Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Multipurpose building data center construction work. Upon fulfilling the following terms and conditions.

1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and registration, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, Tin number supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.
2. . Bidders who engaged in Renewed and relevant registration on the ministry of construction certification of competency for categories GC-6/BC-5 and above.
3. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the former maritime building at 1st floor Office No 106 against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from 10th floor.
4.  Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price on the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening If the amounts of bid security exceed 500,000 ETB the bidder shall reduce to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB).
5. Bidders shall submit financial and technical offers separately.
6. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address on 8th floor on or before November 27/2020 at 2:00 pm and it shall be opened at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
7.  Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened.
8. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.

PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents.

In relation with this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite interested bidders for the Construction and Maintenance of Rub Hall basement.

Bidders who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirements

1. A renewed trade license for the sector
2. Construction Grade BC or GC 5 and above
3. Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates,
4. Bid Security shall be ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand), in the form of only CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank by the name of Catholic Relief Services.

The complete bid documents are available at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-city, Enkulal Fabrica PO Box 6592, Addis Ababa during office hours Monday to Friday from, November 1, 2020, to November 16,2020.

Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, legal stamps, signatures and Tender No.” and submit their technical and financial documents (two different envelops sealed for each category).

The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned above into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before November 16, at 4:00 PM. Bids arrives after this date and time will not be considered

All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) wants to pre-qualify potential companies for the current fiscal year in the following categories who are interested in working with WVE at the different Regional States of Ethiopia, World Vision Ethiopia’s Program Areas by furnishing all the necessary labor, materials, and equipment.

1. Contractors in the category of Water Works Contractors Class 6 and above, registered, licensed, renewed, and valid for the year 2013 EC OR 2012 with tax clearance (2020GC). The contractor should be well-experienced and accomplished construction of water supply projects (like different sizes of pipeline installation, reservoirs construction, water points construction…etc) at Different locations of the Country.
2. Contractors in the category of Building Infrastructure Contractors (GC/BC) Class 6 and above, registered, licensed, renewed, and valid for the year 2013 EC OR 2012 with tax clearance (2020GC).

The contractor should be well-experienced and accomplished construction of a building or related structures (like schools, health institutions…etc) at Different location of the Country.

የወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የኮምቦልቻቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት ለ2013 ዓ.ም በጀት ዓመት ለመማር ማስተማር አገልግሎት የሚውሉ :-

• ሎት- 1 Electrical Workshop Renovation and Miscellaneous works
• ሎት – 2 Dormiteries Painting, Toilet Maintenance and Roof Maintenance works

በመሆኑም:-

1. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች  ከሎት1 እስከ ሎት 2 ለተጠቀሱት ለእያንዳንዱሎት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር ብቻ) በመከፈል ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ያህል ሰነዱን ከወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ  ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት ግዢ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 302 በሚገኘው መውሰድ/መግዛት የሚችሉና ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ፖስታውን ከአንድ ኮፒ ጋር እንዲሁም ለየብቻ በማሸግ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው:::
2. ተጫራቾች ለሎት-1 እና ሎት-2 (በG.C6 ወይንም በ BC ደረጃ 6 እና ከዛ በላይ ያለው መሆን አለባቸው::
3. ከሎት1- እስከ ሎት-2 ላሉት የግንባታ ስራዎች ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉት በአንዱ ላይ ብቻ ነው:: ወይንም ሰነድ መግዛትና መወዳደር  የሚችሉት አንድ ሎት ላይ ብቻ ነው::
4. ተጫራቾች ሊሰራ ከሚፈለገው ስራ ጋር በዘርፉ ቀጥተኛ ወይንም ተዛማጅ እና በዘመኑ የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የታደሰ የሙያ ብቃት  ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ የምስክር  ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የግብር ክሊራንስ የግብር (ጨረታ እንዲጫረቱ የሚል) የግብር ከፋይ መለያ  ቁጥር እና የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ድረ ገፅ በስራ ዘርፉ ተመዝጋቢ መሆን  አለባቸው::
5. ተጫራቾች ዋጋ መውላት ያለባቸው ዩኒቨርሲቲው ባቀረበው የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ብቻ ነው:: እንዲሁም ስርዝ ድልዝዝ ያለው የጨረታ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም::
6. ተወዳዳሪው (ተጫራቹ) ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2 ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የስራ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ብር 250,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ  ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ብር 250,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር ብቻ ) የ90 ቀናት ያህል ሊቆይ የሚችል  የስራ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
7. ለሁሉም ሎት ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የተያዘው ገንዘብ በጨረታው ለተሸነፈ ድርጅት አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከአዋርድ ከተደረገ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ ይመለሳል፡፡
8. ተጫራቾች በቀረበው ዝርዝር ስፔስፊኬሽን ወይንም bill of quantity መሠረት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው::
9. አንዱ ተጫራች ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
10. ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2 ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ በዕለቱ፡ ከጠዋቱ 4:30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች (ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው)  በተገኙበት በኮምቦልቻ  በሚገኘው የኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር  302 የሚከፈት ይሆናል ፡፡
11. ለሁሉም የጨረታ ሎት( ከሎት-1 እስከ ሎት-2) የሚከፈትበት ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣይ ቀን ባለው የስራ ቀን በተራቁጥር 10 ላይ በተጠቀሰው የስራ ሰዓት የሚታሸግና የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
12. ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው የዋጋመሙያሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም
13. የተጫራች አለመኖር ፖስታው ተሟልቶ እስከተገኘ ደረስ ጨረታውን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡
14. ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ  ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
15. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በተጨማሪ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር የተያያዘውን  የተጫራቾች መመሪያ ባለማንበብ እና ባለመገንዘብ (ባለመረዳት) ለሚከሰተው ችግር ዩኒቨርሲቲው ተጠያቂ አይሆንም ፡፡
16. ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው 60 ቀናት ያህል ብቻ ነው፡፡
17. ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለገ በአካል በመቅረብ ወይም

በስልክ  ቁጥር፡-033 851 41 20/03 38 51 90 42 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ::

በሰሜን ሸዋ በሞጃና ወደራ ወረዳ በሚገኘው የጋውና ጤና አጠባበቅ ጣቢያ ለ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለተለያዩ የግንባታ አይነቶች የሚውሉ

• የተለያዩ የግንባታ እቃዎችን፣
• የግንባታ የአጥር ስራ
• የቢሮ እቃ የጽዳት ፣
• የህትመት
• የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች፣
• የኤሌክትሪክ መለዋወጫ እቃዎች
• የተሽከርካሪ መለዋወጫ
• የጀኔሬተር ጥገና የሞተር ጥገና ለድጋፍ ሰጭ እና
• ለባለሙያተኞች የደንብ ልብስ በጋዜጣ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት እና ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የም ትችሉ ሲሆን፡-

1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን ናምበር/ ያላቸው፡፡
2. የግዥ መጠን ብር 50 ሺህ እና በላይ ከሆነ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
3. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-2 የተጠቀሱትን እና ይጠቅማኛል የሚሉትን ማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
4.  በግንባታ ዘርፍ ለሚወዳደሩ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከደረጃ /6/ በላይ የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
5. የእቃዎችን እና የግንባታ አይነት ዝርዝር መግለጫ /እስፔስፍኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
6. ለእያንዳንዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 50 ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ግዥ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር ስር ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ከዋና ገንዘብ ያዝ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለሚወዳደሩብት ብር ወይም የእቃውን ወይም የግንባታውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋው 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤቱ መሂ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በግዥ እና ንብረት አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 16 ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ እና ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ክፍል በ16ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
9. በጥንቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለተደራጁ ተጫራቾች በመመሪያው መሰረት ድጋፍ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡
10.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
11. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ 033 89 94 860 ወይም 09 20 86 72 19 ደውሎ መረጃ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
12. የጨረታ መዝጊያው ቀን እሁድና ቅዳሜ ወይም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
13. አድራሻ በአብክመ የሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን ከደ/ብርሃን 100 ኪ.ሜ ወደ ደሴ መስመር ከሚወስደው መንገድ ጣርማ በር ዋሻ ወደ ም ዕራብ በ40 ኪ.ሜ ገባ ብሎ፡፡

• የግንባታ የአጥር ስራ፣ የቢሮ እቃ፣
• የጽዳት፣ የህትመት፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች፣
• የኤሌክትሪክ መለዋወጫ እቃዎች፣ የተሽከርካሪ መለዋወጫ፣
• የጀኔሬተር ጥገና ፣የሞተር ጥገና ለድጋፍ ሰጭ እና ለባለሙያተኞች የደንብ ልብስ በጋዜጣ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት እና ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር

የምትችሉ ሲሆን፡-

1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያላቸው
2. የግዥ መጠን 50000/ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር/ እና በላይ ከሆነ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸው የማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
3. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-2 የተጠቀሱትን እናይጠቅመኛል የሚሉትን ማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
4. በግንባታ ዘርፍ ለሚወዳደሩ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከደረጃ /6/ በላይ የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
5. የእቃዎችን እና የግንባታ አይነት ዝርዝር መግለጫ /እስፔስፍኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
6. ለእያንዳንዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 50 ብር በመክፈል ግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ከዋና ገንዘብ ያዥ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለሚወዳደሩበት ብር ወይም የእቃውን ወይም የግንባታውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤቱ መሂ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ የጨረታለስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 16 ቀን 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ/ንብ/አስ/ደ/የስራ ሂደት ክፍል 16ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
9. በጥንቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለተደራጁ ተጫራቾች በመመሪያው መሰረት ድጋፍይደረግላቸዋል፡፡

1. ActionAid Ethiopia (hereafter referred to as “the Organization”) now invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for Guna Begemdir Lot! projects, construction of Library and Dry Pit latrine blocks located at Guna Begemdir Woreda, Atekana Kebele.
2. Complete sets of the bidding documents may be accessed at ActionAid Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office Debre Zeit road, inside CCRDA compound (Kality, in front of Kality drivers training center) upon request starting from Ist day of the announcement.
3. Bidders are eligible to collect bid document only for one Lot and must indicate clearly on which Lot they are Competing.
4. The bidders should attach their VAT registration -TIN Number registration certificate.
5. The date for submission of tender document is on 10th date at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).
6. The bidder must provide complete set of technical document and financial documents separately.
7. Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the ActionAid Ethiopia Addis Ababa office. PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents.

In relation with this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite interested bidders for the Construction and Maintenance of Rub Hall basement.

Bidders who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirements

1. A renewed trade license for the sector
2. Construction Grade BC or GC 5 and above
3. Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates,
4. Bid Security shall be ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand), in the form of only CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank by the name of Catholic Relief Services.

The complete bid documents are available at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-city, Enkulal Fabrica PO Box 6592, Addis Ababa during office hours Monday to Friday from, November 1, 2020, to November 16,2020.

Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, legal stamps, signatures and Tender No.” and submit their technical and financial documents (two different envelops sealed for each category).

The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned above into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before November 16, at 4:00 PM. Bids arrives after this date and time will not be considered
