  6. ተጫራቾች የግንባታውን ሙሉ ስፔስፊኬሽን ወይም ዝርዝሩን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፣
  7. መ/ቤቱ 20 በመቶ ሊጨምርም ሊቀንስም ይችላል፣
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50 የኢትዮጵያ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት በመክፈል ዳባት ወረዳ ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተከታታይ ቀናት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፣
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት ብር ዋጋ የእቃውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማለትም ግዥና ፋይናንስ ካርኒ በመቁረጥ ኮፒ በማድረግ በጨረታ ፖስታ ላይ በማሸግ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፣
  10. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ዋናና ቅጅ በመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሆኖ ለየብቻቸው ተለይተው ዳ/ወ/ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ጋዜጣው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ ቀናት ከታህሳስ 19/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 3/2013 ዓ.ም ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፣
  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ ፋ/ን/አስ/ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በቀን 4/5/2013 ዓ.ም ከጥዋቱ 4፡00 ታሽጐ በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፣

  5. ተወዳዳሪው /ተጫራቹ/ ለግንባታ ስራው በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሲፒኦ ብር 250,000,00 /ሁለት መቶ ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር/ ወይም በባንከ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ብር 250,000.00 /ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር ብቻ የ90 ቀናት ያህል ሊቆይ የሚችል የጨረታ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የተያዘው ገንዘብ በጨረታ ለተሸነፈ ድርጅት አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከአዋርድ ከተደረገ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ ይመለሳል ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቶች በቀረበው ዝርዝር ስፔስፊኬሽን ወይንም bill of quantity መሠረት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው

  10. በተራ ቁጥር-9 ላይ የተጠቀሰው ቀን የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣይ ቀን ባለው የስራ ቀን በተራ ቁጥር-9 ላይ በተጠቀሰው የስራ ሰዓት የሚታሸግና የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  11. ስርዝ ድል ያለው የዋጋ መሙያ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም
  12. የተጫራች አለመኖር ፖስታው ተሟልቶ እስከተገኘ ድረስ ጨረታውን አያስተጓጉልም::
  13. ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  14. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በተጨማሪ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር የተያያዘውን የተጫራቶች መመሪያ ባለማንበብ እና ባለመገንዘብ/ ባለመረዳት ለሚከሰተው ችግር ዩኒቨርሲቲው ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡
  15. ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው 60 ቀናት ያህል ብቻ ነው፡፡

4. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ሆነው የተመረጡ ድርጅቶች የጨረታው ውጤት በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ቀናት ውስጥ በኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ኬዝ ቲም በመቅረብ ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ 10% ለመልካም አፈጻፀም ዋስትና በማስያዝ ውል መፈረም አለባቸው፡፡

5 የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ድርጅቶች በፈረሙት ውል መሠረት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት አሸናፊ የሆኑባቸውን የኮንቲነር ዕድሣት ዕቃዎች ኢንስቲትዩቱ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

6. የጨረታው አሽናፊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ የጨረታ አሸናፊነት ተለይቶ የአሸናፊነት ደብዳቤ ከተሰጠው በኋላ ባሉት 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ይመለስላቸዋል፡፡

7. የጨረታው ሣጥን ታህሳስ 19/2010 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይዘጋል፡፡

8.የጨረታ ሣጥን ታህሳስ 19/2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቶች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች እንዲሁም የኢንስቲትዩቱ ኦዲትና የሥነ ምግባር ባለሙያ በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

INVITATION FOR BID

Arsi Zone cooperative promotion Agency has obtained budget from the Italian Agency For Development Cooperation needs to Construction of Ware House at 8(eight) site

1. The Agency invites all registered contractors of category GC6/BCS and above with renewed license valid for the year 2013 Ethiopian Calendar for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment, and service for the construction of Ware House as the following lots.

  • Lot-I Two seed Warehouse, Office, Toilet, Guardhouse and Fence
  • Lot-Il Four Type -1 Grain Warehouse, Office, Toilet, Guardhouse and Fence
  • Lot-III Two Type-2 Grain Warehouse, Office, Toilet, Guard house, and Fence

2. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase bidding documents from Arsi Zone Finance & Economic Co-operative Office. Submission of written application & nonrefundable fee of Eth 300 (three hundred birrs). The Bid will be submitted on the 22nd working day of announcement of the bid at 3:00 am in Arsi Zone Finance & Economic Co-operative Office Hall & will be open at 3.30 am on the same day & place of the submission. In case, If 22nd day is the Holiday it will submit & open the next working days at the same time & place. 1

3. A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and a copy of the VAT certificate, trade license, registration certificate, and tax clearance from Oromia or Federal Revenue Bureau must be attached with the application and not miss to submit with qualification document.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of an Unconditional bank guarantee or CPO birr 75,000.00 (Seventy Five thousand Birr) and must be addressed to the project owner.

5. The bid security shall be wax sealed, stamped & signed in separate envelop marked “Bid security” and bid security to be submitted by a bidder shall carefully address the Employer’s name, the exact name of the site for which it is submitted & the validity of the bid security. Failure of stating any of which would cause rejection from the bid.

6. submission and opening of the bid;

  • A. The original and copies of the qualification document shall be placed separately in wax-sealed, stamped & signed envelope marked as “QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT” and both envelopes shall be placed in one large outer envelope and wax sealed. The outer and inner envelopes shall bear the submission address and other information indicated on/in the datasheet
  • B. The original and machine copies of the financial offer documents shall be placed separately in a wax-sealed envelope marked as “THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENT” and these envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and wax sealed. The outer and inner envelopes shall bear the submission address and other information indicated on/in the datasheet. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document
  • C. The qualification document will be opened on the same day of bid submission date at 3:30 am in the Presence of the Tender committee & bidders or legal representative represented by the bidder
  • D. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of the bidders and tender committee or any authorized body represented by the client until financial offer(s) of qualified bidders are opened publicly.
  • E. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub-criterion, and points assigned to the criterion in the data sheet. Each qualification document will be given a score point.
  • F. Only financial offers of those bidders who fully respond or 100% (one hundred percent) will be opened on the financial opening date.
  • G. The client shall address the financial opening date, place, and time to the bidders
  • H. Every envelope should be wax-sealed, signed, and stamped by the bidder properly and separately.
  • I A bidder will be rejected if it does not respond to the tender document according to this invitation or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicated in the tender document,
  • J. Any attempt of submission forged or false document and/or indication of financial offer on the qualification document shall result in a rejection of the bid.
  • K. The client shall not bear any responsibility for miss placement of “Qualification document” in the “financial offer document” envelope or vice versa, which results in the rejection of the bidder.

7. The validity of the bid shall be 120 days from the date of bid opening

8. The completion deadline of the project under bid should be negotiated during the award and become part of the binding document (agreement).

9. A contractor who have a project in our zonal must be scored 70% (seventy percent) physical status and above work, progress can participate to this bid

10. The Agency may not award more than one project at a time also A bidder Cannot Participate more than one site

  11. ማንኛውንም ተጫራች ከውድድር በፊት የስራ ሳይቱን በራሱ አይቶ ማረጋገጥ አለበት

  13. የተጫራቹ ዋጋ የሂሳብ ስህተት ከእርማት በኋላ ከ2% በላይ መሆን የለበትም
  14. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ዋና እና ኮፒ በመለየት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ ውስጥ በማስገባት በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ በሠ/በርከ/አ/ፋ/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 ላይ ለዚህ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ጨረታ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይችላሉ።
  15. በጨረታ ሂደት ላይ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ከጠቅላላው ዋጋ ላይ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10% ማስያዝ አለበት
  16. ጨረታው በአየር ላይ የሚቆየው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 /አስራ አምስት / ተከታታይ ቀናት ይሆናል፡፡
  17. ተጫራቾች የሥራ ዝርዝር የሚገልጸውን ሰነድ በሳይት የማይመለስ ብር 150.00 /አንድ መቶ ሃምሳ ብር በመከፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 /አስራ አምስት/ ተከታታይ ቀናት በሠላም በር ከተማ አ/ስር ፋ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በመቅረብ የተዘጋጀውን ሰነድ መግዛት የሚችሉ ይሆናል፡፡
  18. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚመለስ 20,000.00 /ሃያ ሺህ ብር/ በጠቅላላ ዋጋ በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በቼክ CPO ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  19. የጨረታ አሸናፊ አሸናፊነቱ በጽሁፍ እንደተገለፀለት ወዲያውኑ በ5 በሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ መጥተው የጨረታ ውል መፈረም አለበት ይህ ባይፈፀም ከ5 የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ ቀደም ሲል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ከጨረታ ይሰረዛል፡፡
  20. የጨረታው ሳጥን የሚታሸገው የጨረታው ማብቂያ በ15ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 6፡00 ይሆናል፡፡
  21. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በ15ኛው ቀን 8፡00 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይሆናል
  22. ተጫራቾች ወይም የተጫራቹ ወኪል ባለመገኘት ጨረታውን መከፈትን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡
  23. 15ኛው ቀን ሰንበት ወይም በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው ሥራ ቀን የሚከፈት ይሆናል

  6. ተወዳዳሪው የቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንቱን በሰም የታሸገ ፖስታ ለእያንዳንዱ አንድ ኦርጂናል ሁለት ኮፒ በተለያዩ ፖስታ ታሽጎ በመጨረሻም በአንድ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  7. ተወዳዳሪዎች በቴክኒካል ውጤት 70% እና ከዚያ በላይ ማምጣት ሲቻል ለፋይናንሻል ውድድር ማለፍ የሚችል መሆኑን ማወቅ አለበት::
  8. ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 10,000.00 /አስር ሺ ብር CPO or unconditional Bank Grant ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ CPO or unconditional Bank Grant በቴክኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶክመንት ውስጥ ማስገባት ያስፈልጋል፡፡
  9. ተወዳዳሪዎች በአካባቢው ለቤቱ ግንባታ የሚያስፈልገውን  ማሽነሪ ሙሉ ግብዓት በራሱ ማቅረብ የሚችል ማለትም፡- ገልባጭ መኪና ስለመኖሩ ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል፣ሚከሰር ያለው፣ ኤልክትርካልና ሲቪል የሳይት መሀንዲስ ያለው፡፡
  10. ተወዳዳሪዎች ከታኅሣሥ 14/4/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ 4/5/2013 ዓ.ም በተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ዶክመንቱን እስከ ቀኑ 6፡00 ሰዓት በላስካ ከተማ ከባስኬት ማት ማህበር ጽ/ቤት በመግዛት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ የጨረታ ዶከመንት ሳጥን በ05/5/203 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 6፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተወዳዳሪዎች /ህጋዊ ተወካዮቻቸው እና የጨረታ ኮሚቴ አባላት ባሉበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  11. ከተወዳዳሪዎች መካከል የውሸት ማስረጃ ያቀረበ ወይም ለማቅረብ የሞከረ ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ይሰረዛል፡፡

 Invitation to International Competitive Bid for the Procurement of Design, Manufacture,

Supply and Erection of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and Civil Works of Greenfield Brewery

The Kegna Beverages Share Company intends to initially select applicants for the procurement of Design, Manufacture, Supply and Erection of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and Civil Works of Greenfield Brewery (Kegna Brewery Factory) near Ginchi Town, in Oromia Region of Ethiopia, with annual sales of 3 Million HL beer expandable to 6 million HL beer.

These competitive bids are based upon Ethiopian Public procurement standard for the international purchase of Goods, Services and Works (PPA, Version 2011) for both PEB Works and Civil Works of the project, respectively.

The Description of the goods and Works are:

  • Lot 1: Design, Manufacture, Supply, and Erection of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)
  • Lot 2: Civil Works for Factory buildings, Auxiliary buildings, and site infrastructure at Kegna Brewery Factory

The bid documents may be purchased by interested Applicants upon submission of a written application letter to the address given below with payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand Ethiopian Birr) including VAT for each lot or in equivalent USD at the prevailing rate. The Applicant can deposit the amount at Banks (more information is available at the address given below) and come with the deposit slip to collect the bid documents.

The applicant should present a copy of the Trade License renewed for 2020 G.C, VAT Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 during the purchase of the bid documents.

Interested applicants can purchase the documents from the address given below starting 23rd of December 2020 for Lot 1 and starting 25th of December 2020 for lot 2.

Interested Applicants may obtain further information from Kegna at the address given below during normal office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for both lots.

The bid must be submitted to Kegna Beverage Share Company head office (the address is given below) the closing date and time for Lot 1 is Tuesday 1st February 2021 at 11:00 AM and for Lot 2, Thursday 3rd February 2021 at 11:00 AM

Each Bid must be accompanied with bid security of Birr 500,000 (Five hundred thousand) or USD equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate.

The bid for Lot 1 will be opened on Tuesday 1 February 2021 at 11:30 AM at the address given below in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who is interested to attend.

The bid for Lot 2 will be opened on Thursday 3rd  February 2021 at 11:30 AM at the address given below in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who is interested to attend.
