Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is an international organization working for global justice, currently operating in 24 countries. In Ethiopia, NCA is legally registered with Civil Society Organizations Agency as a Foreign Charity. 

NCA has maintained a presence in Ethiopia since 1974, undertaking both emergency and development activities in five thematic programs; namely, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Reproductive Health, Climate Resilience, Humanitarian Response and Peace Building. Currently NCA is working in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Somali, the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR) and Gambela National Regional States and the Addis Ababa City Administration. 

The Humanitarian response program of NCA under Gambella filed office, is implementing WASH Projects particularly Mensuration hygiene management project in Gambella region Jewi refugee camp and part of Gambella town. 

NCA Gambella field office planned to construct two permanent female-friendly latrine with four seats and two iron sheet -superstructure safe space block both in Gambella town and jewi refugee camp using a fund obtained from its own source. Therefore, NCA-G is seeking a wax-sealed bid from eligible and potential contractors who has experience in the area of the assignment. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

  1.  Bidders must have renewed trade licence/ certificates for 2012 E.C. (2019/20 G.C.), VAT, TIN, Registration Certificate and other supporting letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxes for government. Recommendation letter and/or any other proof documents (like Contracts/ POs/ completion certificates etc.) from UN agencies, other INGOs, governmental organizations and local NGOs for performing similar construction activities in the past two years. 
  2. Catholic Relief Services United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents.

In relation with tis, CRS/Ethiopia would like to hire a company or an individual who has the capacity to provide Rub Hall installation (erection) service in Adama and Kombolcha warehouses.

Activities

  • Dismantle the existing two old rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 X 10 mt-in Kombolcha
  • Dismantle the existing two rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 Mt X 10 mt in Adama
  • Erect two big rub halls size 40Mt X 20 mt in Adama.

Please note that all the old sheets and aluminum bars/ pillars will be removed and replaced by the new one

Detail type (pictures) and specification of the rub halls are available in CRS Ethiopia Supply Chain department located in Swaziland Street, Gulele Sub-City, Addis Ababa.

RaDO is a Local Non-Governmental organization working in Ethiopia mainly in the areas of Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (disability), Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS, Community Service/Gender Based Violence (GBV).

RaDO would like to invite interested contractors to bid for the construction of Two Staff Residences at Gure Shembola & Tsore Camp-Asossa.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of ETB 25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand) CPO only, unreturnable Birr 100.00 for document purchase and shall be delivered to RaDO, Addis Ababa Office on submission of tender document on the 7 consecutive days from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).

Thus, RaDO invites all eligible contractors with GC or BC Grade 7 and above who have a license valid for the current year and Registration certificate for VAT & trade

Bid Requirements

RaDO (hereafter referred to as “the Organization’) now invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the constructions described above.

  1.  Complete sets of the bidding documents may be accessed at the Rado Addis Ababa Office Africa Street, upon request starting from 1st day of the announcement.
  2. Bidders are eligible to collect bid document and must indicate clearly Construction of Staff Residences at Gure Shembola & Tsore Camp-Asossa
  3. The bidders should attach their VAT registration and TIN Number registration certificate.
  4. The dates for submission of tender document are on the 7th consecutive Days from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).
  5. The bidder must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each and the envelopes shall then be sealed, signed and waxed , put in One Envelope all Tender Documents then be sealed , signed and waxed and delivered to RaDO at the above stated address in Addis Ababa.
  6. Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Addis Ababa office. If there is public holiday on this date the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.

  8. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
  9.  The winning Bidder is required to comply with Code of Conduct of RaDO up on which this will be delivered to the contractor together with the Award Letter and must be filled and returned back with Performance Bond. If the Contractor fails to do this, the award will be cancelled automatically.

ድርጅታችን ኤስድሮስ ኮንስትራክሽን ንግድና ኢንዱስትሪ አክሲዮን ማኅበር አዲስ አበባ 22 አካባቢ ሌክስ ፕላዛ በስተጀርባ ለሚያስገነባው ባለ 15 ፎቅ ሕንፃ የሾሪንግ ሥራ በዘርፉ ልምድ ያላቸውን ተቋራጮች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል::

በመሆኑም፡

  1. ተጫራቾች በመስኩ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና ለተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበትን ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው::
  2.  ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፊት ሰርተው ላጠናቀቋቸው ፕሮጀክቶች የምስክር ወረቀት /Certificate of Successful completion/ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ::
  3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 100,000.00 /አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር/ በድርጅታችን ትክክለኛ ስም ኤስድሮስ ኮንስትራክሽን ንግድና ኢንዱስትሪ አክሲዮን ማኅበር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ (CPO) ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ጋራንት (unconditional bank guarantee) ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል::
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 /አምስት መቶ ብርበመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት/ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከ2፡30 – 11፡30 እና ቅድሜ 2፡30 – 6፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ/ 5 /አምስት/ ኪሎ ቅድስት ማርያም ቤተክርስቲያን አጠገብ ማኅበረ ቅዱሳን ሕንፃ 1ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው የአክሲዮን ማኅበሩ ዋና መ/ቤት የሎጀስቲክስ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር መምሪያ ቢሮ መግዛት ይቻላል::
  5. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በስም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ እስከ መስከረም 21 ቀን 2013 . ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::
  6. ጨረታው መስከረም 21 ቀን 2013 . ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 415 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል::
  7. አክሲዮን ማኅበሩ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

INVITATION TO OPEN BID FOR RELOCATION 

AND ERECTION OF FUEL TANK 

Repi Soap and Detergents Plc. is planning to do Mechanical works for its relocation and erection of fuel tank with piping work in the factory compound located at Ayer Tena. The majority of the Mechanical work is Relocation tank strength check, piping work and structure work for the proposed plant. 

Hence, the Company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to quote their best offer for the service as per requirements attached with the Bid Document. 

Bidders should strictly follow the following instruction. 

  1. A completed set of documents purchased by interested bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /two hundred Birr/ starting Tuesday, September 24, 2020. 
  2. Bidders shall submit one original and one copy of Technical and financial proposals separately to the address below on or before October 11 2020 at 2:00 PM and must be accompanied by Birr 50,000.00 (fifty thousand birr) security bid bond. The bid security shall be in the form of a Cashiers payment order (CPO), enclosed in a separate envelope & presented inside the Original bid document envelope. 
  3. Bids will be opened in the presence of tender committee, on October 11, 2020 2:30 at Repi Soap and detergent Factory premises. 
  4. The Bidder must accompany with his Bid copy of its Certificate of Registration from relevant Authority, Renewed Trade license, TIN Registration Certificate and VAT registration document, and other relevant documents pertinent to the bid.

TENDER NOTICE 

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF NEW RUB HALL INSTALLTION AND 

DESMANTLING OF OLD RUB HALL SERVICE ATADAMA & KOMBLOCHA CRS WAREHOUSES 

TENDER No: CRS-SC-2020-13 

Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. 

In relation with tis, CRS/Ethiopia would like to hire a company or an induvial who has the capacity to provide Rub Hall installation (erection) service in Adama and Kombolcha warehouses. 

Activities 

  • Dismantle the existing two old rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 X 10 mt-in Kombolcha 
  •  Dismantle the existing two rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 M1 X 10 mt in Adama 
  • Erect two big rub halls size 40 M X 20 mt in Adama. 

Please note that all the old sheets and aluminum bars/ pillars will be removed and replaced by the new one 

Detail type (pictures) and specification of the rub halls are available in CRS Ethiopia Supply Chain department located in Swaziland Street, Gulele Sub-City, Addis Ababa Any interested bidder can come and collect the instruction how the installation is conducted. 

Bidders who are interested to participate in the tender should have and fulfill the following basic requirements; 

  1. A renewed trade license for the sector 
  2. Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates. Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/ Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps, Signatures and Tender No.” 

The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned below into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before October 6, 2020 4:00 PM.

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision’s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) wants to invite capable contractors under category of General Contractors class seven (7) and above, registered, licensed, renewed and valid for 2012 EC (2020GC),for Teza Amba Kebele Trial Bridge (suspension pedestrian bridge) Construction at Libo kemkem Woreda,South Gonder Zone, Amhara Region. The bidder should have specific experience as a prime contractor on construction of Trial Bridge (suspension pedestrian bridge), which should be completed and confirmed by the client/provide project handing over document.

Interested eligible contractors can register at World Vision Ethiopia-Head Office on the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license and upon submitting valid email address of the company during working hours (1:30PM to 4:00PM except Friday(9:00AM to 12:00PM)), From October 06-09, 2020 . The bidding document will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit, From October 12-14, 2020.

The Bidder shall prepare separate envelopes sealed in wax and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” for financial proposal and “original” for technical proposal (no need of copy technical proposal). All envelopes including outer cover envelope shall then be wax sealed. Technical and Financial Proposals prepared and submitted separately but on the same date as mentioned below.

The inner and outer envelopes shall be addressed to the Employer at the address mentioned below and make sure that the envelopes are inserted into the bid box provided to this purpose and sign on the bid document delivery sheet at the address below.

If the outer envelope is not wax sealed and not marked as above, the Employer will assume no responsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the bid.

The document must be accompanied with a bid security in the form of CPO/bank guarantee clearly written to “World Vision Ethiopia” but not insurance, amounting to 1% of the bid offer before VAT for the valid period of 90 calendar days and must be delivered to the address above before 2:30PM on October 27, 2020. Technical proposal will be opened on October 27, 2020 at 3:00PM in the presence of bidder and/ or their legal representatives who choose to attend. Opening date of financial proposals will be held after the evaluation of technical proposals and will be announce to the bidders.

Inspection of document and further information can be obtained from WVE- Supply Chain- Construction Management unit.

Pre bid meeting shall be conducted on October 14, 2020, at 10:00AM at Construction Procurement and Contract management unit office if necessary.
