1) Bole Lemi Industry Park; invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the supply of the following Goods and Non-Consultancy Services.

2) Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding (NCB) specified in the procurement document of the IPDC and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines
3) Eligible documents are:- renewed trade license for the current year, valid tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, taxpayer identification, and registration certificate.
4) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from administration and finance team block no. 4) office no. 2 and obtain the bidding document the address given below during office hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM local
5) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (one hundred) staring from the announcement floated on the newspaper.
6) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee letter from the local bank and must be addressed to “’Bole Lemi Industrial Park” in separate envelop, and be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM of Tuesday November 24, 2020. Bid security in the form of an insurance bonds shall not be accepted.
7) Bid will be closed at 2:00 PM and open at 2:30 PM in the afternoon Tuesday, November 24, 2020. The bid shall be closed and opened in the presence of bidders and/or bidders’ representatives at the address mentioned below.
8) Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Let bids will be rejected.
9) Bidders should present their financial and technical documents separately in sealed and waxed envelop for each lot and submitted in the tender box.
10) Bole Lemi Industrial Park reserve the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
11) The addressed referred to above is (are): Bole Lemi Industrial Park.
