Right To Play (RTP) is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) registered with the Ethiopian Charities and Societies Agency with a mission to use sport and play to educate and empower children and youth to overcome the effects of poverty, conflict, and disease in disadvantaged communities. Right To Play works in over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Right To Play(RTP) Ethiopia invites all interested and eligible constructors to bid for the construction of four (4) O’ Classrooms at Ada’a Wereda around Bishoftu Town. The construction is expected to commence on the 2nd of November and Completion 16th of December 2020. The bid is separated into two lots as follows:

• Lot 1-Hambelta and Yerer Primary Schools
• Lot 2-Dire and Dertu Primary schools

Guidelines

1.  Bidders should have construction License GC/BC-8 and above valid for2012 E.C.Renewed construction and trade license for the year2012 E.CVAT Registration Certificatesmust provide TAX clearance or demonstrate eligibility to participate for bid in 2013 E.C
2. A complete set of bidding documents, including tender guidelines, Bill of Quantities and drawings can be collected from Right To Play’s Country office at: Stadium near to Federal Transport Authority, An Business Center, 3rd Floor, Tel +251-114-67000Kirkos Sub City, Addis Ababa
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB10,000.00 in an acceptable form (CPO or Bank Guarantee)prepared in the name of RIGHT TO PLAY: and must be submitted with a separate envelope along with TechnicalProposal.
4.  A separate Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted both having One Original and copies in a waxed sealed and envelopes to the RIGHT TO PLAY Office in Addis Ababa No later than October 27, 2020, at 2:30 PM.
5. Bid will be closed at 2:30 PM on October 27 2020 and will be opened at 9:00 PM on October 27, 2020, at the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who are allowed to attend the session at Right To Play’s CountryOffice at Addis Ababa.
6.  Late bids will be automatically rejected.
7. All envelops should be waxed, sealed and stamped and should be clearly marked by the Lot for which a contractor is bidding for.
8. RTP will award only one Lot for One Contractor. Therefore, Bidders are adviser to submit their proposal only for a singleLot.
9. A funding for the proposed construction can cease in 2021, therefore, RTP kindly advise all bidders to consider the urgency before participating in the bid. RIP will not extend the contract period for prospective winners.
10. The working language for this tender is: English.

1. The Government of Ethiopia has received a Credit/Grant from different financers (WB, KOICA, DFID, ADB, UNICEF, the Government of Finland) toward the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Projects of OWNP phase II and use proceeds of this Credit/Grant to payments under the contracts for Civil Works Construction, Supply & Installation of Pipes & Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electromechanical equipment Alidoro Town (North Shawa Zone) Water Supply Project in Oromia National Regional State. 
2. The Oromia National Regional Government Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau now invite sealed bid from eligible Bidders for the execution of the works described below. 
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF BorrowersJuly 2016, Revised Nov. 2016 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Water & Energy Resource Development Bureau, One WaSH National Program Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the address given below. 
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 800,00 (Eight Hundred) in Cash.

በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት የአንኮበር ወረዳ ገንዘብናኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ ቤት የጎረቤላ ከተማ 01 አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤትበሰጠው ውክልና መሰረት በጎረቤላ ከተማ ላይ ለሚያሰራው G+2 የንግድ የገበያ አዳራሽ/ የህንፃ ግንባታ ካሁን በፊት ስራው ተጀምሮ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች የቆመ ሲሆን ባሁኑ ደረጃ 15% ተሰርቶ ቀሪ85% ስራውን ለማስገንባት እንዲቻል ህጋዊ ድርጅቶችን በግልፅጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህ መሰረት:

Ethiopian Center for Development (ECD) is a non for profit organization registered as a Local Organization by the Federal Agency for Civil Society Organizations in Accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No 1113/2019

Currently, ECD is implementing a project on Improving Access to Quality Primary Education in Yeka and Kolfe Keraniyo Sub cities of Addis Ababa which is funded by a Swiss-based organization called Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation/ PCF/. As a part of the project, ECD is interested to carry out the following construction activities.

• Library /multipurpose hall for Yeman Birhan primary school located in Addis Ababa Kolfe Keraniyo sub-city.
• Toilet for Yeka Tafo primary school located in Addis Ababa Yeka sub-city and
• Playground /3 in 1/ for Negat Kokeb primary school located in Addis Ababa Yeka Sub-city.

Therefore, Grade 7 and above BC and GC contractors who fulfill the criteria below are invited to participate in the Bid.

1. Eligible contractors expected to submit the following crucial documents to compete on the bid.

• Renewed trade License for the year 2013 issued by the ministry of construction for RC/GC Category 7 and above.
• Tax clearance certificate
• TIN certificate
• Registration certificate from responsible public/government agency
• VAT registration certificate.

2. Bidders can visit the sites where the construction carried out on the date and at the time specified in the bidding document,

ሲዳማ ክልላዊ መንግስት በሀዋሳ ከተማ አስተዳደር የአዳሬ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል የኢንስንሬተር ግንባታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመስራት ይፈልጋል።

1. በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ደረጃ GC-9/BC-9 እና ከዚህ በላይ ያላቸው
2. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣
3. ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (Vate) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፣
4. የአቅራቢነት ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸው።

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች

2. ተቋራጮች የሚያቀርቡት ሰነድ ዋናውን እና ሶስት ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻ የፕሮጀክቱን ሥም እና አድራሻ በመጥቀስ በኤንቨሎፕ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቢሮ ለዚህ ሥራ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ16ኛው ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከ2፡30 – 6፡00 ሰዓት ሰነዱ ተመላሽ ተደርጐ በዚህ ቀን ከሰዓት በኋላ በ8፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ  ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
3. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204
4. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ቢድ ቦንድ) ወይም ደብዳቤ ከተደራጁበት ክ/ከተማ ወይም ህጋዊነት ካለው ተቋም የጨረታ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 300 ብር ከፍለው የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪ ለተጠቀሰው የማማከር እና የግንባታ አገልግሎት 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (CPO) ወይም ቢድ ቦንድ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. የጨረታውን መመሪያ አለማክበር እና ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች አለማሟላት ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
6. ከአንድ ሰነድ በላይ መወዳደር ከተወዳዳሪነት ሁሉም ላይ ያሰርዛል በተጨማሪም ተጫራቾች ሞልተው ያስገቡት ሰነድ በሁሉም ገፆች ላይ ማህተም እና ፊርማ አለማድረግ እና ላይ ፍሉድ መጠቀም ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
7.  የበለጠ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለጎት በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዢ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204 በአካል በመቅረብ መረዳት ይቻላል፡፡
8.  አማካሪው ድርጅት የዲዛይን፣ የስራ ዝርዝር፣ የግንባታ ክትትል እና የውል ማስተዳደር ስራ ይሰራል፡፡
9. ተጫራቾች በእጃቸው ላይ ያለ ፕሮጀከት 75% እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ወይም በከፍለ ከተማው ላይ ምንም አይነት ስራ እንደሌላቸው የሚገልፅ መረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
10. ተጫራቾች የCOC ምዘና ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
11. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የጨረታ መስፈርቶች / በመዘኛዎች/

2. የ2012 ዓመት የግንባታ ስራ ፍቃዱን ያሳደሰ እና የ2012 የስራ ፍቃድ ያሳደሰ
3. የ2012ዓ/ም የስራ ግብር አጠናቆ የከፈለ ፡፡ 
4. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር INያለወና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /VAT/ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ፡፡ 
5. ከቆርቆሮ እና ስሚንቶ ውጪ ተፈላጊ የግንባታ ስራ ቁሳቁሶችን ሁሉ የሚያቀርብ በቂ የሰው ሃይል ያለውና ከዚህ በፊት ለሰራቸው ስራዎች ሁሉ ማስረጃ ያለውና ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡ 
6. ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው የስራ ቀናት መዲ-ወላቡ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ 
7. ኮንትራክተሮች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የጨረታውን 1.5% በባንክ በተመከረ CPO ሲያሲይዙ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ኢንተርፕራይዝ /IMX/ ከደረጃቸው አካል ላይ በቀጥታ ለዚህ ውድድር በዋስትና የተጻፈ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡ 
8. ጨረታው የሚታሸገውና የሚከፈተው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ እለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ስዓት በወረዳ ፋይናንስ ቢሮ ቁጥር1 የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ዕለቱ በዓል ወይም ዝግ ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡
9. ተወዳዳሪዎች የማይመለስ ኦረጂናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ የጨረታ ሰነድ ዶክመንት/ በሰም በታሸገ ኤምቨሎፕ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ እንዲሁም ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ቀን ያልታሸገ የጨረታ ሰነድ ፎቶ ኮፒ ማስረጃ በእጅ ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 
10. 1ማንኘውም የሚቀርበው ሰነድ ስርዝና ድልዝ የሌለው መሆን አለበት 
11. የ2012 ፕሮጀክት 100%ያጠናቀቀ እና 2013 በስምምነቱ ሊፈፀም የሚችል፡፡

The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban Productive Safety Net Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for procurement of

• Construction of Public Toilet, Public Toilet with Shower, Shower and Mini Stores. City Government of Addis Ababa Food Security and Productive Safety Net Agency invites sealed bids from eligible qualified bidders of BC-8 or GC-8 and BC-7 or GC -7.

• Lot One – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet, Public Shower and Mini Stores for Arada Sub City
• Lot Two – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet, Public Shower and Mini Stores for Kirkos Sub City
• Lot Three – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet, Public Toilet with Shower, Public Shower and Mini Stores for Lideta Sub City
• Lot Four – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet and Mini Stores for Yeka Sub City
• Lot Five – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet and Mini Stores for Bole Sub City
• Lot Six – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet, Public Toilet with Shower, Public Shower and Mini Stores for Gulele Sub City

• Lot Ten – Semi skilled Labor Cost for Construction of Public Toilet and Mini Stores for Addis Ketema Sub City

1. Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budget year, Tax Clearance & VAT registration evidence
2. Bid document can be obtained from City Government of Addis Ababa Job Creation and Enterprise Development Bureau, Churchill Road, in front of Elaina Hotel, Tinsae Building, 7th floor, Office No, 7.2, Finance Directorate, during office hours against a non-refundable payment of birr 100 (one hundred birr) starting from 5 October 2020, 8:30 AM (Morning).
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Completion Period: within 90 calendar days starting from date of contract signing.
5. Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of Ethiopian birr 10,000.00 (Ten thousand birr) for each lot in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.PO)
6. Bids shall be submitted each having one original & two copies,
7. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in wax-sealed envelope to the Agency starting from the date announced on the Ethiopian Herald
8. Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the 4 November 2020 at 10:00 AM(morning) & opened on the same date at 10:30 AM (morning) in the presence of bidder’s representative, who choose to attend, at the address below.
9. Late bids will be rejected.
10. Bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Addis Ababa Job Creation and Enterprise Development Bureau Government Procurement Directorate.
