1. Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau raised Budget from BOFED and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction/replacing of menge primary hospital existing internal wooden doors by aluminum

2. The invitation is for all aluminum importers, manufacturers and assembling companies.

  • Trade License valid for the year-2013 E.C.
  • Ministry of Finance and Economic Development’s registration certificate for the year 2013 E.C.
  • VAT registration certificate and tax clearance

3. Required service: replacing of menge primary hospital existing internal wooden doors by aluminum. Based on the attached design, specification and bill of quantities

4. The intended completion date for the whole of works shall be: 180 calendar days.

5. Bidders can obtain the bidding documents from Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau Procurement process owner up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian birr 200.

6. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 50,000.00 ETB in C.P.O. and submitted to the same office on or before 2:00 PM of Nov – 24/2020. Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM of 31 days at the same office in the presence of the bidders/bidders legal representative’s.

የጋምቤላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው አገልግሎት የሚሆን የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታና የፈሳሽ ማስወገጃ ዝርጋታ ሥራዎች (Construction of water Supply pipeline and Sanitary Work ) ሥራ ግዥ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት ተጫራቾች፡

  1. ለሚወዳደሩበት የዕቃዎች ዓይነት በሥራ በመስኩ ህጋዊ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ በስማቸው ያላቸው ፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸው የሚያረጋግጥ እንዲሁም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉና የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ባዘጋጀው የዕቃና አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ የአቅራቢነት ሠርተፊኬት ያላቸው ፤ በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ስለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  2. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ የተመዘገበና የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

  4. ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር / በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት በጋምቤላ ዩኒቨርስቲ ግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸውን ቴክኒካልና ፋይናሻል አንድ አንድ ኦርጅናልና አንድ አንድ ኮፒ እያንዳንዳቸውን ለየብቻቸው በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሽግ እንዲሁም /ሲፒኦ/ ኦርጅናል ከፋይናሻል ሰነድ ጋር ለየብቻው በማሸግና ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ብሎ በመለየት በአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በማድረግ በሰም በታሸገና ከላይ የሚወዳደሩበት የሎት (Lot) ዓይነት የተጻፈበት ኤንቨሎፕ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  6. ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ለአሥር ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ሰነዱ ለ21 ቀናት ይሸጣል የመጨረሻው በ22ኛ ቀን ከጥዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ጨረታው ተዘግቶ 4:30 ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  7. 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ላይ ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡
  8. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

  3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction Bureau or Ministry of Federal Construction with Category: BC-5/GC-5 and above renewed for the bidding period and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance,

  3. የደን ዘሩ የጥራት ማረጋገጫ መረጃ ኳራንታይል ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ ከ1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ /ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  5. የሚገዙ እቃዎችን አይነት እና ዝርዝር ስፔስፍኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ የኢትዮጵያ ብር ከሎት 1 እስከ ሎት 11 ድረስ እና ሎት 17 ብር 50 (ሃምሳ ብር ብቻ) ከሎት 12 እስከ ሎት16 ያሉት 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ / በመከፈል ግ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢቁ 20 ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከሎት 1 እስከ ሎት 3 እስከ 21ኛው ቀን ከለት 4 እስከ ሎት 17 እስከ 15ኛው ቀን 11፡30 ድረስ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  7. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ የሚወዳደሩበት እቃ ከሞሉት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ቫትን ጨምሮ 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ትእዛዝ ሲ.ፒ ኦ/ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በደረሰኝ በመቁረጥ ፖስታው ውስጥ አሽጐ /አያይዞ/ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ የሞላበትን ሰነድ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ግ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 20 ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች/ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከሎት1 እስከ ሎት 3 በ 22 ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡ከሎት 4 እስከ ሎት 17 ያሉ ጨረታዎች በ16ኛ ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. የማሽን ኪራይ ጨረታ ሊብሬ ወይም የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  10. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ውጤቱ በማስታወቂያ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 5ኛው ቀን ድረስ ያሸነፈበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ቢያንስ 10 ፐርሰንት በማቅረብ እቃዎችን ግ/ወ/ሴክ/መ/ቤቶች ባሉት የፑል ንብረት ክፍሎች ለማስረከብ ውለታ መውሰድ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ መክፈቻ የመጨረሻ ቀን ዝግ ከሆነ ወደ ሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይሸጋገራል፡፡
  12. ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር ሁኔታ መረጃ ካስፈለገ በጽ/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0332120008/0332120300 በመደወል መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር የተጫራቾች መመሪያም ተያይዟል፡፡

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች፡

1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ፣ የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ሚኒስቴር፣ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት የአገር ውስጥ ገቢ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማስረጃና እንዲሁም ለቀለም ቅብና ለብረት አጥር ስራ የምትወዳደሩ ከያዝነው ዓመት በፊት ያለ የሁለት ዓመት የስራ አፈጻጸም መያያዝ ይኖርበታል።

2.ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የአገልግሎት አይነቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሁሉም ሎቶች በመወዳደሪያ ሰነዱ ላይ የተጠቀሰውን በሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ስንግድ ባንክ ቁጥር 1000002565173 የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚያስችል ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በትምህርት ቤቱ አዲስ ህንፃ ላይ 2ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የፋይናንስ ክፍል ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥ በዚሁ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው ቢሮ ቁጥር 209 ከግዥ ክፍል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት የምትችሉና እስከ ጨረታ መዝጊያው ቀንና ሰዓት ድረስ ሰነድ ማስገባት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።

4. የጨረታ ሰነድ አቀራረቡ ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኦርጅናል 1 ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ቅጂ፣ 1 የፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ኦርጅናል 1 የፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ቅጂ፣ እንዲሁም ሲፒኦ ለብቻው የታሸገ መሆን አለበት፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ መግለጽ የሚችሉት የጨረታውን ሰነድ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ከአስፈላጊው ማስረጃ ጋር በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሰንጠረዥ እስከ ተቀመጠው የመዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው።

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ /ሲፒኦ በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አብረው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

  3. ከመንግስት ግዥ እና ንብረት ማስወገድ ኤጀንሲ የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ውንና አንድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  4.  ማንኛውም ሥራ ተቋራጭ ሆነ አማካሪ ከመስተዳድሩ ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ተመዝግቦ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ወይም የአጭር ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት ሳይዝ በሴክተሩ መሳተፍ አይችልም፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ሰነድ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 200 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል  በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ህንጻ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት 3ተኛ ፎቅ ቀርበው በስራ ሰዓት መወሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በ16ኛው ቀን በእለቱ ባለቤቱና ተወዳዳሪዎች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት በጽ/ቤቱ ጠዋት 4፡30 ላይ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  7. ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና Bid Bond 70,000.00 ብር ከታወቀ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ሲፒኦ ለ90 ቀናት የሚያገለግል ሆኖ ከኦሪጅናል ቴክኒካል ጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ታሽጎ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
  8. በተጨማሪነት ስራውን በምን ያህል ጊዜ እንደሚጠናቅቁ የሚገልጽ የስራ መርሃ ግብር /ወርከ ስኬጁል/ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ፣ ፋይናንሻል ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ በድምሩ ስድስት ሰነድ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በሰም የታሸገውን 6 ፖስታ በአንድ እናት ፖስታ የድርጅቱንና የተወዳደሩበት ስም በመጻፍ በሰም ታሽጎ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  10. ተቋራጮች የስራዎችን የዋጋ ዝርዝር እና የጨረታ ማወዳደሪያ ላይ ስማቸውን ፊርማቸውን አድራሻቸውን ማስፈር ማህተም ማድረግ ኤንቨሎፕን በሰም በማሸግ ማስታወቂያው በወጣበት በ16ኛው ቀን በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡የጨረታው ሰነድ ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለበት መሆን አለበት፡፡ ይህም ከሆነ ተጫራቾች ያስገባው ሰነድ ውድቅ ይሆናል ።
  11. በኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት በወጡና በሚወጡ የግንባታ ጨረታዎች ላይ ተቋራጭ ከአንድ በላይ ጨረታ መሳተፍ አይቻልም፡፡
  12. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  13.  ጨረታውን ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ማሰታወቂያው በወጣበት በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ይከፈታል፡፡ የጨረታው  መክፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም በበአል ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡

  1. በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ማናቸውም ተጫራቾች
  2.  የሚፈለግበትን የመንግስት ግብርና ታክስ በህጉ መሠረት የከፈለና ፈቃዱን ያሳደሰ
  3. ታክስ መለያ ቁጥር (ቲን) ያለውና የሚያቀርብ የ(ቫት) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች የ(ቫት ተመዝጋቢነት መረጃቸውን ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  4. በመንግስት ግዥና ግንባታ እንዳይሳተፉ ያልታገዱ
  5. በሚያቀርባቸው የግንባታ ዕቃዎችና የግንባታ ሥራ ጥራት የታወቀና ለዚህም ከታወቀ የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ።
  6. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% (አንድ ፐርሰንት) በሲፒኦ ወይም የኢትዮጵያ ብር ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል።
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝርና የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300 (ሶስት መቶ) በመክፈል ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
  8. ተጫራቾች ተወዳድረው ያሸነፉበትን የግንባታ ዕቃ ሁሉ በራሳቸው ወጪ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  9. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዕቃ በራሳቸው አርማና ማህተም ባለው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ በትክክል በመጻፍ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በኩርፋ ጨሌ ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ለዚሁ ጉዳይ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን እስከ 27/2/2013 ዓ/ም 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ኣለባቸው።
  10.  ተጫራቾች በተራ ቁጥር 2፣3 እና 4 ላይ የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በመክተት አብረው ማሸግና ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።
  11. ጨረታው በ27/02/2013 ዓ/ም በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል።
  12. ቢሮው ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

  • የመስራት አቅም እንዳላቸው የሚገልፅ የወቅቱን የባንክ እስቴትመንት እና የስራ ልምድ ብቃት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፤

ማሳሰቢያ፡

  • ተጫራቾች ያቀረቡት የጨረታ ዋስትና ከተጠየቀው ዋጋ አንሶ ከተገኘ ከጨረታው ይሰረዛሉ።
  • የተወዳዳሪ ተቋራጮች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው አለመገኘት የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑን አይለውጡም።
  • ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  • አንድ ተቋራጭ ከአንድ ፕሮጀክት በላይ መወዳደር አይችልም ተወዳድሮ ቢገኝ ከሁሉም ውድድር ይሰረዛል።

Right To Play (RTP) Ethiopia invites all interested and eligible constructors to bid for Rehabilitation of four football fields at Bambasi, Tsore and Sherkole Refugee Camps in Benishangul Gumuz Region. The construction is expected to commence immediately and completed within 20 days. The bid is separated in to two lots as follows:

  •  Lot 1- Rehabilitation of football field at Bambassi and Sherkole refugee primary schools
  • Lot 2- A Football Field at Tsore Refugee School and Spectator Seats at Kibur Amsa

Guidelines

1. Bidders should have of

  • Construction License GC/BC-7 and above valid for 2012 E.C.
  • Renewed construction and trade license for the year 2012 E.C
  • VAT Registration Certificates
  • must provide TAX clearance that demonstrate eligibility to participate for a bid in 2013 E.C

4. A separate Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted both having One Original and copies in a waxed sealed and stamped envelopes to the RIGHT TO PLAY Office in Addis Ababa not later than October 26, 2020 at 2:30PM.

5. Bid will be closed at 2:30 PM on October 26, 2020 and will be opened at 9:00PM on October 26, 2020 at the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who are allowed to attend the session at Right To Play’s Country Office at Addis Ababa.

6. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

7. All envelops should be waxed, sealed and stamped and should be clearly marked by the lots a contractor is bidding for.

The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is a public enterprise established with the aim of becoming a leading, preferred, and competitive Construction Contractor in Road, Water, Building any other Civil Construction Currently, The Corporation is interested in Sub Contracting of small structures and earthworks for its Building and Housing, Road and Bridges, water supply, Dam and Irrigation construction projects 

Therefore, Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) invites competent contractors having construction licenses on GC and BC with a grade of 1 to 5 and interested to work with fixed price rates set by the corporation to submit sealed prequalification application for expression of interest. 

Brief Scope of Work 

The main project activities to be carried out by sub-contractors include small structures(small bridges, culverts, drainage structures Head regulator and cross regulator structures, Syphons and aqueducts, Inverted Syphons, Concrete Lining Work of Main Canal) and earthworks including excavation of various formations, compaction and caraway work under the dam, Irrigation, water supply, road and bridges, building and housing construction projects. Detail speciation and quantity of works will be specified after shortlisting of contractors as depends on the nature of the project 

1. The Applicant is required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria; 

  1. Applicants shall provide the statutory registration documents i.e. copies of TIN VAT registration certificate, Tax Clearance and Trade License which are renewed in the budget year. 
  2. Demonstrate financial and organizational strength by attaching audited accounts for the last 3 years. 
  3. Company profile which contains Historical background and Organizational Structure, Company experience in similar projects. List of Heavy and Light Equipment and machinery owned or Leased with supporting documents. 
  4. Current Financial Situation of the Company. 
  5. The applicant must be category BC (grade 1 to 5) and GC (grade 1 to 5) ConstructionLicense which has expressed interest to participate and has made available documentation of proven experience in similar construction works. 
  6. The applicant must have, in the past 5 years Constructed at least one similar project in terms of the project scope and cost. 

2. The applicants shall consider the following application procedures and documents; 

  1. The applicant shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of this EOI. Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation shall in no case be liable or responsible for these costs regardless of the conduct and outcome of the selection process 
  2. Incorrect, incomplete, inadequate information may lead to rejection of the applications

  1. The Ethiopian Wildlife Conservation Authority has funds within the Government Capital budget to be used for the procurement of the Construction of Scout Residence, Service Quarter, and Septic Tank Buildings at Nechsar National Park and Senkelle Swayne’s Hartebeest Sanctuary. 
  2. The Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC 5 and above contractors for the construction of Scout Residence, Service Quarter, and Septic Tank Buildings at Nechsar National Park and Senkelle Swayne’s Hartebeest Sanctuary within the construction period of 120 calendar days for each site. 
  3.   4. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon non-refundable payment of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) for each document from the Ethiopian Wildlife Conservation authority office 9h Floor during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 – 12:30 AM and 01:30- 05:30 Pm). 
  5. One bidder shall compete only for one project from two projects. 
  6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ethiopian wildlife Conservation Authority regarding the bidding document, At Yobek Commercial Center Oh Floor. From 8:30 to 12.30 AM and 1:30 to 5:30 PM working days 
  7. Bidders shall present their renewed trade license for the year. VAT registration certificate. Tax clearance and renewed contractor registration certificate for the year form The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Construction registration Certificate only. 
  8. Bidders must also fulfill the following technical criteria renewed professional license, Experience, and renewed employment Agreement for each professional purchase receipt of ownership, General Experience of the contractor with supporting documents, specific experience of the contractor with supporting documents, datasheet should be signed and submitted with the technical document, 
  9. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) for the construction of Scout Residence, Service Quarter, and Septic Tank Buildings for each site in the form of CPO and Unconditional Bank Guarantee. 
  10. Bids must be delivered to the address-below at Authority Main office (Sengatera Square Yobek Commercial Center) 9th Floor on or before the 21″ Calendar days (Continuous Days) of the bid first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald on or before 10:00 AM But if the 21st Calendar days. (Continuous Day) of the closing date is a weekend or holidays, It will be conducted on the next working day. Late bids shall be rejected. 
  11. Evaluation is to be carried out in stages, the technical evaluation will be conducted first and financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened next. 
  12. Bidders are instructed to submit one “original” and one “copy” of the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes each. 
  13.  Bidders shall submit two envelopes, technical information & bid security in one envelope and Finical bid separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope 
  14. Technical document and bid security will be opened in the presence of the bidders/legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the 21st day of the bid the first announcement on The Ethiopian Herald 10:30 AM But if the 21st date of the opening date is weekend or holiday it will be conducted on the nerd working day 
  15. Bidders are instructed to fill sing and seal all the forms of the bid documents failure to submit this will result in automatic rejection from the bid 
  16. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

  1. The Government of Ethiopia has received a Credit/Grant from different financers (WB, KOICA, DFID, ADB, UNICEF, the Government of Finland) toward the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Projects of OWNP phase II and use proceeds of this Credit/Grant to payments under the contracts for Civil Works Construction, Supply & Installation of Pipes & Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electromechanical equipment Alidoro Town (North Shawa Zone) Water Supply Project in Oromia National Regional State. 
  2. The Oromia National Regional Government Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau now invite sealed bid from eligible Bidders for the execution of the works described below. 
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF BorrowersJuly 2016, Revised Nov. 2016 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Water & Energy Resource Development Bureau, One WaSH National Program Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the address given below. 
  5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 800,00 (Eight Hundred) in Cash. 
  6.  Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 23/2020. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on November 23/2020. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid. 
  7. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 345,000.00 (Three Hundred forty-five Thousand) in Ethiopian Birr or its equivalent in freely convertible currency in the name of Oromia Water & Energy Resource Development Bureau. 
  8. Average annual turnover of ETB 51,600,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last five years and specific experience of at least one similar contract in the last five years with ETB value 35,000,000.00 are among the required must meet qualifications criteria to be responsive for the bid.
