INVITATION TO BID 

1. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites 

  • Lot 1- Wax Sealed eligible, qualified Contractors of category WWGC/GC- 6 and above providing the necessary material, labor, and equipment to execute and complete Spring Development and Spring Rehabilitation in Oromia Regional State Sululta Town in Mena Abuchu Kebele Shunufu Village. 
  • Lot 2-Wax Sealed eligible, qualified Contractors of category WWGC/GC- 7 and above providing the necessary material, labor, and equipment to execute and complete New Public Fountain, Rehabilitation of Public fountain, Washing Basin, Shower Room & Car Washing Facilities in Oromia Regional State Sululta Town in Mena Abuchu Kebele Shunufu Village, 

2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document for both lot (Lot 1 & 2) against a non-refundable payment of ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr) for each lot from ERCS Logistics Department Procurement Division; Addis Ababa. However, the bidder shall reply for one lot only (either for Lot 1 or Lot 2)i.e. it is not allowed to apply for both 

3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopia Red Cross Society along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO OR BANK GUARANTEE) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid-offer, in a separate envelope 

4. Financial offer shall be produced in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third wax-sealed envelope clearly labelled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The three envelopes shall then be sealed in and signed, sealed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopia Red Cross Society whose address is mentioned below. 

5. Bid will be closed on Oct 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS head quarter Logistics Department, Addis Ababa, 

6. Tender document must be submitted to The Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Procurement Division located around Addis Ababa Stadium area with registered and signed on the registration book on or before Oct 21, 2020, before 2:00 pm 

7. Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill in all the necessary details requested in the bid document, 

8. Failure to comply with the conditions from No.2 to 7 above shall result in an automatic rejection. 

9. Ethiopia Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.

  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ከብር 50,000 (ሃምሳ ሽህ ብር) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (vat) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጨረታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍለዉ ከነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት ወይም ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ ተራ ቁጥር 1 ፣ 2 እና 3 የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ አድርጋችሁ መምጣት አለባችሁ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ ለሎት 1 ብር 28,000.00 (ሃያ ስምንት ሽህ ብር) ለሎት2 ብር 55,000.00/ሃምሳ አምስት ሽህ ብር/፣ ለኮብል መንገድ ለሎት 1 ፣ 2 እና 3 ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 30,000.00 (ሰላሳ ሽህ ብር)፣ ለውሃ ማፋሰሻ ዲች ለሎት 2 ብር 55,000.00/ሃምሳ አምስት ሽህ ብር/፣ ለሎት 4 ብር 11,000.00 (አስራ አንድ ሽህ ብር)፣ ለሎት 6 ብር 14,000.00(አስራ አራት ሽህ ብር/በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚያሲዙ ተጫራቾች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የገቢ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥና ደረሰኙን ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨሬታ ሰነዳቸውንና የጨሬታ ማስከበሪያቸውን በሁለት ፖስታ በማሸግ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ማስገባት አለባቸው ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ከነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ለጨረታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሁኖ በ22ኛዉ ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጨረታዉ በ22ኛዉ ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡30 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ይከፈታል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. ስለጨረታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0584451374/0258 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  13. በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡

በአብክመ በምስ/ጎ/ዞን የሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገ/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የግ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን በUIIDP በጀት የሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ከ/ል/ቤ/ኮ/አገ/ጽ/ቤት ለሚያሰራዉ የጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ package no MOTTA-UIIDPCW-02/2020/2021 ሎት 1 ከልጃለም አበበ ቤት እስከ እስቴዉ መንገድ ድረስ ርዝመት 218 ሜትር ስፋት 7 ሜትር በGC እና RC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ፣በUIIDP በጀት የዉሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ package no MOTTAUIIDP-CW-03/2020/2021 ሎት 11 ከሃይማኖት ማናየ ቤት እስከ 2012 ምራታ ድረስ ርዝመት 600 ሜትር፣ሎት 12 ከማናየ ይርጋ ቤት እስከ 16 ሜትር መንገድ ድረስ ርዝመት 250 ሜትር፣ሎት 13 ከአዲሱ ምራታ እስከአበበ ንጋቴ ቤት ድረስ ርዝመት 185 ሜትር ፣ ሎት 14 ከበላይ ፍቃዴ ቤት እስከ ጥሩስራ ሰዉነት ቤት ድረስ ርዝመት 173 ሜትር፣ ሎት 15 ከብሩ ካሴ እስከ አባ ሞፃ ዲች ድረስ ርዝመት 123 ሜትር፣ በCIP በጀት የዉሃተፋሰስ ግንባታ package no MOTTA-CIP-CW-03/2020/2021 ሎት16 ከድመት ገደል ዲች እስከ 2012 ምራታ ድረስ ርዝመት 620 ሜትር በGC እና RC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ፣በUIIDP በጀት package no MOTTAUIIDP-CW-05/2020/2021 ሎት 1 አንድ ብሎክ ሸድ ግንባታ በGC እና BC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ፣በCIP በጀት package no MOTTA-CIP-CW-06/2020/2021 ሎት 1 የፖሊስ ጽ/ቤት የቢሮ ግንባታ በቁጥር 1 በGCደረጃ 9 እና በላይ BC ደረጃ 8 እና በላይ፣በCIP በጀት package no MOTTA-CIP-CW-08/2020/2021 ሎት 1 GCP production and installation ስራ በቁጥር 20 በGC እና RC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ፣ በሮድ ፈንድበጀት የዉሃ ተፋሰስ ጥገና package no MOTTA-CIP-MAT-03/2020/2021 ሎት 2 ከRTC እስከ አቆቤ ድረስ ርዝመት 360 ሜትር በGC እና RC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ካላቸዉ ተጫራቾች መካከል በግልጽ ጫራታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም፡-

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin number) ያላቸዉ፣
  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ከብር 200,000 (ሁለት መቶ ሽህ ብር) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (vat) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጫራታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጫራታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍለዉ ከሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 የጫራታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡የጫራታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት ወይም ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ ተራ ቁጥር 1፣2 እና 3 የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ አድርጋችሁ መምጣት አለባችሁ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ወስደዉ ወይም ገዝተዉ መወዳደር የሚችሉት 1 (አንድ) ሎት ወይም ሳይት ላይ ብቻ ሲሆን በተጨማሪ GCP production and installation መወዳደር ይቻላል፡፡ከGCP production and installation ግንባታ ዉጭ አንድ ተጫራች ሁለትና ከዚያ በላይ ሰነድ ገዝቶ (ወስዶ) ቢወዳደር ሙሉ ለሙሉ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጫራታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ ለሎት 1 ብር 7,000.00 (ሰባት ሽህ ብር)፣ለዉሃ ተፋሰስ ግንባታ ለሎት 11 እና 16 ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 30,000.00 (ሰላሳ ሽህብር)፣ለሎት 12 እና 13 ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 8,000.00 (ስምንት ሽህ ብር)፣ለሎት 14 እና 15 ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 5,000.00 (አምስት ሽህ ብር)፣ሎት 1 አንድ ብሎክ ሸድ ግንባታ ብር 5,000.00 (አምስት ሽህ ብር)፣ሎት1 የፖሊስ ጽ/ቤት የቢሮ ግንባታ ብር 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሽህ ብር)፣ሎት 1 GCP production and installation ብር 500,00 (አምስት መቶ ብር)፣የዉሃ ተፋሰስ ጥገና ሎት 2 ብር 2,000.00 (ሁለት ሽህ ብር) ባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚያሲዙ ተጫራቾች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የገቢ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥና ደረሰኙን ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የጫራታ ሀሳባቸዉን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ከሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 ለጫራታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች ጫራታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 30 ቀናት ሁኖ በ31ኛዉ ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጫራታዉ በ31ኛዉ ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡20 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 16 ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. የጫራታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  13. ስለጫራታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0586611890/0221 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  14. በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው እንድትሳ ተፉ ይጋብዛል ፡፡

  1. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤
  2.  የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያላቸው
  3. የግዥው መጠን ብር 50,000.00 /ሃምሳ ሺህ/ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት ተመዝጋቢነት/የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤
  4. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ፈቃድ ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1 እስከ 4 የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ዋና እና ቅጂ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሠነዱ ጋር አያይዞ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታው ሲሞላ ያለምንም ስርዝ ድልዝ መሞላት አለበት እንዲሁም አንድ ተጫራች መጫረት የሚችለው በአንድ ሎት ብቻ ነው ፡፡
  6.  ጨረታው በአየር ላይ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ቀን ነው፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስታዎቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን 25/01/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በወጣው አካባቢ ግልፅ ጨረታ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8.  ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሀሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋናና ቅጅ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 16/02/2013 ዓ/ም እስከ 3፡00 ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡
  9. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 በቀን 16/02/2013 ዓ.ም 3፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡00 ይከፈታል፡፡የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ የህዝብ በዓል እና እሁድ ቅዳሜ ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ስዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

  13. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚሰራቸውን ስራዎች ማነኛውንም ማቴሪያሎች ወጭ በራሱ አቅርቦ መስራት የሚችል ፡፡
  14. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
  15. ለተጨማሪ መረጃ የእን/ከ/አስ/ከተማ ል/ቤቶ/ኮንስ/አገልግሎት ጽ/ቤት ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 05822700 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  16. የውድድሩ ሁኔታ በሎት ዋጋ ይሆናል፡፡ በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡

National invitation to bid for the provision of a hydrological survey and shallow well drilling.

TENDER NOTICE

For drilling of borehole in addis ketema k/k woreda 10, Addis Ababa

(N9002’28”E38042’49”). Efoyta Bekolfe Marketing Center Share Company is an organization which consists of 80 apartment units, Banks, Offices and above 1092 shops for marketing and selling different types of products.

In relation to this, Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company would like to invite interested Drilling Company to undertake detailed hydrological survey in target location and conduct shallow well drilling on our marketing center.

Dilling companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have;

  •  Renewed and Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged
  • TIN and VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
  •  Certificate of Competence
  • Valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority
  • Relevant professional practical certificate

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 1% of bidder’s total offered amount furnished in the name of Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company in the form of ONLY CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank. The complete bid documents are available from Oct. 05-2020 during office hours Monday to Friday at Efoyta Bekolfe Marketing center office located at Kolfe Atena Tera, Addis Ababa.

በመከላከያ ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንተርፕራይዝ የአርሚ ፋውንዴሽን አፓርትመንት ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት /16-01B ምዕራፍ ሁለት በሰሚት አካባቢ ለሚሰራቸው የህንፃ ግንባታ የሚከተሉትን ሥራዎች እና አቅርቦት በሚቀርበው ዝርዝር መሰረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል::

  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ መሆናቸውን የሚገልፅ ታክስ ክሊራንስ (tax clearance) ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መ/ቤት ማቅረብ አለባቸው:: 
  3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚያቀርቡት የገንዘብ መጠን በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ላይ በተጠቀሰው መሠረት መሆን አለበት:: 
  4. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ በመሙላት የድርጅቱን ማህተም፣ ፊርማ እና መራ ስም እንዲሁም አድራሻቸውን በመግለፅ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

  1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites the bid for the Construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures.
  2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have GC/BC/SC-10 and above Construction Licenses valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year, (EFY, 2012), Trade License valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2012), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate and with Registration in the Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA),for the construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall for Ethiopian News Agency by providing all necessary Materials, Equipment and Labor which is proposed to be built in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa city, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 04 (around Semen Hotel).
  3.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the OPEN Bid Tendering Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. The bidder should have experience in the construction of similar Works.

  6. ተጫራቾች የፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት የሚጠቀሙት አትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ባዘጋጀው ዶክመንት ላይ በመሆኑ ዋጋቸውን የሚሞሉት በዚሁ ሰነድ ላይ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
  7. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የውል ማስከበሪያ ያሸነፉበትን 10% በማስያዝ አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል ካልገቡ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያነት ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡

  9. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ለአሸናፊ ድርጅት ንብረቱን ሲረከብ ብቻ ክፍያ የሚፈጽም ሲሆን ለግዥው ምንም አይነት ቅድመ ክፍያ ማእከሉ የማይፈጽም ይሆናል፡፡
  10. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ እትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

ስለሆነም የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቶች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡ 

  1. በየዘርፉ በዘመኑ የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው

  4. ተጫራቶች በጨረታው ለመሣተፍ ከላይ በተቁ 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 
  5. የሚገዙ እቃዎችን አይነትና ግንባታ ዝርዝር መግለጫ በስፔስፊኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ያገኙታል፡፡ 
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለእያንዳንዱ የማይመለስ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ከግ/ፋ/አስ/ር ደ/የሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡ 
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለሚወዳደሩበት ግንባታ ወይም እቃው ላይ በተገለጸው ገንዘብ መሠረት በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይንም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ 
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከታወጀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት መግዛት የምትችሉ መሆኑን 
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በአንድ ወይም በአንድ ወጥ በሆነ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋናና ኮፒ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ር/ደ/የሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በዚሁ በተመሳሳይ ቀንና ሰዓት ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ር/ደ/የሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት በግልፅ ይከፈታል፡፡

  1.  The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene program(One WaSH National Program phase-II) in the country. The Water Development Commission (WDC) intends to apply part of the proceeds to cover eligible payments under the contract for construction of Civil Works, Supply and Installation of Pipes & Fittings, and Electromechanical Equipment’s of Sankura Multi Village Water Supply and Sanitation project in SNNPR, Silte Zone. WDC now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the abovementioned works. 
  2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018″), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guideline. 
  3. Key Qualification Requirements are: Financial Capability: The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as ETB 19,233,299.67 for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder’s other commitments Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of ETB 173,099,697.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last 5 (five)years Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience: A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or sub-contractor between 1st January 2015 and application submission deadline:(i) 1 (one)contract of minimum value of ETB 92,319,838. 2. The Dire Dawa Administration Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for:

  • Construction of G+2 Building, 2-Four Classrooms, 2-Six Seat Toilets, Four Seat Toilet, Guard House, and Fence & Gale (LOT-I) (Location: Aselisso Secondary School Dire Dawa).

3. Intended Completion Date for the whole of the Works shall be 365 calendar days.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open local tendering procedures contained in the public proclamation of FDRE and is open to all Eligible bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Dire Dawa Administration Education Bureau and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 7:30 – 12:00 AM & 2:00-5:30 PM working hours.

6. Qualifications requirements include: Contractors of Category GC-7 & above with license valid for the year 2013 E.C. Work Experience is required

7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a man-refundable fee of ETB 500 in Cash.

8. Bids must be delivered in the address below at or before 9:00 AM On The 22nd  Date From The Date of Announcement Late bids will be rejected.

9. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence of Bidder’s Representatives Who Choose To Attend At The Same Date of Submission At 9:30 AM

10. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 150,000 (One Hundred Fifty. Thousand Ethiopian Birr in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO The Bid Security shall be valid For 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid.

11. The public body reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding Process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
