  9.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ 200 ሺህ ብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በኢትዮጵያ ብር በጥሬገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  10.  አሸናፊ ተጫራች የአሸነፈውን ዋጋ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ ማያያዝ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡

For drilling of borehole in addis ketema k/k woreda 10, Addis Ababa

(N9002’28”E38042’49”). Efoyta Bekolfe Marketing Center Share Company is an organization which consists of 80 apartment units, Banks, Offices and above 1092 shops for marketing and selling different types of products.

In relation to this, Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company would like to invite interested Drilling Company to undertake detailed hydrological survey in target location and conduct shallow well drilling on our marketing center.

Dilling companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have;

  •  Renewed and Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged
  • TIN and VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
  •  Certificate of Competence
  • Valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority
  • Relevant professional practical certificate

Procurement Name: Construction of Fuel Station & Installation of 100m² Underground Tanks

Type of Work: The work shall include the construction of civil works and installation of the underground fuel tank at different locations in Addis Ababa.

  1. The Addis Ababa City Government Sheger Mass Transport Service Enterprise has funds within the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of work stated above.
  2. The Addis Ababa City Government Sheger Mass Transport Service Enterprise invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of work stated above. Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction of civil works and installation of underground fuel tanks as per the detail drawing and client’s requirement.
  3.  Interested bidders shall submit the following Qualification Document;
    • a) Eligible bidders shall have a valid Business The license in Construction Grade category of GC3 / BC3 or above renewed for at least 2012/13 E.C. and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance which shall include:
      • i. Its Trading license renewed for at least 2012/13 E.C;
      • ii. Its tax clearance certificate valid at least at bid submission date that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender, and VAT registration certificate; and
      • iii. Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA)
    • b) Relevant professional practice certificates;
    • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open National Competitive Bidding Procedure contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders.

  5. The bid Proposal must be submitted in hard copy.

የባህሉና ቱሪዝም ሚኒስቴር 2013 በጀት ዓምት ሁለገብ አዳራሽና በተጨማሪ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ህንፃዎችን በአዲስ መልክ አስጠግኖ አገልግሎት ለማዋል በግንባታ ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ ተቋራጮችን ማሳደስ ይፈልጋል። 

በዚህ መሰረት፡- 

  1. GC/BC4 እና ከዚያ በላይ 
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 100 (አንድ መቶ) በመክፈል መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡ 
  3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዶቻቸውን በመሙላት ቴከኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል ለየብቻ አድርጎ በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ በእያንዳንዱ ላይ ማህተሙንና ፊርማውን በማሰረፍ አንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ፎቶግራፊከ ኮፒ ሰነድ እያንዳንዱ በተናጠል በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። 
  4. ጨረታው ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በ4፡15 ሰዓት ተጫራቾችወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ዕለቱ በዓል ወይም ዝግ ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል። 
  5. የግብርና ታክስ ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችል። 
  6. የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ያሳደሱ። 
  7. የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ የተኢ.ት. ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው በአቅራቢነት ተመዝግበው መመዝገባቸውን የሚገልፅ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።

  7. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የውል ማስከበሪያ ያሸነፉበትን 10% በማስያዝ አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው በ7 ቀን ውስጥ ውል ካልገቡ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያነት ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡

  11. አንድ ተጫራች ሌሎች ሳቀረሱት ዋጋ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡

  1. The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE) has funds within the Procuring Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement Civil construction works for staff residence for its Gondar Depot located at Gondar Town 
  2. The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for the furnishing the necessary labour, materials and equipment for construction and completion of staff residence for its Gondar Depot 
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures for the Procurement of Works contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all registered Contractors of Category GC/BC grade 2 & 3 with documents evidencing eligibility ((TIN VAT, trade license tax clearance ,certificate of registration for registered contractor status ) 
  4. Bids shall submitted into two separate outer envelopes, the first envelope containing the original and copy of the technical proposal envelopes; the second envelope containing the original and copy of the financial proposal envelopes

Repi Soop & Detergent Plc is seeking proposals for engineering services for the design and construction of substructure civil works, design, supply & erection of steel structure for raw material warehouses in Repi Soap and Detergent Plc, factory compound located at Kara Kore. Services will include design and supply of the necessary, material, labor, equipment and execution of all the work for the ware houses. The offeror shall be a registered contractor of minimum grade 5 and above with previous related experience of steel structure ware house works and should present a business license valid for the current year and VAT registration certificate.

Bidders should strictly follow the following instruction.

  1. A completed set of documents purchased by interested bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /two hundred Birr/ starting Tuesday. September 30, 2020.
  2.  Bidders shall submit one original and one copy of Technical and financial proposals separately to the address below on or before October 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM and must be accompanied by Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand birr) security bid bond. የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያን የቤቶችና ሕንፃዎች አስተዳደርና ልማት ድርጅት በሚያስተዳድራቸው አራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 9 ባለ 12 ፎቅ መንትያ ሕንፃዎች እና አንድ ባለ 4 ፎቅ አፓርታማ እና በስሩ ላሉ ክፍሎች ለእያንዳንዱ ነዋሪ የራሱ የውሃ ቆጣሪ እንዲኖረው ለማድረግ ከሕንፃዎቹ ውስጥ ለሚገኙ አንድ መቶ ሰማንያ ክፍሎች የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ 

አድራሻ በአራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 9 ከዳግማዊ ሚንሊክ ት/ቤት ፊት ለፊት ሮሚና እና ማለዳ ካፌ አጠገብ፡፡ 

  1.  ድርጅቱ ሊያሰራ የፈለገውን የውሃ መስመር ዝርጋታ በጨረታ ተወዳድሮ ለመሥራት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 11፡00 ሕንፃዎቹ ሥር የሚገኙ ክፍሎችን በአካል ቀርቦ በማየት ለዚሁ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00(ሁለት መቶ ብር) ከፍሎ ገዝቶ በመሙላት በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በድርጅቱ ጽ/ቤት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለበት። 
  2.  ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ እና የዘመኑ ግብር የተከፈለበት ደረሰኝ፣ የንግድ ማህበር ከሆነ የመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ፣ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ከሆነ ፈቃዱን ከንግድ ፈቃዱ ፎቶ ኮፒ ከዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዱ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ 
  3. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበት ሥራ ከሚሰጡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 15% (አስራ አምስት በመቶ) የሚሆነውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ (CPO) ከሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ዋናውን በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ::
  4. ጨረታው በ10ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 11፡00 ተዘግቶ በማግስቱ በዓል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት በድርጅቱ ጽ/ቤት የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል :: 
  • ድርጅቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው :: 
  • ለበለጠ መረጃ በስ.ቁ 0111 56 63 37 ወይም 
  • በድርጅቱ ጽ/ቤት በአካል ቀርበው ይጠይቁ፡፡

2. Interested bidders are required to present:

  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Tin number:
  • Trade license on Construction service license renewed for 2013 EC
  • Certificate from ministry construction renewed for 2013 E.C
  • Finance and Economic Development’s registration certificate for the year 2013 EC
  • Registration certificate in the supplier’s list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency
  • Tax Inland revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time.

3. Bidding will be conducted through a NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines,

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) calendar days after Bid opening.

5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO made by the name of Wolkite University and shall remain valid for a minimum of 120 (one hundred twenty days) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses with originals from Wolkite University, Wolkite Town, Gubrea Sub-City, Purchasing and Procurement Directorate Office which is located @ the main campus. 7. Bidders should provide their bidding document to the Purchasing and Procurement Directorate Office, Wolkite University, Wolkite Town, Gubrea Sub-City, which is located @ the main campus, Telephone number: 0113220118/0113220186/01132 20062, before 10:00 A.m. on 21st day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Addis Zemen newspaper :

8.1. The Original and two copies of the technical documentation shall be packed in a separate wax-sealed envelope and marked as “Original technical Document” and “Copies of the technical document respectively and both original and copies shall be in wax-sealed envelope.

8.2 The Original and two copies of the financial document shall be packed in separate wax-sealed envelopes and marked as “Original financial document” and “Copies of a financial document “respectively and both original and copies including “bid security” shall be in a wax-sealed envelope, CPO or bid bond shall be attached with an original technical document.

N.B:-The Technical and financial document should be submitted in a separate wax-sealed envelope.

– Interested Bidders can purchase only one bid document per bid.

– Interested Contractors who have works with Wolkite University can Purchase bid document if their physically accomplished more than 80%.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’/their representatives who choose to attend in person at 10:30 A.m. on 21st day of this announcement on Addis Zemen newspaper @ the Purchasing and Procurement Directorate Office. If there will be public holiday & week end on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Late bids will be rejected

9. Wolkite University reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
