2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Biding and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Finance and Economic Development, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

4. Qualification requirements include Legal, Professional, Technical and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. In addition, a bidder shall submit a renewed certificate of competence showing that it is a contractor of Grade-5 GC/RC and above Contractor. This is to be verified when necessary.

5. Appropriate margin of preference shall be applied for local companies. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 ETB (Three hundred Ethiopian birr). The method of payment will be in cash, against a receipt.

The Bidding Documents will not be sent by any other method than through a bidder’s representative (in person).

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM, 22 Dec 2020 Late bids will be rejected.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 AM, 22-Dec-2020.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 30,000 ETB (Thirty thousand Ethiopian Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

The Oromia Roads Authority has allocated a budget towards the cost of the accomplishment of the remaining work of the Bridge Construction Project and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under this project.   3. The East Shoa Zone Roads Authority (ESZRA) now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the remaining construction works of the above Bridge.
  4. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction bureau or Ministry of Federal Construction with Category; GC-4 /RC-3&abovefor this bridge project renewed for the bidding period (2013EC) and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:
  • I.Trade License renewed for bid period (2013 EC) and Commercial Registration
  • Certificate from authorized bodies.
  • II. VAT & Taxpayer Identification Certificate issued by the tax authority,
  • III. Tax Clearance certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission.
  • IV.Evidence of/Being/ Registered at Ethiopian Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) Supplier list currently.

5. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, including a complete set of Engineering Drawings which is necessary for bidding purpose, at the address given below at office working hours. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only) for this Bridge Project effective from the first date of announcement up to 21working Days. The method of payment shall be in cash to the East Shoa Zone finance & Economic development office.

7. Bidders can apply for this bridges project and shall submit their bid;

The original and copies of the qualification document shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “Qualification Document” and whole (original, copy-1 ©-2) envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and wax sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and Other information (Employer’s name and Address project name, bidder’s name and address, indicated in the data Sheet and be Cleary marked “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE”
  • C. The original and copy of the financial offer documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENT and whole (original, copy-1 ©-2) envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and wax sealed,
  • This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information (Employer’s name and address, project name, bidder’s name and address) indicated on the datasheet and is clearly marked as “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE”.
  • D. The bid security (CPO) should be seal by its own envelope separately.
  • E. Finally, the Technical, Financial and Bid security (CPO) documents shall be placed in a single wax-sealed envelope whose outer cover containing all necessary information mentioned above.
  • F. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.
  • G. The qualification document will be opened at 2:30 PM on the 22nd working day of the bid starting from the date of the announcement.
  • H. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of the auditor or any other authorized body by the client, until financial offer(s) of qualified bidders are opened publicly.
  • I. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub-criterion, and points assigned to the criterion in the datasheet. Each qualification document will be given a score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to the tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicated in the tender document.
  • J. Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (Seventy percent) & above will be opened on the financial opening date. The financial opening of the bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i.e. 70%) will be returned unopened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders
  • K. Any attempt of submission forged (false) document and /or indication of financial offer on the qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.
  • L. The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of “Qualification Document” in “The financial offer Document” envelope or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

8. Any contractor who has a termination history with the Bureau or Zonal Offices and other regional or Zonal reject those contractors during technical evaluation.

9. The Validity of the bid shall be 90 days from the date of bid opening. And must be accompanied with a bid security of two hundred thousand (200,000) ETH birr in the form of CPO only, which is addressed to East Shoa Zone Roads Authority.

10. The construction of the work shall be completed within a maximum of 365 calendar days from the commencement date of the work.

11. East Shoa Zone Roads Authority reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, Without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.

  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት ጥቅል ዋ ድምር 2% በእያንዳንድ የግንባታ ሳይት በመለየት ብር በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (ሲፒ አ) ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡: በጥሬ ገንዘብ ከሆነ በመሂስ በመቁረጥ ደረሰኙን አብረው አሽገው ማስገባት ይኖርበታል ፡፡ የሚያዘው ዋስትናም ለዘጠና የስራ ቀንና በላይ የሚያገለግል መሆን አለበት::
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በሁለት በሁለት ፖስታ በማዘጋጀት ኦርጂናልና ኮፒ ስመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማሸግ በወረባቦ ወረዳ ግዥ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 22ኛ ቀን 3፡59 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  9.  የጨረታ አሸናፊ ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የሚለየው በዝቅተኛ ዋጋ ላይ በመመስረት ሲሆን የግንባታው ስራ በ135 /አንድ መቶ ሰላሳ አምስት የስራ ቀን ገንብቶ ማጠናቀቅ የሚችል፡፡
  10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በወረባቦ ወረዳ በግዥ ን/አስ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ፣ እሁድ እና የህዝብ የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰአት ይከፈታል፡፡ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢኖሩም ባይኖሩም ጨረታውን ከመክፈት አያግድም፡፡
  11. አሸናፊ ተጫራች አስፈላጊውን የሰው ሀይል ና የግንባታ እቃ  በማሟላት በቀረበው የስራ ዝርዝር መሰረት የግንባታ ስራውን በመስራት ከባለሙያ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ በመያዝ ክፍያ መወሰድ አለበት፡፡
  12. ከመሀንድስ ግምት 20% በታች ዝቅ ብለው ለሚገቡ ስራ ተቋራጮች ከ20% በታች ላለው ለእያንዳንዱ አንድ ፐርሰንት እጥፍ ሁለት ፐርሰንት ከ 10% ላይ ደምረው የውል ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  13. አሸናፊው አሸናፊነቱ እንደተገለፀለት ከ5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ መጥቶ ከባለ በጀት መስሪያ ቤቱ ጋር ውል መወሰድ አለበት፡፡

በዚህ መሠረት ተጫራቾች ማሟሳት የሚያስፈልጋቸው

  4. ተጫራቾች የመልካም ሥራ አፈጻጸም ማስረጃቸውን ፣ሕጋዊ ፈቃዳቸውንና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ VAT/ የተመዘገቡበትን ሰርተፍኬት በማቅረብ  የጨረታን ዶክመንት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን አንስቶ እስከ 31 ተከታታይ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 300/ሦስት መቶ) ብር ከጨንቻ ዙሪያ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት የግዥ ሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 25 በመቅረብና በመክፈል የከፈሉበትን ገቢ ያደረጉበትን ደረሰኝ በማቅረብ የጨረታውን ሰነድ መውሰድ ይችላሉ።
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከውድድሩ በፊት የስራ ሳይቱን በራሱ ወጪ አይቶ ማረጋገጥ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  7. የጨረታው ሳጥን የሚከፈተው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ቦታ ከቀ 5 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል ። ዕለቱ የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  8. የማንኛውም ተጫራች አርትሜቲክ ቼክ ውጤት ከተነበበው ዋጋ አንጻር ከ2% በላይና በታች ሆኖ ከተገኘ ከጨረታው ውጪ ይሆናል በተመሣሣይ ሪቨት ቅናሽ ከ10% በላይ ማድረግም ከጨረታው ውጪ  ያደርጋል፡፡

The West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office now invite eligible bidders for the construction of G+4 W/ Sh/Z Administration Office Building Lot-2 For Remaining Works for the second time.

1. Oromia Regional state, West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office received a budget from the national regional state of Oromia towards the construction of G+4 W/Sh/Z Administration Office Building Lot-2 For Remaining Worksin Ambo town within one budget years (2013 E.C.)

2. West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office now invites all contractors of category general or building contractors Of GC-5/BC-5& above with renewed their license valid for the year 2013 E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment & service for the construction of the +4 W/Sh/Z Administration Office  Lot-2 For Remaining Works

3.Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of respective Zone Finance & Economic Cooperation Office upon submission of a written application and a nonrefundable fee of birr 500(five hundred) in cash starting from first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

4.A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration certificate with the ministry of construction or Oromia construction bureau must be submitted attached with the application.

5.Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from the above mentioned Zone office

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee of 150,000 (One hundred Fifty thousand) birr valid for 118 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed to West Shewa Zone Urban Development and Housing Office & sealed. Bid security must be put in the original technical document, Failure to do this will result in an automatic rejection

7.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendereing procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders i.e. (two stages: the first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation& the second stages is :- preliminary and financial evaluation).

8. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of Written Application, VAT registration Certificate, Ministry of Construction Oromia Construction Bureau, Renewed Registration Certificate, Renewed Trade registration Certificate, Renewed Trade License, Taxpayer registration Certificate and Clearance from Authorized body and registration in the FPPA’s to the address stated below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500(five hundred) only in cash starting from the first announcement date on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

9.Submission and opening of the bid (in respective Zone office)

a.The deadline of bid (both technical qualification and financial offers independently) submission shall be on or before at 8:00 local time of 21st Working days from the first announcement date.

b. The original and copy of the technical qualification documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “Technical Qualification Documents” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the datasheet and be clearly marked as “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE”

c. The original and copy of the financial offer documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked “THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other Information indicated in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “To Be Opened Only In The Presence Of Tender Committee”.

d. The sealing, signing, and marking of the bids must be according to guidelines stated under the instruction of bidders.

e. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

f. The qualification document will be opened at th same day at 8:30 local time of 21s day from first announcement date of Working day

g. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of the auditor or any other authorized body by the client until financial offers(S) of qualified bidders are opened publicity.

h. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub-criterion, and points assigned to the criterion in the datasheet, Each qualification document will be given the score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to the tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicated in the tender document.

i.Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (seventy percent) and above will be opened of bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i.e 70% will be returned un opened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders.

j.Any attempts of submission forged (false) document and /or indication of financial offer on the technical qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.

k. The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of “Technical Qualification document” in “The Financial Offer Document” envelopes or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

10. . The validity of the bid shall be 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

11. The construction of the work shall be completed with a maximum of 200(Two Hundred) calendar days from the commencement date of the work & if there is a favorable condition the client can minimize the date of completed work.

12. The Advance Payment shall not be made (shall not be considered to be paid)

INVITATION FOR BIDS

  1.  The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has applied for financing from Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) for the Construction Works of Debre Markos – Digua Tsion – Mota Road Project.
  2. The Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) on Behalf of the FDRE invites international eligible Contractors (including all members of a joint venture and all Subcontractors of bidders) for the Construction Works of Debre Markos – Digua Tsion – Mota Road Project. The Road Project is to be constructed in two separate Contracts, Contract 1: Debre Markos – Km 60.56 (60.56 Km) and Contract 2: Km 60.56 – Mota (57.81 Km).
  3.  In general, the proposed Debre Markos – Digua Tsion – Mota Road Project consists of construction of 60.56 Km and 57.81 Km roads to Asphalt Concrete surfacing to ERA DC5 standard (ERA’s Geometric Design Manual – 2013).

The works also include the construction of minor and major drainage structures. Rural sections shall have a road carriageway width of 7.0m (with 1.5m and 0.5m sealed with Single Bituminous Surface Treatment shoulders on each side for flat/rolling sections and mountainous sections respectively). For town sections; Zonal seat shall have 2.5m median width with both sides having 3.5m parking lane, 3.5m Carriageway, and 2.5m walkway, and Woreda seats shall have 7m carriageway with 3.5m parking lane and 2.5m walkway on each side. Whereas, Kebele seats shall have a 7m carriageway with 2.5 m paved shoulder on each side. The time of completion for each project is 42 months (1278 calendar days) including a mobilization period of 120 calendar days.

5. Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents at the above office starting from October 19, 2020, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 US$ (Three Hundred US Dollars) or 10,000 ETB (Ten Thousand Ethiopian Birr) for each project. Payment shall be made in cash, bank certified check or telegraphic transfer to the Employer’s Bank Account in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia-Sengatera Branch through Account No.01715-33144600.

The document will be sent by registered airmail if required so by the bidder but under no circumstances will the procuring entity be held responsible for late delivery or loss of the documents so mailed.

6. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure specified in the bidding documents and is open to all eligible bidders. The minimum General and Specific Construction Experience is as shown below;

7. The bidding procedure to be followed is a two-envelope procedure. The post-qualification documents and financial offers should be sealed in two separate envelopes. በአብክመ በሰሸዋ ዞን አንኮበር ወረዳ የአልዩ አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማዘጋጃ ቤት ለሚያስገነባው የቢሮ ግንባታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል።

ከዚህም መሰረት፡የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾች በማወዳደር ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  1. በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ የንግድ የሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ደረጃ 8 GC/BC WBC እና ከዚያ በላይ እና መልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ለዚህም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፡፡
  2. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር የቲን (TIN) ነበር ያላቸው፣
  4. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /VAT/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፤
  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ ከተራ ቁጥር 1-4 የተጠቀሰትን እና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነድ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከአልዩ አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማዘጋጃ ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈልና ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት በመግዛት ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀን 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ መግዛት ይችላሉ፣
  7. በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ህ/ሰ/ማህበር የተሰማሩ ማህበራት ደረጃውን የሚያሟሉ ከሆነ ያሉበትን ደረጃ ከእደራጅ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ጽ/ቤት ያሉበትን ደረጃ የሚገልፅ ደረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው 
  8. ከተጫራቾችቀደምሲል በወጡ ጨረታዎች የገባውን ግዴታ ያስረከብ በመቅረቱ ስልጣን ባለው አካል የታገደ ወይም ጨረታው ባወጣው መስሪያ ቤት ቀደም ሲል በውሉ መሰረት ጀምረው ያቋረጡ ከሆነ ጨረታው ላይ አይሳተፉም እንዲሁም ጨረታውን ባለማከናወናቸው በድርድር ላይ ያሉ ተጫረቻ አይሳተፉም፣
  9. የጨረታው ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ የጠቅላላውን ዋጋ 1% የማያንስ በጥሪ ገንዘብ በመ/ቤቱ ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ወይም በባንክ በተረጋጠ ቼክ ሌተር ኦፍ ከሬዲት ወይም ስፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ታሽጎ ማቅረብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው። ሲፒኦ የሚያቀርቡ ከሆነ ለአ/አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማ/ቤት ተብሎ ካልመጣ ቢድ ቦንድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፣
  10. የጨረታው ሠነድ የሚገባው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ የካላንደር ቀናት የሚወዳደሩትን ዋጋ በጥንቃቄ በመሙላት ስርዝ ድልዝ ሣይኖረው የጨረታ ሰነዱን ኦርጅናል እና ፎቶ ኮፒውን ለየብቻው በጥሩ ሁኔታ በማሽግ በኤንቨሎፕ ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በመግለጽ የአ/አምባ ከተማ መሪ ማዘጋጃ ቤት ለዚሁ ስራ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡
  11. የጨረታው የመጨረሻ ማስገቢያ ቀን በ21ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ነው
  12. ጨረታው የሚከፈተው በዚያው እለት ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ወዲያውኑ 9፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪል በተገኙበት ወይም ሳይገኙም ይከፈታል ፡፡በ21ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ላይ ካልዋለ በቀጣይ የስራ ቀናትና ተመሣሣይ ሰዓትና ቦታ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፣
  13. አንዱ ተጫራች ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ማቅረብ አይችልም፡
  14. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ ከተገለፀላቸው በኋላ ባሉት 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርበው ውለታ ካልፈፀሙና ያስያዙትን የውል ማስከበሪያ ካላስያዙ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይሆናል፣
  15. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ፡ ከተገለፀ በኋላ የውል ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላው ዋጋ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  16. ቀሪ ዝርዝር ስራዎችን ከሚሸጠው የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  17. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፣
  18. ለተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በስልክ ቁጥር፡- 09 21 16 51 50 / 09 21 14 07 64 /09 152486 75/ 09 47 37 08 14 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia (MSIE) is an organization with a vision of helping women and men to have children by their choice through integrated support of donors, government bodies and its dedicated staffs.

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia intends to hire a construction company to carryout family planning service area renovation at two government hospitals located at Oromia region (Agaro and Bishoftu General Hospitals). The work, will includes Demolishing work, floor finishing, walls finishing, concrete works, Roofing, ceiling works, aluminum works, painting, Sanitary & electrical works.

Please collect the bidding documents paying a nonrefundable administrative charge of birr 100.00(one hundred) from Marie Stopes International Ethiopia Addis Ababa support office located at Welosefer in front of Tebabaer Berta from  Reception desk during working hours.

Dead line for submission

Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals in two separately sealed and stamped envelopes into the bid box prepared for this purpose on or  before December 14, 2020,10:00am. Bids will open in the presence of bidders or representatives on December 14, 2020 at 10:30 at MSIE Meeting hall.

Bid preparation

Please note the following conditions for the bid process.

  1. Bidders must be GC/BC-5 and above(i.e. GC/BC;5,4,3,2 and 1)
  2. Bidders shall quote a price for all works; Partial bidding is allowed.
  3. The bidders are expected to quote the financial amount that the contracting company demand for the required service and must sign &  stamp on all pages;
  4. Bidders must provide a bid security of ETB 50,000 (Fifty thousand birr)  per site in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
  5. Bid must be clearly marked by bidder’s name, address, and legal stamp  and signed by the authorized person.
  6.  Document to be provided: bidder should provide all the documents indicated in the bellow page of technical evaluation part as part of their bids. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for the bid.
  7. The bidders must seal the original and the copy of the technical and financial bid in two inner separate envelope and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelope as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY’ for both financial  and technical documents. Sealing both in one envelope will lead to disqualification.
  8. The financial quotation will be for both labour and material.
  9. Bidders must visit the site before submitting the bid document.
  10. Marie Stopes International Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, MSIE is not bound to accept the lowest offer or any offer.
