  1.  Ethiopian Insurance Corporation (EIC) has budget to be used for the Procurement of EICM Arba minch G+1 Guard House construction and Pavement Rehabilitation Work at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Arba minch branch.
  2. Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites wax-sealed bid from eligible bidders furnishing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the works of EIC Arba minch branch G+1 guard house construction and pavement rehabilitation Project at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Arba minch branch, Arba minch.
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and Public Financial Enterprise Agency Purchasing Manual.
  4. The bid is open to all eligible bidders
  5. All interested eligible bidders are required to submit renewed licenses for the current year, VAT registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, tax clearance and proof of their up to date registration certificate from Trade Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Trade Bureau at the place of registration.
  6. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased staring from 1st day announcement by any interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the office of Ethiopian Insurance Corporation. Facility Management Directorate 1st floor Tel.+251 11 551 70 75 Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 200.- (Two Hundred Only) for the document.
  7. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding documents at the above address.
  8. Bid shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.- (Twenty Thousand) and shall be delivered to Ethiopian Insurance Corporation 1st floor Room No. 107 on or before 2:00 pm and on December 09th, 2020
  9. The bid security shall, at the bidder’s option, be in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee by and an Ethiopian Bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section 4, bidding forms or another form acceptable to the employer bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid.
  10. Technical Document and bid bond will be opened in the presence of those bidder’s or their legal representatives on the same days 2:30 pm at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head Office, 1st Floor Purchasing Committee Room.
  11. Bidders are instructed to submit one “Original” and one “Photocopy” of technical and financial proposals, in a separate envelope each.
  12. The Client will not accept rebates from selected times of work. If the bidder wants to give a rebate it must be from the total sum.

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የሆሳዕና ቴከኒክና ሙያ ኮሌጅ የኮንስትራክሽን ላቦራቶሪ ዎርክሾፕ እና ተያያዥ የምደረ-ገብ ሥራዎች ግንባታ ሥራ ለማሰራት ለ2012 ዓም የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ ያላቸውን የሥራ ተቋራጮች አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት፡-

  1. ደረጃቸው BC/GC6 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑና ለዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ የምዝገባ ፈቃድ፣ የኮንስትራክሽን ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የዘመኑን ግብር ስለመከፈላቸው ማረጋገጫ እንዲሁም የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከኮሌጁ ፋይናንስ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ተከታታይ ቀናት ድረስ ባለፈቃዱ ወይም ሕጋዊ ተወካይ በአካል በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሦስት መቶ ብር) በመከፈል እና አንድ ኮፒ የሰነድ ማስረጃ በማስያዝ መግዛት ይችላል፡፡
  2. ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአሠሪው መ/ቤት ስሆሳእና ቴከኒክና ሙያ ኮሌጅ ስም ብር 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺ ብር) በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም ስሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና (unconditional bank guarantee) ከቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጋር በፖስታ በሰም አሸገውና ማህተም በማድረግ ፈርመው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  3. ተጫራቾች አስፈላጊውን ዕቃና ሠራተኛ አቅርበው ሥራውን የሚሠሩበትን የፋይናንሻል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፊክ ኮፒ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ እንዲሁም አራቱንም ሰነዶች በሌላ አንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በሰም እሽጐና የፕሮጀከቱን ስም ጠቅሶ በተጨማሪም የቴከኒካል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦሪጅናልና ሁለት ፎቶግራፊክ ኮፒ፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሰነዶችን ለብቻ እንዲሁም የቴከኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Hidder Certification of Comphance) ለየብቻ በሰም በማሸግ እና አራቱንም በአንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በማድረግ በመጨረሻም የፋይናንሻልና የቴክኒካል ፕሮፖዛሎችን በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በሰም በማሸግ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 22ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በእጅ የተሞሉ ኮፒ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ከጨረታው ውድድር ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡ የአገልግሎት ዋጋው በሰነዱ ላይ በተዘጋጀው ቦታ በአሃዝና በፊደል መሞላት ይኖርበታል፡፡ የቴከኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Bidder Certisctim of Compliance) ላይ ያሉ መጠይቆችን ሞልቶ፣ ፈርሞና የድርጅቱን ማህተም አድርጎ ያለመመለስ ከጨረታው ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡
  4. ጨረታው በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኮሌጁ ፋይናንስ ለዚህ በተዘጋጀው ክፍል ይከፈታል፡፡ 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡ ኮሌጁ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

  • የጨረታው አካሄድ በደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች ክልል መንግሥት እንደገና ተሻሽሎ በወጣው የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 28/2010 እንዲሁም ሰhልሉ ፋይናንስና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ቢሮ ለዚሁ መመሪያ በወጣው ማብራሪያ ወይንም ማሻሻያ መሠረት ይሆናል፡፡
  • ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከወቅቱ የገበያ ዋጋ በታች ያቀረበ እንደሆነ አሰሪ መ/ቤት ውል ለመግባት አይገደድም፡፡
  • በተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በስልክ ቁጥር፡-+251 046 555 1997 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

3 በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

  • i. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመወዳደር በዚሁ የሥራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ሆኖ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃዱና የዘመኑን
  • ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።
  • ii የግንባታ ሥራ ብቃት የሚያረጋግጥ ከደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  • i በግንባታ ዘርፍ ሥራ ላይ ቢያንስ ሁለት የግንባታ ሥራዎችን በአመርቂ ሁኔታ ሰርቶ ያስረከበ ለዚህም ማረጋገጫ መያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • iv. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፡፡
  • vi የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ወይም በግዢ ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሳይት ላይ የተመዘገቡ፡፡
  • vi  የግብር ግዴታቸውን ስለመወጣታቸው የሚያሳይ ማረጋገጫ የሚያቀርቡ፡፡
  • vi ደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ፡፡

4 ተወዳዳሪዎች ሰነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ የፋይናንስና የቴክኒክ ሰነዶችን ለይተው በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሥራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ባቀረበው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ የተሞላ ዋጋ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 25,000.00 (ሃያ አምስት ሺ ብር) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የባንክ ዋስትና የሚያሲዙ ከሆነ በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የ90 ቀን የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የኢንሹራንስ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ሞልተው ከመወዳደራቸው በፊት ፕሮጀክቱ የሚገነባበት ቦታ (ሳይት አይተው መሙላት አለባቸው፡፡ ይህን ሳያደርጉ ቀርተው ካሸነፉ በኋላ ከሳይት ልማት (land cleaning, land cutting & filling or any Work related to site Work) ጋር ተያይዘው የሚቀርቡ ማንኛውም የቫረየን ጥያቄዎች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም::

8. ጨረታው ኅዳር 29 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ የተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የዋጋ ማወዳደሪያ ሰነድ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ በይፋ ይከፈታል፡፡

9. በአማርኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ማመልከቻችሁን ከዚህ በታች በተቀመጠው የኢሜል አድራሻ ላይ በመላክ በነጻ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡

  4. የእቃው መጠን 200,000.00 ብር በላይ ከሆነ የቫት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ::
  5. ለእቃ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ይዘጋና በዚያው ቀን በ4፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  6. ለግንባታው ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ይዘጋና በዚያው ቀን በ4፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተቁ 1-4 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች በታሸገ ፖስታ አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው ::
  8. የዕቃው አይነትና ዝርዝር መግለጫ /ስፔስፌክሽን /ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለእቃ ግዥ 100 ብር እና ለግንባታ ግዥ 300 ብር በመክፈል ከግዥና ፋይናንስ ቢሮ ቁጥር 26 የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማግኘት ይችላሉ ::
  10. ተጫራቾች ለግንባታ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ቢድ ቦንድ) ለሚወዳደሩበት ጨረታ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 27384 በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸወል፡፡
  11. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ የሸዋሮቢት ከተማ አስተዳደር ገን/ኢኮ/ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ቁጥር 26 ለእቃ ግዥ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰአት እስከ አስራ ስድስተኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰአት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  12. ለግንባታ ጨረታ እስከ 22ኛ ቀን ድረስ ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል::
  13. ለእያንዳንዱ የግንባታ ስራ ኮስት ብሬክ ዳዎን ተሰርቶ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  14. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ ፋይ/ንብ/አስ/ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 26 ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለእቃ በአስራ ስድሰተኛው ቀን 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  15. ለግንባታ በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ተዘግቶ 4፡30 ሰአት ይከፈታል፡፡
  16. የጨረታ መክፈቻውንና መዝጊያው ከመንግስት ስራ ቀን ውጪ ወይም በበዓል ቀን ከዋለ በቀጣይ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይዘጋና ይከፈታል ::
  17. ውድድሩ በጥቅል/በሎት/ስለሆነ ተጫራቾች በከፊል መሙላት አይቻልም ::
  18. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ይሁን ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
  19. መስሪያ ቤቱ የሚገዛቸውን እቃዎች የትራንስፖርትም ሆነ ሌሎች ወጪዎችን አይሸፍንም፡፡
  20. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለ ጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 26 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 033-664-0371/0336641336 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምስራቅ ጐጃም ዞን የማቻከል ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በአልማ በጀት በወረዳው ዉስጥ ያለ በወርቅማ ሃሙሲት ቀበሌ አዲስ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት 10 ክፍል ያሉት አንድ ብሎክ G+1 የተማሪዎች መማሪያ ክፍል በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡- ስለዚህ

  1. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  2. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 30 ቀናት በአየር ላይ የሚቆይ ሲሆን የጨረታ ሰነዱን በማቻ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ድረስ በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 50/ሃምሳ ብር/ ብቻ በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን የግንባታ ዝርዝር የያዘ የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ::
  3. ሰነዱን በጥንቃቄ ሞልቶ ኮፒና ወርጅናል ሰነዱን በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግና በድጋሜ በማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በማሸግ የድርጅቱን አድራሻ ህጋዊ ማህተም ሙሉ ስምና ፊርማ በመፃፍ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን እስከ በ31ኛው ቀን ከጥዋቱ 3፡30 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል::በዋጋ መሙያዉ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ በግልጽ የማይነበብ በፍሉድ የጠፋና እራሱ ተጫራቹ የአስተካከልው ስለመሆኑ ፊርማ/ፓራፍ /የሌለበት ሰነድ ያቀረበ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል::
  4. ተወዳዳሪዎች የሚሰጡት ዋጋ ከ200 ሺህ ብር በላይ ከሆነ የቫት ሰርተፊኬት ማቅረብ አለባቸው
  5. ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት የግንባታ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 140,000.00/አንድ መቶ አርባ ሽህ ብር /ብቻ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና/unconditional Bank Guarantee/ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤታችን የገቢ ደረሰኝ ገቢ በማድረግ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል:: ሆኖም ጥሬ ገንዘቡን በፖስታ አሽጎ ማቅረብ አይቻልም::
  6. ተጫራቾች ደረጃ BC/GC-7 እና በላይ መሆን አለባቸው::
  7. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ::
  8. በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተገለጸው መሰረት በትክክል ተሞልቶ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  9. ተጫራቾች የመልካም ስራ አፈፃፅም ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፣በማንኛውም የግንባታ ስራ ውል ይዘው ያላቋረጡ በውላቸው መሰረት ያጠናቀቁ መሆኑን ከሚመለከተው ህጋዊ አካል ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ::
  10. ጨረታው 31ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ታሽጐ ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ይከፈታል::በዚሁ እለት በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ታሽጐ ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በግልጽ ይከፈታል::

የግንባታ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የከምባታ ጠምባሮ ዞን ፋይናንስ መምሪያ የዞኑ አስተዳደር በዱራሜ ከተማ የሚያስገነባውን የዞኑን ገጽታ የሚያሳይ አደባባይ ግንባታ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾችን በግልጽ አወዳድሮ ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም

  1. ደረጃቸው GC-7/BC-7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ
  2. ፈቃዳቸውን ያሳደሱ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡና የታከስ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው፣
  3. ተጫራቶች 50,000 /ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር ብቻ/ የጨረታ ዋስትና በሲፒኦ /የባንክ ጋራንት/ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች ለሥራው የተዘጋጀውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ዘወትር በሥራ ቀናት በፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ቀርበው መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸውን ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒለየብቻቸው በማሸግና በአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በማድረግ ጨረታው በወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ውስጥ እስከ 8፡15 ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ ነገር ግን 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል። መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የግልፅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥር ገ/ጨ/003/2013

ግዥ ፈፃሚው መ/ቤት ኢፌዲሪ መከላከያ ሚ/ር በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል በድሬዳዋ አካባቢ የሚገኘው ሁርሶ ኮንቲጀት ማት/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት የማስልጠኛ ት/ቤታችንን የመኖሪያ ቤቶ ከፊል ዕድሳትና ጥገና ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤቱ ለስልጠና ምቹ እንዲሆኜ ምቹ አገልግሎት እንዲሰጥ ለማድረግ በዚህ ሥራ(የዕድሳትና የጥገና) ሥራ ለመሥራት ስለሚፈልግ በዚህ የግንባታ ሥራ ዘርፍ ብቁ የሆኑ ተወዳዳሪዎች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚሰሩ ሥራዎችን ቦታው ላይ ሁርሶ ኮንቲንጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት (ሁርሶ ካምፕ) ድረስ ተገኝተው ስራውን በአካል ማየት አለባቸው፡፡

የዕድሳትና ጥቼ ስራው ለዕድሳቱ የሚያስፈልጉ ሁሉንም ዕቃዎች ተጫራች የሚችል ይሆናል፡፡ የሚታደሱ የመኖሪያ ቤት ከፍሎች ብዛት 310 የሚታደሱ የሽንት ቤት ብዛት 186 የሚታደሱ የሻወር ቤት ብዛት 93 መስኮቶች በሮች እና አዲስ የሽንት ቤት ስራ ሌሎች ተዛማጅ ዝርዝር ስራዎች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚያገኙት ይሆናል፡፡

መመዘኛዎች፡ከላይ በየሎቱ (በየምድቡ) የተዘረዘሩትን የዕድሳትና ጥገና ሥራዎች የሚጠገኑበትንና የሚታደሱብትን ማቴሪያሎችችሎ በዘርፉ ለመስራት ብቃት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተገለፀውን መመዘኛ የምታሟሉ ድርጅቶች በጨረታ መሳተፍና መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ማሰልጠኛት/ቤቱ በደስታ ይጋብዛል፡፡

  1. ጨረታው የሚከናወነው በግልፅ ጨረታ ስነ-ስርዓትና ይህንኑ አስመልክቶ የኢፌዴሪ መንግስት ባወጣው የመንግስት ግዥ አዋጅ መሠረት ብቁ ለሆኑ ተጫራቾች ነው፡፡
  2. በዘርፉ የተሰማሩበት የዘመኑን የመንግስት ግብር የከፈለ፣ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ፣ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ቲን ነምበር፣ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ በሚወዳደሩበት ዘርፍ (የግንባታ ሥራዎች) ዕድሳትና የጥገና ሥራ የሚገልፅ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  3. የጥራት ደረጃው ፣ የሥራ ደረጃ የሚገልፁ ማስረጃ እንዲሁም የሚሳተፍባቸው ሥራዎችና የተሰጠው ንግድ ፍቃድም ከዘርፉ ተዛማጅ መሆኑ በሰነዶች ጀርባ የተዘረዘሩና የተገለፁ መሆን አለበት፡፡ እንዲሁም በዚህ ዘርፍ ለመሣተፍና ለመወዳደር በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የተሰጠው ፍቃድ ማስረጃ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒው ማቅረብ የሚችል ኦርጅናሉ ተመሳክሮ ወዲያውኑ የሚመለስ ይሆናል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበርያ 50,000 ብር በባንክ ከተረጋገጠ የከፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንከ ከተፈቀደላቸው የታወቁ ባንኮች የሚሰጥ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ሰሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በሁርሶ ኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ስም የተዘጋጀ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች (በዚህ ዘርፍ) የሚሳተፉ ተወዳዳሪዎች በማንኛውም ዕዳ ያልተያዘና ያልከሰሩ ወይም የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ ያላቋረጡ ከንግድ ሥራ ያልታገዱ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለመግዛት የማይመለስ 100.00 (አንድ መቶ) ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከሚከፈትበት ቀን 25/03/2013 ዓም ከሰኞ – አርብ በስራ ሰዓት ከ2፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 10፡00 ሰዓት በድሬዳዋና ዙርያው የምትገኙተጫራቶች በሁርሶ ኮንቲጀንት ማ/ት/ቤት ፋይናንስ ዴስክ ገንዘብ በመክፈል ከግዥ ዴስክ ቢሮ ቁጥር 26 ድረስ በመምጣት ሰነዱን መግዛትና መውሰድ ይችላሉ። እንዲሁም በአ/አበባና ዙርያው የምትገኙ ጃን ሜዳ በሚገኘው የሠላም ማስከበር ማዕከል ፋይናንስ ቡድን ገንዘብ በመከፈልና ሰነዱን ከግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመሄድ የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛትና መውሰድ ይችላሉ።
  7. የጨረታ ሰነድ ሳጥን ከታሸገ (ከተዘጋ) በኋላ ዘግይተው የሚመጡ (የሚቀርቡ) መወዳዳርያ ሰነዶች በግዥ ህግ ተቀባይነት የላቸውም፡፡ ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ተጫራቾች ባቀረቡት የመወዳደርያ ሃሳብ ለውጥ ወይም ማሻሻያ ማድረግ አይችልም፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣ ጀምሮ በተከታታይ ባሉ ለ15 ቀናት በሚወዳደሩበት ዘርፍ (የሥራ ምድብ) በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማት/ቤት ሁርሶ ግቢ ድረስ በአካል በመምጣት በማየት ጥናት በማድረግና ዋጋ በመስጠት መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡
  9. የጨረታ መከፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ ይከፈታል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ዋጋ የሚሞሉት በራሳቸው የተዘጋጀ ሰነድና (ፕሮፎርማ) ሆኖ ፊርማና ማህተም ያረፈበት እንዲሁም ለስንት ቀን እንደሚፀና መገለፅ አለበት፡፡
  11. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን 25/03/2013 ዓ/ም ነው፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቦታው ሁርሶ ኮንቲንጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት (ሁርሶ ካምፕ) ከቀኑ 8፡15 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 8፡30 ሰዓት ቢሮ ቁጥር 19 ትንሹ አዳራሽ የሚከፈት ይሆናል።
  12. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የአሸናፊነት ደብዳቤ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ7 የሥራ ቀን በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የውል ስምምነት ማሰርና መፈፀም አለበት፡፡
  13. በአንድ ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  14. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ወይም ለመወዳደር የሚወጡ ወጪዎች ቢኖሩ መ/ቤታችን ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡
  15. ተወዳዳሪዎች በሚሰሩት ስራ ዘርፍ የደረጃቸው መግለጫና ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ (መግለፅ) አለባቸው፡፡
  16. ማንኛውም ዶክመንት ኮፒ የሚደረጉ የሚነበቡና የሚታዩ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  17. ተጫራቾች በሞሉት ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ላይ ምንም ዓይነት ስርዝ ድልዝ፣ በፍሉድ የተነካ መሆን የለበትም፡፡ እነዚህ ያለው ተወዳዳሪ ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል። ምናልባት በጠቅላላ ዋጋ ላይ ስህተት ቢፈጠር አንድ ስርዝ አድርጎ ስለ መሰረዙ ፊርማና ስሙን ማስቀመጥ አለበት፡፡
  18. አጠቃላይ አፈፃፀሙ የስምምነት ውላችን የሚካተት ይሆናል፡፡
  19. ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  20. ለተጨማሪ መረጃ የማስታወቂያ ሽፋን በቀን 10/03/2013 ዓ/ም የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ቀርቧል፡፡
  21. ስለ ጨረታው ወይም ስለ ሥራው ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ በሠላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰ/ት/ቤት ሁርሶ ከድሬዳዋ 27 ኪሎ ሜትር ወጣ ብሎ የሚገኝ ማሰልጠኛ ነው፡፡

  3. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል የድጋፍ ማስረጃ ከግብር ለብሳቢ መ/ቤቱ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  4. የግንባታ ሥራ ፍቃድ ደረጃ 5-8 ያለው/ት፣
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ ከቡሌ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 የማይመለስ 200.00 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ዘውትር በሥራ ሠዓት መግዛት ይችላሉ፤
  6.  ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ 5,000.00/አምስት ሺህ ብር/ በፖስታ በማሽግ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  7.  በግንባታ ሥራ መልካም አፈጻጸም ማቅረብ የሚችል/ የምትችል፤
  8. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሰነዳቸዉን የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ ለ15ቀናት የሚቆይ ሲሆን፤ በ16ኛዉ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት 28/03/2013 በጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽገዉ በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. ተወካዮች ህጋዊ የውክልና ማስረጃ ይዘው መቅረብ አለባቸው ::
  10. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉን ያሸነፈበትን የውል ማስከበሪያ 10% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ አንድ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ እና አንድ ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በሰም በማሸግ የተዘረዘሩትን የህጋዊነት ማረጋገጫ መረጃዎችን አሟልተው በአራቱም ፖስታ የሚያቀርብ መሆን አለበት፡፡ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የአየር ኃይል ጠቅላይ መምሪያ ለ2013 በጀት ዓመት የበራሪዎችና የበረራ ክሩዎች መመገቢያ አዳራሽ BC-7 ወይም GC-7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የግንባታ ፍቃድ ያላቸውን በግልፅ ጨረታ ቁጥር AFo3/2013 አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

The Procurement Reference Number is: GRRA NCB/005/2013

  1. The Gambella People’s National Regional State Gambella Rural Roads Authority has allocated budget towards the cost of the Construction works of One Single Pipe @ km 11+000, One Double Pipe Culvert @ km 10+600, and One Box Culvert @ km 12+900 in Metti-Dunchi Road Project in Majang Zone in Godere Woreda.
  2. The Gambella Rural Roads Authority (GRRA) now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the above Culvert Structure Construction Project.
  3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
  • i. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction or other appropriate regional bureaus with relevant Category BC-7 or RC-8 or GC-8 and above renewed for 2012 EFY for construction works
  • ii. Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;
  • iii. Tax Clearance certificate which states that the bidder can be participated in any public tender and valid at the deadline for submission of the bids;
  • iv. VAT Registration Certificate;
  • v. Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, ie Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)
  • vi. Bid security (ETB 20,000)

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible contractors as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.

5. One Bidder or contractor is only allowed to participate only one of the Procurement numbers are GRRA/NCB/005/2013, GRRA/NCB/006/ 2013, GRRA/NCB/007/2013 and GRRA/NCB/008/2013 projects, A Bidder that participates for more than one Bid can be totally rejected and also it is necessary to quote its procurement reference number on it.

6. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below frorn 7፡30 a.m.to 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday

7. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by the bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200 effective as of November 9, 2013 EFY. The method of payment shall be in cash

8. Bidders shall submit five envelopes, “One original envelopes of technical and one original envelopes of financial” and “One copy envelopes of technical and one copy of financial” and One Bid Security all separately sealed envelope.

9. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification (Technical) information first and Financial Bids of qualified bidders next.

10. Bids must be delivered to the address below on November 29, 2013 EFY from 10.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Late bids will be rejected. Qualification (Technical) information of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders/ bidders’ representatives who chose to attend at GRRA Procurement, Finance and Asset Management Supportive Process, Room No.6, on the final date and time of bid submission as stated above.

  • ሎት 3፡-የተማሪዎች ሻይ ቤት ህንፃ ፣የመምህራንና የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞች ሻይ ቤት ህንፃና ንብረት ክፍል ህንፃ እና

በጨራታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች ከዚህ በታች የተጠየቁትን ግዴታዎች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  1.  ህጋዊና በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣
  2. የግዥ መጠን ብር 200 ሺህ እና በላይ ከሆነ አቅራቢዎች በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆንዎን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ እና እንዲሁም የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር የተቀበሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  3. እንጅባራ መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ መመሪያና እስፔስፊኬሽን መሰረት መጠገንና ማደስ የሚችሉ፡፡
  4. 4ኛ.አሸናፊው ተጫራች የሚመረጠው በሞላው ጠቅላላ ዝቅተኛ የአንዱ ሎት/ጥቅል/ ዋጋ ይሆናል፡፡ ስለዚህ የአንዱን ሎት ሁሉንም ጥገና እና እድሳት ዋጋ መሙላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ይህ ካልሆነ ግን ሙሉ በሙሉ ከጨራታው ውጭ ይደረጋሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች መወዳዳር የሚችሉት ከአንዱ ሎት-ጥገና እና እድሳት ላይ ብቻ ነው፡፡በመሆኑም ከአንድ ሎት- ጥገና እና እድሳት በላይ ተወዳድሮ የተገኘ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 27/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 11፡00 ድረስ መግዛት የሚችል ሲሆን፤የሚሸጡበትን ዋጋ በተዘጋጀዉ ቅፅ ሞልተው ከተጠየቁት ማስረጃዎች ጋር የጨረታ ሰነዱን እና የጨራታ ማስከበሪያውን ቢድ ቦንድ የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 2 በመቶ በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ የምታሲዙ ከሆነ በኮሌጁ ገቢ ደረሰኝ ገቢ አድርጋችሁ የደረሰኙን ኮፒ ከሰነዳችሁ ጋር አያይዛችሁ፤ አንድ ወጥ በሆነ ፖስታ በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ከቀን 07/03/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ 28/03/2013 ዓ.ም 3፡45 ድረስ እንጅባራ መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ ግዥ፣ፋይናንስና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 01 ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ከአሁን በፊት በመንግስት ግዥ ላይ ተሳትፈው በውለታችሁ መሰረት ባለመፈፀማቸዉ ምክንያት ስልጣን ባለው አካል እገዳ ያልተደረገባችሁ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  8. የጨረታ ሳጥኑን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በቀን 28/03/2013 ዓ.ም ከጥዋቱ 3፡45 ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን በ4፡00 ይከፈታል፤ተጫራቾች በመክፈቻዉ ዕለት ባይገኙም ጨረታው በሰዓቱ ይከፈታል፡፡ሆኖም ግን 22ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. . አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች ማሸነፉ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ5 የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ 10 በመቶ የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መፈፀም ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ግዥ ፈጸሚ አካላት አሸናፊው ተጫራች የሚጠግነውንና የሚያድሰውን መጠን ወይም ብዛት 20 በመቶ መጨመርም ሆነ መቀነስ ይችላል፡፡

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of ETB 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) CPO only and shall be delivered to ActionAid Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office on submission of tender document on the 10th day from the first publication on Addis Zemen newspaper at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time)

Bid Requirements

  1. Action Aid Ethiopia (hereafter referred to as “the Organization’) now invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for Guna Begemdir Lot-1 projects, construction of Library and Dry Pit latrine blocks located at Guna Begemdir Woreda, Atekana Kebele.
  2. Complete sets of the bidding documents may be accessed at ActionAid Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office Debre Zeit road, inside CCRDA compound (Kality, in front of Kality drivers training center) upon request starting from 1st day of the announcement,

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት የገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ቢሮ በሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን የገ/ኢ/ትብብር መምሪያ የመርሀቤቴ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በወረዳው ውስጥ

  • ላሉ ሴክተር መ/ቤቶች ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በተራድኦ በጀት የፈርኒቸር ግዥ እና በመደበኛ በጀት ለታች ቤት ን/ወረዳ
  • የአቃቤ ህግ ቢሮ ግንባታ ማቴሪያሉን ተቋራጩ ችሎ በደረጃ 9 BC GC እና ከዚያ በላይ ባሉ ተቋራጮች አጫርቶ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል
  • በተጨማሪም ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የደንብ ልብስና
  • የእንስሳት መድሀኒት በግልፅ ጨረታ አጫርቶ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን እየገለፅን ::

  1. በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ በዘመኑ የታደሰ የግድ ፈቃድ እና ቲን ነምበር ኮፒወን በፖስታ በሽግ እንዲሁም ግንባታውን በተመለከተ የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል ፡ ፡
  2. ተጫራቾች የሞሉት ዋጋ ከ200,000 ሺህ ብር በላይ ከሆ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆን ይጠበቅባችኋል ።
  3. የጨረታ ሰነድ እያንዳንዱን በብር 50 (ሀምሳ ብር ብቻ) ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ከግንባታው ውጪ ያሉትን እስከ 15ኛው ቀን 11፡30 ድረስ እና ግንባታውን በተመለከተ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን እስከ 20ኛው ቀን 11፣30 ባሉት የካላንደር ቀናት ውስጥ ከቢሮ ቀጥር 05 መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚወዳደሩበትን የሽያጭ ጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 2% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የከፍያ ትእዛዝ (ሲፒኦ)፣ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በመ/ቤታችን የውስጥ ገቢ ደረሰኝ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሀሳቡን ዋናወን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆነ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ በመ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ትብብር ዋና ጽ/ቤት በግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 (በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ለህክምና እቃዎች ለደንብ ልብስና ፈርኒቸር ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡የአቃቤ ህግ ቢሮ ግንባታን በተመለከተ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ለፈርኒቸር፣ ለደንብ ልብስና የእንስሳት መድሀኒት በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ3፡00 ሰአት ታሽጐ በ3፡30 ይከፈታል ፡ ፡የአቃቤ ህግ ቢሮው በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ3፡00 ሰአት ታሽጐ በ3፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  7. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ።
  8. በጨረታው ላይ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለ ጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 011-13-20 136/005 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

  1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ የሥራ ፈቃድና የዘመኑን የሥራ ግብር አጠናቀው የከፈሉበት ማስረጃ፣ የአቅራቢነት የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ፣ የንግድ መለያ ቁጥር Tin number/ ጨምሮ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ /CPO/ ብቻ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  3. ተጫራቶች ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ተከታታይ ለ15 ቀናት ሲሆን ሠነድ ሽያጩ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ለእያንዳንዱ 100.00 ብር /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ።
  4. ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ፋይናሽያልና ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በታሸገ ፖስታ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በመጨረሻው ቀን እስከ 4 ሰዓት ድረስ የም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ መጨመር ይኖርባቸዋል
  5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ15ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ በዕለቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት በፋ/ጽ/ቤት ውስጥ ይከፈታል፡፡
  6. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ሁኔታ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  7. አሸናፊው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ወዲያውኑ ሌሎች ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ/ ሲፒኦ/ ይመለሳል።
  8. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ዕቃዎች ከቫት ውጭና ከቫት ጋር ያለውን ዋጋ ለይቶ ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  9. የዘገየ ጨረታና በጨረታ መክፈቻ ላይ ያልተነበበ ጨረታ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሳብና ዋጋ ላይ ስምና ፊርማቸውን፣ቀንና የድርጅቱ ማህተም ማሳረፍ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ በውሉ መሠረት ማጠናቀቃቸው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ሙሉ ክፍያ ይከፈላቸዋል፡፡
  12. የጨረታ መከፈቻው በበዓላትና በእረፍት ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ላይ ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  13. የተጫራቶች ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን የመከፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጉለውም፡፡
  14. በተጫራቾች ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
  15. ተጫራቾች የሥራ ፈቃዳቸው ያልተሟላ መረጃና የዋጋ ሰነድ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ እንዲኖረው አይፈቀድም፡፡
  16. ለተደራጁ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት ተሻሽሎ በወጣው ደንብ ቁጥር 172/2011 በደንቡ መሠረት ቅድሚያይሰጣቸዋል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆነው ተጫራች ተቋሙ ቅድመ ክፍያ ለመክፈል አይገደድም።
  17. የየም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት ሣጃ ከተማ ሲሆን ከአ/አ 240 ኪ.ሜ ወደ ጅማ በሚወስደው መንገድ ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡

INVITATION FOR RE-TENDER

1. VSF Germany, is an International Non Governmental Organization, invites interested bidders to undertake  construction of two (2) new Animal Health Posts and construction of three (3) new Fish Cooperative Houses in South Omo Zone of Hammer, Dassenech and Nyangatom Woredas supply for the project entitled “Omo Delta Project-Expanding the Rangeland to Achieve Growthand Transformation” as follows

  • LOT I – Construction of new animal health posts and related facilities in Nyangatom and Hammer Woredas
  • LOT 11 – Construction of New Fish Cooperative House and related facilities in Dassenech and Nyangatom Woredas

2. Bidders can bid for Lot one and Lot two or for both Lots

3. The tenderers are expected to construct the intended construction facilities with the required design and specifications as the detail indicated in the bid document. Sub-contracting out of the assignment is strictly forbidden

4. Financing by: European Commission

5. Eligible tenderers are invited to take part in the bid upon submission of copies of all relevant renewed licenses, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.

6. Tendering will be conducted through open local tender procedure.

7. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a tender guarantee amounting to one percent (1%) of the total bid amount including VAT in the form of C.P.O. Any other form of tender guarantee shall not be acceptable.

All bid documents must be submitted one original marked “original” and one copy signed in the same way as the original and marked “copy” by stating the title, separately for each lot, with wax-sealed envelope at or before 2:00 P.M. (afternoon) on Thursday, November 27, 2020 to VSF-Germany, South omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi. The technical and financial offer must be placed together in a sealed envelope.

10. Bids will be opened in the presence of tenderers and/ or their official representatives who wish to attend at VSF-Germany, South Omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi, on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 2:30 PM (morning).

11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection.

NXCC hereby invites re-bids for conducting a geotechnical investigation for 7 river bridges of total of 14 Boreholes with drilling the boreholes with a depth of 20m each:

  1. The bidders have to present valid business license, Relevant professional practice certificate, Tax registration certificate and taxpayer registrar registration certificate which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender and remains valid at bidding date.
