የደብረ ፅባህ ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ሕንፃ አሠሪኮሚቴ እየተገነባ በሚገኘው  ሕንፃ ቤተክርስቲያን ላይ ልዩ ልዩ

  • የብረት ደረጃዎችን በራሱ ግብዓት ከነተጓዳኝ ዕቃዎች አቅርቦ ; ሠርቶና ገጣጥሞ ማስረከብ የሚችል  ድርጅትን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በመሆኑም ማንኛውም በብረት ሥራ የተሠማራ ድርጅት ለዚሁ ተብሎ የተዘጋጀውን የመወዳደሪያ ሰነድ ይህ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ከወጣ ማግስት ጀምሮ በደብሩ ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 50(ሃምሣ) በመከፈል ለመወዳደር ይችላል፡፡

  1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከሚያቀርበው የጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር  በዘርፉ ያለውን የዕውቀትና የልምድ ዝርዝር መረጃዎችንና ማስረጃዎችን ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
  2. የጨረታ ኮሚቴው የተጫራቹን የመሥሪያ ቦታ ለመጎብኘት እንዲችል ዎርክሾፑን በተፈለገ ጊዜ ዝግጁ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
  3. ተጫራች ድርጅቱ አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን የቴክኒክና የዋጋ ሰነድ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በማድረግ እስከ ኅዳር 22 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከረፋዱ አራት ሰዓት ድረስ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ቢሮ ማስረከብ ይገባዋል፡፡ ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ አራት ከሰላሣ ተጫራቾች ወይም ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የቴክኒክ ሰነዱ ብቻ ይከፈታል፡፡
  4. የዋጋው ኤንቨሎፕ የሚከፈተው በቴከኒክ ውድድሩ ያለፉት ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ ጊዜውም በሕንፃ አሠሪ ኮሚቴ የሚገለፅ ይሆናል፡፡
  5. ደብሩ ይህን ጨረታ በማንኛውም ጊዜ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብት አለው::

To: all contractors of category GC-5/BC-5 and above with license valid for the year 2012 E.C and can present registration certificate for construction work service from the concerned organization.

1. Amhara Credit and Saving Institution ACSI has invited wax-sealed bids compromising of a financial proposal from eligible bidders for providing the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the construction and completion of

  • Lot -I [Addis Zemen, Estie & Woreta] ACSI Building remaining works.
  • Lot-III [ Mehal-Meda & Sela-Dingay] ACSI Building remaining works.

2. The priced (financial) bid documents may be obtained by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to Amhara Credit and Saving Institution

3. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond, at the bidder option, in any of the following formants: An unconditional bank Guarantee, an irrevocable Letter of Credit and cash, check certified by a reputable bank or financial institution, or payable order in sum equal to 1% of the bid amount including VAT which shall remain in force for 90 colander days from the bid opening date and shall be in separate envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the sum of 10% of the gross bid sum within 15 days from signature

4. Bidders are warned that they must read and comply in full with the “INSTRUCTION TO BEDDERS”

5. The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 180 calendar days from the commencement of works.

6. All bids shall be submitted based on the free market price.

7. The priced bid documents shall be in separate envelopes (one original and one copy)

8. The priced bid will be Evaluated based on financial least bidder.

9. The Bid document can be purchased from Amhara Credit and Saving Institution (ACSI), main office 4th floor room number 403 beginning from the first announcement date until 21th calendar day at 11:00 AM upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500.00 (five hundred birr only).

10. Sealed priced bid documents shall be submitted to Amhara Credit and Saving Institution, room no 05 second floor on or before 21 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:00 Pm hours and shall be publicly opened the day (21 calendar days from the first date of advertisement), and the same place at 3:00 PM hours in Amhara Credit and Saving Institution when the names of the bidders and the amount of their bids will be declared Bidders are advised to attend the opening of the bids,

ተስፋ ድርጅት አገር በቀል መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ግብር ሠናይ ድርጅት ሲሆን በአገራችን በተለያዩ ክልሎች ማለትም በጋምቤላ፣ በአሶሳ፣ በኦሮሚያ፣ በአማራና ደቡብ ክልል እንዲሁም በአዲስ አበባ ባሉን ቅርንጫፎች በትምህርት፣ በሙያ ስልጠ እና በ:ለት እርዳታ ዙሪያ የሰብአዊ አገልግሎት ሥራ እየሠራ ይገኛል፡፡ በአሁኑ ሰዓት በቤንሻንጉል ክልል በአሶሳ ከተማ ባለው ቅርንጫፍ ለሚረዳቸው ተማሪዎች የግንባታ አገልግሎት ማካሄድ ይፈልጋል፡፡

ተስፋ ድርጅት በአሶሳ ለሚገኘው ት/ቤት ተጨማሪ የተማሪዎች የሽንት  ቤት ግንባታ BC 7/8 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ተቋራጮችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሥራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን

መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡

ህጋዊነት መመዘኛ መስፈርቶች

1. ዋና ምዝገባ ሰርተፌክት፣

2. የዘመኑን የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ ፣

3. የደረጃ BC -7/8 ወይም ከዛ በላይ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት

4. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበትን ሰርተፍኬት ፣

5. የግብር መክፈያ (TIN Certificate) ፣

6. የዘመኑን ግብር መክፈላቸውን (Tax Clearance Certificate) ማቅረብ የሚችሉ :

በ. የዋጋ መመዘኛ መስፈርት

  1. ተጫራቾች የሚሰራውን ሥራ አሶሳ ኤርያ ኘሮጀክት ጽ/ቤት ሄዶ በመጐብኘት የሚሰሩበትን ዋጋ በስም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎኘ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸውል
  2. የጨረታ ስነዱን ከተስፋ ድርጅት አሶሳ ቅርንጫፍ 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር /በመግዛት መውሰድ
  3.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የተጫረቱበትን ዋጋ 5%በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ሰነድ (CPO) ማቅረብ አለባቸው።

ማሳሰቢያ

  • ተጫራቾች የህጋዊነት ማረጋገጫ ሰነድ እና የዋጋ ማቅረቢያሰነድ ለየብቻ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል
  • ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚከፈት ሲሆን በመጀመሪያ የህጋዊነት ሰነድ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን የህጋዊነት መመዘኛ መስፈርቶች የማያሟሉ ተጫራቾች የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶቻቸው ሳይከፈቱ ተመላሽ ይሆናል፡፡ ነገር ግን የህጋዊነት መመዘኛ መስፈርቱንካሟሉት ተጫራቾች መካከል ዝቅተኛ ዋጋ ያቀረበው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ይሆናል፡፡
  • ጨረታው በቀን ህዳር 18፣ 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ 8፡30 በአሶሳ ጽ/ቤት የሚከፈት ይሆናል

ግልፅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሰት በሰሜን ወሎ ዞን አስተዳደር የቡግና ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ቡድን ለቡ/ወ/ሴ/መ/ቤቶች አገልግሎት የሚውሉ ግንባታዎችንና የማሽን ኪራዮችን በግልጽ ጨረታ በሎቲንግ ሲስተም፤ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቶች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል።

  1. በአዲሱ የንግድ አዋጅ መሰረት በየዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው።
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር የቲን/ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ።
  3. ግዢ ከ200,000 ብር በላይ ከሆነ የቫት ተመዝጋቢነት የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል
  4. ከውሃ ምንጭ ግንባታ ዉጭ ላሉት ሌሎች የግንባታ ዘርፍ ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ::
  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራቁጥር ከ1-4 የተጠቀሱትንና  የሚመለከታቸውን ፎቶ ኮፒ ማስረጃዎች ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ /ማስገባት አለባቸው።
  6. የሚገዙ እቃዎች ዝርዝር መግለጫ ስፔስፍኬሽን/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  7. የጨረታ ሰነዱን በየሎቱ የተከፋፈለ ሲሆን
  • ሎት 1፡- የFTC ግንባታ ፣
  • ሎት 2፡- የእንስሳት ክሊኒክ ግንባታ
  • ሎት 3 ፦ ትምህርት ቤት ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 4፡ የትምህርት ቤት አጥር ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 5 : የሽድ ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 6፡የመንገድ ፎርድ ግንባታ፣
  • ሎት 7 : የዶዘር ኪራይ ፣
  • ሎት8 የኤክስካቫተር ኪራይ
  • ሎት 9፣ የውሃ ምንጭ ግንባታ ከሎት 1 እስከ ሎት 8 ድረስ ያሉትን ለእያንዳንዳቸው 100 ብር /አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመከፈል እንዲሁም ሎት 9፡- 30 /ሰላሳ ብር/ በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ።

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ / ለሚወዳደሩበት ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የሞሉትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

9. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሀሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆነ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋናና ቅጅ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በቡ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ን/አስተዳደር ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር1 4 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን የግልፅ ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የኤክስካቫተር እና ዶዘር ኪራይን እስከ 15 ኛው ቀን ድረስ ግንባታን የግልፅ ጨረታው አየር ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 21 ኛውቀን ድረስ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በቡግና ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ግ/ን/አ/ቡ/ቢሮ ቁጥር 14 የኤክስካቫተር እና ዶዘር ኪራይን ጨረታው የወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚታሰብ በ16ኛው ቀን ግንባታዎችን የግልፅ ጨረታው እየር ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 22 ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዛው ቀን 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡ የተጠቀሰው ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ከሆነ ወይም በካላንደር ዝግ ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ በተመሳሳይ ስዓት ይከፈታል።

11. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

Invitation to National Competitive Bid for the procurement of Generator and Fuel Tanker Foundation, Dry Latrine, Guard House, Customer Waiting Shelter, Fence Construction Work and Renovation work in different sites of Central North Region

1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid for the procurement of Generator and Fuel Tanker Foundation, Dry Latrine, Guard House, Customer Waiting Shelter, Fence Construction Work, and Renovation work in different sites of Central North Region, to sign a contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s). The bid remains floating from November 16, 2020, to DECEMBER 1, 2020.

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene program (One WaSH National Program phase-II) in the country. 2. የግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ በ ደቡብ ክልል የአጥር kence Construction/ ግንባታ ስራ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

3 በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘዙትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

  • i ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመወዳደር ስዚሁ የሥራ ዘርፍ የተሰራ ሆኖ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃዱና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  • ii.የግንባታ ሥራ ብቃት የሚያረጋግጥ ከደረጃ 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ ማቅረብየሚችሉ፡፡
  • iii. በግንባታ ዘርፍ ስራ ላይ ላለፉት አምስት ዓመታት ቢያንስ ሁለት የግንባታ ስራዎችን በአመርቂ ሁኔታ ሰርቶ ያስረከበ ለዚህም ማረጋገጫ መያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል
  • iV. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (ቫት) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ
  • V የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ወይም በግዥ ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሳይት ላይ የተመዘገቡ
  • Vi. የግብር ግዴታቸውን ስለመወጣታቸው የሚያሳይ ማረጋገጫ የሚያቀርቡ

4. ተወዳዳሪዎች ሰነዳቸውን ሲያቀርቡ የፋይናንስና የቴክኒክ ሰነዶችን ለይተው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣

5 ተወዳዳሪዎች ለስራው የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ መሥሪያ ቤቱ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ባቀረበው የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ የተሞላ ዋጋ መቅረብ አለበት፣

6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 10,000.00 /አስር ሺ/ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የባንክ ዋስትና የሚያሲዙ ከሆነ በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የ118 ቀን የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የኢንሹራንስ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

7. ጨረታው ህዳር 13 ቀን 2013 ዓም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ የተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የዋጋ ማወዳደሪያ ሰነድ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግብርና ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኤጀንሲ ዋና ጽ/ቤት በሚገኝበት ስተርሊንግ ህንፃ 7ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

8. በአማርኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የፍላጎት መግለጫ ኢሜል በመላክ ብቻ በነፃ ማግኘት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

9.ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ማብራሪያ ቢፈልጉ ከዚህ በታች በተገለፀው አድራሻ መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

10. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ደቡብ ምስራቅ ሪጅን በስሬ ፣ ድክሲስ፣ አርቦዬ፣ጃራ፣ አዳባ እና በአጋርፋ ክዎስክ ሾፕ የሪኖቬሽን ስራ REQ No:4046336, 4046339, 4046342, 4046343, 4046344 እና 4046345 ቅደም ተከተል በግንባታ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩና ደረጃቸው GC/BC 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ኮንትራክተሮችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት በግንባታ ዘርፍ የተሰማራችሁ፣ ህጋዊ የታደሠ ፍቃድ ያላችሁና ቢያንስ ሶስት ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ያላቸው በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ደረጃ GC/BC 7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆናችሁ ኮንትራክተሮች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ሕዳር 23 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ አዳማ ከተማ አዋሽ ባንክ ህንጻ 1ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው የመስሪያ ቤቱ ሶርሲንግ ክፍል በመቅረብ ስለጨረታው መረጃ ማግኘትና የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (መቶ ብር) በመክፈል የጨረታውን ሠነድ በመግዛት መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

መስፈርት:

  1. ጨረታው ከጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ ሕዳር  23 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል፤
  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የታደሠ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተ.እ.ታ ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል::
  3. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፊት በግንባታ ዘርፍ የሠሩበትን የስራ ልምድ የጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተገለፀው መሰረት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  4.  ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ብር 15,000.00/አስራ አምስት ሺህ ብር/ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ በኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ስም አሠርተው ከጨረታ ሠነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል::
  5. ተጫራቾች በሰነዶቻቸው ላይ ስማቸውንና ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በትክክል ጽፈው መፈረም አለባቸው፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የወሰዱትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ሲሞሉ ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  7. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ሕዳር 23 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል::
  8. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱንና ሲፒኦ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ አድርገው ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

የግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ቁጥር BHU 04/2013

የቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ከዚህ በታች በተጠቀሰት ሎት ያሉ የተለያዩ ዕቃዎች፣ ግንባታ ሥራዎች እና ተዛማች አገልግሎቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  • ሎት 1፡- የጄኔረተር ግዥ (ወድጋሚ የወጣ ማስታወቂያ)
  • ሎት 2፡- ለተማሪዎች አገልግሎት የሚውል ሎከር መግዛት (በድጋሚየወጣ ማስታወቂያ)
  • ሎት 3፡- የአይሲቲ እና የኤሌክትሮንክስ ዕቃዎች ግዥ
  • ሎት 4፡- የተሽሪከሪካሪዎች ጎማ ግዥ
  • ሎት 5፡- ሜኤ ቦኮ ቃቻ ጋዳ የግንባታ ሥራ ( Building of “me`eebokkoo Qachaa gadaa መወዳደር የሚችሉት ተቋራጮች GC4እና BC-3 እና ከዚህ በላይ)

ስለሆነም በጨረታው በመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታችበተገለፀው መሠረት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

  1.  ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበት ንግድ መስክ በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃዳቸውን (ከነ ዓመታዊ የሥራ ግብር የከፈሉበት ክሊራንሲ ደብዳቤ)፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ተመዝጋቢ ስለመሆናቸው እና በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡበትን የመረጃ ሰነዶቻቸውን ኮፒ ከቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጋር ሰነድ ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ዓይነት ለሎት 1 ብር 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር)፣ ለሉት – 2 ብር 40,000 ብር (አርባ ሺህ ብር)፣ ለሎት 3 ብር 40,000 ብር (አርባ ሺህ ብር)፣ ለሎት 4 40,000 ብር (አርባሺህ ብር) እና ለሎት 5 100,000 ብር (አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር) የጨረታማስከበሪያ በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ (CPO) ወይም በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ጋራንት ቢያንስ አራት ወር ጸንቶ የሚቆይ ከጨረታው ኦርጅናል ሰነድ ጋር ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ቴክኒካልየተጠየቀው ሎቶች የሚቀርበው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጋር መቅረብ አለበት ::
  3. ተጫራቾች ለሎት 1 እስከ 4 ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ህዳር 16 ቀን 2013 ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100(አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ) በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከቡሌ ሆራዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 32 በአካል በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ነገር ግን ለሎት5 ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ህዳር 23ቀን 2013 ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100 (አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ)በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 32በአካል በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡
  4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ቴክኒካል የተጠየቀው ለሎት 1 እስከ 5 የጨረታ ሰነድቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል በመለየት በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒበሚል ተጽፎ በተናጠል ፖስታ በማድረግ በዚህ ማስታወቂያ በተገለጸው ቀንለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡
  5. ለሎት 1 እስከ 4 ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ህዳር 17 ቀን 2013 ከጠዋቱ 4፡30ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከጠዋቱ 5፡00 ሰዓት ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር32 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እንዲሁም ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበትይከፈታል፡፡ ሎት 5 ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ህዳር 24 ቀን 2013 ከጠዋቱ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዥ ክፍልቢሮ ቁጥር 32 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እንዲሁም ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  6. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊልየመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  7. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ከፍያውን የሚቀበል ሲሆን ግንባታ ሥራዎች በራሱ ወጪ ገንብቶ ከፍያውን ይቀበላል፡፡

INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICB)

1. Samara University invites the bid for the construction of works mentioned below table-1 through International Competitive Bidding.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open bid tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia.

3. Interested Eligible Bidders May obtain Future Information and clarification on the bid documents at the address given below. Bids Must be Deliver at the address given below before 10:00 AM (4:00 LT) of the bid closing date.

4. A complete set of bidding documents Prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application at the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 5,000.00(five thousand birr) from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for the bid document will be cash or bank payment. The employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document.

5. All bids must be accompanied by a 500,000.00(five hundred thousand) ETB bid Security, as specified in the tender documents. The bid security shall be in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Local Banks.

6. Domestic bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2012/13 E.C; renewed main registration trade license 2012/13 E.C, Tax Identification Number, valid tax clearance certificate, and Vat Registration Certificate and Foreign bidders Shall present Authenticated documents.

7. Bid closing date shall be before 10:00 AM (4:00 LT) on 46th  day from the first date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on same day, at 10:30 AM (4:30 LT). If the 46th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened at samara university president office Hall at the aforementioned time of the next working day.

8. Pre-bid meeting, for detailed briefing with bidders, will be held 20th day from the first date of announcement of the tender at 8:30 AM (2:30 LT) at samara university president office Hall. If 20th is not a working day, the meeting will be postponed for the next Working day.

9. Samara University Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
