የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች ለሙሉ መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ይገልጻል ፡፡

  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተ.ቁ 1 -4 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው አያያዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  6. የሥራው ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፣
  7. ተጫራቾች እያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200/ (ሁለት መቶ ብር)፣ በመከፈል ከደጀን ከተማ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ፅ/ቤት ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 ይህ ጨረታ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ በአየር ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆይ ለ21 ቀናት ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድቦንድ/ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት ለሚወዳደሩበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ለተራ ቁጥር 1,23.000 ሃያ ሦስት ሺ ብር ለተራ ቁጥር 2 65,460(ስልሳ አምስት ሺህ አራት መቶ ስልሳ ብር) ለተራ ቁጥር 3 20,000 (ሃያ ሺህ ብር) ለተራ ቁጥር 413,600(አስራ ሶስት ሺህ ስድስት መቶ ብር) ብቻ እና በተራ ቁጥር 5 1,000(አንድ ሺ ብር) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ( ሲፒኦ)ወይም ስሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

  10. የጨረታ ሰነዱን አንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ የቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ዶክሜንት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ደጀን ከተማ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ፅ/ቤት ግ/ፋ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት እስከ 22ኛው ቀን 3፡30ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት በቢሮ ቁጥር 18 በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

ተጫራቾች ማሟላት ያለባቸው መስፈርቶች 

  1. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመካፈል የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ፤ እንዲሁም የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበት ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል። 
  2. ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላ ከቀረቡት ዋጋ 1% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO/ Bank Guarantee ) ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300( ሶስት መቶ ብር) በመከፈል ከኮሚሽኑ ከግዥና ፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ግዥ ቡድን ቀርበው መግዛት ይችላሉ።
  4. ጨረታው በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን በ4:30 ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል: ዕለቱ በዓል ወይንም ዝግ ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል:: 
  5.  ለጨረታ በቀረበው ሰነድ ላይ ስርዝና ድልዝ መኖር የለበትም::
  6. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ በጨረታው ሰነድ ላይ የተገለጸውን ማንኛውንም ሁኔታ መለወጥ፤ማሻሻል ወይም ጨረታውን ትቼዋለሁ ማለት አይችልም። 
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ቴክኒክ እና ፋይናንስ ሰነድ ዋናውን እና ኮፒውን ለየብቻ በማድረግ በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

For Contractors: Bidders shall submit one original and two copies of the Technical Documents in such a way that the original and each copy of the Technical Document after being sealed separately shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope marked as “Technical Document”. Services will include the supply of the necessary construction equipment, qualified professionals, material, labor, tools, and execution of the road and stormwater drainage works in the work scope of The project. The offeror shall be registered RC/GC of minimum grade 3 and above with previous related experience of Asphalt/Concrete Road works and should present a business license valid for the current physical year. The bidder should have specific experience as a prime contractor on construction of Trial Bridge (suspension pedestrian bridge), which should be completed and confirmed by the client/provide project handing over document.

  1. The Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Development Division Procurement Reference number: AAWSA/WSIDD/GOVINCB/W007/2020 

  1. The A.A. Water and Sewerage Authority- Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Development Division invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for the Supply and Installation of pipes, fittings and Electro mechanical works for Lege-Hola, Lege-Beri water supply project. 
  2. The Invitation is open for contractors under category of WWC/GC grade 3 and above who have registered with the relevant government offices in Ethiopia and renewed their License for the current year. 
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
