  • ሎት 1፡-የመማሪያ ክፍል ህንፃ ብሎክ አንድ ፣
  • ሎት 2፡- የመማሪያ ክፍል ህንፃ ብሎክ ሁለት ፣
  • ሎት 3፡-የተማሪዎች ሻይ ቤት ህንፃ ፣የመምህራንና የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞች ሻይ ቤት ህንፃና ንብረት ክፍል ህንፃ እና
  • ሎት 4፡-የአስተዳደር ቢሮ ህንፃና ሁለገብ አደራሽ ህንፃዎችን ጥገና እና እድሳት ለማሰራት GC & BC ደረጃ 7 እና በላይ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ተጫራቾችን በግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አወዳድሮ ህንፃዎችን ለማስጠገንና ለማሳደስ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ

በጨራታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች ከዚህ በታች የተጠየቁትን ግዴታዎች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  1.  ህጋዊና በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣
  2. የግዥ መጠን ብር 200 ሺህ እና በላይ ከሆነ አቅራቢዎች በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆንዎን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ እና እንዲሁም የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር የተቀበሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  3. እንጅባራ መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ መመሪያና እስፔስፊኬሽን መሰረት መጠገንና ማደስ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. 4ኛ.አሸናፊው ተጫራች የሚመረጠው በሞላው ጠቅላላ ዝቅተኛ የአንዱ ሎት/ጥቅል/ ዋጋ ይሆናል፡፡ ስለዚህ የአንዱን ሎት ሁሉንም ጥገና እና እድሳት ዋጋ መሙላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ይህ ካልሆነ ግን ሙሉ በሙሉ ከጨራታው ውጭ ይደረጋሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች መወዳዳር የሚችሉት ከአንዱ ሎት-ጥገና እና እድሳት ላይ ብቻ ነው፡፡በመሆኑም ከአንድ ሎት- ጥገና እና እድሳት በላይ ተወዳድሮ የተገኘ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 27/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 11፡00 ድረስ መግዛት የሚችል ሲሆን፤የሚሸጡበትን ዋጋ በተዘጋጀዉ ቅፅ ሞልተው ከተጠየቁት ማስረጃዎች ጋር የጨረታ ሰነዱን እና የጨራታ ማስከበሪያውን ቢድ ቦንድ የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 2 በመቶ በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ የምታሲዙ ከሆነ በኮሌጁ ገቢ ደረሰኝ ገቢ አድርጋችሁ የደረሰኙን ኮፒ ከሰነዳችሁ ጋር አያይዛችሁ፤ አንድ ወጥ በሆነ ፖስታ በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ከቀን 07/03/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ 28/03/2013 ዓ.ም 3፡45 ድረስ እንጅባራ መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ግዥ፣ፋይናንስና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 01 ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ከአሁን በፊት በመንግስት ግዥ ላይ ተሳትፈው በውለታችሁ መሰረት ባለመፈፀማቸዉ ምክንያት ስልጣን ባለው አካል እገዳ ያልተደረገባችሁ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  8. የጨረታ ሳጥኑን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በቀን 28/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከጥዋቱ 3፡45 ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን በ4፡00 ይከፈታል፤ተጫራቾች በመክፈቻዉ ዕለት ባይገኙም ጨረታው በሰዓቱ ይከፈታል፡፡ሆኖም ግን 22ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. . አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች ማሸነፉ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ5 የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ 10 በመቶ የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መፈፀም ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ግዥ ፈጸሚ አካላት አሸናፊው ተጫራች የሚጠግነውንና የሚያድሰውን መጠን ወይም ብዛት 20 በመቶ መጨመርም ሆነ መቀነስ ይችላል፡፡
  11. . እንጅባራ መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

Invitation to Bids

Procurement Reference number: Ba NCB-01 – 2013

The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Homosha Woreda Agriculture and Natural Resource office has received funds from the Developmental Response to Displacement Impact Project (DRDIP) and it intends to Procurement of Small Scale Irrigation Project. And the woreda invites interested, eligible, and qualified bidders for the following Small Scale Irrigation Projects construction at Lower Tumet Algela Kebele :

  1. The bidder must possess a construction license of WWGC/WWC-5 and above
  2. Renewed trade license for the year 2013 E.C, tax clearance, registration for VAT and TIN must be possessed
  3. A Certificates of Registration at the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development as well as Regional line Bureaus for the year 2013 E.C.
  4. The bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening
  5. One contractor can procure or participate only on one lot in the woreda
  6. The bidder must have possessed a bid security birr of 150,000.00 ETB in the form of Unconditional Bank Guaranty or CPO.
  7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred birr for Each Lot)
  8.   9. The completion time for the project’s construction is six (6) months.

  10. ተጫራቾች ጫራታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሁኖ በ21ኛው ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

Procurement Reference Number: 01/2020

The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) has allocated a budget for the construction of SRH Specialty Center and Drug Warehouse Building Located in Addis Ababa.

2. The FGAE now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for construction works of SRH Specialty Center and Drug warehouse Building.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:

The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from the Ministry of Federal Construction with Category GC4 or BC4 renewed for the 2013 EC and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:

  • i. Trading (Business License renewed for 2013 E.C and Commercial Registration Certificate from authorized bodies.
  • il. VAT & Taxpayer Identification Certificate issued by the tax authority,
  • iii. Tax Clearance certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission
  • iv. Evidence of/Being/ Registered at Ethiopian Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPAA) Supplier list

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, at the address given below at office working hours. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application with the original and copy of the Eligibility documents to the address below and a non refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only), effective from the first date of announcement up to deadline. The method of payment shall be in cash,

6. Bidders shall submit One Original and One photocopy for both Technical proposal and financial offer. Technical proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photocopy to be sealed in different envelopes and labeled as “ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY”, then placed in another outer envelope along with bid security as indicated in the bidding document. Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that the original and photocopy to be sealed in one envelope separately and labeled as “ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY”, then placed in another outer envelope. The Bid security shall be in a separate envelop. Finally, the whole documents shall be placed in a single wax-sealed envelope whose outer cover containing all necessary information about the firm & Employer including project information.

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 14, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Late bids will be rejected. Qualification Application, and Bid security of the bidders will be opened by the FGA in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the final date and 15 minutes after bid submission as stated above.

9. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information First and Financial Bids of Qualified bidders next. Financial Proposal of qualified bidders will be opened at the same address given below on the date that is to be declared by FGAE Bid Endorsing Committee after completion of the evaluation of Technical Proposals. Unqualified Bidders’ Financial Proposal will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

10. The Bid validity period shall be: 90 Calendar days after the latest date for submission of bid.

11. FGAE reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any lia ility to Bidders.

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

The Procurement Reference Number is: GRRA/NCB/008/2013

1. The Gambella People’s National Regional State Gambella Rural Roads Authority has allocated budget towards the cost of the Construction works of Mengeshi Main Road Dope (8.5 Km) Gravel Road Project in Majang Zone in Mengeshi Woreada.

2. The Gambella Rural Roads Authority (GRRA) now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the above Gravel Road construction project.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:

  • i. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction or other appropriate regional bureaus with relevant Category RC-5 or GC-5 and above renewed for 2012 EFY for construction works
  • ii. Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;

5. One Bidder or contractor is only allowed to participate only one of the procurement numbers are GRRA/NCB/005/2013, GRRA NCB/006/ 2013, GRRA/NCB/007/2013 and GRRA/NCB/008/2013 projects. A Bidder that participates for more than one Bid can be totally rejected and also it is necessary to quote its procurement reference number on it.

6.Interetsed eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the addres given below from 7:30 a.m to 12:30 a.m and 3:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m from Monday to Friday

7. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by the bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200 effective as of November 09, 2013EFY. The method of payment shall be in cash.

  • ላሉ ሴክተር መ/ቤቶች ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በተራድኦ በጀት የፈርኒቸር ግዥ እና በመደበኛ በጀት ለታች ቤት ን/ወረዳ

  3. የጨረታ ሰነድ እያንዳንዱን በብር 50 (ሀምሳ ብር ብቻ) ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ከግንባታው ውጪ ያሉትን እስከ 15ኛው ቀን 11፡30 ድረስ እና ግንባታውን በተመለከተ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን እስከ 20ኛው ቀን 11፣30 ባሉት የካላንደር ቀናት ውስጥ ከቢሮ ቀጥር 05 መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚወዳደሩበትን የሽያጭ ጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 2% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የከፍያ ትእዛዝ (ሲፒኦ)፣ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በመ/ቤታችን የውስጥ ገቢ ደረሰኝ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሀሳቡን ዋናወን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆነ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ በመ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ትብብር ዋና ጽ/ቤት በግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 (በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ለህክምና እቃዎች ለደንብ ልብስና ፈርኒቸር ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡የአቃቤ ህግ ቢሮ ግንባታን በተመለከተ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  1.  ተጫራቶች በዘርፉ የታደሰ የሥራ ፈቃድና የዘመኑን የሥራ ግብር አጠናቀው የከፈሉበት ማስረጃ፣ የንግድ መለያ ቁጥር Tin number/ ጨምሮ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ /ሲፒኦ/ ብቻ ከጨረታው ሰነድ ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  3. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሲሆን ሠነድ ሽያጩ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ለእያንዳንዱ 100.00 ብር /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ።
  4. ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ፋይናሽያልና ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ,በማዘጋጀት የም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጨመር ይኖርባቸዋል።
  5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ21ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ በዕለቱ 4:30 ሰዓት በፋ/ጽ/ቤት ውስጥ ይከፈታል፡
  6.  ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ሁኔታ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  7. አሸናፊው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ ሌሎች ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ /ሲፒኦ/ ይመለሳል።
  8. ተጫራቾች የሞሉት ዋጋ ከቫት ውጭና ከቫት ጋር መሆኑን ለይቶ ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  9. የዘገየ ጨረታና በጨረታ መክፈቻ ላይ ያልተነበበ ጨረታ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሳብና ዋጋ ላይ ስምና ፊርማቸውን ቀንና የድርጅቱ ማህተም ማሳረፍ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. አሽናፊው ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ በውሉ መሠረት ማጠናቀቃቸው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ሙሉ ክፍያ ይከፈላቸዋል፡፡
  12. ለተደራጁ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት ተሻሽሎ በወጣው ደንብ ቁጥር 172/2011 መሠረት ይፈፀማል፡፡
  13. የጨረታ መከፈቻው በበዓላትና በእረፍት ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ላይ ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  14. የተጫራቾች ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን የመከፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጉለውም፡፡
  15. በተጫራቾች ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
  16. ተጫራቾች የሥራ ፈቃዳቸው ያልተሟላ መረጃና የዋጋ ሰነድ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ እንዲኖረው አይፈቀድም፡፡

  3. ተጫራቶች ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ተከታታይ ለ15 ቀናት ሲሆን ሠነድ ሽያጩ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ለእያንዳንዱ 100.00 ብር /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ።
  4. ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ፋይናሽያልና ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በታሸገ ፖስታ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በመጨረሻው ቀን እስከ 4 ሰዓት ድረስ የም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጨመር ይኖርባቸዋል
  5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ15ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ በዕለቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት በፋ/ጽ/ቤት ውስጥ ይከፈታል፡፡
  6. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ሁኔታ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  7. አሸናፊው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ ሌሎች ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/ ሲፒኦ/ ይመለሳል።

  9. የዘገየ ጨረታና በጨረታ መክፈቻ ላይ ያልተነበበ ጨረታ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሳብና ዋጋ ላይ ስምና ፊርማቸውን፣ቀንና የድርጅቱ ማህተም ማሳረፍ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ በውሉ መሠረት ማጠናቀቃቸው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ሙሉ ክፍያ ይከፈላቸዋል፡፡

  16. ለተደራጁ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት ተሻሽሎ በወጣው ደንብ ቁጥር 172/2011 በደንቡ መሠረት ቅድሚያይሰጣቸዋል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆነው ተጫራች ተቋሙ ቅድመ ክፍያ ለመክፈል አይገደድም።
  17. የየም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት ሣጃ ከተማ ሲሆን ከአ/አ 240 ኪ.ሜ ወደ ጅማ በሚወስደው መንገድ ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡

የደብረ ታቦር ከተማ አስ/ ከተማ ልማት ቤ/ኮ/አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ከሚያሠራቸው የመሰረተ ልማት ግንባታዎች ውስጥ፡፡

  1. ቀበሌ 01 ከወርቄ ደመወዝ ቤት እስከ አስማማው አበበ ቤት 425 ሜትር ጠጠር መንገድ፣
  2. ቀበሌ 01 ከልጅቱ ማሪያም በቴሌ ታወር አድርጎ ጀበል መጨረሻ 680 ሜትር ጠጠር መንገድ፣
  3. ቀበሌ 04 ከቀጋ ውሃ ብሎኬት ሰፈር ወደ እርብ ተፈናቃይ ጠጠር መንገድ 400 ሜትር፣
  4. ቀበሌ 06 ከጌታቸው ፍቃዴ ቤት እስከ ሻንበል ጋሻው ቤት 652 ሜትር፣
  5. ቀበሌ 04 ከቀስተ ደመና ሆቴል ፊት በር ተነስቶ በእድር ቤት ታጥፎ እስከ ኮብል መንገድ ድረስ ጠጠር መንገድ 360 ሜትር፣
  6. ቀበሌ 04 ቀጋ ውሃ 12 ክፍል ሸድ ግንባታ ፣ ከደረጃ 8 እና በላይ የRC/GC ፈቃድ ካላቸው ተቋራጮች ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

 በዚህም መሠረት የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ፣
  2. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፣
  3. ያቀረቡት ዋጋ ከ200,000.00/ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ በላይ ከሆነ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተዘረዘሩትን መረጃዎች ከዋና ጋር የተገናዘበ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. የግንባታ ዝርዝር መግለጫ ስፔስፊኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነድ ማግኘት የሚችል ሲሆን የሰነድ መግዣ ዋጋ ብር 300.00 ሦስት መቶ/ ወይንም ከቴ/መ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማምጣት ይቻላል ፣
  6. ስርዝ ድልዝ የሚያጋጥም ከሆነ ፓራፍ ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ፓራፍ ካልተደረገ ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል ፣
  7. ተጫራቾች ከሁለት ሰነድ በላይ መግዛት አይቻልም፣
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚወዳደሩበትን የእቃውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 ፐርሰንት በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንከ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም ከቴ/መ/ኢ/ጽ/ቤት ድጋፍ መያዝ አለባቸው ፣
  9. የግል ኮንትራክተሮች ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ ቢያንስ 10 በመቶ የመንግሥት ልማት ድርጅት ቢያንስ 15 በመቶ ለተደራጁ ኢንተርፕራይዞች መስጠት አለባቸው ፣
  10. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፣
  11. ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 30 ተከታታይ ቀናት ይቆያል፡፡ ውድድሩ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት ድምር መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡ የእያንዳንዳችን ሎት ሁሉንም ዝርዝር ያልሞላ ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡
  12. ጨረታው በ31ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚያው ቀን 4፡30 ተጫራቾችና ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ነገር ግን የመጨረሻው ቀን በዓል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
  13. ስለ ጨረታው ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ በደብረታቦር ከተማ አስተዳደር ከተማ ልማት ቤ/ኮ/ አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር፡-0581410091 /0584410033 መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በኦሮሚያ ክልላዊ መንግስት የገላን ከተማ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ለከተማ አስተዳደር የሚውል የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ሕንጻ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በ2013 የበጀት ዓመት ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

  1. ደረጃው ቢሲ/ጂሲ-4 ( BC/GC-4) እና ከዛ በላይ የስራ ተቋራጭ የሆነ ፤
  2. በዘርፉ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድና ሥራ ፍቃድ ያለው፤
  3. በዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያለው፤
  4. የቫት/ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ፤
  5. ግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /Tin/ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ :
  6. ስለመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም በግንባታ ዘርፍ የሰሩበት መረጃ ቢያንስ ሶስት መንግስታዊ ወይም መንግስታዊ ካልሆነ ድርጅቶች የተሰጠ መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል ፤ ሆኖ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት እና በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ) በመክፈል በፊንፊኔ ዙሪያ ኦሮሚያ ልዩ ከገላን ከተማ ገቢዎች ባለስልጣን ጽ/ቤት ቀርቦ መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡ ነገር ግን የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከገላን ከተማ አስ/ገ/ኢት/ጽ/ቤት መውሰድ ይችላል፡፡
  7.  የ 2013 ከኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር ወይም ከኦሮሚያ ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀትና ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል፣
  8. የጨረታ ማስከበሪ ለውድድር ያስገባችሁትን ዋጋ 2% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ብቻ ከኦርጅናል ዶክመንት ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ እና ፋይናንሻል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መወዳደሪያ ዋጋ በቁጥር እና በፊደል ያለምንም ስርዝ እና ድልዝ በመሙላት ስም ፣ ፊርማ እና ማህተም ሰነድ ላይ ማኖር አለባቸው፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን አሸናፊነት ከተገለጸላቸው በኋላ በተገለጸላቸው ቀን ቀርበው ውላቸውን ካልፈጸሙ የጨረታው ማስከበሪያው ለመንግስት ገቢ ይሆናል፡፡
  12. ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በወጣ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዕለቱ 4.30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ዕለቱ የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው በመንግስት ሥራ ቀን ሆኖ ሰዓቱ እንደተጠበቀ ይሆናል፡፡ በዕለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻችው ያለመገኘት የጨረታ ሳጥን መክፈቻ ስነሥርዓትን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡
  13. የመንግስትን የፋይናንስ መመሪያን የሚጥስ ማንኛውም ነገር ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

  1. The SNNPRS, Water, Mine, and Energy Development Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders of the category WWC 5 and above to submit sealed bid for the construction and completion of a HAP/Hydroxyl Apatite/ Fluoride Treatment Plant to the above-explained Site.
  2. The delivery period is on or before the 21st day of the bid announcement day at 2:30 am.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the same day at 02:30 pm, in the presence of the bidders or authorized representatives. If the 21st day of the bid announcement lies on Ethiopian Holly day, the opening day of the bid will be on the next working day. The bidding is an open procurement method to be open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below.
  5. Qualifications requirements include 1. Ownership and/or existing lease of relevant equipment and machinery. 2. Experience in water work construction and related. 3. Availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the bidding document.
  6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders, upon submission of written request application and payment of a non-returnable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300.00(Three hundred Birr only).

1. VSF Germany, is an International Non Governmental Organization, invites interested bidders to undertake  construction of two (2) new Animal Health Posts and construction of three (3) new Fish Cooperative Houses in South Omo Zone of Hammer, Dassenech and Nyangatom Woredas supply for the project entitled “Omo Delta Project-Expanding the Rangeland to Achieve Growthand Transformation” as follows

  • LOT I – Construction of new animal health posts and related facilities in Nyangatom and Hammer Woredas
  • LOT 11 – Construction of New Fish Cooperative House and related facilities in Dassenech and Nyangatom Woredas

2. Bidders can bid for Lot one and Lot two or for both Lots

3. The tenderers are expected to construct the intended construction facilities with the required design and specifications as the detail indicated in the bid document. Sub-contracting out of the assignment is strictly forbidden

4. Financing by: European Commission

5. Eligible tenderers are invited to take part in the bid upon submission of copies of all relevant renewed licenses, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.

6. Tendering will be conducted through open local tender procedure.

7. All bid documents must be submitted one original marked “original” and one copy signed in the same way as the original and marked “copy” by stating the title, separately for each lot, with wax-sealed envelope at or before 2:00 P.M. (afternoon) on Thursday, November 27, 2020 to VSF-Germany, South omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi. The technical and financial offer must be placed together in a sealed envelope.

10. Bids will be opened in the presence of tenderers and/ or their official representatives who wish to attend at VSF-Germany, South Omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi, on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 2:30 PM (morning).

11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection.

NXCC hereby invites re-bids for conducting a geotechnical investigation for 7 river bridges of total of 14 Boreholes with drilling the boreholes with a depth of 20m each:
