Berhan Insurance S.C. was founded in October 2010, as an emerging insurance firm in the insurance industry to  convey General Insurance Services through the acquisition of state of the art technology, and professional staffing to deliver exceptional customer services. Recently, the company is registering remarkable profitable stand with a vision to become an “Insurance Company of Popular Choice.” Thus, the company is planning to constriction of aluminum partition and purchase of finishing materials as list below.

1. List and description of items

• Category I: – A. To supply and fix aluminum partition. B. To demolish and fix the existing aluminum partition.
• Category II: – To supply plastic tiles.
• Category III: – To supply carpet

2. The relevant particulars or information required for submission of the proposal and bid documents

• 2.1. Interested bidders can collect bid documents from the Company’s Head Office, 4th floor from the date of this announcement, by paying non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One hundred birr only).
• 2.2. All bids must be accompanied with 2% bid bond of the total price either in CPO or Bank guarantees in a separate envelope along with bid document which shall be valid for 120 days in the name of BERHAN INSURANCE S.C.
• 2.3. Certificate of incorporation/registration for legal  entities/, renewed trade licence, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration.
• 2.4. The bidder shall prepare original & copy of the bid documents typed or legibly handwritten without any correction.
• 2.5. The bidder shall supply sample for Category II and III with bid documents.
• 2.6. Bidders will clearly indicate the detailed delivery time, unit price and total price for the items and shall be submitted in a wax sealed envelope.
• 2.7. The bid documents will be submitted till December 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 8:30 PM in the Company’s Meeting Hall at Head Office, 4th floor.
• 2.8. Berhan Insurance S.C. reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
