Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Re-Bid for the procurement of Generator and Fuel Tanker Foundation and Renovation work in different sites of Central North Region, to sign a contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s).

The bid remains floating from January 25, 2021, to February 8, 2021. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office (Debre Birhan, Room No. 407 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One Hundred only).

በአማራ ክልል በሰሜን ጐንደር የዳባት ወረዳ ገንዘብ ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ.ም በአልማ በጀት በጭላ ቀበሌ አንድ ብሎክ ባለ አራት ክፍል ትምህርት ቤት በሙሉ ዋጋ ለማስገንባት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈለጋል:: ስለዚህ በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች ያሟላችሁ ተጫራቾች በውድድሩ እንድትሳተፉ እያሳሰብን ተጫራቾች ፡-

  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50 የኢትዮጵያ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት በመክፈል ዳባት ወረዳ ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተከታታይ ቀናት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፣
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት ብር ዋጋ የእቃውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማለትም ግዥና ፋይናንስ ካርኒ በመቁረጥ ኮፒ በማድረግ በጨረታ ፖስታ ላይ በማሸግ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፣
  10. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ዋናና ቅጅ በመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሆኖ ለየብቻቸው ተለይተው ዳ/ወ/ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ጋዜጣው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ ቀናት ከታህሳስ 19/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 3/2013 ዓ.ም ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፣
  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ ፋ/ን/አስ/ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በቀን 4/5/2013 ዓ.ም ከጥዋቱ 4፡00 ታሽጐ በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፣

1. The Office of Finance and Economic Development (OFED) of Wolaita Sodo City having legal address at:

5. Qualification requirements include: Legal, Professional, Technical and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the Bidding Documents.

6. Appropriate margin of preference shall be applied for local companies. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 ETB (Five hundred Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in cash, against a receipt. The Bidding Documents will not be sent by any other method than through a bidder’s representative (in person).

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:30 AM, 18-Jan-2021. Late bids will be rejected.

የግዥ መለያቁጥር፡- ብሐሥ/ኢሕምኢ/የኮንቲነር ዕድሣት ግዥ/066/2013 ዓ.ም የኢትየጵያ ሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት 11 /የኮንቲነር ዕድሣት ሥራ/ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስራት ይፈልጋል መስፈርቱን የሚያሟሉና በየዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ ተቋራጮቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በዚህ ጨረታ ለመሣተፍ የሚፈልጉ፡-

1. ተጫራቾች የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በጥሬ ገንዘብ በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሠነድ ከኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ኬዝ ቲም ቢሮ ቁጥር 5 ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ከሰኞ እስከ ዓርብ ጠዋት ከ2፡30 እስከ 6፡30 ሰዓት ከሰዓት በኋላ ከ7፡30 -1፡00 ሰዓት መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡

  • ሊ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  • ሐ. ታክስ ክሊራንስ (ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መሥሪያ ቤት የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ) የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ሠርተፊኬት (TN No.)፣

2 ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ብር 20,000.00 (ሀያ ሺህ ብር) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

3 ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ቴክኒካል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናል አንድ ኮፒ ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናል እንድ ኮፒ ሠነዶችን አስፈላጊ መረጃዎችን ሁሉ በማካተት እና በማሸግ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ እስከ ታህሳስ 19 ቀን 2013 ዓም ድረስ ከኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ኬዝ ቲም ቢሮ ቁጥር 05 ማስገባት አለባቸው

4. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ሆነው የተመረጡ ድርጅቶች የጨረታው ውጤት በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ቀናት ውስጥ በኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ኬዝ ቲም በመቅረብ ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ 10% ለመልካም አፈጻፀም ዋስትና በማስያዝ ውል መፈረም አለባቸው፡፡

5 የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ድርጅቶች በፈረሙት ውል መሠረት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት አሸናፊ የሆኑባቸውን የኮንቲነር ዕድሣት ዕቃዎች ኢንስቲትዩቱ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

6. የጨረታው አሽናፊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ የጨረታ አሸናፊነት ተለይቶ የአሸናፊነት ደብዳቤ ከተሰጠው በኋላ ባሉት 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ይመለስላቸዋል፡፡

7. የጨረታው ሣጥን ታህሳስ 19/2010 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይዘጋል፡፡

8.የጨረታ ሣጥን ታህሳስ 19/2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቶች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች እንዲሁም የኢንስቲትዩቱ ኦዲትና የሥነ ምግባር ባለሙያ በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

9 ከጨረታው መዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት በኋላ የሚቀርቡ የመጫረቻ ሠነዶች ተቀባይነት የላቸውም፡፡

10. ኢንስቲትዩቱ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል ጨረታውን የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

Gumbichu Woreda Agriculture and Natural Resource Office (AGP) invite all eligible and qualified who are financially and Technical capable to furnish the necessary labor, material, and equipment to undertake the construction of the following project.

1.All Bidders are required to present:

  • 3. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the offered cost in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or Bank guarantee only.
  • 4. The bidder shall submit the Original and copy of the bid in separate sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelope as technical Original, the technical copy I and technical copy 2 in separate envelopes, Financial Original, Financial copy 1, and Financial copy 2 in a separate envelope. The bid security is in separate envelopes. All these original, copies and bid security envelopes shall be enclosed in a single outer envelope.
  • 5. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way
  • 6. Late bids will be rejected.

The applicant should present a copy of the Trade License renewed for 2020 G.C, VAT Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 during the purchase of the bid documents.

Interested applicants can purchase the documents from the address given below starting 23rd of December 2020 for Lot 1 and starting 25th of December 2020 for lot 2.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia seeks a qualified contractor with valid licenses to express their interest to be engaged  for Construction work of upgrading United Nations Conference Center (UNCC) Conference Room 1(CR1) and Conference Room 2(CR2) Podiums.

1.1  Background

The UNCC building was constructed in 1996 to enable the ECA to host major conference assemblies of various sizes. Two main conference halls (CR1 and CR2) offer a combined space of 2,200 square meters with a total capacity of nearly 1,300 persons. The podiums within these halls were not designed to aid persons with disabilities and neither the stage area, furniture or lecterns can be deemed accessible for persons with disabilities (PWD), which is now a requirement.

Both conference halls require demolition and construction works to achieve compliance with current accessibility standards. These include removing the existing podium areas, and constructing a new stage area with compliant ramps, levels access, stairs and furniture. New joinery and carpentry are required for both rooms, and the scope calls for an accessible and demountable delegates table and lectern. A platform lift is proposed to make the podiums PWD accessible. New ground installed conduits and new installed power outlets are required to all of the delegates desks (cabling by others).

All new construction will need to be integrated with the existing building fabric and provide accessible paths to the VIP areas at the rear of the room. Additionally, a new CR1 LED wall will need to be integrated permanently into the rear wall. The CR2 LED wall is already permanently installed and will require small edge finishing and completion works only.

It is required that the construction work be undertaken in each of the rooms consecutively, so as to keep one conference room operational at all times. A separate contract is being used for the replacement of carpet in the main rooms, which will run concurrently with this project. These activities will not affect the works described here but will require coordination for access, furniture removal, modifications, installations and protection of the works.

The carpets and furniture will be removed prior to works in each room commencing, giving access to the slab area to run conduits to the delegate desks, and provide access to the delegates furniture to install new power outlets. All final carpeting works in this project area and the main halls areas will need to be coordinated and integrated seamlessly with each other. Staging areas for the storage and handling of delegates furniture can be made available on discussion with Facilities Management Section (FMS).

It is required that all construction works be delivered on time, ready for use, in preparation for a major conference event in 2022.

1.2  Scope of work

Summary of the scope of the works:

—      Demolish completely all areas described in the documentation, all materials remain property of client and are to be handled, stored or removed only at their instruction

—      Construct a new accessible single level podium platform with all ramps, stairs and connections as per the documentation

—      Construct new accessible podium furniture as per the design, samples of furniture sections may be required to ensure quality of final product

—      Procurement and supply of a height adjustable lectern

—      Replacement of all identified fixtures, fittings and finishes sympathetic to the existing room’s design intent and quality.

—      Provide a wheelchair compliant platform lift for vertical movement between conference room floor and podium level. Match any new joinery work to suit existing finishes and detailing.

—      Provide wall and floor modifications to the back rooms from the podium, and integrate new work to match with existing

—      Electrical summary:

–          Rewire the power outlets and audio / visual cabling underneath the podium as well as provide a cable trunking system on the podium for ease of rewiring and change

–          Provide trunking lines only (cabling by others) to all delegate desk positions with connections at floor boxes, and install new international plug power outlets, with USB in all delegate desks

–          Re-use existing:

–          Power & data distribution boards & risers

–          Audio visual wiring

–          Voice & data passive infrastructure

–          Provide new:

–          Cable management system for power, data and AV

–          Concealed, floor mounted outlets for power, data and AV

–          Additional power outlets with USB capability with the control mechanism of the podium desks

–          New electrical and communications works associated with new platform lift

–          Integrate a fire detection and alarm system underneath the podium.

–          Provide new cable trunking to the conference manager table.

—      Construction as per design documentation, using light steel joists with SHS steel support posts and steel support beams

—      New steel mounting frame in CR1 for LED screen mounting (LED screen panels dismantling and installation by others), integration of both rooms screens with rear wall paneling as described in the documentation and all data and power tidied up with cable trays etc. from screen to control boxes.

—      Construction as described for 200mm Solid block wall around perimeter of podium

—      Undertake all required modifications to the existing ductwork and local diffusers to accommodate the change in levels in the podium by reconfiguring the duct-work.

1.3 Construction methodology and phasing

Scheduling considerations while preparing the tender:

—      A Construction methodology should be submitted by the contractor that refers to the planned method of construction, considering all contractual and legal requirements, construction constraints, risks, and opportunities. Business continuity of a conference building should be maintained at all times.

—      The methodology needs to include the temporary and permanent works and the services required to complete the construction works.

—      A Construction Environmental Management Plan should be prepared to describe to avoid, minimize or mitigate any construction effects on the environment and the surrounding spaces when carrying out the associated construction activities.

—      Construction methodology required that describes the careful phasing of the development, coordinating access and programme with other construction works that client is undertaking

—      The contractor should also propose site management proposals. The aim of the site setup measures is to minimize risk to the environment and, provide welfare facilities for staff, ensure security of the site and promote efficient use of resources. Such facilities will include:

–          Temporary protective fencing and lighting;

–          Site security facilities;

–          Temporary car parking, offices and welfare facilities;

–          Temporary and secure equipment storage areas;

–          Emergency spill kits;

–          Dust management facilities including wheel washing;

–          Material and plant storage areas; and

–          Material recycling and waste segregation areas.

—      The construction/installation of CR1 and CR2 podium modification works shall not be simultaneous, rather one conference room at a time, due to the required uninterrupted operations of conference services (business continuity).

—      Site access is constrained in that duration of the construction to be not more than 18 months to be ready for use by event deadline in Q3 2022

—      ECA expects the proposed work schedule shall have break down of:

–          Preparation of samples and inspections

–          Manufacturing of materials

–          Importation (shipping to site)

–          Installation time required.

Companies expressing interest should note that this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) serves as pre-qualification of the companies that will be invited to participate in the tender process. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by “Request for Proposal (RFP)” at a later stage and the detail requirement will be further specfied in the RFP document.

UNECA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI/ or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The RFP and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.

UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a vendor that is not registered with United Nations Global Market Place(UNGM). Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionaly registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document RFP.

The applicant should present copy of Trade License renewed for 2020 G.C, VAT Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 during purchase of the bid documents.

Interested applicant can purchase the documents from address given below starting 23rd of December 2020 for Lot 1 and starting 25th of December 2020 for lot 2.

Interested Applicants may obtain further information from Kegna at the address given below during normal office hour from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM for both lots.

The bid must be submitted to Kegna Beverage Share Company head office (the address is given below) the closing date and time for Lot 1 is Tuesday 1st February 2021 at 11:00AM and for Lot 2, Thursday 3rd February 2021 at 11:00 AM

Each Bid must be accompanied with a bid security of Birr 500,000 (Five hundred thousand) or USD equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate.

The bid for Lot 1 will be opened on Tuesday 1 February 2021 at 11:30 AM at the address given below in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who is interested to attend.

The bid for Lot 2 will be opened on Thursday 3rd  February 2021 at 11:30 AM at the address given below in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who is interested to attend.

 የግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የመካነሠላም ከተማ አስተዳደር ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት የፕሮጀከት ሥራ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውን ኮንትራክተሮች ከቄራ አካባቢ የካናል ሥራ ማረሚያ ቤት ሶየ ሚሎ ኢንቨስትመንት ድረስ

  • የመንገድ ሥራ እና የመ/ሰከ/አስ/ፖሊስ ጽ/ቤት አጥር ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ ከዚህ በታች የተገለፀውን መስፈርት የምታሟሉ መሳተፍ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን፡-

  1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች በዘርፉ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያለው እና የ2012 ዓም የሥራ ግብር ሙሉ በሙሉ ከፍሎ ያጠናቀቀ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ /
  2. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፣
  3. ተጫራቾች ያሽነፉትን የገረገንቲ መንገድ ሥራ (የግንባታ ሥራ ) ጥራቱን ጠብቆ ሊያስረክብ ይገባል፣
  4. ያሸነፉትን የግንባታ ሥራ የጥራት ደረጃ ጠብቆ የማይሠራ ኮንትራክተር ካለ እስከ አንድ አመት ለሚደርስ ጊዜ በጨረታ እንዳይሳተፍ የማገድ ሥልጣኑን ለመጠቀም ይገደዳል፡፡
  5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የማወዳደሪያ ዋጋ ሲሞላ ሁለት ኦርጅናል፣ በሁለት ፖስታ ታሽጎ ጨረታውን ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡ ስለሆነም በጨረታ ሳጥኑ መግባት ያለበት ኦርጅልናል ኮፒ ጋር ሆኖ በሁለት ፖስታ ታሽጎ ከፖስታው ላይ ኦርጅናል ኮፒ ተብሎ ተጽፎ ከሣጥኑ ውስጥ ሊገባ ይችላል፡፡
  6. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረ ሰነዱን 100 ብር በመክፈል ከግ/ፋን/ስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 210 በመምጣት የተዘጋጀውን ሰነድ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  7. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የንግድ ፈቃዱን የማይመለስ ኮፒ የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ 1 ኮፒ ቫት የብቃት ማረጋገጫ የማይመለስ ኮፒ በፖስታ በማሸግ ከጨረታ ሣጥኑ ማስገባት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚሠራው የመንገድ እና የግንባታ ሥራ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ሊኖረው ይገባል፡፡
  9.  ማንኛውም ተጫራች የአፈጻጸም ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  10.  ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን  ጀም ለ21 ቀናት የሚቆይ ሆኖ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሳሳይ ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት የሚከፈት መሆኑን ስንገልጽ 22ኛው ቀን ቅዳሜ ና እሁድ ወይም የመንግሥት የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰአት የሚዘጋ እና የሚከፈት መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡
  11. ጨረታው በ22ኛው ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተኙበት የሚከፈት ሲሆን በጨረታው ቀን መገኘት ባይፈልጉም ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይከፈታል
  12. አሸናፊው ኮንትራክተር ማሸነፋቸው ከተገለጸበት 5 ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ካሠሪው መ/ቤት ጋር በአቃቤ ሕግ ውል መፈራረም ይኖርበታል፡፡
  13. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  14. ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃጥኘት የሚፈልግ በስቁ 033 220 1024ወይም09 14 06 19 73 ደውሎ ማግኘት ይችላል።
