አማራ ልማት ማህበር/አልማ/ በደሴ ከተማ ያለውን የራሱን ህንፃ ለማሣደስ ደረጃ 5 እና በላይ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ያላቸውን ድርጅቶች በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ይህንን ስራ ለመስራት የግንባታ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ድርጅቶችን አጫርቶ ውለታ ኮንትራት በመስጠት በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም፡-

1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር/ቲን/ ያላቸው፣
2.  የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ/ቫት/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
3. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፊት በዘርፉ በተመሣሣይ ሥራ ስራውን መስራታቸውን የሚገልጽ የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፀም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሣተፍ ከላይ ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 በመክፈል ባህር ዳር በሚገኘው አልማ ዋናው መ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 108 እና በደሴ ከተማ አልማ ህንፃ 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥ 407 ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ የሚወዳደሩበት የስራውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ/ ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
7. ተጫራቾች በማህበሩ የተዘጋጀውን ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ለብቻ እንዲሁም ፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ለብቻ በማዘጋጀት ያለምንም ስርዝ ድልዝ መረጃውን በትክክል በመሙላት ማለትም ሁለቱንም ሰነዶች እያንዳንዳቸውን ለየብቻ በኢንቨሎፕ በማሸግ በግልጽ ጽሑፍ ኢንቨሎፑ ላይ በመፃፍ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡
8. ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ነጥቦች መሠረት በማድረግ ሁሉንም የጨረታ ማወዳደሪያ ሰነዶች ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ ሰነዶችን ለየብቻ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በማድረግ ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ ሰነዶችን ለመለየት እንዲቻል በግልጽ ጽሁፍ ኢንቨሎፑ ላይ በመፃፍ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በአማራ ልማት ማህበር/አልማ/ ዋናው መ/ቤት ባህር ዳር ቢሮ ቁጥር 100 እና ደሴ ከተማ በሚገኘው አልማ ህንፃ 4ኛው ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 407 ለዚሁ ሲባል በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን ማስገባት የሚቻል ሲሆን ጨረታው በ16ኛው ቀን 8፡00 ላይ ይታሽጋል፡፡ በ18ኛው ቀን በ8፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

Therefore, Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) invites competent contractors having construction licenses on GC and BC with a grade of 1 to 5 and interested to work with fixed price rates set by the corporation to submit sealed prequalification application for expression of interest. 

Brief Scope of Work 

The main project activities to be carried out by sub-contractors include small structures(small bridges, culverts, drainage structures Head regulator and cross regulator structures, Syphons and aqueducts, Inverted Syphons, Concrete Lining Work of Main Canal) and earthworks including excavation of various formations, compaction and caraway work under the dam, Irrigation, water supply, road and bridges, building and housing construction projects. Detail speciation and quantity of works will be specified after shortlisting of contractors as depends on the nature of the project 

1. The Applicant is required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria; 

1. Applicants shall provide the statutory registration documents i.e. copies of TIN VAT registration certificate, Tax Clearance and Trade License which are renewed in the budget year. 
2. Demonstrate financial and organizational strength by attaching audited accounts for the last 3 years. 
3. Company profile which contains Historical background and Organizational Structure, Company experience in similar projects. List of Heavy and Light Equipment and machinery owned or Leased with supporting documents. 
4. Current Financial Situation of the Company. 
5. The applicant must be category BC (grade 1 to 5) and GC (grade 1 to 5) ConstructionLicense which has expressed interest to participate and has made available documentation of proven experience in similar construction works. 
6. The applicant must have, in the past 5 years Constructed at least one similar project in terms of the project scope and cost.

1. The applicant shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of this EOI. Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation shall in no case be liable or responsible for these costs regardless of the conduct and outcome of the selection process

Bidders must also fulfill the following technical criteria renewed professional license, Experience, and renewed employment Agreement for each professional purchase receipt of ownership, General Experience of the contractor with supporting documents, specific experience of the contractor with supporting documents, datasheet should be signed and submitted with the technical document, 
9. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) for the construction of Scout Residence, Service Quarter, and Septic Tank Buildings for each site in the form of CPO and Unconditional Bank Guarantee. 
10. Bids must be delivered to the address-below at Authority Main office (Sengatera Square Yobek Commercial Center) 9th Floor on or before the 21″ Calendar days (Continuous Days) of the bid first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald on or before 10:00 AM But if the 21st Calendar days. (Continuous Day) of the closing date is a weekend or holidays, It will be conducted on the next working day. Late bids shall be rejected. 
11. Evaluation is to be carried out in stages, the technical evaluation will be conducted first and financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened next. 
12. Bidders are instructed to submit one “original” and one “copy” of the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes each. 
13.  Bidders shall submit two envelopes, technical information & bid security in one envelope and Finical bid separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope 
14. Technical document and bid security will be opened in the presence of the bidders/legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the 21st day of the bid the first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald 10:30 AM But if the 21st date of the opening date is weekend or holiday it will be conducted on the nerd working day 
15. Bidders are instructed to fill sing and seal all the forms of the bid documents failure to submit this will result in automatic rejection from the bid

በድጋሚ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ደቡብ ሪጅን ጽ/ቤት ከታች በሰንጠረዡ በተገለፀው መሰረት የሾፕ ስታንዳርዳይዜሽን እና የጥገና ስራን GC/BC ስድስት (6) እና ከዚያ በላይ በሆኑ ተቋራጮች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም በዘርፉ የስራ ፈቃድ ያላችሁና ከታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ድርጅቶች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ15 ተከታታይ ቀናት የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከሐዋሳ ዋናው ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 307 በመቅረብ የማይመለስ 100 ብር ከፍለው ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

መስፈርቶች፤

1. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ
2. የ2012 ዓም ግብር የከፈለ እና የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያለው
3. የቫት እና የቲን ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ የሚችል
4. በደረጃ ስድስት (6) እና ከዛ በላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለው ሆኖ በዘርፉ አንድ የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፀም፤ የክፍያ ሰርተፍኬት እና ውል ማቅረብ የሚችል
5. ከዚህ በፊት ከድርጅታችን ጋር ስራ ሰርተው በወቅቱ ያለስረከቡና ከድርጅታችን ጋር ውል ገብተው  በስራ ላይ ያሉ ኮንትራክተሮች በዚህ ጨረታ መወዳደር አይችሉም
6. አንድ ተጫራች መወዳደር የሚችለው ለአንድ ሳይት ብቻ ነው
7.  በገቢዎች አስተዳደር ባለስልጣን በጨረታ ላይመሳተፍ የሚያስችልደብዳቤያለውእና ደብዳቤውን ማቅረብ የሚችል
8. ተጫራቾች ፋይናንሻል ዋናው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ዋናው በሰም ስታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ፋይናንሻል ኮፒውን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ (ሁለት ኮፒ) ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ኮፒውን (ሁለት ኮፒ) በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ እንዲሁም ሲፒኦ ለየብቻ አድርገው በአንድ እናት ፖስታ  በማድረግ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
9. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

HABESHA CEMENT SHARE COMPANY STORAGE SHADE CONSTRUCTION Project:

FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION AND STEEL STRUCTURE ERECTION,

Habesha Cement Share Company would like to invite eligible firms to construct the raw material storage shade.

Habesha Cement Share Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing of the necessary material, equipment, and services for the foundation construction and steel structure erection works within a completion period of 180 calendar days.

The contractor must be duly registered by the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing/ Construction with BC/GC 4 and above with a valid license for the year 2019/20

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document of the office of Habehsa Cement located at Wollo Sefer (Kasma building 8^th floor), from Procurement and Supply Department and/or Civil Engineering Division 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday during working days.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address stetted and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 800.00 (Eight Hundred birr only) The method of payment will be in cash or cheque against receipt

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the PPA Standard Bidding Documents: Procurements of works 2011.

Bids will be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM of the following 14 calendar days starting from the day of invitation to bid posted in the newspaper.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at Habesha Cement Share Company on the same day at 2:30. pm
