  1.   2. The Bank will enter into a contractual agreement with selected bidders for one year starting from signing the contract. 
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders. 
  4. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Awash Towers 10th floor room No 10-04 upon producing receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 /One Hundred/ for each lot by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK, FINFINE BRANCH, located at the Bank’s Head Quarter Building (Awash Tower), Ground floor during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00 PM-4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00AM12:00PM) starting from October 20, 2020, upon presentation of a copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate. 
  5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of; Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for LOT-1 and > Birr 50,000 (Fifty thousand) for LOT-2 in the form of unconditional and irrevocable bank Guarantee from other banks or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank. 
  6. Bid documents must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before November 04, 2020, at 10:00 AM in the above-mentioned address. 
  7. Bid opening shall be held at the office of Shared Services Directorate Awash Tower 10th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who, wish to attend on November 04, 2020, at 10:30 AM for LOT-1 and at 11:00 AM for LOT-2

በድጋሚ የወጣ የግንባታ ሥራ ግልፅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት የአንኮበር ወረዳ ገንዘብናኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ ቤት የጎረቤላ ከተማ 01 አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤትበሰጠው ውክልና መሰረት በጎረቤላ ከተማ ላይ ለሚያሰራው G+2 የንግድ የገበያ አዳራሽ/ የህንፃ ግንባታ ካሁን በፊት ስራው ተጀምሮ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች የቆመ ሲሆን ባሁኑ ደረጃ 15% ተሰርቶ ቀሪ85% ስራውን ለማስገንባት እንዲቻል ህጋዊ ድርጅቶችን በግልፅጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህ መሰረት:

  1. በዘርፉ የተሰማሩበትን ህጋዊንግድፍቃድያላቸው ደረጃ 7GC/BC ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬትያላቸው እንዲሁም በመልካም የስራ አፈፃፀማቸው የታወቁለዚህም መረጃውን ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
  2. የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /TIN / ያላቸው
  4. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ MAT/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡመሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብየሚችሉ፣
  5. ለስራው የሚያስፈልጉ ሚክሰር፣ ቫይብሬተር ያለውያላት መሆን አለባቸው፤
  6. የኮንስትራክሽን ስኬጁል ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዘውማስገባት የሚችሉ፤
  7. በማንኛውም ቦታ ከአንድ በላይ ስራ ያልያዘና ለዚሁም ስራውበምክንያትነት ያልቆመ ያላቋረጠ ለመሆኑ ማስረጃ ያለው፣
  8. ተጫራቶች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥርከ1-7 የተጠቀሱትን የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፤
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከአንኮበር ወረዳ ገንዘብናኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ዋ/ጽ/ቤት የማይመለስ ብር 50 /ሃምሳብር በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣት ቀን ጀምሮ 21ኛው ቀን6፡30 ሰዓትድረስ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ቀደም ሲል በወጡ በመ/ቤቱ ጨረታዎች የገባውንግዴታ ሳያከብር በመቅረቱ ስልጣን ባለው አካል የታገደ ወይምጨረታውን ባወጣው መ/ቤት ቀደም ሲል በውሉ መሰረትጀምረው ያቋረጡ ከሆነ በጨረታው ላይ አይሳተፉም::እንዲሁም ጨረታውን ባለማከናወናቸው በድርድር ላይ ያለተጫራቶችም አይሳተፉም .
  11. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ ከ1% የማያንስ በጥሬ ገንዘብወይም በመ/ቤቱ ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ወይም በባንክ በተረጋጋጠቼክ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም ስፒኦ ከጨረታው ሰነድ ጋርታሽጎ ማቅረብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ ሲፒኦ የሚያቀርብ ከሆነለአንኮበር ወረዳ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ተብሎካልመጣ ቢድ ቦንድ ተቀባይነት የለውም::
  12. የጨረታ ሰነድ የሚገባው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ የካላንደር ቀናትየሚወዳደሩ ዋጋ በጥንቃቄ በመሙላት ስርዝ ድልዝ ሳይኖረውዋና እና ኮፒ በመለየት በጥሩ ሁኔታ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ሙሉአድራሻ በመግለፅ አንኮበር ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ትብብር ጽ/ቤት ለዚሁስራ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ማስገባት አለባቸው፣
  13. . የጨረታው የመጨረሻ ማስገቢያ ቀን በ21ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30ሰዓት ድረስ ነው
  14.  ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በ21ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎወዲያውኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎችበተገኙበት ወይም ባይገኙም ይከፈታል፡፡ 21ኛ ቀን በስራቀን ላይ የማይውል ከሆነ በቀጣይ በሚመጣው ስራ ቀናት በተመሳሳይ ቦታ እና ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  15.  አንድ ተጫራች ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይችልም፣
  16. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ ከተገለፀላቸው በኋላ በ5ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርበው ውለታ ካልፈፀሙ እና የውል ማስከበሪያካላስያዙ ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለመንግስት ገቢይሆናል፣
  17. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ አሸናፊ ከተገለፀ በኋላ የውል ማስከበሪያከጠቅላላ ዋጋው 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፣
  18. ቀሪ ዝርዝር ስራዎችን ከሚሸጠው የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ማግኘትይችላሉ

  5. ከዚህ በፊት ከድርጅታችን ጋር ስራ ሰርተው በወቅቱ ያለስረከቡና ከድርጅታችን ጋር ውል ገብተው  በስራ ላይ ያሉ ኮንትራክተሮች በዚህ ጨረታ መወዳደር አይችሉም
  6. አንድ ተጫራች መወዳደር የሚችለው ለአንድ ሳይት ብቻ ነው
  7.  በገቢዎች አስተዳደር ባለስልጣን በጨረታ ላይመሳተፍ የሚያስችልደብዳቤያለውእና ደብዳቤውን ማቅረብ የሚችል
  8. ተጫራቾች ፋይናንሻል ዋናው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ዋናው በሰም ስታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ፋይናንሻል ኮፒውን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ (ሁለት ኮፒ) ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ኮፒውን (ሁለት ኮፒ) በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ እንዲሁም ሲፒኦ ለየብቻ አድርገው በአንድ እናት ፖስታ  በማድረግ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

በመከላከያ ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንተርፕራይዝ የአርሚ ፋውንዴሽን አፓርትመንት ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት /16-01B/ ምዕራፍ ሁለት በሰሚት አካባቢ ለሚሰራቸው የህንፃ ግንባታ የሚከተሉትን ስራዎች እና አቅርቦት በሚቀርበው ዝርዝር መሰረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል።

ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 /ሁለት መቶ/ ብቻ ከፍለው ከፕሮጀክቱ ፋይናንስ ክፍል በመውሰድ በተያያዘው የስራ ዝርዝር መሰረት የሚሰሩበትን/ የሚያቀርቡበትን ዋጋ በመሙላት በፖስታ አሽገው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 /ሰባት/ የስራ ቀናት ቅዳሜን ጨምሮ በፕሮጀክቱ ግቢ የግብአት አቅርቦት እና አስተዳደር ኬዝ ቲም ቢሮ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው:: ጨረታው ሮብ 11/2/2013 / ከረፋዱ 4.00 ሰዓት ይዘጋል:: ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት በዕለቱ 4.30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚከፈት ሲሆን የፋይናንሻል ሰነድ የሚከፈትበት ቀን በውስጥ ማስታወቂያ የሚገለጽ ይሆናል፡፡

  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ መሆናቸውን የሚገልፅ ታክስ ክሊራንስ (tax clearance) ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መ/ቤት ማቅረብ አለባቸው::
  3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚያቀርቡት የገንዘብ መጠን በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ላይ በተጠቀሰው መሠረት መሆን አለበት::
  4. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ በመሙላት የድርጅቱን ማህተም፣ ፊርማ እና ሙሉ ስም እንዲሁም አድራሻቸውን በመግለፅ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  5. ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉት በዘርፉ ፈቃድ ያላቸው መሆን አለበቸው::

ህጋዊ ድርጅቶችና በግል ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዥ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት መስፈርቱን የሚያሟሉና በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾችን ከዚህ በታች በተገለፀው መሠረት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

  1. በየዘርፉ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስከር ወረቀት፣የግብር ከፋይነት ምስክር ወረቀት፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ 15% ተመዝጋቢነት ማስረጃና አቅራቢነት ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸውና  ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  2. የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለመግዛት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይማለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ/ ከፍለው ከግ/ፋን/አስ/ር ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡
  3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለእያንዳን ጨረታ 5000 /አምስት ሺህ/ በCPO በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በዋጋ ማቅረቢያው ላይ በጥንቃቄበመሙላት በእያንዳንዱ ገጽ ፊርማና ድርጅቱን ማህተም በማኖር ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ሰነድ በአግባቡ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ  በማድረግ የመ/ቤቱን ስምና አድራሻ እንዲሁም የግዥውን አይነትበግልጽ በኤንቨሎፕ ላይ በመፃፍ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

Ethiopian Center for Development (ECD) is a non for profit organization registered as a Local Organization by the Federal Agency for Civil Society Organizations in Accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No 1113/2019

Currently, ECD is implementing a project on Improving Access to Quality Primary Education in Yeka and Kolfe Keraniyo Sub cities of Addis Ababa which is funded by a Swiss-based organization called Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation/ PCF/. As a part of the project, ECD is interested to carry out the following construction activities.

  • Library /multipurpose hall for Yeman Birhan primary school located in Addis Ababa Kolfe Keraniyo sub-city.
  • Toilet for Yeka Tafo primary school located in Addis Ababa Yeka sub-city and
  • Playground /3 in 1/ for Negat Kokeb primary school located in Addis Ababa Yeka Sub-city.

Therefore, Grade 7 and above BC and GC contractors who fulfill the criteria below are invited to participate in the Bid.

1. Eligible contractors expected to submit the following crucial documents to compete on the bid.

  • Renewed trade License for the year 2013 issued by the ministry of construction for RC/GC Category 7 and above.
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • TIN certificate

Marie Stopes believes that every woman and girl should be able to have children by choice, not chance. In Ethiopia and around the world, we work every day to provide family planning and reproductive health services to millions of low-income and under-served women and men. Our service delivery channels are designed to reach women and couples most in need with comprehensive, safe and affordable SRH services; operating in all regions except Somali , Benishangul Gumuz and Harari. Our work also contributes to the Government of Ethiopia’s Health Sector Transformation Plan (HSTP) aim of halving maternal and child mortality by 2020 through building sustainable platforms to bring lasting impact on the health status of Ethiopians.

ስለሆነም ስራውን ለመስራት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና የቲን ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ከሚመለከተው የመንግስት አካል ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  2. ለሥራ የሚያስፈልገውን የሰው ኃይል፣ ማቴሪያልና ማሽነሪዎችን ሙሉ በሙሉ በራሱ አቅርቦ መሥራት የሚችል BC6 እና GC-7 እና በላይ የግንባታ ሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ሁሉ መወዳደር ይችላሉ።

  5.  ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ሥራ ተቋራጮች ሁሉ የጨረታ ዶክመንቱን ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በመቅረብ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶብር በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፣
  6. ተወዳዳሪ ተቋራጮች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአግባቡ በመሙላትና በማሸግ በ22ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡59 ድረስ ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በመቅረብ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፣
  7. ጨረታው 22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 430 ሰዓት በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 በግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ይከፈታል። ሆኖም ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ላይ መገኘት ካልቻሉ መስፈርቱን እስካሟሉ ድረስ በጨረታው ላይ ያልተገኙ ተጫራቾች ፖስታን ጨምሮ ጨረታው በእለቱ ይከፈታል።
  8. የጨረታውን ፋይናንሽያል ኦርጅናል ዶክመንቶች እንዲሁም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ለየብቻ አስተማማኝ በሆነ ማጣበቂያ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግና በእያንዳንዱ ፖስታ ላይ የመ/ቤቱን ሙሉ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ማህተም በማድረግ በተጠቃለለ አንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ሲኖርባቸው ፋይናንሽያል ዶክመንቶች ከኦርጅናሉ በተጨማሪ ኣንድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  9. ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

ማሣሰቢያ፡– የጨረታ መዝጊያና መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይም በበዓል ቀናት ከሆነ ጨረታው በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ተዘግቶ የሚከፈት ይሆናል።

Marie Stopes believes that every woman and girl should be able to have children by choice, not chance. In Ethiopia and around the world, we work every day to provide family planning and reproductive health services to millions of low-income and under-served women and men. For the last 27 years, we have been working closely with the Government of Ethiopia and other partners to help reduce maternal mortality rates by increasing access to quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services. 

with aim of expanding choices for women and couples, we provide SRH services through a network of centers, which includes 17 SRH and 4 maternal and child health dinics, more than 350 socially franchised private BlueStar clinics, and 9 outreach teams. We also support 38 public health facilities to strengthen the existing family planning and comprehensive abortion care services. 

Our service delivery channels are designed to reach women and couples most in need with comprehensive, safe and affordable SRH services; operating in all regions except Somali, Benishangul Gumuz and Harari. Our work also contributes to the Government of Ethiopia’s Health Sector Transformation Plan (HSTP) aim of halving maternal and child mortality by 2020 through building sustainable platforms to bring lasting impact on the health status of Ethiopians. 

Marie Stopes Ethiopia (MSE) would like to invite interested and potential contractors having grade GC/BC-5 and above (i.e. GC/BC;5,4,3,2 and 1) for maintenance and modification works of government hospitals located in Oromia region region (Kuyu hospital, Dodolla hospital, Adama hospital, and Gedo hospital). 

Therefore, for the above- mentioned maintenance and modification works, MSE would like to hire a qualified construction firm. Interested, qualified and eligible bidders are invited to buy bidding documents paying a non refundable administrative charge of 100 birr from the Marie Stopes Ethiopia support office located at Wello sefer, Ethio-China road in front of Tebaber Berta Building, from the reception desk during working hours starting from the date of first announcement. 

Bidders are required to submit 50,000 birrs as a bid bond in the form of cash payment order (CPO) or bank guarantee before bid opening date and time. Bidding documents must be signed, and bidders are also required to submit company profile, renewed business license, tax Identification and value added tax registration certificates.

  6. ህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው የስራ ቀናት መዲ-ወላቡ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

  8. ጨረታው የሚታሸገውና የሚከፈተው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ እለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ስዓት በወረዳ ፋይናንስ ቢሮ ቁጥር1 የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ዕለቱ በዓል ወይም ዝግ ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡

INVITATION FOR BID

West Shewa Zone Aministration Office now invites eligible bidders for the construction of Fence, Cafe, Parking, Guard House and Site Work Office.

1. Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone Administration Office received budget from national regional state of Oromia towards the construction of Fence, Cafe, Parking, Guard House and Site Work Office in Ambo town with in two consecutive budget years (2012-2013 E.C.)

2. West Shewa Zone Administration Office invites all contractors of category general or building contractors of GC-5 / BC-5 & above with renewed their license valid for the year 2012 E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment & service for the construction of the Fence, Cafe, Parking, Guard House and Site Work Office

3. Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of respective Zone Finance & Economic Cooperation Office up on submission of written application and a non refundable fee of birr 500(five hundred) in cash starting from first date notice viewed on news paper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

4. A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration – certificate with ministry of construction or Oromia construction bureau, must be submitted attached with the application.

5. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the the bidding documents, from the above mentioned Zone office.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee of 150,000 (One hundred Fifty thousand) birr valid for 118 days after the date of bid opining, the bid security must be addressed to West Shewa ZoneAdministration Office & sealed. Bid security must be put in the original technical document. Failure to do this will result in automatic rejection

7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders-i.e. (two-stages: the first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation the second stages is :- preliminary and Financial evaluation),

8. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders up on submission of Written Application, VAT with registration Certificate, Ministry of Construction days or Oromia Construction Registration Certificate, Renewed Trade client registration Certificate, Renewed Trade License, Tax payer registration Certificate and tax Clearance from Authorized body and registration in the FPPA’s to the address stated below and up on payment of a non refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500(five hundred) only in cash starting from the first announcement date on the newspaper during office hours though Monday to Friday.

9. Submission and opining of the bid (in respective Him Zone office)

a. The dead line ofbid (both technical qualification and financial offers independently) submission shall  be on or before at 8:00 local time of 21st Calendar days from first announcement date.

b. The original and copy of the technical qualification documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “Technical Qualification Documents” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE” The original and copy of the financial offer documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other Information indicated on in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “To Be Opened Only In The Presence Of Tender Committee”.

d. The sealing, signing and marking of the bids must be according to guidelines stated under instruction of bidders.

e. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

f. The qualification document will be opened at the same day at 8:30 local time of 21st day from first announcement date of calendar day

g. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of auditor or any other authorized body by the client, until financial offers(S) of qualified bidders are opened publicity.

h. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub criterion and points assigned to the criterion in the data sheet, Each qualification document will be given the score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicted in the tender document.

i. Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (seventy percent) and above will be opened on the financial  opening date. The financial opened of the bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i, e 70% will be returned un opened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders. Any attempts of submission forged (false) document and / or indication of financial offer on the technical qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.

k. The client shall not bear and responsibility for misplacement of “Technical Qualification document” in “The Financial Offer Document” envelops or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

10. The validity of the bid shall be 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

11. The construction of the work shall be completed with a maximum of 200 (Two Hundred) calendar days from the commencement date of the work & if there is favorable condition (having full budget) the client can minimize the date of completion work.
