3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Biding and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of Finance and Economic Development, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30AM to 12:30PM and from 1:30PM to 5:30PM.
5. Qualification requirements include: Legal, Professional, Technical and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the Bidding Documents.
6. Appropriate margin of preference shall be applied for local companies. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 ETB (Five hundred Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in cash, against a receipt. The Bidding Documents will not be sent by any other method than through a bidder’s representative (in person).
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:30 AM, 18th January, 2021. Late bids will be rejected.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:00AM, 18th January, 2021.
10. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 50,000 ETB (Fifty thousand Ethiopian Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
11. The Office of Finance and Economic Development of Wolaita Sodo City reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.

9. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 3:30 PM on 20th day of announcement of this invitation for bid otice on the Ethiopian herald news paper at the SRS GCA Finance Office. If there will be public holiday and weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. The bid must be accompanied a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
10. The GCA Finance Office reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.

However, since it is found necessary to change the tendering strategy (method of procurement) for the selection of the Civil Works Contract, the Client decided to cancel the tender. The Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) on Behalf of the FDRE invites international eligible Contractors (including all members of a joint venture and all Subcontractors of bidders) for the Construction Works of Debre Markos – Digua Tsion – Mota Road Project. The Road Project is to be constructed in two separate Contracts, Contract 1: Debre Markos – Km 60.56 (60.56 Km) and Contract 2: Km 60.56 – Mota (57.81 Km).
In general, the proposed Debre Markos – Digua Tsion – Mota Road Project consists of construction of 60.56 Km and 57.81 Km roads to Asphalt Concrete surfacing to ERA DC5 standard (ERA’s Geometric Design Manual – 2013).
The works also include the construction of minor and major drainage structures. Rural sections shall have a road carriageway width of 7.0m (with 1.5m and 0.5m sealed with Single Bituminous Surface Treatment shoulders on each side for flat/rolling sections and mountainous sections respectively). For town sections; Zonal seat shall have 2.5m median width with both sides having 3.5m parking lane, 3.5m Carriageway, and 2.5m walkway, and Woreda seats shall have 7m carriageway with 3.5m parking lane and 2.5m walkway on each side. Whereas, Kebele seats shall have a 7m carriageway with 2.5 m paved shoulder on each side. The time of completion for each project is 42 months (1278 calendar days) including a mobilization period of 120 calendar days.

The Gambella People’s National Regional State Gambella Rural Roads Authority has allocated budget towards the cost of the Construction works of One Single Pipe @ km 11+000, One Double Pipe Culvert @ km 10+600, and One Box Culvert @ km 12+900 in Metti-Dunchi Road Project in Majang Zone in Godere Woreda.
The Gambella Rural Roads Authority (GRRA) now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the above Culvert Structure Construction Project.
Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
i. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction or other appropriate regional bureaus with relevant Category BC-7 or RC-8 or GC-8 and above renewed for 2012 EFY for construction works
ii. Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;
iii. Tax Clearance certificate which states that the bidder can be participated in any public tender and valid at the deadline for submission of the bids;
iv. VAT Registration Certificate;
v. Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, ie Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)
vi. Bid security (ETB 20,000)
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible contractors as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.
5. One Bidder or contractor is only allowed to participate only one of the Procurement numbers are GRRA/NCB/005/2013, GRRA/NCB/006/ 2013, GRRA/NCB/007/2013 and GRRA/NCB/008/2013 projects, A Bidder that participates for more than one Bid can be totally rejected and also it is necessary to quote its procurement reference number on it.
6. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below frorn 7፡30 a.m.to 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday
7. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by the bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200 effective as of November 9, 2013 EFY. The method of payment shall be in cash
8. Bidders shall submit five envelopes, “One original envelopes of technical and one original envelopes of financial” and “One copy envelopes of technical and one copy of financial” and One Bid Security all separately sealed envelope.
9. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification (Technical) information first and Financial Bids of qualified bidders next.

Our company Ningxia Communications Construction Co.,Ltd have reached an agreement with Ethiopian Road Authority for construction works of Humusit-Este Road upgrading Project(76.644km).
NXCC hereby invites re-bids for conducting a geotechnical investigation for 7 river bridges of total of 14 Boreholes with drilling the boreholes with a depth of 20m each:

The bidders have to present valid business license, Relevant professional practice certificate, Tax registration certificate and taxpayer registrar registration certificate which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender and remains valid at bidding date.
Terms of reference (TOR) can be purchased by interested bidders with non-refundable fee of ETB 200 starting from the announcement date up to November 21, 2020 (G.C) consecutive working days.
