B, Construction of Soka water supply in Deder Wereda, East Hararghc Zone, Ororniya Region state under DFSA Projec Ethiopian Catholic Church Social & Development Commission Branch office of Harar (ECC-SDCOH) is an NGO which is registered as Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization. Currently, it runs different Projects in several woredas and Kebe.. of East & west Hararghe zone, and Fentale woreda of East Showa zone of Oromia Region State, Gode and Jijiga zones of Somalia National Regional state, Dire Dawa administration and Zone 3 of Afar regional stale, ECCSDCOH, fund received from DFSA project planned to constructed Jerjertu – II Small scale Irrigation & Sake water supply located in DFSA project operational areas. So for the implementation of this project ECC-SDCOH interested to invite experienced contractors.

1.  Eligible bidders must obtain registration for category WWC 6 and above with a valid license for the current year2013E. C
2. The bid document obtained from Dire Dawa ECC-SDCOH office up on non-refundable fee birr 200 (two hundred Birr only) for consecutive 15 (fifteen) days.
3.  The document can be collected starting from the date of this bid announcement during the official working hours and days. The bidders can purchase the documents upon presentation of all required legal certificates of registration from concerned government offices and currently renewed license, Tax clearness as well as VAT certificate and TIN number.
4. All bids should be submitted after 15 consecutive day’s announcement on the newspaper at 10.00 am, Bid will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am at the Dire Dawa ECCSDCOH office. If the opening day concedes with holiday bid will opens on the next working day.
5. During hid opening bidders should be attended with a legal representative and the bid will be opened whether bidders representatives will exist or not on stated time and date.
6. The Bidders shall furnish, as part of its tender, bid security of 20.000.00 (twenty thousand) ETB, in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO only from a banking institution, licensed to do business in Ethiopia.
7.  The bidders should Summit one original technical document & original financial and two copies of technical financial & documents sealed with wax and signed after enclosed separately and kept in one post.
8. The bidder can purchase all bid documents but if they win in more than one bid the bidder will be forced to choose one of the bids.
9. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and not obliged and not obliged to give a reason for any decision taken.
