  7. የጨረታ ሰነዱ በስም ለየብቻቸው በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በአንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ኮፒ ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ21ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 6፡00 ሰዓት ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ እንዲያስገቡ ሆኖ ጨረታው በዚህ ዕለት ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሠዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ይህ ቀን ቅዳሜ ወይም እሁድ ከሆነ የሚቀጥለው ሰኞጨረታው የሚገባበትና የሚከፈትበት ቀን ይሆናል። በዓል ቀን ከሆነ ደግሞ የሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ጨረታው ይከፈታል

  4. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ቢድ ቦንድ) ወይም ደብዳቤ ከተደራጁበት ክ/ከተማ ወይም ህጋዊነት ካለው ተቋም የጨረታ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡ 300 ብር ከፍለው የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪ ለተጠቀሰው የማማከር እና የግንባታ አገልግሎት 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (CPO) ወይም ቢድ ቦንድ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

  6. ከአንድ ሰነድ በላይ መወዳደር ከተወዳዳሪነት ሁሉም ላይ ያሰርዛል በተጨማሪም ተጫራቾች ሞልተው ያስገቡት ሰነድ በሁሉም ገፆች ላይ ማህተም እና ፊርማ አለማድረግ እና ላይ ፍሉድ መጠቀም ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
  7.  የበለጠ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለጎት በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት ምህንድስና ግዢ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 204 በአካል በመቅረብ መረዳት ይቻላል፡፡
  8.  አማካሪው ድርጅት የዲዛይን፣ የስራ ዝርዝር፣ የግንባታ ክትትል እና የውል ማስተዳደር ስራ ይሰራል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች በእጃቸው ላይ ያለ ፕሮጀከት 75% እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ወይም በከፍለ ከተማው ላይ ምንም አይነት ስራ እንደሌላቸው የሚገልፅ መረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

Call for Engineering Services Building Finishing works

Marie Stopes believes that every woman and girl should be able to have children by choice, not chance. In Ethiopia and around the world, we work every day to provide family planning and reproductive health services to millions of low-income and under-served women and men. For the last 27 years, we have been working closely with the Government of Ethiopia and other partners to help reduce maternal mortality rates by increasing access to quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services.

With aim of expanding choices for women and couples, we provide SRH services through a network of centers, which includes 17 SRH and 4 maternal and child health clinics, more than 350 socially franchised private Blue Star clinics, and 9 outreach teams. We also support 38 public health facilities to strengthen the existing family planning and comprehensive abortion care services.

Our service delivery channels are designed to reach women and couples most in need with comprehensive, safe and affordable SRH services; operating in all regions except Somali , Benishangul Gumuz and Harari. Our work also contributes to the Government of Ethiopia’s Health Sector Transformation Plan (HSTP) aim of halving maternal and child mortality by 2020 through building sustainable platforms to bring lasting impact on the health status of Ethiopians.

  4. ተጫራቾች የወሰዱትን ሰነድ ሲመለሱ የቴክኒካል ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጂናል ከሁለት ኮፒ በተለያየ ኤንቨሎፕ በሰም በማሸግ የታሸገውን ሶስት ኤንቨሎፕ በአንድ እናት ኤንቨሎፕ በሰም በማሸግ እና የፋይናንሻል ሰነድአንድ ኦርጂናል ከሁለት ኮፒ ጋር በተለያየ ኤንቨሎፕ በሰም በማሸግ የታሸገውን ሶስት ኤንቨሌፕ በአንድ እናት ኤንቨሎፕ በሰም አሽገው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል እንዲሁም እያንዳንዱ ሰነድና ኤንቨሎፕ ላይፊርማና ማህተም ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  5. ዋጋ (rate) ያልተሞላበት የስራ ዝርዝር እንዲሁም የስራ ዝርዝር ዋጋ (rate) ላይ ድልዝ ስርዝ እና ፍሉድ መጠቀም ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች ለመወዳደር ላቀረቡት ዋጋ ሁለት ፐርሰንት (2%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (bid bond or bid security) ወይም በባንክ ትዕዛዝ ሲፒኦ (cpo) በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና(UNCONDIONAL BANK GUARANTEE) ከታወቀ ባንክ በልደታ ክፍለ ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ስም ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የወሰዱትን የጨረታ ሰነድ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ሰዓት በልደታ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ሰዓት ብቻ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  8. . ጨረታው በተጠቀሰው ቀን፤ ሰዓትና ቦታ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. አሰሪው መስሪያ ቤት አሸናፊው ካሸነፈበት አጠቃላይ ስራ 20% መጨመርም ሆነ መቀነስ ይችላል፡፡
  10. በተጨማሪም የትኛውም ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ሆነ በጨረታው ሰነድ ላይ የተጠቀሱትን የጨረታ መመሪያ እና ህጎች አለማክበር በሚያስገቡት የጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸው በሁሉም ገፆች ላይ ማህተምና ፊርማአለማድረግ ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
  11. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

  1. Oromia Transport Authority has secured a budget for procurement work for Construction of Integrated Bus Terminal at Bule-Hora and Waliso.
  2. The bidder can purchase and participate only in one lot.
  3.   4. ስለሆነም ስራውን ለመስራት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና የቲን ምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ከሚመለከተው የመንግስት አካል ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  2. ለሥራ የሚያስፈልገውን የሰው ኃይል፣ ማቴሪያልና ማሽነሪዎችን ሙሉ በሙሉ በራሱ አቅርቦ መሥራት የሚችል BC6 እና GC-7 እና በላይ የግንባታ ሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ሁሉ መወዳደር ይችላሉ።
  3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ዋጋ ሞልተው ሲመልሱ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 100,000.00/አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር /በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም አሠርተው ማቅረብ ሲኖርባቸው በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከአደራጃቸው የመንግስት መ/ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም በማሠራት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣
  4. አሸናፊው ተጫራች አሸናፊነቱ በተገለፀለት ከ7/ሰባት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ በግንባር ቀርቦ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ በ8 ቀናት ውስጥ ውል መያዝ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፣
  5.  ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ሥራ ተቋራጮች ሁሉ የጨረታ ዶክመንቱን ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በመቅረብ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00/ሁለት መቶብር በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፣
  6. ተወዳዳሪ ተቋራጮች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአግባቡ በመሙላትና በማሸግ በ22ኛው ቀን እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡59 ድረስ ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በመቅረብ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፣
  7. ጨረታው 22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 430 ሰዓት በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 በግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ይከፈታል። ሆኖም ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ላይ መገኘት ካልቻሉ መስፈርቱን እስካሟሉ ድረስ በጨረታው ላይ ያልተገኙ ተጫራቾች ፖስታን ጨምሮ ጨረታው በእለቱ ይከፈታል።
  8. የጨረታውን ፋይናንሽያል ኦርጅናል ዶክመንቶች እንዲሁም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ለየብቻ አስተማማኝ በሆነ ማጣበቂያ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግና በእያንዳንዱ ፖስታ ላይ የመ/ቤቱን ሙሉ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ማህተም በማድረግ በተጠቃለለ አንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ሲኖርባቸው ፋይናንሽያል ዶክመንቶች ከኦርጅናሉ በተጨማሪ ኣንድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  9. ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

  1. The Haramaya University now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Maintenance of HU Main Campus Fence and Maintenance & Construction of Fence at Harar Campus. Bidders should have successful experience in the execution of similar works in nature and complexity. Bidders should be registered contractors of category GC/BC class 4 and above having Trade license and construction service certificates valid for 2012 Ethiopian Calendar years, Tax clearance certificates, and VAT Registration certificate. For the last 27 years, we have been working closely with the Government of Ethiopia and other partners to help reduce maternal mortality rates by increasing access to quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services. 

with aim of expanding choices for women and couples, we provide SRH services through a network of centers, which includes 17 SRH and 4 maternal and child health dinics, more than 350 socially franchised private BlueStar clinics, and 9 outreach teams. We also support 38 public health facilities to strengthen the existing family planning and comprehensive abortion care services. 

Our service delivery channels are designed to reach women and couples most in need with comprehensive, safe and affordable SRH services; operating in all regions except Somali, Benishangul Gumuz and Harari. Our work also contributes to the Government of Ethiopia’s Health Sector Transformation Plan (HSTP) aim of halving maternal and child mortality by 2020 through building sustainable platforms to bring lasting impact on the health status of Ethiopians. 

Marie Stopes Ethiopia (MSE) would like to invite interested and potential contractors having grade GC/BC-5 and above (i.e. GC/BC;5,4,3,2 and 1) for maintenance and modification works of government hospitals located in Oromia region region (Kuyu hospital, Dodolla hospital, Adama hospital, and Gedo hospital).

1. Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone Administration Office received budget from national regional state of Oromia towards the construction of Fence, Cafe, Parking, Guard House and Site Work Office in Ambo town with in two consecutive budget years (2012-2013 E.C.)

2. West Shewa Zone Administration Office invites all contractors of category general or building contractors of GC-5 / BC-5 & above with renewed their license valid for the year 2012 E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment & service for the construction of the Fence, Cafe, Parking, Guard House and Site Work Office

3. Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of respective Zone Finance & Economic Cooperation Office up on submission of written application and a non refundable fee of birr 500(five hundred) in cash starting from first date notice viewed on news paper during office hours through Monday to Friday.

4. A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and TIN registration certificate, valid trade license and valid registration – certificate with ministry of construction or Oromia construction bureau, must be submitted attached with the application.

5. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the the bidding documents, from the above mentioned Zone office.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee of 150,000 (One hundred Fifty thousand) birr valid for 118 days after the date of bid opining, the bid security must be addressed to West Shewa ZoneAdministration Office & sealed. 9. Submission and opining of the bid (in respective Him Zone office)

a. The dead line ofbid (both technical qualification and financial offers independently) submission shall  be on or before at 8:00 local time of 21st Calendar days from first announcement date.

b. The original and copy of the technical qualification documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “Technical Qualification Documents” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “TO BE OPENED ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER COMMITTEE” The original and copy of the financial offer documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked as “THE FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS” and both envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other Information indicated on in the data sheet and be clearly marked as “To Be Opened Only In The Presence Of Tender Committee”.

d. The sealing, signing and marking of the bids must be according to guidelines stated under instruction of bidders.

e. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

f. The qualification document will be opened at the same day at 8:30 local time of 21st day from first announcement date of calendar day

g. The financial offer document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of auditor or any other authorized body by the client, until financial offers(S) of qualified bidders are opened publicity.

h. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub criterion and points assigned to the criterion in the data sheet, Each qualification document will be given the score point. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicted in the tender document.

i. Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point, 70% (seventy percent) and above will be opened on the financial  opening date. The financial opened of the bidders who have scored less than the minimum passing point (i, e 70% will be returned un opened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders. Any attempts of submission forged (false) document and / or indication of financial offer on the technical qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.

k. The client shall not bear and responsibility for misplacement of “Technical Qualification document” in “The Financial Offer Document” envelops or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

10. The validity of the bid shall be 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

11. The construction of the work shall be completed with a maximum of 200 (Two Hundred) calendar days from the commencement date of the work & if there is favorable condition (having full budget) the client can minimize the date of completion work.
