Invitation for Bid

1) The Sunshine Construction Plc. has entered into a Contract Agreement with the Ethiopian Roads Authority for the Construction works of Debre Birhan-Ankober Road Upgrading Project. New road alignment has been proposed and detailed geotechnical investigation was recommended prior to any construction activity due to the nature of the area, which should be Sub-Contracted to the Specialty Sub-Contractor who have sufficient work experience ‘in the areas of geotechnical investigation and related fields.

2) Pursuant to the signed Contract Agreement, Sunshine Construction Plc. now invites eligible bidders to submit a sealed bid for providing the necessary Equipment’s, labor, and material for the geotechnical investigation work for the new road alignment section on the above-mentioned road project (i.e. Debre Birhan-Ankober Road Upgrading Project).

3) The interested bidders can obtain Terms of Reference prepared in Contract language (i.e. English) from the Sunshine Construction Plc. Head office, Contract Administration Department.

4) Bidders shall present a copy of their:

i. Certificate of Registration from the concerned the government body in such areas of Specialization (i.e. Drilling and Geotechnical Investigation work).

ii. Renewed Trade License for the year 2012 E.C.

iii. Tax clearance certificate, which states that bidders can participate in any public tender valid at the bid submission date and VAT Registration certificate.

iv. Registration as a supplier in the list of the mandated public body (i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

5) Bids shall be submitted/delivered to the address indicated below on/or before 14 consecutive working days from the date of the announcement.

6) Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend, in the below mentioned address, on the last submission date at 10:00 A.M.

  6. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ 22 ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ4፡30 ሠዓት በግልጽ ይከፈታል፡፡ የመክፈቻ ዕለቱ የበዓል ወይም የእረፍት ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀንከላይ በተጠቀሰው ሰዓት ይከፈታል።
  7. ጨረታ ውጤት ለአሸናፊ ድርጅቶች በአድራሻ ለተሸናፊዎች ደግሞ በግልባጭ በደብዳቤና በመምሪያው የውስጥማስታወቂያ የምናሳውቅ ይሆናል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች በሌላ ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ላይ ተመስርተው የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡

  1.  FAL General Contractor would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for construction of 2B+G+9 mixed Use Building.
  2. . Bidders shall have construction grades of minimum GC3/BC3 and above and shall have a minimum of Five years experience in construction of buildings.
  3. The project is located around AYAT area in Addis Ababa. FAL General Contractor will arrange site visit in the presence of interested bidders on November 05, 2020 @ 2:30PM.
  4. FAL General Contractor now invites experienced eligible bidders in construction works, which fulfill the following requirements, to submit sealed bids for the provision of labor, materials and equipment for construction of 2B+G+9 mixed use building.

a) Interested bidders shall submit following legal documents along with their qualification documents; Bidders shall have relevant experience in Building construction work and shall have a certificate of registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development renewed for 2013 E.C. and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance which shall include:

(i) Its trading license renewed for 2013 E.C;

(ii) Its tax clearance certificate valid at least at bid submission date that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender, and VAT registration certificate; and

(ii) Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public  body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)

b) Interested bidders shall also submit following documents justifying their experiences along with their qualification documents;

(i) Bidders shall provide evidences (testimony) for execution and completion of at least two projects of similar nature

(ii) Bidders shall provide evidence justifying ownership of metal props (scaffoldings), Gong lift, concrete mixers and concrete pump.

(ii) Bidders shall provide company profile, indicating past work experience in similar works, machinery, materials and manpower and shall provide evidences for same.

5. Bidding will be conducted through the Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) procedure, specified in the bidding documents, and is open to all eligible bidders. The detail qualification criteria are stated in the bidding document.

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from FAL General Contractor at the address given below, from 8:30AM to 12:00 AM and 2:00PM to 5:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays and 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday local time. A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on submission of a written application and presentation of the documents mentioned under item (3) above to the address below, effective as of October 29, 2020.

7. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, “Qualification Application & Bid Security” in one envelope and “Financial Bid” in the other envelope, the two envelopes shall be sealed in an outer envelope. Bidders shall submit one original and two copies of Technical and Financial Bids. Both Technical and Financial Bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders and financial bids will not be read out and FAL General Contractor reserves the right for further negotiations with bidders, if necessary, on financial offers.

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on/before November 12, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO. Bids not accompanied by bid security shall be rejected from further evaluation. Technical qualification information and Bid secunty of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at FAL General Contractor Head Office, on the final date and time of bid submission. Late bids will be rejected.

  5. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበት ዋጋ በፖስታ በማሽግ ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ከካፋ ዞን ሳይለም ወረዳ ፋይ/ኢኮ/ልማ/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 በመቅረብ ለዚህ በተዘጋጀው ጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት የሚችል፣

  3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction Bureau or Ministry of Federal Construction with Category: BC-5/GC-5 and above renewed for the bidding period and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance,
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, including a complete set of Engineering Drawings which is necessary for bidding purposes, at the address given below during office working hours.   2. ግዥው ከ200 ሺህ ብር በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  3. የደን ዘሩ የጥራት ማረጋገጫ መረጃ ኳራንታይል ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ ከ1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ /ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  5. የሚገዙ እቃዎችን አይነት እና ዝርዝር ስፔስፍኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

  7. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ የሚወዳደሩበት እቃ ከሞሉት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ቫትን ጨምሮ 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ትእዛዝ ሲ.ፒ ኦ/ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በደረሰኝ በመቁረጥ ፖስታው ውስጥ አሽጐ /አያይዞ/ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ የሞላበትን ሰነድ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ግ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 20 ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች/ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከሎት1 እስከ ሎት 3 በ 22 ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡ከሎት 4 እስከ ሎት 17 ያሉ ጨረታዎች በ16ኛ ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. የማሽን ኪራይ ጨረታ ሊብሬ ወይም የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  10. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ውጤቱ በማስታወቂያ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 5ኛው ቀን ድረስ ያሸነፈበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ቢያንስ 10 ፐርሰንት በማቅረብ እቃዎችን ግ/ወ/ሴክ/መ/ቤቶች ባሉት የፑል ንብረት ክፍሎች ለማስረከብ ውለታ መውሰድ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ መክፈቻ የመጨረሻ ቀን ዝግ ከሆነ ወደ ሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይሸጋገራል፡፡
  12. ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር ሁኔታ መረጃ ካስፈለገ በጽ/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0332120008/0332120300 በመደወል መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር የተጫራቾች መመሪያም ተያይዟል፡፡

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች፡

2.ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የአገልግሎት አይነቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሁሉም ሎቶች በመወዳደሪያ ሰነዱ ላይ የተጠቀሰውን በሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ስንግድ ባንክ ቁጥር 1000002565173 የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚያስችል ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በትምህርት ቤቱ አዲስ ህንፃ ላይ 2ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የፋይናንስ ክፍል ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥ በዚሁ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው ቢሮ ቁጥር 209 ከግዥ ክፍል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት የምትችሉና እስከ ጨረታ መዝጊያው ቀንና ሰዓት ድረስ ሰነድ ማስገባት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።

5. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ መግለጽ የሚችሉት የጨረታውን ሰነድ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ከአስፈላጊው ማስረጃ ጋር በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሰንጠረዥ እስከ ተቀመጠው የመዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው።

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ /ሲፒኦ በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አብረው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

  4.  ማንኛውም ሥራ ተቋራጭ ሆነ አማካሪ ከመስተዳድሩ ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ተመዝግቦ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ወይም የአጭር ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት ሳይዝ በሴክተሩ መሳተፍ አይችልም፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ሰነድ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል  በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ህንጻ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት 3ተኛ ፎቅ ቀርበው በስራ ሰዓት መወሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በ16ኛው ቀን በእለቱ ባለቤቱና ተወዳዳሪዎች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት በጽ/ቤቱ ጠዋት 4፡30 ላይ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  7. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና Bid Bond 70,000.00 ብር ከታወቀ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ሲፒኦ ለ90 ቀናት የሚያገለግል ሆኖ ከኦሪጅናል ቴክኒካል ጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ታሽጎ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  8. በተጨማሪነት ስራውን በምን ያህል ጊዜ እንደሚጠናቅቁ የሚገልጽ የስራ መርሃ ግብር /ወርከ ስኬጁል/ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ፣ ፋይናንሻል ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ በድምሩ ስድስት ሰነድ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በሰም የታሸገውን 6 ፖስታ በአንድ እናት ፖስታ የድርጅቱንና የተወዳደሩበት ስም በመጻፍ በሰም ታሽጎ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  10. ተቋራጮች የስራዎችን የዋጋ ዝርዝር እና የጨረታ ማወዳደሪያ ላይ ስማቸውን ፊርማቸውን አድራሻቸውን ማስፈር ማህተም ማድረግ ኤንቨሎፕን በሰም በማሸግ ማስታወቂያው በወጣበት በ16ኛው ቀን በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡የጨረታው ሰነድ ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለበት መሆን አለበት፡፡ ይህም ከሆነ ተጫራቾች ያስገባው ሰነድ ውድቅ ይሆናል ።
  11. በኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት በወጡና በሚወጡ የግንባታ ጨረታዎች ላይ ተቋራጭ ከአንድ በላይ ጨረታ መሳተፍ አይቻልም፡፡
  12. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  13.  ጨረታውን ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ማሰታወቂያው በወጣበት በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ይከፈታል፡፡ የጨረታው  መክፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም በበአል ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡

  6. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% (አንድ ፐርሰንት) በሲፒኦ ወይም የኢትዮጵያ ብር ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል።
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝርና የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሶስት መቶ) በመክፈል ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
  8. ተጫራቾች ተወዳድረው ያሸነፉበትን የግንባታ ዕቃ ሁሉ በራሳቸው ወጪ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  9. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዕቃ በራሳቸው አርማና ማህተም ባለው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ በትክክል በመጻፍ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ለዚሁ ጉዳይ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን እስከ 27/2/2013 ዓ/ም 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ኣለባቸው።
  10.  ተጫራቾች በተራ ቁጥር 2፣3 እና 4 ላይ የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በመክተት አብረው ማሸግና ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  11. ጨረታው በ27/02/2013 ዓ/ም በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።

Procurement Name: Construction of Fuel Station & Installation of 100m² Underground Tanks

Type of Work: The work shall include the construction of civil works and installation of the underground fuel tank at different locations in Addis Ababa.

  1. The Addis Ababa City Government Sheger Mass Transport Service Enterprise has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of work stated above.
  2. The Addis Ababa City Government Sheger Mass Transport Service Enterprise invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of work stated above. Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction of civil works and installation of underground fuel tanks as per the detail drawing and client’s requirement.
  3.  Interested bidders shall submit the following Qualification Document;
    • a) Eligible bidders shall have a valid Business The license in Construction Grade category of GC3 / BC3 or above renewed for at least 2012/13 E.C. and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance which shall include:
      • i. Its Trading license renewed for at least 2012/13 E.C;
      • ii. Its tax clearance certificate valid at least at bid submission date that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender, and VAT registration certificate; and
      • iii. Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)
    • b) Relevant professional practice certificates;
    • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open National Competitive Bidding Procedure contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders.
  4.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at Sheger Mass Transport Service Enterprise, Procurement, and Property Administration Department, at Eyerus Building, 7th Floor, 22 street next to Meklit Building, Tel. +25111-8-33-3462/0118-33-40-76, Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
  5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address mentioned on the item number 5 with a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr (ETB) 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in Cash. The bid Proposal must be submitted in hard copy.
  6.  Each Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (One hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.

ተጫራቾች ለሥራው ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ኖሯቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ፣ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያላቸው ፤ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው ፤ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝርየተመዘገቡ ፤ ወቅታዊ ታክስ ክሊራንስ የሚያቀርቡና በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ አጭር ምዝገባ ያደረጉና የ2013 ዓ.ም ያሳደሱ ተጫራቶች መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል።

  1. ሎት 1 ቂርቆስ ወረዳ 11 ጤና ጣቢያ (GC 5/BC 4 እና በላይ)
  1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ 8ኛ ፎቅ ይህ ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21 የስራ ቀናት ድረስ የማይመለስ 500.00 (አምስት መቶ ብር ብቻ) በመከፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ።
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ በመሙላትና በሰም በማሸግ የጨረታ መመሪያ በሚያዘው መሠረት በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ 8ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው ጋዜጣ ላይ ከወጣበት 22ኛው የስራ ቀን ድረስ ባለው ጊዜ እስከ 4፡ 00 ድረስ የጨረታ ሰነዱን (Technical & Financial Proposal ) ለእያንዳንዱ አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  3. የቅድመ ብቃት ጨረታ ሰነድ (Technical Proposal) በዚሁ ዕለት 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በ4፡30 በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራከሽን ቢሮ 8ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 801 ውስጥ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጠው መሰረት በባንክ ከፍያ ትእዛዝ /CPO/ ወይም በባንክ ጋራንቲ ማስያዝ አለባቸው።
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከአንድ ሎት በላይ መወዳደር አይችልም።
  6. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጋር ፕሮጀከት ካለው በእጁ ያሉት ፕሮጀከቶች ፋይናንሽያል ደረጃው ከ75% መብለጡን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማረጋገጫ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
  • ቢሮው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  • ማሳሰቢያ፡- የጨረታ መከፈቻው 22ኛ ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ ቀጥሎ ባለው የስራ ቀን ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል።

Right To Play(RTP) is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) registered with the Ethiopian Charities and Societies Agency with a mission to use sport and play to educate and empower children and youth to overcome the effects of poverty, Conflict and disease in disadvantaged communities. Right to play works in over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, Middle East and in Latin America.

Right To Play (RTP) Ethiopia invites all interested and eligible constructors to bid for Rehabilitation of four football fields at Bambasi, Tsore and Sherkole Refugee Camps in Benishangul Gumuz Region. The construction is expected to commence immediately and completed within 20 days. The bid is separated in to two lots as follows:

  •  Lot 1- Rehabilitation of football field at Bambassi and Sherkole refugee primary schools
  • Lot 2- A Football Field at Tsore Refugee School and Spectator Seats at Kibur Amsa

Guidelines

1. Bidders should have of

  • Construction License GC/BC-7 and above valid for 2012 E.C.
  • Renewed construction and trade license for the year 2012 E.C
  • VAT Registration Certificates
  • must provide TAX clearance that demonstrate eligibility to participate for a bid in 2013 E.C

2. A complete set of bidding documents, including tender guidelines, Bill of Quantities and drawings can be collected from

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 10,000.00 in an acceptable form (CPO or Bank Guarantee) prepared in the name of RIGHT TO PLAY: and must be submitted with separate envelop along with Technical Proposal.

4. A separate Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted both having One Original and copies in a waxed sealed and stamped envelopes to the RIGHT TO PLAY Office in Addis Ababa not later than October 26, 2020 at 2:30PM.

5. Bid will be closed at 2:30 PM on October 26, 2020 and will be opened at 9:00PM on October 26, 2020 at the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who are allowed to attend the session at Right To Play’s Country Office at Addis Ababa.

6. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

7. All envelops should be waxed, sealed and stamped and should be clearly marked by the lots a contractor is bidding for.

8. RTP will award only one Lot for One Contractor. Bidders are adviser to submit their proposal only for one lot.

9. A funding for the proposed construction will be ceased in November 2021, therefore, RTP kindly advise all bidders to consider the urgency before participating the bid.

10. The working language for this tender is: English.

11. RIGHT TO PLAY- Ethiopia reserves the right to reject the whole or part of the bid without any justifications.
