PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF ENA EXISTING 

BUILDING PARTITION WALL FOR ETHIOPIAN NEWS AGENCY

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites the bid for the Construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures.
2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have GC/BC/SC-10 and above Construction Licenses valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year, (EFY, 2012), Trade License valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2012), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate and with Registration in the Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA),for the construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall for Ethiopian News Agency by providing all necessary Materials, Equipment and Labor which is proposed to be built in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa city, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 04 (around Semen Hotel).
3.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the OPEN Bid Tendering Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. The bidder should have experience in the construction of similar Works.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification on the bid documents from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency, Address – Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Arada Sub-City, around Semen Hotel); Tel. +251-111- 550011, +251-111-264473, BOX 530; or www.ena@imail.ena.gov.et
5.  A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency, Address – Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Arada Sub-City, around Semen Hotel); Tel. +251-111-550011, +251-111-264473; BOX 530 from 8:30 am up to 5.00 pm, Mondays through Fridays upon presentation of a duly signed and sealed application letter written in English on the Bidder’s Official Letterhead, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr) after 2 consecutive days from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be Cash Hard and soft copies of the bid documents (drawings in soft copies, PDF) could be hand-picked in person by the bidder’s representative mentioned in the application letter upon presentation of an identification card. The Employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document.
6. Bid proposals comprising One Original and One Copies of the Technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals should be presented to the address below at or before October 19, 2020, 9:30 am to Ethiopian News Agency Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
7. All bids must be accompanied 10,000,00 (Ten Thousand Only) ETB Bid Security, as specified in the tender documents. The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Certified Check (CPO) or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend in person. Bids will be opened at the Ethiopian News Agency office Editorial Hall on October 19, 2020, at 10:00 am hours.

 የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል የሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶችን በሀገር አቀፍ ግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ በውድድሩ ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች

1. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነና የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው በዘርፉ በአቅራቢነት ዝርዝር ላይ በድህረ ገጽ የተመዘገቡ ክሊራንስና ፤ ሌሎች ዶክመንቶችን ካሉ ኮፒ አያይዘው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዝርዝር መግለጫ የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰአት ድረስ ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ ) በመከፈል አትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አሰላ ልዩ ቦታው አርሲ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብ እርባታ አለፍ ብሎ በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን አንድ ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናል እና አንድ ቴክኒካል ኮፒ እንዲሁም አንድ ፋይናንሸያል ኦርጅናል እና ፋይናንሽያል ኮፒ በተለያዩ የታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ አትሌትጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል በሳቅረብ ፈረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ጠዋት 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5.  ጨረታውን የሚዘጋው ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ተከታታይ ቀን ተቆጥሮ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰአት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰአት በአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
6. ተጫራቾች የፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት የሚጠቀሙት አትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ባዘጋጀው ዶክመንት ላይ በመሆኑ ዋጋቸውን የሚሞሉት በዚሁ ሰነድ ላይ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
7. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የውል ማስከበሪያ ያሸነፉበትን 10% በማስያዝ አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል ካልገቡ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያነት ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡
8. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መክፈቻ ስነ- ስርአት ባይገኙ የጨረታው ሂደት ኢያስተጓጉልም::
9. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል ለአሸናፊ ድርጅት ንብረቱን ሲረከብ ብቻ ክፍያ የሚፈጽም ሲሆን ለግዥው ምንም አይነት ቅድመ ክፍያ ማእከሉ የማይፈጽም ይሆናል፡፡
10. የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ እትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
11. አንድ ተጫራች ሌሎች ሳቀረሱት ዋጋ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
12.  የስራ ቦታ የአትሌት ጥሩነሽ ዲባባ አትሌቲክስ ማሰልጠኛ ማእከል አሰላ ይሆናል ።

1. የጽ/መሣሪያ፣ የቢሮ ጽዳት ዕቃዎች፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች፣
2. የሕንፃ መሳሪያዎች ፣ የግንባታ ዕቃዎች ፣

4. የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ በእያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ነጠላ ዋጋ ኦርጂናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ በፖስታ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል፣ 
5. ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፣ 
6. ተጫራቾች የመልካም ሥራ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 
7. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ወይም ድርጅት ያሸነፈውን ዕቃ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ጨንቻ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ ቤት ድረስ ማድረስ ይኖርበታል፡፡

10. ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ፊርማና የድርጅቱ ማህተም ማስቀመጥ አለባቸው፡፡ 
11. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ድርጅት ውል ከመግባቱ በፊት ናሙና ዕቃዎችን ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 
12. የማስጫኛና የማውረጃ ወጪዎችን በአሸናፊው ድርጅት ይሸፈናል፡፡
13. የጨረታው ሰነድ ጨንቻ ወረዳ ዙ/ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 25 በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል መግዛት የሚችል/የምትችል መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ 
14.  ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 /ሃያ አንድ/ የሥራ ቀናት አየር ላይ ይውላል፡፡
15. የጨረታው ሳጥን የሚታሸግበትና የሚከፈትበት በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከቀኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ ስለሆነም 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ ቀጣይ የሥራ ቀን የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ 
16. የተጫራቾች አለመገኘት የጨረታውን ሂደት አያስተጓጉልም፡፡ 
17. የጨረታው ማስከበሪያ /Bid bond/ 10,000 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ /CPO/ ማስያዝ በየሎቱ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ የማንቀበል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ 
18.  በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የተገለፀው ዋጋ ከውል ጊዜ ጀምሮ ለዘጠና ቀናት የፀና ይሆናል፡፡ 
19. የአሸናፊ ድርጅት ውል ለመግባት ሲመጣ የውል ማስከበሪያ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡በአንዱ ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡  ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 0467760362/0916345359 መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

በሕንፃዎች ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ክፍሎች የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታ ለማሰራት የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ 

የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያን የቤቶችና ሕንፃዎች አስተዳደርና ልማት ድርጅት በሚያስተዳድራቸው አራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 9 ባለ 12 ፎቅ መንትያ ሕንፃዎች እና አንድ ባለ 4 ፎቅ አፓርታማ እና በስሩ ላሉ ክፍሎች ለእያንዳንዱ ነዋሪ የራሱ የውሃ ቆጣሪ እንዲኖረው ለማድረግ ከሕንፃዎቹ ውስጥ ለሚገኙ አንድ መቶ ሰማንያ ክፍሎች የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ 

አድራሻ በአራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 9 ከዳግማዊ ሚንሊክ ት/ቤት ፊት ለፊት ሮሚና እና ማለዳ ካፌ አጠገብ፡፡ 

1.  ድርጅቱ ሊያሰራ የፈለገውን የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታ በጨረታ ተወዳድሮ ለመሥራት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 11፡00 ሕንፃዎቹ ሥር የሚገኙ ክፍሎችን በአካል ቀርቦ በማየት ለዚሁ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00(ሁለት መቶ ብር) ከፍሎ ገዝቶ በመሙላት በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በድርጅቱ ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለበት። 
2.  ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ እና የዘመኑ ግብር የተከፈለበት ደረሰኝ፣ የንግድ ማህበር ከሆነ የመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ፣ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ከሆነ ፈቃዱን ከንግድ ፈቃዱ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዱ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ 
3. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበት ሥራ ከሚሰጡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 15% (አስራ አምስት በመቶ) የሚሆነውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ (CPO) ከሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ዋናውን በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ::
4. ጨረታው በ10ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 11፡00 ተዘግቶ በማግስቱ በዓል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት በድርጅቱ ጽ/ቤት የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል ::

2. The Ethiopian Pevoleum Supply Enterprise invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the fornishing of the nccessary labour, materials and equipment for the Re Painting Works 
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures and is open to all bidders 
4. Bids shall be submitted into two separate outer envelopes, the first envelope containing the original and copy of the technical proposal cpvelopes, the second envelope containing the original and copy of the financial proposal envelopes 
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from EPSE and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 9(a) from. 08:00 to 12:00 hours AM and 01:00 to 05:00 hours PM. 
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in the English language may be obtained by any interested bidders, at the address below at 9(b) upon payment in cash, a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr Only) 
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(C) at or before 18/02/2013 10 hours AM Addis Ababa time Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 60,000.00 Ethiopian Birr . The bid security shall be in CPO or a Bank guarantee or Bank certified checque issued by a recognized Bank established in Ethiopia.. በአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት በምስራቅ ጐጃም ዞን በሁለት እጁ እነሴ ወረዳ የአጋሞ ውሃ ቀበሌ አስተዳደር ለአጋም ውሃ ሁለገብ ህብረት ስራ ማህበር አንድ መጋዘን እና አራት ቢሮዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛሉ፡፡

1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር/ቲን/ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
3. የግዥው መጠን ብር 200 ሺህ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከስ/ቫት ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታወ ለመሣተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸው ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡
5.  በጨረታው መሣተፍ የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች ከደረጃ 10 እና በላይ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
6. የጨረታ ሰነዱ ዝርዝር መግለጫ/ስፖስፊኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
7.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200 በሁለት እጁ እነሴ ወረዳ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት ገቢ በማድረግ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

11. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ በውሉ መሠረት ማጠናቀቃቸው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ሙሉ ክፍያ ይከፈላቸዋል፡፡
12.  የጨረታ መክፈቻው በበዓላትና በእረፍት ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ላይ ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
13. የተጫራቾች ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን የመክፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጉለውም::

NCA Gambella field office planned to construct two permanent female-friendly latrine with four seats and two iron sheet -superstructure safe space block both in Gambella town and jewi refugee camp using a fund obtained from its own source. Therefore, NCA-G is seeking a wax-sealed bid from eligible and potential contractors who has experience in the area of the assignment.

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF NEW RUB HALL INSTALLTION AND 

DESMANTLING OF OLD RUB HALL SERVICE ATADAMA & KOMBLOCHA CRS WAREHOUSES

Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. 

In relation with tis, CRS/Ethiopia would like to hire a company or an induvial who has the capacity to provide Rub Hall installation (erection) service in Adama and Kombolcha warehouses. 

Activities 

• Dismantle the existing two old rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 X 10 mt-in Kombolcha 
•  Dismantle the existing two rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 M1 X 10 mt in Adama 
• Erect two big rub halls size 40 M X 20 mt in Adama. 

Please note that all the old sheets and aluminum bars/ pillars will be removed and replaced by the new one 

Detail type (pictures) and specification of the rub halls are available in CRS Ethiopia Supply Chain department located in Swaziland Street, Gulele Sub-City, Addis Ababa Any interested bidder can come and collect the instruction how the installation is conducted. 

Bidders who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirements; 

1. A renewed trade license for the sector 
2. Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates. Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/ Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps, Signatures and Tender No.” 

The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned below into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before October 6, 2020 4:00 PM. 

Bids arrives after this date and time will not be considered. Catholic Rellef Services (CRS) reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
