ዓ.ም ግብር የከፈለ እና የታደሰ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 40,000.00 (አርባ ሺህ) በ ‘CPO’ ስለእያንዳንዱ (ለአንዱ)ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. ከአንድ ጨረታ በላዩ የሚሳተፍ ድርጅት ለእያንዳንዱ የተለያየ ሰነድ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  5. ያጨረታውን ሠነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት በ 21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 (አምስት መቶ ብር) ስእያንዳንዱ ሎት በመክፈል ኦርጂናል እና የማይመለስ ኮፒ የሥራ ፍቃድ በማቅረብ ከጅማ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ጽ/ቤት (ከዚህ በታች በተገለጸው አድራሻ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6.  ተጫረቶች የጨረታውን ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሠነድ መሠረት ዋጋ በመሙላት ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ ፋይናንሻል 1ኛ ኮፒ ፋይናንሻል 2ኛ ኮፒ በመለያት በኤንቨሎፕ አሽገዉ ሦስቱን ደግመዉ በአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ፣አንዲሁም የቴክኒካል ሰነዳቸዉን ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ ፣ ቴክኒካል 1ኛ ኮፒ፣ ቴክኒካል 2ኛ ኮፒ በመለያት በኤንቨሎፕ አሽገዉ ሦስቱን ደግመዉ በአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ በመጨረሻምቴክኒካልን እና ፋይናንሻሉን በአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ አስከ 21ኛው የሥራ ቀን 8:30 ድረስ ለጨረታዉ በተዘጋጀዉ ሳጥን ውስጥ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡
  7. ጨረታዉ በ21ኛዉ ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ከቀኑ 8:30 ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 9:00 ሰዓት የጨረታዉ ተሳታፊዎች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በጅማ ከተማ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ጽ/ቤት ይከፈታል፡፡
  8.  መ/ቤቱ ለማስጠገን ያፈለገውን መንገድ በሁሉም ቀበሌ ሲሆን፤ ዝርዝር ሁኔታን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ለጨረታው ከተዘጋጀው ሠነድ ጋር ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  9. ዝርዝር የመወዳደሪያ መስፈርት ከጨረታ ሰነድላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  10. መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  11. ለተጨማሪ መረጃ የጅማ ከተማ ማዘጋጃ ቤት የመሰረተ ልማት ከፍል መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የሚከተለውን አድራሻ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡

2. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መሥፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

  • i. ተጫራቶች በጨረታ ለመወዳደር በዚሁ የሥራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ሆኖ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  • ii. የግንባታ ሥራ ብቃት የሚያረጋግጥ ከደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  • ii በግንባታ ዘርፍ ሥራ ላይ ቢያንስ ሁለት የግንባታ ሥራዎችን በአመርቂ ሁኔታ ሰርቶ ያስረከበ፤ ለዚህም ማረጋገጫ መያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  • iV የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ።
  • V የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምሥክር ወረቀት ወይም በግዢ ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሣይት ላይ የተመዘገቡ።
  • vi. የግብር ግዴታቸውን ስለመወጣታቸው የሚያሣይ ማረጋገጫ የሚያቀርቡ።
  • i. ደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ

3 ተወዳዳሪዎች ሠነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ የፋይናንስና የቴክኒክ ሠነዶችን ለይተው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

4. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሥራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር ባቀረበው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሠነድ ላይ የተሞላ ዋጋ መቅረብ አለበት፣

5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 30,000.00 / ሠላሳ ሺህ/ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው። የባንክ ዋስትና የሚያሲዙ ከሆነ በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የ90 ቀን የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።የኢንሹራንስ ሠነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዳቸውን ሞልተው ከመወዳደራቸው በፊት ፕሮጀከቱ የሚገነባበት ቦታ (ሣይት አይተው መሙላት አለባቸው። ይህን ሳያደርጉ ቀርተው ካሸነፉ በኋላ ከሣይት ልማት (and cleaning, land cutting & fling or any work related to site work) ጋር ተያይዘው የሚቀርቡ ማንኛውም የቫሪየሽን ጥያቄዎች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም።

7. ጨረታው ታህሳስ 27 ቀን 2010 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ የተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የዋጋ ማወዳደሪያ ሠነድ በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ስግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ በይፋ ይከፈታል፡፡

8. በአማርኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሠነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡

9. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሠነዱ ላይ ማብራሪያ ሲፈልጉ ከዚህ በታች በተገለፀው አድራሻ መጠየቅ ይችላሉ::

10. መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።

Amendment for Invitation for Bids (IFB)

It is recalled that Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) is in the process of Procurement of the Construction of 290 m3 Pioneer Water Tank Works with Bid Reference Number NCB/EPHI/PCT/water tank/062/2013.

Accordingly, the institute invited sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders published on December 11, 2020, in the Ethiopian Herald newspaper. However, the published invitation letter mistakenly written the Construction of 290 m3 Pioneer Water Tank Works instead of the Construction of 290 m3 Pioneer Water Tank Works, and bids will be opened on January 4, 2021, at 2:30 P.M.

Therefore, please consider the above amendment, and all other things remain the same.

The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of the Agricultural Growth Program and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

  1.  The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture now invites eligible bidders/Contractors Grade 6/six and above for the Construction of Queen Raring Center at Guanguaworda of AwiZone in Amhara Region
  2. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
  3. Technical Evaluation Implemented According World Bank Procurement Gaidine is Mandatory
  4. Bids shall be valid for a period of (90)Including 28 days of ITB Section one after the bid opening date.
  5. Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO in a total amount of ETB 120,000/One hindered twenty thousand/.
  6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the current budget year. The following document&/ Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Taxpayer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to be attached to this document with the technical proposal of their Biding document.
  7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Regional state Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and Property Administration directorates, Bahirdar Near to Development bank of Ethiopia Bahirdar branch, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ETB 200 to the address indicated.
  8.  Bidders shall submit two envelopes, Technical document/’Qualification information in one envelope and “Financial Bid and bid security” separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.
  9. The bid must be delivered Amhara National Regional State, Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and Property Directorate Procurement section, Room No. 12 Bahirdar near to Development Bank of Ethiopia. Bids shall be closed on January-17-/2013 E.C at 4:00 AM Morning and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected..

  • የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ወይም በግዢ ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሳይት ላይ የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  • የተጫራቹ የቴከኒክ ብቃት፣ ክህሎትና ልምድ እንዲሁም ጥሩ የፋይናንስ አቅም እና አፈጻጸም መኖራቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃዎች ተሟልቶ ሊቀርብ ይገባል፣

6. ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ ዋና እና ኮፒውን የፋይናንስና የቴከኒክ ሰነዶችን በተለያዩ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታዎች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

7. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለስራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ባዘጋጃው የዋጋ  ማቅረቢያ /Bill of Quantity/ ዝርዝር ሰነድ ላይ ሞልተውና ፈርመው እንዲሁም ማህተም አድርገው ሊያቀርቡ ይገባል።

  • የተጫራቹ የቴክኒክ ብቃት፣ ክህሎትና ልምድ እንዲሁም ጥሩ የፋይናንስ አቅም እና አፈጻጸም መኖራቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃዎች ተሟልቶ ሊቀርብ ይገባል፣

6. ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ ዋና እና ኮፒውን የፋይናንስና የቴክኒክ ሰነዶችን በተለያዩ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታዎች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

7. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለስራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ባዘጋጃው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ /Bill of Quantity/ ዝርዝር ሰነድ ላይ ሞልተውና ፈርመው እንዲሁም ማህተም አድርገው ሊያቀርቡ ይገባል ።

የእግረኛ መንገድ በኮብልስቶን

ግንባታ ሥራ ግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአብክመ የከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት መትሆሮ ቀበሌ ለሚሰራው 810 ሜትር የእግረኛ መንገድ በኮብልስቶን ግንባታ ስራ ለማሰራት በዘርፉ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ድርጅቶችን/ ተቋራጮችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል።

ስለሆነም በጨረታው ላይ ለመሳተፍ ፍቃደኛ የሆኑ 

1. ደረጃቸው GC-RC 9 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ፤ ለስራው ህጋዊ አግባብነት ያለው ፈቃድ ኖሯቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና እድሳት ያደረጉ፥ ለስራው የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፤የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር TIN ያላቸው፤

2. የጨረታው ሰነድ ከከሚሴ ከተማ አስተዳደር ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 33 በግዢ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ዋና የስራ ሂደት ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ 21/ሀያ አንድ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መረጃዎች ዋናና ኮፒ በመያዝ ዘወትር በስራ ቀንና ሰዓት ለአንዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ የኢትዮ ብር 100/አንድ መቶ ብርበመክፈል ጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ ።

3 ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን የፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ለየብቻው ዋና እና ኮፒ በማድረግ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፖች በአብክመ የከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በግዢ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ዋና የስራ ሂደት ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሀያ ሁለተኛው ቀን (22) ቀን ከጠዋቱ 300 ሰዓት እስከ 400 ሰዓት ድረስ የእግረኛ መንገድ በኮብልስቶን ግንባታ ስራ የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

4. ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 430 ሰዓት በግዢ/ፋይ/ ንብ/አስ/ዋና የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።

5. ተጫራቾች ተመላሽ የሚደረግ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የእግረኛ መንገድ በኮብልስቶን ግንባታ ስራ ጨረታ በሚከፈትበት ቀን 30,000/ሰላሳ ሺህ ብር በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይንም በባንክ ትእዛዝ /CPO/በቢድ ቦንድ እና በጥቃቅን ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው ።

6. የጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት ውል በሚዋዋልበት ጊዜ የውለታ ማስከበሪያ ከአጠቃላይ ድምር ዋጋ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል ።

7. መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይንም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ።

8. ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ በከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በግንባር በመቅረብ ወይንም በስልክ ቁጥር 033 554 0255 ደውለው መረዳት ይችላሉ።

ማሳሰቢያ ተጫራቾች ጨረታ በሚከፈትበት ቀን ግብር የከፈሉበት የግብር ክሊራንስ አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል ይህ ካልሆነ ጨረታው ውድቅ የሚሆን መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።

በአብክመ የከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራከሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በላፍቶ ቀበሌ፤ በአባገዳ ቀበሌ በካራዳሚ ቀበሌ እና መትሆሮ ቀበሌ ለሚሰራው 4.5 ኪሎ ሜትር የጠጠር መንገድ ጥገና ስራ ለማሰራት በዘርፉ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ድርጅቶችን ተቋራጮችን/ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል ።

ስለሆነም በጨረታው ላይ ለመሳተፍ ፍቃደኛ የሆኑ 

1. ደረጃቸው GC/BC 9 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ፣ ለስራው ህጋዊ አግባብነት ያለው ፈቃድ ኖሯቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና እድሳት ያደረጉ፤ ለስራው የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፣ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር TIN ያላቸው፤

2. የጨረታው ሰነድ ከከሚሴ ከተማ አስተዳደር ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 33 በግዢ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ዋና የስራ ሂደት ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ 21/ሀያ አንድ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መረጃዎች ዋናና ኮፒ በመያዝ ዘወትር በስራ ቀንና ሰዓት ለአንዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ የኢትዮ ብር 100/አንድ መቶ ብር/በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ ።

3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን የፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ለየብቻው ዋና እና ኮፒ በማድረግ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፖች በአብክመ የከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በግዢ ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ዋና የስራ ሂደት ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሀያ ሁለተኛው ቀን (22) ቀን ከጠዋቱ 300 ሰዓት እስከ 400 ሰዓት ድረስ 4.5 ኪሎ ሜትር የጠጠር መንገድ ጥገና ስራ የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ።

4. ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 430 ሰዓት በግዥ/ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ ዋና የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል ።

5. ተጫራቾች ተመላሽ የሚደረግ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የጠጠር መንገድ ጥገና ስራ 35,000/ሰላሳ አምስት ሺህ ብር በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይንም በባንክ ትእዛዝ /CPO/ በቢድ ቦንድ እና በጥቃቅን ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው።

6. የጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት ውል በሚዋዋልበት ጊዜ የውለታ ማስከበሪያ ከአጠቃላይ ድምር ዋጋ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል።

7.መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይንም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ።

8. ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ በከሚሴ ከተማ ልማት ቤቶች ኮንስትራክሽን ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በግንባር በመቅረብ ወይንም በስልክ ቁጥር 033 554 0255 ደውለው መረዳት ይችላሉ ።

ማሳሰቢያ ተጫራቾች ጨረታ በሚከፈትበት ቀን ግብር የከፈሉበት የግብር ክሊራንስ አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል ይህ ካልሆነ ጨረታው ውድቅ የሚሆን መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።

የኦሮሚያ ባህልና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ በ 2013 የበጀት አመት የኢሉባቦር ዞን ቡኢ ወረዳ የሚገኘውን የጎሬ የቀድሞ የኢንግሊዝ ቆንስላ ፅ/ቤት ለማስጠገን ይፈልጋል።

 ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፤

1. በመሆኑም ለዚሁ ጥገና ስራ ደረጃ 6 ኮንትራክተሮችን GC 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያለዉ/ ያላት፤

8. ጨረታው በነጋታው ወይንም በሚቀጥለው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኦሮሚያ ባህልና  እና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ በፋይናንስና ግዢ ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 ይከፈታል፤

8. ከፌደራል እና ከኦሮሚያ ገቢዎች ባለስልጣን ወቅታዊ የግብር ግዴታቸውን የተወጡና በጨረታው መካፈል የሚችሉ መሆናቸውን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤

8. ተጫራቾች የሚያሲዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Bond) አቀራረብ በባንኩ የተረጋገጠ (CPO) ወይም ባንክ ጋራንት ከቴክኒካል ጨረታ ሰነዱ (Technical Bid Document) ጋር በተለያየ ፖስታ በሰም አሽገው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia seeks a qualified contractor with valid licenses to express their interest to be engaged  for Construction work of upgrading United Nations Conference Center (UNCC) Conference Room 1(CR1) and Conference Room 2(CR2) Podiums.

1.1  Background

The UNCC building was constructed in 1996 to enable the ECA to host major conference assemblies of various sizes. Two main conference halls (CR1 and CR2) offer a combined space of 2,200 square meters with a total capacity of nearly 1,300 persons. The podiums within these halls were not designed to aid persons with disabilities and neither the stage area, furniture or lecterns can be deemed accessible for persons with disabilities (PWD), which is now a requirement.

Both conference halls require demolition and construction works to achieve compliance with current accessibility standards. These include removing the existing podium areas, and constructing a new stage area with compliant ramps, levels access, stairs and furniture. New joinery and carpentry are required for both rooms, and the scope calls for an accessible and demountable delegates table and lectern. A platform lift is proposed to make the podiums PWD accessible. New ground installed conduits and new installed power outlets are required to all of the delegates desks (cabling by others).

All new construction will need to be integrated with the existing building fabric and provide accessible paths to the VIP areas at the rear of the room. Additionally, a new CR1 LED wall will need to be integrated permanently into the rear wall. The CR2 LED wall is already permanently installed and will require small edge finishing and completion works only.

It is required that the construction work be undertaken in each of the rooms consecutively, so as to keep one conference room operational at all times. A separate contract is being used for the replacement of carpet in the main rooms, which will run concurrently with this project. These activities will not affect the works described here but will require coordination for access, furniture removal, modifications, installations and protection of the works.

The carpets and furniture will be removed prior to works in each room commencing, giving access to the slab area to run conduits to the delegate desks, and provide access to the delegates furniture to install new power outlets. All final carpeting works in this project area and the main halls areas will need to be coordinated and integrated seamlessly with each other. Staging areas for the storage and handling of delegates furniture can be made available on discussion with Facilities Management Section (FMS).

It is required that all construction works be delivered on time, ready for use, in preparation for a major conference event in 2022.

1.2  Scope of work

Summary of the scope of the works:

—      Demolish completely all areas described in the documentation, all materials remain property of client and are to be handled, stored or removed only at their instruction

—      Construct a new accessible single level podium platform with all ramps, stairs and connections as per the documentation

—      Construct new accessible podium furniture as per the design, samples of furniture sections may be required to ensure quality of final product

—      Procurement and supply of a height adjustable lectern

—      Replacement of all identified fixtures, fittings and finishes sympathetic to the existing room’s design intent and quality.

—      Provide a wheelchair compliant platform lift for vertical movement between conference room floor and podium level. Match any new joinery work to suit existing finishes and detailing.

—      Provide wall and floor modifications to the back rooms from the podium, and integrate new work to match with existing

—      Electrical summary:

–          Rewire the power outlets and audio / visual cabling underneath the podium as well as provide a cable trunking system on the podium for ease of rewiring and change

–          Provide trunking lines only (cabling by others) to all delegate desk positions with connections at floor boxes, and install new international plug power outlets, with USB in all delegate desks

–          Re-use existing:

–          Power & data distribution boards & risers

–          Audio visual wiring

–          Voice & data passive infrastructure

–          Provide new:

–          Cable management system for power, data and AV

–          Concealed, floor mounted outlets for power, data and AV

–          Additional power outlets with USB capability with the control mechanism of the podium desks

–          New electrical and communications works associated with new platform lift

–          Integrate a fire detection and alarm system underneath the podium.

–          Provide new cable trunking to the conference manager table.

—      Construction as per design documentation, using light steel joists with SHS steel support posts and steel support beams

—      New steel mounting frame in CR1 for LED screen mounting (LED screen panels dismantling and installation by others), integration of both rooms screens with rear wall paneling as described in the documentation and all data and power tidied up with cable trays etc. from screen to control boxes.

—      Construction as described for 200mm Solid block wall around perimeter of podium

—      Undertake all required modifications to the existing ductwork and local diffusers to accommodate the change in levels in the podium by reconfiguring the duct-work.

1.3 Construction methodology and phasing

Scheduling considerations while preparing the tender:

—      A Construction methodology should be submitted by the contractor that refers to the planned method of construction, considering all contractual and legal requirements, construction constraints, risks, and opportunities. Business continuity of a conference building should be maintained at all times.

—      The methodology needs to include the temporary and permanent works and the services required to complete the construction works.

—      A Construction Environmental Management Plan should be prepared to describe to avoid, minimize or mitigate any construction effects on the environment and the surrounding spaces when carrying out the associated construction activities.

—      Construction methodology required that describes the careful phasing of the development, coordinating access and programme with other construction works that client is undertaking

—      The contractor should also propose site management proposals. The aim of the site setup measures is to minimize risk to the environment and, provide welfare facilities for staff, ensure security of the site and promote efficient use of resources. Such facilities will include:

–          Temporary protective fencing and lighting;

–          Site security facilities;

–          Temporary car parking, offices and welfare facilities;

–          Temporary and secure equipment storage areas;

–          Emergency spill kits;

–          Dust management facilities including wheel washing;

–          Material and plant storage areas; and

–          Material recycling and waste segregation areas.

—      The construction/installation of CR1 and CR2 podium modification works shall not be simultaneous, rather one conference room at a time, due to the required uninterrupted operations of conference services (business continuity).

—      Site access is constrained in that duration of the construction to be not more than 18 months to be ready for use by event deadline in Q3 2022

—      ECA expects the proposed work schedule shall have break down of:

–          Preparation of samples and inspections

–          Manufacturing of materials

–          Importation (shipping to site)

–          Installation time required.

Companies expressing interest should note that this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) serves as pre-qualification of the companies that will be invited to participate in the tender process. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by “Request for Proposal (RFP)” at a later stage and the detail requirement will be further specfied in the RFP document.

UNECA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI/ or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The RFP and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.

UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a vendor that is not registered with United Nations Global Market Place(UNGM). The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites selected eligible, Qualified BC/GC Grade 6 and above with Trade License and Registration Certificate from Ministry of/Bureau of Works and Urban Development of the current year for furnishing the necessary labor, Materials, and Equipment for the Maintenance works of Main Store of ERCS Health and Pharmaceutical Service, in Addis Ababa

The Kegna Beverages Share Company intends to initially select applicants for the procurement of Design, Manufacture, Supply and Erection of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and Civil Works of Greenfield Brewery (Kegna Brewery Factory) near Ginchi Town, in Oromia Region of Ethiopia, with annual sales of 3 Million HL beer expandable to 6 million HL beer.

1. ደረጃቸው BC/GC-7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ ለዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ፈቃድ፣ የከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከሀድያ ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ግዥ ፋይ/ን/አስተዳደር ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ እስከ 20ኛው ቀን ድረስ የማይመለስ ብር 150 /አንድ መቶ ሃምሳ ብርበመክፈል ባለፈቃዱ ወይም ሕጋዊ ተወካዩ አንድ ኮፒ የሰነድ ማስረጃ በማስያዝ መግዛት ይችላል።

2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአሠሪው መ/ቤት ስም 10,000 /አስር ሺህ ብርበባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና /unconditional bank guarantee letter/ ከፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ጋር በፖስታ በሰም አሽገውና ማህተም በማድረግ ፈርመው ማቅረብ አለባቸው።

3. ተጫራቾች አስፈላጊውን ዕቃና ሠራተኛ አቅርበው ሥራውን የሚሠሩበትን የፋይናንሻል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናልና ሁለት ፎቶ ግራፊክ ኮፒ እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሰነዶችን ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ እንዲሁም አራቱንም ሰነዶች ከሌላ አንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በሰም አሽጐና የፕሮጀክቱን ስም ጠቅሶ እና የቴክኒካል ፕሮፖዛልአንድ ኦርጂናል ሁለት ፎቶ ግራፊክ ኮፒ ሰነዶች አንዲሁም ኦርጂናል ቴክኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Bidder Certification of Compliance) ለየብቻው በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ ከማድረግ እንዲሁም አራቱንም የቴክኒካል ሰነዶች በሌላ አንድ ማጠቃላያ ፖስታ በሰም አሽጐና ሁለቱንም የቴክኒካል እንዲሁም የፋይናንሻል ፖስታዎች በአንድ ማጠቃለያ እናት ፖስታ በማድረግ የፕሮጀክቱን ስም ጠቅሶ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ተከታታይ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።በእጅ የተሞሉ ኮፒ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ከጨረታው ውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል።የአገልግሎት ዋጋው በሰነዱ ላይ በተዘጋጀው ቦታ በአሃዝና በፊደል መሞላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡ኦርጂናል የቴክኒካል ሃሣብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Bidder Certification of Compliance) በየመጠይቁ (ባዶ ቦታዎች) ተሞልቶ፣ ተፈርሞና ታሽጐ መመለስ አለበት።የቴክኒካል ሃሣብ የያዘውን ሰነድ (Bidder Certification of Compliance) መጠይቆች (ባዶ ቦታዎች ላይሞሉ ማህተም ብቻ አድርጎ መመለስ ከውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል።

4. ጨረታው 31ኛው ቀን 430 ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከሀድያ ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ግዥ ፋይ/ን/አስተዳደር የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል።21ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይሆናል:: አሰሪ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

ማሳሰቢያ፡- ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከወቅቱ ከገበያ ዋጋ በታች ያቀረበ እንደሆነ አሠሪ መ/ቤቱ ለሥራው ውል ለመግባት አይገደድም።
