ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛሉ፡፡

  9. አሸናፊው ተጫራች የውል ስምምነት እንዲፈፀም ከተገለፀበት ጊዜ ውስጥ ካሸነፈበት የግንባታ ስራ የዕቃ /አገልግሎት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10 በመቶ የተሽከርካሪ ኩንትራት ጥገና ከሆነ 3 በመቶ የግዥ ውል ማስከበሪያ ፕርፎርማንስ ቦንድ በታወቀ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ ትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና/Unconditional bank grantee/ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ካሸናፊው የሚቀርበው የውል ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ፀንቶ መቆያ ጊዜ ውሉ ከሚጠናቀቅበት የመጨረሻ ቀን በኋላ ቢያንስ ለተጨማሪ 30 ቀናት ፀንቶ መቆየት ይኖርበታል፡፡
  10. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የግንባታ ዋጋውን ግዥ ሃሣቡን በአንደ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋና እና ቅጅ በማለት ኦርጅናል ለብቻው ቅጅውን ለብቻ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ሁለት እጁ እነሴ ወረዳ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 2 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ጋዜጣው በአየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ማስገባት ይቻላል፡፡
  11.  ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ሁለት እጁ እነሴ ወረዳ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት በ22ኛው ቀን በ3፡30 ታሽጐ በ4፡00 ይከፈታል፡፡ የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተጠቀሰው የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰዓት ባይገኙ መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን መክፈት መብት አለው፡፡
  12. የተጫራቾች የጨረታ መወዳደሪያ ሃሣባቸውን ዋና እና ቅጅ ወይም ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ ማስገባት ለመ/ቤቱ ደህንነት እንጀ እንደ ጨረታ መወዳደሪያ መስፈርት አያገለግልም፡፡
  13. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውንሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  14. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ማንኛውንም አይነት ግብር የሸፈነ መሆን አለበት፡፡
  15. በጨረታው መሣተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ በሁለት እጁ እነሴ ወረዳ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  16.  ጨረታውን ያሸነፈውን ድርጅት ለግንባታው የሚያስፈልጉ ሁሉንም ማቴሪያሎች የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡

7ኛ package no dang-CIP-CW-19/2020/2021 ሎት 1 በ5ቱ ቀበሌ የመብራት ጥገና ስራ ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ካላቸዉ ተጫራቾች መካከል በግልጽ ጫራታአወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም፡-

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (ቲን) ያላቸዉ፣
  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ከብር 200,000.00 እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ተነባቢ የሆነ ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጨረታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር ከፍለዉ ዳንግላ ከተማ አስ/ገ/አካ/ኢ/ል/ፅ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ሎት 1 01 ቀበሌ ኮብል መንገድ ስራ ለሎት ብር 100,000.00 ፣ ለሎት 2 ብር 65,000.00፣ 04 ቀበሌ ጠጠር መንገድ ስራ ግንባታ ለሎት 4 ብር 35,000.00፣ 05 ቀበሌ ጠጠር መንገድ ስራ ግንባታ ቢውር ላይፍ አስፓልት እስከ እንዳላማው አድማስ ቤት እና 05 ቀበሌ ከገንዘብ በላይ እስከ እያያ ማህበር ቤት ለሎት5 ብር 20,000.00፣ 05 ቀበሌ ጠጠር መንገድ ስራ ግንባታ ከትራስፈርመሩ እስከ ፍካዱ ቤት እና 05 ቀበሌ ሙሉ አሻግሬ እስከ ትራስፈርሙ ለሎት6 ብር 20,000.00፣ 02 ቀበሌ G+5 ቢሮ ግንባታ ለሎት 1 ብር 100,000.00፣ በ5ቱ ቀበሌ የመብራት ጥገና ስራ ለሎት 1 ብር 10,000.00 በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚያሲዙ ተጫራቾች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የገቢ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥና ደረሰኙን ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  9.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሀሳባቸዉን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ዳንግላ ከተማ አስ በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ለጨረታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  10.  ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት እስከ 11፡00 ሰነዱ ተሽጦ በ22ኛዉ ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ስዓት ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጨረታዉ በ22ኛዉ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ በ4፡15 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት ዳንግላ ከተማ አስ/ር በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ይከፈታል፡፡
  11.  የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12.  ስለጨረታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0582211683 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  13. በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡
  14.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል ጨረታዉን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡

  • ሎት 3 በዱርቤቴ ከሚኘው መጋዝን አጥር እና የመጋዝን ጥገና ስራ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ማሟላት ያለባቸው ግዴታዎች፡፡
  1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ሆኖ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ደረጃቸው 8 G.C/B.C እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ የግንባታ ስራ ተቋራጮች መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሣተፍ ከላይ ከተራ ቁጥር 1 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  3. ጨረታው አየር ላይ የሚውልበት ጊዜ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በመቁጠር ለ7 ተከታታይ ቀናት ብቻ አየር ላይ ይውላል፡፡ የሚዘጋበት በ7ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 4፡00 ሲሆን የሚከፈተውም በዚህ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በመርከብ ሁለገብ የገበሬዎች ኀብረት ስራ ማህበር ዩኒየን ጽ/ቤት በባህር ዳር ከተማ ቀበሌ 15 በሚገኘው ቢሮ በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች አለመገኘታቸው ጨረታውን ከመክፈት አያግደውም፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአንድ ፖስታ ከዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ጋር በማሸግ በጨረታ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ የጠቅላላውን ዋጋ 2 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታዎች ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በሚወዳደሩበት መርከብ ዩኒየን ስም ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  5. በተጨማሪም አሸናፊ አሸናፊነቱን በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ በአምስት ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርቦ ከዩኒየኑ ጋር የውል ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ በባንክ በማስያዝ ውል መያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  6. ዩኒየን የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  7. ተወዳዳሪዎች የእያንዳንዱን የሎት ዝርዝር መረጃዎችን/የጨረታ ሰነድ/ ብር 50 በመክፈል ከቢሮ ቁጥር 106 በመግዛት መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. አሸናፊው ውል ከተያዘበት ቀን ጀምሮ በአምስት ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ወደ ስራ መግባት አለበት፡፡

  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሣቡን ሰነድ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ/ፖስታ/ ውስጥ አድርጎ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ በማለት እብናት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡ ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት የመጀመሪያ ቀን አንስቶ ለተከታታይ ለ21 ቀን በአየር ላይ ውሎ በ22ኛው ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 ጨረታው በወጣ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡45 ታሽጐ 5፡00 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ ቀኑ ቅዳሜና እሁድ/የህዝብ በዓል ከሆነ/ በቀጣይ የስራ ቀን በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

  14. አሸናፊው አሸናፊነቱን እንደተገለፀለት ከ5 የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ እብናት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በመቅረብ የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መውሰድ አለበት፡፡
  15.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡ ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ 40 ቀን ነው፡፡

የሐይቅ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትም/ቤት ተጀምሮ ሳይጠናቀቅ የቆመውን የ1ኛ ፎቅ /የ1st ፍሎር/ ባለ5 የመማሪያ ክፍል ግንባታን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስጨረስ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ከዚህ በታችያሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ሁሉ የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመግዛት መጫረት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽንተጫራቾች ማሟላት የሚገባቸው መስፈትቶችም፤

  1. ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያለቸው፣የሚፈለግባቸውን የንግድ ግብር የከፈሉ፣ ያደሱ፣ የግብር ከፋይመለያ ቁጥር /TIN NUMBER/ ያላቸውና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና ለነዚህም መረጃ ማቅረብየሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው

  4. ተጫራጮች የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋቸውን በወቅቱ ነጻ ገበያ መሠረት መሙላት አለባቸው

  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ አስከ 21ኛው ቀን ድረስ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ ቀናቶች 11፡30 ድረስ ዘወትር በስራ ሠዓት ሐይቅ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትም/ቤት በመምጣት የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ/ በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ ለሚወዳደሩበት ግንባታ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ የተጫረቱበትን 2 በመቶ በባንክ በተመሠከረ ሲፒኦ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  9. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚጫረትበትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸጉ በ2 የተለያዩ ፖስታዎች በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ጨረታው ከወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ላይ ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 4፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ይህ ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ /ዝግ ከሆነ/ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት የሚታሸግና የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ በእለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባይገኙም ጨረታውን ከመከፈት አያግደውም፡፡
  11. በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ወይም በፍሉድ መጠቀምና አሻሚ ነገሮች ካሉ ከውድድሩ ውጭ ያደርጋል፡፡
  12. ተጫራቾች ከአብክመ ውጭ ከሆኑ በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ ፍቃድ ሰጭ አካል የተሰጠ አጭር ጊዜ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  13. ተጫራቾች ከአሁን በፊት ግንባታ ጥለው ያልጠፉ፣ ያላቋረጡ፣ ክስ የሌለባቸው መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  14. መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ይህ ሲባል ጨረታው በመሰረዙ ምክንያት ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ሲወዳደሩ ላወጡት ወጭ ትም/ቤቱ ኃላፊነት የማይወስድ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

Help for Persons with Disabilities Organization (HPDO) is an indigenous non-governmental organization that works on improvement of the life of persons with disabilities and their families. Hence, HPDO hereby invites eligible bidders for the construction of 3G+0 Special Needs Education Program Implementation Support Centers in 3 Government Schools situated in Debrebirhan, Debresina, and Ataye towns in the Amhara region with the financial support of Diaspora Trust Fund-Ethiopia. 

The bid will be conducted in accordance with 

the relevant Competitive Bidding Procedure and is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Document. 

A. Requirements for Bidders: 

  1. Eligible bidders are of grade 5 BC/GC OT above.

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is an international organization working for global justice, currently operating in 24 countries. In Ethiopia, NCA is legally registered with Civil Society Organizations Agency as a Foreign Charity. 

NCA has maintained a presence in Ethiopia since 1974, undertaking both emergency and development activities in five thematic programs; namely, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Reproductive Health, Climate Resilience, Humanitarian Response and Peace Building. Currently NCA is working in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Somali, the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR) and Gambela National Regional States and the Addis Ababa City Administration. 

The Humanitarian response program of NCA under Gambella filed office, is implementing WASH Projects particularly Mensuration hygiene management project in Gambella region Jewi refugee camp and part of Gambella town. 

NCA Gambella field office planned to construct two permanent female-friendly latrine with four seats and two iron sheet -superstructure safe space block both in Gambella town and jewi refugee camp using a fund obtained from its own source. Therefore, NCA-G is seeking a wax-sealed bid from eligible and potential contractors who has experience in the area of the assignment. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

  1.  Bidders must have renewed trade licence/ certificates for 2012 E.C. (2019/20 G.C.), VAT, TIN, Registration Certificate and other supporting letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxes for government. Recommendation letter and/or any other proof documents (like Contracts/ POs/ completion certificates etc.) from UN agencies, other INGOs, governmental organizations and local NGOs for performing similar construction activities in the past two years. 
  2. Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes (one original and the second copy) to NCA- Gambella field office and NCA-E Addis Abeba office from 27/9/2020 to 02/10/2020 on working hours and must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (2%) of the offer in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. 

Interested bidders shall obtain the bid document by coming in person from NCA-G field office and NCA-E country office from 27/9/2020 to 02/10/2020 on working hours. Please note that documents collected outside the stated places will not be accepted and automatically rejected by the bid committee.

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ 

በድርጅታችን መከላከያ ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንተርፕራይዝ የህጻናትና ወጣቶች ትያትር ማእከል ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት (ፕሮ-12-04B) ሥራ ውስጥ የተካተቱትን ሥራዎች:: 

  1. Supply and fix aluminum works (aluminum louver door, skylight, half glezed& half panel partition wall) 
  2. PVC partition & door. 

በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200 (ሁለት መቶ) ብቻ ከፍላችሁ ከፕሮጀክቱ ፋይናንስ ክፍል በመውሰድ የምትወዳደሩበትን የእጅ ዋጋ ሞልታችሁ በፖስታ በማሸግ ይህ ማስታወቅያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን በኋላ ባሉት 14 (አስራ አራት) የስራ ቀናት ቅዳሜን ጨምሮ በፕሮጀክቱ ግቢ የግብ/አቅ/አስ ቢሮ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባችሁ:: ጨረታው ጥቅምት 3/2013 ዓ/ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ስዓት ይዘጋል ፤ በእለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት ከረፋዱ 8፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል::

  1. የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድየግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር፤ የቫት ተመዝጋቢነት ሰርተፊኬት፤ በተጫራቾች መመርያ የተገለጸ የጨረታ ማስከበርያና ከግብር ሰብሳቢ ባለስልጣን ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የተሰጠ ማስረጃ (tax clearance} ማቅረብ አለባቸው፤ 
  2. በተጫራቾች መመርያ የተጠቀሱ የቴክኒክ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፤ 
  3. ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ለየብቻው ታሽጎ መቅረብ አለበት፤ 
  4. የሞሉትን መወዳደርያ ዋጋ ጸንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ መግለጽ አለባቸው፤ 
  5. የእቃውና ሥራ ሙሉ መግለጫ ከገዙት ሰነድ በሚገባ መረዳት አለባቸው፤ 
  6. ፕሮጀከቱ ጨረታው በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
