2. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from EEU (Ethiopian Electric Utility),(PIYASSA) Head office Project contract administration office NO.2 Tel- 251 111- 70-00-39 /251 111-26-79-45 from 8:30am up to 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday upon presentation of a duly signed and sealed application letter written in English on the Bidder’s Official Letter head, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00( FOUR HUNDRED BIRR) from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing, the bid document will be Cash. Hard copies of the bid documents could behand-picked in person by the bidder’s representative mentioned in the application letter upon presentation of an Identification Card. The employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document.

6. Bid proposals comprising One Original and One Copies of the Technical (Qualification) and Financial Proposals in One envelopes as per the instruction of the bid document. It should be presented to EEU (Ethiopian Electric Utility) Head office, Project contract administration office No. 2 Tel- 251 111- 70-00-39/251 111-26-79-45 on or before September 30, 2020 at 8:30 PM (local time). Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.

7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security; as specified above in the table or in the purchased tender documents. The Bid Security shall be in the form CPO and an Unconditional Bank Guarantee.

8. Bids will be closed and opened in the presence of the Bidders or their legal representatives on September 30,2020 at 8:30 PM in the afternoon respectively at EEU (Ethiopian Electric Utility) Head office, Project contract administration office NO.2.

9. The Ethiopian Electric Utility (Employer) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders are instructed to fill, sign, and wax seal all the forms of the bid document. All Bids must include value-added tax (VAT) on the summary of the bid price. Partial rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items, is not acceptable.

  3. ከሎት 1-7 ላሉት ሥራዎች ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ዶክመንቶቹን በተዘጋጀው ሰነድ ላይ በመሙላት ዋናውንና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በተለያዩ በታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የታሸጉትን ኤንቨሎፖች ዋና እና ኮፒ መሆናቸውን ለመለየት Original እና Copy በማለት በግልፅ ለይተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 
  4. ከሎት 8-22 ላሉት ሥራዎች ፋይናንሺያል ዶክመንቶቹን ብቻ በተዘጋጀው ሰነድ ላይ በመሙላት ዋናውንና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በተለያዩ በታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የታሸጉትን ኤንቨሎፖች ዋና እና ኮፒ መሆናቸውን ለመለየት Original እና Copy በማለት በግልፅ ለይተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 
  5. ሎት 8-22 ላሉ ሥራዎች ጨረታው በአስራ ስድስተኛው ቀን በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ግራውንድ ላይ የሚገኘው ትልቁ አዳራሽ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ ከግማሽ ሰዓት ቆይታ በኋላ 5፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ 
  6. ከሎት 1-7 ላሉ ሥራዎች ጨረታው በአስራ ሰባተኛው ቀን በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ግራውንድ ላይ የሚገኘው ትልቁ አዳራሽ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ ከግማሽ ሰዓት ቆይታ በኋላ በ5፡00 ሰዓት ላይ የቴክኒክ ሰነዱ ይከፈታል፡፡ 
  7. ተጫራቾች በማጠቃለያ (SUMMARY) ገጽ ላይ ዋጋውን በግልጽ ማስቀመጥ አለባቸው፡፡

  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ያቀረቡትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% የገንዘብ መጠን የያዘ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና እንደተጫራቹ ምርጫ ከታወቀ ባንክ የሚሰጥ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተርኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የመድን ዋስትና የግዥ መመሪያው በሚያዘው መሠረት ለየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ብለው አሰርተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

  3. ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከታወጀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር ለ31 /ሰላሳ አንድ/ቀናት በአየር ላይ ቆይቶ በ32ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 5፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዕለቱ በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት በመ/ቤቱ ግዥ ኬዚ ቲም ቢሮ ይከፈታል፡፡ 32ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ሂደቱ ይከናወናል፡፡ የተጫራቾች መገኘት አለመገኘት የጨረታውን አከፋፈት ሊያስተጓጉል አይችልም፡፡ የአርትመትከ ቼክ ውጤት ከተነበበው ዋጋ ከ26 በላይና በታች እንዲሁም ሪቨት ከ10% በላይ ሲሆን ተጫራቹ ከጨረታ ውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡ ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ በጨረታው አይገደድም፡፡

  • ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉበትን የጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ /performance bond/ ለማስያዝ ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ 
  • ለአሽናፊው ድርጅት ክፍያው ሙሉ በሙሉ በክልሉ ጤና ቢሮ በጀት የሚሸፈን ይሆናል።

  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ወይም ቢድ ቦንድ ለሚወዳደሩበት(የሞሉትን) ዋጋ 1.5 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ እና በኢ/ዝ የተደራጁ ከሆነ በጨረታ በወጣበት ጊዜ ዉስጥ የተጻፈ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማስያዝ አለባቸው ፡፡

  13. መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
  14. በጨረታ ማስታወቂያዉ ያልተካተተ በግዥ መመሪያ የምንገዛ ይሆናል

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Maritime Affairs Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ethiopia Trade Logistics Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Modjo Dry Port Expansion and Upgrading of Hub Facilities 

The Ethiopian Maritime Affairs Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction of Modjo Dry Port Expansion and Upgrading of Hub Facilities. The Works mainly include construction of buildings, warehouses, concrete works, road and installation of power cables, water supply lines sewerage systems, etc. A 7.5% of margin of preference will be applied and Bidding Documents require bidders to have specific experience which includes the following: 

  • Construction cash flow requirements estimated as USD $ 13 Million;
  • Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 88 Million over the past 5 years,
  • Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience of Two (2) contracts, each of minimum value US$ 70 Million, or One (1) contract, with minimum value US$ 140 Million during the last 7 years;

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s): (i) Must have successfully completed at least one (1) contract having a value of ETB 11,000,000 (Eleven Million Birr) Per Each lot, with a similar size, nature and complexity during the last 3 (Three Years) supported with the names of the clients, types and value of the contract, (ii) The bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the cash flow requirement of ETB 2,750,000 (ETB Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Birr) Per each lot, (iii) The audited Financial Statement or, other financial statement acceptable to the Employer for the last three Years shall be submitted and must demonstrate the current soundness of the bidder’s financial position and indicate its prospective long term profitability, and (iv) Minimum Average Annual Turnover of ETB 20,625,060 (USD Twenty Million Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand» Per each lot calculated as average of total certified payments received for contracts in Progress and/or completed within the last three years. ጨረታ ቁጥር፡- ECWCT/NCB/PW/06/2013

  1.  የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን Design-Build of Soil Protection (Shoring), Excavation and Earth Works for 4B+G+21 Office Building ለፌዴራል ሰነዶች ማረጋገጫ እና ምዝገባ ኤጀንሲ ፕሮጀክት ግዥ ለመፈፀም በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በሀገር አቀፍ ግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡
  2. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ነገር ግን በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ያልተመዘገቡ ተጫራቾች ለሚመለከተው “የመንግስት መ/ቤት በማመልከት የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት ከጠቅላላው ኮንትራት ዋጋ 1% (አንድ በመቶ) ነገር ግን ከብር 500,000.00 (አምስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) የማይበልጥ በሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና (unconditional Bank guarantee) ማስያዝ አለባቸው።
  4. በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችላቸውን የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉበት፣ ከሚፈለገው አገልግሎት ጋር ተዛማጅ የሆነ የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት እና በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከሀገር ውስጥ ገቢዎች ቢሮ ግብር የከፈሉ ስለመሆናቸው ማሰረጃ በማቅረብ የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 /ሦስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እና ቅዳሜ እስከ 6፡30 በግዥ መምሪያ (የህንፃ ዕቃዎች ግዥ ቡድን) በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት የሚቻል ሲሆን ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ እስከ መስከረም 19 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  5. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ለማንኛውም አቅራቢ ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በእንግሊዘኛ ቋንቋ ነው፡፡
  6.  ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት መስከረም 19 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ መስከረም 19 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ በኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው የግዥ መምሪያ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
  7. ኮርፖሬሽኑ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  8. ለበለጠ መረጃ ተጫራቾች የሚከተለውን አድራሻ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID 

Procurement Reference Number: BBZFCU/NCB/001/2012 

  1.  The Buno Bedelle Farmers cooperative union has allocated budget towards the cost of G+5 building office Project and intends to apply part of this budget to payments for the construction works of aforementioned project. The project name is G+5 building office Building, its location is Buno Bedele Zone Bedelle town and the total period of construction including the required mobilization time for the G+5 building office project is two years). 
  2. The Buno Bedelle Farmers union now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for construction works of the above G+5 Building project. 
  3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction Bureau or Ministry of Federal Construction with Category; BC-4/GC-5 and above renewed for the bidding period and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance
  4. . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, including a complete set of Engineering Drawings which is necessary for bidding purpose, at the address given below at office working hours. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a non refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only), effective from the first date of announcement up to dead line. The method of payment shall be in cash to the Buno Bedelle FCU office. 
  5. The bid shall be purchased for 21 continuous day from the date advertised by ADDIS ZEMEN, and closed the next 22 working days at 4:00 A.M and The Bid Opened at the same day at 4:30 A.M at Bedelle town hall in presence of eligible bidders/ Legally representatives who choose to attend. 
  6. Bno Bedelle Farmers cooperative Union reserves the right to reject any bid to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.

ግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ 

በአ.ብ.ክ.መ በደቡብ ወሎ ዞን የደሴ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ለደሴ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ትምህርት ጽ/ቤት በአልማ በጀት የጉጉፍቱ አንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት G+1 አንድ ብሎክ አስር የመማሪያ ክፍል እና ለገታራ አንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት G+0 አንድ ብሎክ አራት የመማሪያ ክፍል በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል። 

በዚህም መሠረት፡

  1. የግንባታ የሥራ ፈቃድ ያለው 
  2. ተጫራቾች ለጉጉፍቱ ት/ቤት ደረጃ7 እና ከዚያ በላይ እና ለገታራ ት/ቤት ደረጃ9 እና ከዚያ በላይ ፈቃድ ያላቸው። 
  3. በግንባታ ከ2012 ዓ.ም በፊት የወጣ ፈቃድ ከሆነ የመልካም ሥራ አፈጻጸም መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚገባቸው ሲሆን አዲስ ፈቃድ ያወጡ ከሆነ ግን ማቅረብ አይጠበቅባቸውም። 
  4. የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ 
  5. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ 
  6. በዘርፉ ሕጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያለው
  7. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (ቲን ነምበር ማቅረብ የሚችል 
  8. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1 እስከ 7 የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ኦርጅናል ፎቶ ኮፒ በመለየት ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። 
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከወሰዱ በኋላ ዋጋውን ሞልተው ሲያስገቡ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በመለየት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። 
  10. የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከደሴ ዙ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 በመምጣት አንድ መቶ ብር (100) በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ:: 
  11.  ጨረታው ከ29/2/2012 ዓ.ም እስከ 14/1/2013 ዓ.ም ድረስ በአየር ላይ ይውላል። 
  12. ጨረታው በ15/1/2013 ዓ.ም 3፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም 4፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል። 
  13.  ተጫራቾች ለሚሰሩበት ከአቅርቡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% በጥሬ ገንዘብ፣ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦና ቢድቦንድ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።
  14. የጨረታ ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶች ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ መኖር የለበትም የተሰረዘ ካለ በፊርማ መረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል:: 
  15. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
