Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents.

In relation with this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite interested bidders for the Construction and Maintenance of Rub Hall basement.

Bidders who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirements

  1. A renewed trade license for the sector
  2. Construction Grade BC or GC 5 and above
  3. Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates,
  4. Bid Security shall be ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand), in the form of only CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank by the name of Catholic Relief Services.

The complete bid documents are available at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-city, Enkulal Fabrica PO Box 6592, Addis Ababa during office hours Monday to Friday from, November 1, 2020, to November 16,2020.

Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, legal stamps, signatures and Tender No.” and submit their technical and financial documents (two different envelops sealed for each category).

The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned above into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before November 16, at 4:00 PM. Bids arrives after this date and time will not be considered

The contractor should be well-experienced and accomplished construction of a building or related structures (like schools, health institutions…etc) at Different location of the Country.

  1. HDANRO (Horo District Agriculture and Natural Resources Office) has got a budget from World Bank for AGP-II for a project of Fincha Dabsa and Boror Rehabilitation and Expansion of SSIP; at Horo Guduru Wollega Zone, Horo District, Konbolcha Chancho and Akaji Sebet kebele respectively of Oromia National Regional State.
  2. Accordingly, HDANRO invites eligible to submit stamped, signed & wax-sealed bids for the execution and completion of the scheme.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding (ONCB) procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Guidelines of the bidding document.
  4. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents for each document upon payment of the non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 300.00 from Horo Revenue Authority Office & for further information from HDANRO at the address given below.

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

የአዲስ አበባ ውሃና ፍሳሽ ባለሥልጣን የዋናውን መ/ቤት ህንፃ የ3,300 ሜትር ካሬ ውሃ ስርገት መከላከል (water proofing) አገልግሎት ግዥ  በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ድርጅቶችን  በጨረታው እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. ተጫራቾች ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት መገናኛ ከሚገኘው ዋና መ/ቤት ምድር ቢሮ ቁጥር 113 በመገኘት ከላይ ለተጠቀሰው ግዥ የተዘጋጀውን  የጨረታ ሠነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች በመንግስት የግዥና የንብረት ማስወገድ ኤጀንሲ  በዘርፉ በዕቃና አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ በድረ-ገፅ የተመዘገበ፣ ለዘመኑ ሕጋዊ እና የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይ የምስክር ወረቀት እና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና ግብር የመክፈል ግዴታቸውን  የተወጡ መሆኑን የሚያረጋግጥ በግብር ሰብሳቢው ባለስልጣን የተሰጠ ማስረጃ በመወዳደሪያ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በማድረግ እስከ ጨረታው መዝጊያ ቀን ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  3. ጨረታውን ለመሳተፍ ብር 20,000.00 (ሃያ ሺህ ብር) የጨረታ  ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ቢያንስ ለ60 ቀናት ጸንቶ የሚቆይ በCPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ይህንኑም እስከ ጨረታው መዝጊያ ቀን ድረስ ከዋናው ሠነድ ጋር በማያያዝ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለበት፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሣባቸውን በአንድ ፖስታ (One envelope) /የቴክኒክ እና የዋጋ በአንድ ላይ የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ማቅረብ አለባቸው::
  5. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ላሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10%  ከውል በኋላ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  6. የተጫራቾች የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሠነድ ለ60/ስልሣ/ ቀናት ፀንቶ የሚቆይ  መሆን አለበት፡፡ ከዚህ ያነሰ የጨረታ ዋጋ ፀንቶ መቆያ ጊዜ ያቀረበ  ተጫራች ከጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡
  7. የጨረታ ሠነዱን በሰሙ አስመዝግቦ ያልገዛ ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ  በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችልም፡፡
  8. ጨረታው ህዳር 8 ቀን 2013 ዓም ከሰዓት በኋላ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በዕለቱ በ8፡30  ሰዓት 4ኛ ፎቅ በመ/ቤቱ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡ ከጨረታው መዝጊያ ሰዓትና ቀን ዘግይቶ የሚመጣ ማንኛውም የመወዳደሪያ ሠነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  9. የሚቀርበው ዋጋ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን ያካተተ መሆን አለመሆኑን  በግልጽ ተለይቶ መቀመጥ አለበት፡፡ ይህንን ያልገለፀ ተወዳዳሪ ያቀረበው ዋጋ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን እንዳካተተ ተደርጐ ይቆጠራል፡፡
  10.  ገዥው በጨረታ ሰነዱ ውስጥ የተጠቀሱትን አገልግሎት በ20%  የመጨመር ወይም በ20% የመቀነስ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
  11. የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

  • ወቅታዊ የገበያ ዋጋ ትንታኔ ታሳቢ ያላደረገ ዋጋ ያቀረበ ተጫራች ኮስት ብሬክ ደወን እንዲያቀርብ ይደረጋል፡፡
  • የሂሳብ ስህተት ከ2% በላይም ሆነ በታች ከውድድሩ ውጪ ያደርጋል
  • በዘርፉ መልካም የሥራ ዋስትና ማቅረብ የሚችል/ትችል
  • ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/በባንክ የተረጋገጠ/CPO/ከታወቀ ባንክ ጋራንት የሞላውን ዋጋ 2% ማቅረብ የሚችል፣
  • ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ (ዋጋ የተሞላበትን ሰነድ) ዋና እና ፎቶ ኮፒ የሥራ ማስረጃ ዋና እና ፎቶ በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሻግ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ፊርማ እና የድርጅቱን ማህተም ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  • አሸነፊ የሆነው ደርጅት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ካሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንት Bank grant/unconditional/ ማቅረብ ወይም ማስያዝ የሚችል፡፡
  • በቴክንካል ዶክሜንት ከ50% በታች የሆነ ተጫራች ፋይናንሻል አይከፈትም፡፡
  • ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 23 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 30/ሠላሳ/ብቻ በመክፈል የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከጠምባሮ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 በአካል ቀርበው መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ በቀረበው ዝርዝር መሰረት ዋጋውን ያለምንም ድልዝ ስርዝ በአሃዝና በፊደል በመሙላት በታሸገው ፖስታ ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ በቀን 16/3/2013 በ8፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  6. ተወዳዳሪው (ተጫራቹ) ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2 ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የስራ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ብር 250,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ  ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ብር 250,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር ብቻ ) የ90 ቀናት ያህል ሊቆይ የሚችል  የስራ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  9. አንዱ ተጫራች ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
  10. ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2 ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ በዕለቱ፡ ከጠዋቱ 4:30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች (ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው)  በተገኙበት በኮምቦልቻ  በሚገኘው የኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር  302 የሚከፈት ይሆናል ፡፡
  11. ለሁሉም የጨረታ ሎት( ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2) የሚከፈትበት ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣይ ቀን ባለው የስራ ቀን በተራቁጥር 10 ላይ በተጠቀሰው የስራ ሰዓት የሚታሸግና የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  12. ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው የዋጋመሙያሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም
  13. የተጫራች አለመኖር ፖስታው ተሟልቶ እስከተገኘ ደረስ ጨረታውን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡
  14. ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ  ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  15. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በተጨማሪ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር የተያያዘውን  የተጫራቾች መመሪያ ባለማንበብ እና ባለመገንዘብ (ባለመረዳት) ለሚከሰተው ችግር ዩኒቨርሲቲው ተጠያቂ አይሆንም ፡፡
  16. ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው 60 ቀናት ያህል ብቻ ነው፡፡

3. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening.

4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) for each Lots Rural Kebels earthen Dam in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 90 (Ninety) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.

5. Qualification requirement includes: 1/ ownership and/or existing lease of relevant equipment and machinery (One Dump truck, One Service Car, compactor, etc/ Specific experience of at least one project in irrigation weir or check dam construction of similar nature, 3/ availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the bidding document with others additional details.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the SNNP Regional Kembata Tembaro Zone Finance and Economy Development Department, Procurement, Finance and Property Adm. Supportive process at the address given below, upon payment of ETB 200.00, (Two Hundred) non-refundable fee for each water supply project, Room number 10, Durame Town. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt.

7. Bids must be delivered to SNNP Regional Kembata Tem/baro Zone Finance Department, Procurement, Finance & Property Administration Core Process, and Room number 10, Durame Town, at or before 2:00 pm, on the 22nd day of announcement of this invitation for bids notice on the Ethiopian Herald News Paper. Bids shall be opened at 2:30 pm on the same date in the Presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. If there will be a public holiday or weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Late bids will be rejected.

8. If the bidder has written any warning letter in the last two years on the non-performance of the contractual projects in the zone, it will be rejected automatically from the competition.

9. Those bidders who have projects on hand currently in our zone, should not participate and accordingly leads to rejection from the competition before any evaluation in the bidding process if bidders not complete 85% and above of the project work.

10. A bidder can purchase three lots of bidding documents out of lots for competition. But a bidder has submitted only one bidding documents, if the bidder has submitted both lots of bidding documents, it will be rejected automatically from the competition all the bids documents.

4. An interested bidder can purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English from the day that the advertisement appears in the Ethiopian Herald newspaper at (1). Room No. 11 Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy, Addis Ababa or (2) Room No. B-06 in Benishangul Gumuz Region Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, Assosa during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr Only). The Method of payment will be in cash.

5. The eligible bidders are expected to go through the bidding document and submit One original and Three copies of their each technical and financial proposals as well as bid security in separate waxsealed envelopes addressed to Water, irrigation and energy Minister ,Addis Ababa Room No B-11 on or before 3;00 PM on or before 21calendar days from the last advertisement date notice on the Ethiopian Herald and bids shall be opened at 3;30PM at the Water, Irrigation and Energy Minister compound , Addis Ababa ,only technical part of the proposal open at Addis Ababa but after technical document evaluation the financial document open at Benishangul Gumuz region water, Irrigation, energy resource development Bureau.

6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the opening tender procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days and Bid Security shall be Valid for 120 Days after Bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable (CPO or bank guarantee) form amounting to 100,000 Birr (One Hundred Thousand birr only) and they shall be delivered to “The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau through Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy (Room No. B-11) (Addis Ababa) “on 3:00 PM on or before21 calendar days from the last advertisement date of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald and the technical Bids shall be opened at 3:30 PM at the same date & address in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. Bidders should provide qualification requirements which include: (i) ownership (or existing lease) of a suitable drilling rig, (ii) completion of drilling and construction of at least one contracts of similar work in each of the last Three years, (iii) annual turnover of 1.5 times the bid value in each of the last two years, (iv) liquid assets of at least 1/3 the contract value and (v) experienced drilling crew team and machinery.   4. የግምባታ ፈቃዳቸው ከደረጃ 9 እና በላይ ያሉትን ይጋብዛል፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1 በመቶ በሲፒኦ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  6. አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች የዋስትና ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ እና የቅድሚያ ክፍያ ማስከበሪያ 30 በመቶ በሲፒኦ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  7.  አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች ማሸነፉ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የውል ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡

  10. ሙሉ በሙሉ የግንባታ ወጭውን በራሱ ወጭ አጠናቆ በመስራት ማስረከብ የሚችል፡፡

በሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን በሞጃና ወደራ ወረዳ በሚገኘው የጋውና ጤና አጠባበቅ ጣቢያ ለ2013 በጀት አመት

  • ለተለያዩ የግንባታ አይነቶች የሚውሉ የተለያዩ የግንባታ እቃዎችን፣
  • የግንባታ የአጥር ስራ፣ የቢሮ እቃ፣
  • የጽዳት፣ የህትመት፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች፣
  • የኤሌክትሪክ መለዋወጫ እቃዎች፣ የተሽከርካሪ መለዋወጫ፣
  • የጀኔሬተር ጥገና ፣የሞተር ጥገና ለድጋፍ ሰጭ እና ለባለሙያተኞች የደንብ ልብስ በጋዜጣ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት እና ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር

የምትችሉ ሲሆን፡-

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያላቸው
  2. የግዥ መጠን 50000/ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር/ እና በላይ ከሆነ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸው የማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  3. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-2 የተጠቀሱትን እናይጠቅመኛል የሚሉትን ማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  4. በግንባታ ዘርፍ ለሚወዳደሩ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከደረጃ /6/ በላይ የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. የእቃዎችን እና የግንባታ አይነት ዝርዝር መግለጫ /እስፔስፍኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. ለእያንዳንዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 50 ብር በመክፈል ግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ከዋና ገንዘብ ያዥ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለሚወዳደሩበት ብር ወይም የእቃውን ወይም የግንባታውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤቱ መሂ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ የጨረታለስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 16 ቀን 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ክፍል 16ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. በጥንቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለተደራጁ ተጫራቾች በመመሪያው መሰረት ድጋፍይደረግላቸዋል፡፡
  10. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱየተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

  12. የጨረታ መዝጊያው ቀን እሁድና ቅዳሜ ወይም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡

በአማራ ክልል በሰ/ወሎ/ ዞን የወልዲያ ከተማ አስ/ር/ኢ/ል/ከ/አገ/ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት አመት በአለም ባንክ፤ በመደበኛ በጀትና በሮድ ፈንድ በጀት ለሚያሰራው የመሰረተ ልማት ስራዎችና የእቃ ግዥና የማሽነሪ ኪራይ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራትና መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ለዚህ ጨረታው መሳተፍ ለምትፈልጉ ሁሉ ለግንባታ ስራ በደረጃ 9 እና በላይ ሙያ ባላቸው የስራ ተቋራጮች አወዳድሮ ማሰራትና መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  • 1 ሳይት ሪቴንግ ወል በአለም ባንክ በጀት

የተለያዩ ደረጃዎች ባላቸው የስራ ተቋራጮችና አቅራቢዎች አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን የግንባታ ማቴሪያሎትና የእጅ ዋጋ ችለው ለሚሰሩ ተወዳዳሪዎችና የእቃ አቅራቢዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛትና ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተቋራጮችና አቅራቢዎች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡ ስለዚህ

  1. የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (ቲን) ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  3. የግዥው መጠን ለግንባታ 50 ሺህ ብር ለዕቃና አገልግሎት ከ200 ሺህ ብር በላይ ከሆነ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  4. ማንኛውም የስራ ተቋራጭ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ከአማራ ክልል ውጭ የሚመጡ ተጫራቾች በሚንስተር መ/ቤቱ የኮንስትራክሸንና ኢንዱስትሪ ልማት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን የምዝገባ ሰርትፈኬት ወይም አጭር ምዝገባ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለሚወዳደሩበት የጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ /በመ/ቤታችን ገንዘብ ያዥ/ ገቢ ሆኖ ገቢ የተደረገበትን ደረሰኝ ኮፒ አድርጎ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርበታል
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በሰ/ወሎ ዞን ወልዲያ ከተማ አስ/ር/ኢ/ል/ከ/አገ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 ድረስ በመምጣት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  • 6 ሳይት የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ለእያንዳንዱ ሰነድ 50 ብር
  • ሎት 1. የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች ሰነድ 100 ብር
  • ሎት 2. የጽህፈት መሳሪያ ግዥ ሰነድ 50 ብር
  • 1 ሳይት የውሃ ተፋሰስ ጥገና ስራ ሰነድ 50 ብር
  • 1 ሳይት ሪቴንግ ወል ሰነድ 50 ብር
  • ማንኛውም ተጫራች ሰነድ ገዝቶ መጫረት /መወዳደር/ የሚችለው የመረጡትን የግንባታ ስራ 2/ሁለት/ ሳይት ብቻ መርጦ መግዛትና መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጭ ወይም ከተፈቀደው ሰነድ በላይ ገዝቶ የተገኘ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውጭ ይሆናል፡፤ለግንባታ ስራው ተወዳዳሪዎች አሸናፊ ከሆኑ የማቴሪያል ቴስት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  1. በጨረታ አሸናፊ ከሆኑ ለተወዳደሩበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10 በመቶ የውል ማስከበሪያ ማሰያዝ አለብዎት፡፡
  2. በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ ማህበራት ከሆኑ ካደራጃቸው አካል የድጋፍ ደብዳቤና የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ወቅታዊ የሆነ መረጃ በሃላፊ የተፈረመ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  3. በጨረታ አሸናፊ ከሆኑ እና 10 በመቶ አስይዘው ወደ ስራ መግባትዎ ሲረጋገጥ እንደየፕሮጀክቱ ዓይነት እስከ 30 በመቶ ቅድሚያ ክፍያ ይሰጣል፡፡
  4. ማንኛውም የግዥ ወይም የግንባታ ስራዎች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዋጋ መሙሊያ ላይ ምንም አይነት ስርዝ ድልዝና በፍሉድ የጠፋ እንዲሁም የማይነበብ ተደጋግሞ የተጻፈ እንዲሁም የማይነበብ የማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒ አያይዞ የቀረቡ ተወዳዳሪዎች /ተጫራቾች/ ከጨረታ ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡
  5. 5የጨረታ ሰነዱን በኦርጅናልና በኮፒ በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግ የሚወዳደሩበትን ሳይት እና እቃ በፖስታው ላይ በመጻፍና በማዘጋጀት የድርጅቱን ማህተምና ፈርማ ሙሉ አድራሻ በመግለጽ በተለያየ ፓሰታ አሽጎ በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳር ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 ድረስ በመምጣት በተዘጋጅው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማሰገባት ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች ከላይ ከተራ ቁጥር 1 እስከ 12 የተዘረዘሩት መስፈርቶች ለሁሉም ተጫራቾች (ተወዳዳሪዎች) ገዥ ይሆናል፡፡

1. ለውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ቁጥር  1 የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ቁጥር 1

በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ.ም በአለም ባንክ በጀት ለሚያሰራው የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ከወርቂት አያሌዉ ቤት እስከ ፈንታየ ቤት ድረስ 73 ሜትር ኮድ woldia – CW- DR- UIIDP-03—03–2020/2021 እና ጎማጣ ከስለሽ ቤት እስከ ነባሩ ተፋስስ ድረስ 110 ሜትር ኮድ woldia- CW- DR- UIIDP-03-02–2020/2021 ያሉትን የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ በደረጃ 9ና በላይ ሙያ ባላቸው የስራ ተቋራጮች አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ ለተፋሰሶች ግንባታ የሚያስፈልጉ ማንኛውንም የግንባታ ማቴሪያሎችና የእጅ ዋጋ ችሎ ወይም አቅርቦ ለመስራት ለሚፈልጉ ሁሉ በተዘጋጀው ፕላንና የሰራ ዝርዝር መሰረት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 16/03/2013 ዓ.ም ድረስ ዘወትር በሰራ ሰአት የጨረታ ሰነዱን በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳር ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 በመምጣት በተዘጋጅው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ድረስ ማሰገባት አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 16/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ታሽጎ ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡

ከነባሩ ተፋሰስ እስከ ፈንታየ እሸቱ ቤት ድረስ በአለም ባንክ በጀት ለሚሰራው 100 ሜትር የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ኮድ woldia- CW–DR -UIIDP–04-01–2020/2021 ለተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 16/03/2013 ዓ.ም ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የጨረታ ሰነዱን በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳር ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 በመምጣት የጨረታ ፖስታውን በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 16/03/2013 8፡00 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ ከቀኑ 8፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡

በ ወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ.ም በአለም ባንክ በጀት ለሚያሠራው የውሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ስራ ከጽሀይሰገድ ቤት እስከ ንግስት ቤት ድረስ 185 ሜትር ኮድ woldia- CW—DRUIIDP-05-01-2020/2021 እና መምህር አራጌ ቤት አካባቢ 54 ሜትር ኮድ woldia- CW–DR—UIIDP-05-02-2020/2021 ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/2/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 17/3/2013 ዓ.ም ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የጨረታ ሰነዱን በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳር ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 በመምጣት የጨረታ ፖስታውን ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ማስገባት አለበዎት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 17/03/2013 ዓ/ም ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ታሽጎ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡

ቲንፋዝ ቀበሌ ከነባሩ ተፋሰስ እስከ ጎረጅ ድረስ 70 ሜትር ኮድ woldia- CW–DR-UIIDP-05-03-2020/2021 ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 17/03/2013 ዓ/ም የጨረታ ፖስታውን በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 17/03/2013 ዓ/ም 8፡00 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ ከቀኑ 8፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡

3. ሪቲንግ ወል

በወ/ከ/አስ/ኢን/ል/ከተማ አገልግሎ ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት በአለም ባንክ በጀት ለሚያሰራው ሪቲንግ ወል ግንባታ ስራ ከዘይንያ ሱቅ፤ሰናይት ቤት እና ወረቅዉሃ ቤት ድረስ 75 ሜትር ኮድ- woldia-CW-RWUIIDP- 07-01-2020/2021 ይህ ማስታወቂያዉ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/2/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 18/03/2013 ዓ.ም የጨረታ ፖስታውን ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ማስገባት አለበዎት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 18/03/2013 ዓ/ም ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ታሽጎ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡ ኪ/ምህረት ቤተክርስቲያን እስከ ሸሌ ድረስ 100 ሜትር በመደበኛ በጀት የዉሀ ተፋሰስ ጥገና ስራ ኮድ woldia-CW-CIP-DM-03-01–2020/2021 ዓ/ም ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 18/03/2013 ዓ/ም የጨረታ ፖስታውን ከሰዓት 8፡00 ማስገባት አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 18/03/2013 ዓ/ም ከሰዓት 8፡00 ታሽጎ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከሰዓት 8፡30 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡

ሁሉ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ እስከ 01/03/2013 ዓ/ም የጨረታ ፖስታውን በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ማስገባት አለበዎት የጨረታ ሳጥኑም በዚሁ ቀን 01/03/2013 ዓ/ም ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይከፈታል፡፡ በጨረታ አሸናፊ ከሆኑ ያሸነፉበትን ንብረት በራስዎ ወጭ አጓጉዘው ወ/ከ/አገ/ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ያደረጋሉ፡፡ ካሸነፉት ንብረት ውስጥ ትክክለኛውን እቃ ካላቀረቡ በራስዎ ወጭ መልሰው ትክክለኛውን እቃ ያቀርባሉ፡፡ ለመሳተፍ ለሚፈልጉ ሁሉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይንም በስልክ ቁጥር 03 33 31 03 22 እና 03 33 31 18 61 ወይም 03 33 31 13 31 በመደወል መረጃ ማገኘት ይቻላል፡፡

  • መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  • ማሳሰቢያ፡- ጨረታው የመከፈቻ ቀኖች ከላይ በተገለጹት ሲሆን በብዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

  • ሎት3. 04 ቀበሌ ከፋጡማ አለሙ እስከ ደበታ ምንጭ/መልሰው ቤት ድረስ ርዝመት 0.280 km ስፋት 0.5m Pakag number CHAGNI/CIP/CW/09/20/21 ሲሆኑ የትምህርት ቤት ተጨማሪ 5 ክፍሎች ግንባታ በGC ደረጃ 7 እና ስላብ ማምረት፣ ስላቭ ካልቨርት ፣ ዲች ግንባታ GC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ካላቸዉ ተጫራቾች መካከል በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (ቲን) ያላቸዉ፣
  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ለግንባታዎች ከብር 50,000 (ሃምሳ ሽህ ብር) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3.  ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጨረታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች ከሆኑ በጨረታዉ ለመወዳደር የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍለዉ በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከሆነ ከአዳራጃቸዉ መ/ቤት ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ በማቅረብ በነፃ ከቻግኒ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር…የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት/መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት ወይም ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ ተራ ቁጥር 1፣2 እና 3 የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ አድርጋችሁ መምጣት አለባችሁ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ሎት 1 ስላቭ ማምረት ብር 3,800.00(ሶስት ሽህ ስምንት መቶ ብር)፣ ሎት 5 ስላቭ ካልቨርት ብር 7,200.00 ( ሰባት ሽህ ሁለት መቶ ብር) ፣ ዲች ግንባታ ሎት 1 ብር 6,200.00/ስድስት ሽህ ሁለት መቶ / ፣ ዲች ግንባታ ሎት 3 ብር 19,800.00/አስራ ዘጠኝ ሽህ ስምንት መቶ/ ፣ ትምህርት ቤት ግንባታ ሎት 1 ተጨማሪ ክፍሎች ግንባታ 36,000.00/ሰላሳ ስድስት ሽህ ብር/ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚያሲዙ ተጫራቾች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የገቢ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥና ደረሰኙን ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የተደራጁ ማህበራት ከሆኑ ከጥቃቅን ጽ/ቤት ወይም ከቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋም የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሀሳባቸዉን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ከቻግኒ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ለጨረታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሁኖ በ21ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጨረታዉ በ21ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡15 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በቻግኒ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ይከፈታል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. ስለጨረታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0582251721 ወይም 0582251631 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  13. በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡
  14. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል ጨረታዉን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
