IFB Title: Finishing and Repairing G+2 Housing in Jigjiga Town 

  1. The Somali Regional State, Housing Development and Administration Agency, invited bid documents from eligible bidders for the finishing and repairing G+2 housing in Jigjiga. 
  2. The Housing development and administration agency of the Somali regional state, invites all interested eligible bidders (BC/GC grade 5 and above) by this national competitive bid (NCB) for the procurement housing of G+2 Finishing and repairing construction in Jigjiga town inside ex-regional government compound. 
  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete bidding document, up on payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 300 (Birr three hundred only) in per bidders from the agency office located the Ground floor inside the finance and procurement room of the housing development and administration agency in Jigjiga, within 15 (fifteen) working days, the first appearance of this announcement during the official working hours. 
  4. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions given in this bidding document. 
  5. A complete set of bidding documents for the finishing and repairing G+2 housing in Jigjiga, by legal and interested bidders that have the following requirements’, Renewed trade license, Vat registration certificate, Supply list certificate from the Somali regional state bureau of finance and economic development, Tax clearance certificate. 
  6. Interest and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Agency. 
  7. All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of the bank guarantee, Cash or CPO and submitted before closing date. 
  8. Bid will be opened in the Housing Development and Administration Agency General Hall in the presence of bidders or their representative on the 15th days of appearance of announcement shall be opened on the next day. 
  9. The original and copy of the bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders. 
  10. The Somali Regional State Housing development and administration agency have the right to rejected all parts of these Bids.

ሎት 6 ከአስቻ ሚካኤል እስከ አስቴር ንጋቴ ቤትና ዋናው አስፓልት ድረስ ርዝመት 294 ሜትር ስፋት 70 ሴ/ሜ ይህንን ለመስራት የተጫራቾች ደረጃ በGC፤BC እና RC ደረጃ 9 እና በላይ የግንባታ ፈቃድ ካላቸዉ ተጫራቾች መካከል በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin number) ያላቸዉ፣
  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ከብር 50,000 (ሃምሳ ሽህ ብር) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (vat) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጨረታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍለዉ ከነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 4 የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት ወይም ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ ተራ ቁጥር 1 ፣ 2 እና 3 የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ አድርጋችሁ መምጣት አለባችሁ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ ለጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ ለሎት 1 ብር 28,000.00 (ሃያ ስምንት ሽህ ብር) ለሎት2 ብር 55,000.00/ሃምሳ አምስት ሽህ ብር/፣ ለኮብል መንገድ ለሎት 1 ፣ 2 እና 3 ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 30,000.00 (ሰላሳ ሽህ ብር)፣ ለውሃ ማፋሰሻ ዲች ለሎት 2 ብር 55,000.00/ሃምሳ አምስት ሽህ ብር/፣ ለሎት 4 ብር 11,000.00 (አስራ አንድ ሽህ ብር)፣ ለሎት 6 ብር 14,000.00(አስራ አራት ሽህ ብር/በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ የሚያሲዙ ተጫራቾች በመስሪያ ቤቱ የገቢ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ በማስቆረጥና ደረሰኙን ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉ ጋር ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨሬታ ሰነዳቸውንና የጨሬታ ማስከበሪያቸውን በሁለት ፖስታ በማሸግ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ማስገባት አለባቸው ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ከነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ለጨረታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 21 ቀናት ሁኖ በ22ኛዉ ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጨረታዉ በ22ኛዉ ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡30 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በነፋስ መውጫ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ይከፈታል፡፡
  11. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. ስለጨረታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0584451374/0258 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  13. በተጨማሪ በአብክመ የግዥ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1/2003 መሰረት ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል፡፡
  14. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡

ስለሆነም፡-

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin number) ያላቸዉ፣
  2. የግዥዉ መጠን ከብር 200,000 (ሁለት መቶ ሽህ ብር) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (vat) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  3. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  4. ተጫራቾች ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 ድረስ የተዘረዘሩትን የሚመለከታቸዉን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸዉ ጋር አያይዘዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  5. የጫራታዉን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጫራታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  6. በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ተጫራቾች የልዩ አስተያየት ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጋቸዉን ወቅታዊ የሆነና ለጽ/ቤት በአድራሻ የተፃፈ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸዉ፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የማይመለስ 100 ብር (አንድ መቶ ብር) ከፍለዉ ከሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 የጫራታ ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡የጫራታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት ወይም ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ ተራ ቁጥር 1፣2 እና 3 የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ አድርጋችሁ መምጣት አለባችሁ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ወስደዉ ወይም ገዝተዉ መወዳደር የሚችሉት 1 (አንድ) ሎት ወይም ሳይት ላይ ብቻ ሲሆን በተጨማሪ GCP production and installation መወዳደር ይቻላል፡፡ከGCP production and installation ግንባታ ዉጭ አንድ ተጫራች ሁለትና ከዚያ በላይ ሰነድ ገዝቶ (ወስዶ) ቢወዳደር ሙሉ ለሙሉ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡

  10. ተጫራቾች የጫራታ ሀሳባቸዉን በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ ስምና አድራሻ በመፃፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ እንዲሁም ፖስታዉ ላይ የሚወዳደሩበትን የግንባታ አይነትና ሎት በመፃፍ ከሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በግዥ/ፋይ/ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 ለጫራታ ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች ጫራታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 30 ቀናት ሁኖ በ31ኛዉ ቀን እስከ ጧቱ 4፡00 ድረስ የመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸዉን ከተዘጋጀዉ የጫራታ ሳጥን ማስገባት አለባቸዉ፡፡ ጫራታዉ በ31ኛዉ ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡20 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በሞጣ ከተማ አስ/ገን/አካ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 16 ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. የጫራታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በዓል ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  13. ስለጫራታዉ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ለመጠየቅ ከፈለጉ በስልክ ቁጥር 0586611890/0221 ወይም በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 በመምጣት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

በምስ/ጐጃም ዞን ገ/ኢ/ል/ት/መምሪያ የደ/ጥግ/ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ለደ/ጥ/ግን/ወ/ት/ት ጽ/ቤት በአልማ በጀት የቁይ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት የመማሪያ ክፍል G+2 ግንባታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ሁሉ መወዳደርየምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ በሙያ ደረጃ ለደረጃ ሰባት እና ከዚያ በላይ GC ወይም ደረጃ 6 እና ከዚያ በላይ BC ለሆነ የሙያ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣

  6. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሣተፍ ከላይ የተጠቀሱት እና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒከመጫረቻው ሰነዳቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  7. የሚገነባውን ግንባታ የያዘ አርክቴክቸራል ዲዛይን/AR/ ኤሌክትሪካል ዲዛይን/EL/ ዲዛይን ዝርዝርመግለጫ ወይም ስፔስፊኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  8. . ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ሲገዙ/ሲወስዱ የማይመለስ ብር 300 በመክፈል ከደባይ/ጥላት/ ግን/ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 በመክፈል ከዋና ገ/ያዥ ሰነድ መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡
  9.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና/ቢድ ቦንድ/ 200 ሺህ ብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያትዕዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በኢትዮጵያ ብር በጥሬገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  10.  አሸናፊ ተጫራች የአሸነፈውን ዋጋ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ ማያያዝ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
  11. . ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሣቡን በጥንቃቄ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በደ/ጥላ/ግ ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ቡድን ክፍል ለዚሁ ለተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሣጥን በስራ ሰዓት ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአየር ላይከዋለበት ቀን አንስቶ ለተከታታይ ለ30 ቀን በአየር ላይ ውሎ እስከ 11፡30 ሰነድ መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡12. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በደባይ ጥላት ግን ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በ31ኛው ቀን እስከ 3፡00 ሰነድ ይመለስና 3፡00 ታሽጐ 3፡30 የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

  13. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀነው፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው እንድትሳ ተፉ ይጋብዛል ፡፡

  1. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤
  2.  የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያላቸው
  3. የግዥው መጠን ብር 50,000.00 /ሃምሳ ሺህ/ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት ተመዝጋቢነት/የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤
  4. ተጫራቾች የግንባታ ፈቃድ ማረጋገጫ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1 እስከ 4 የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ዋና እና ቅጂ በማድረግ ከመጫረቻ ሠነዱ ጋር አያይዞ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታው ሲሞላ ያለምንም ስርዝ ድልዝ መሞላት አለበት እንዲሁም አንድ ተጫራች መጫረት የሚችለው በአንድ ሎት ብቻ ነው ፡፡

  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስታዎቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን 25/01/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በወጣው አካባቢ ግልፅ ጨረታ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8.  ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሀሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋናና ቅጅ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሁለተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 16/02/2013 ዓ/ም እስከ 3፡00 ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡

National invitation to bid for the provision of a hydrological survey and shallow well drilling.

TENDER NOTICE

For drilling of borehole in addis ketema k/k woreda 10, Addis Ababa

(N9002’28”E38042’49”). Efoyta Bekolfe Marketing Center Share Company is an organization which consists of 80 apartment units, Banks, Offices and above 1092 shops for marketing and selling different types of products.

In relation to this, Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company would like to invite interested Drilling Company to undertake detailed hydrological survey in target location and conduct shallow well drilling on our marketing center.

Dilling companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have;

  •  Renewed and Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged
  • TIN and VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
  •  Certificate of Competence
  • Valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority
  • Relevant professional practical certificate

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 1% of bidder’s total offered amount furnished in the name of Efoyta Bekolfe marketing center Share Company in the form of ONLY CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank.   3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚያቀርቡት የገንዘብ መጠን በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ላይ በተጠቀሰው መሠረት መሆን አለበት:: 
  4. ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ በመሙላት የድርጅቱን ማህተም፣ ፊርማ እና መራ ስም እንዲሁም አድራሻቸውን በመግለፅ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

Awash Bank invites sealed bids from eligible Contractors who can provide renewed trade License for the year 2012 issued by ministry of construction for RC/GC Category 5 and above for the supplying the necessary materials, labor and equipment for Warehouse maintenance and construction of compound Road works (Asphalt concrete).

  4. ጨረታው ጥቅምት 6 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ተከፍቶ ከተወዳደረ በኋላ አሸናፊዎችን በስልክ የምናሳዉቅ ይሆናል

በደ/ብ/ብ/ህ/ክ/መንግስት በጉራጌ ዞን በገ/ጉ/ወ/ወረዳ ፋኢል ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ.ም መደበኛ በጀት ለገ/ጉ/ወ/ወረዳው መ/ት/ፅ/ቤት ከቢኔ እስከ ቦልጫመኝ ያለው መንገድ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች 

  1. የዘመኑ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያሳደሱ የቫት እና ቲን ነምበር ተመዝጋቢ መሆናቸውን የሚገልፅ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡ 
  2. የመወዳደሪያ ደረጃቸውም GC7 ደረጃ ሰባት እና ከዛ በላይ የሆኑ ተቋራጮች 
  3. በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተወዳዳሪዎች የሚገዙት ጫረታ ሰነዱን ጠቅሰው በማመልከቻ ሲጠይቁ ተወካዮች ከሆኑ ከድርጅቱ ህጋዊ ውክልና ይዘው መምጣት አለባቸው 
  4. ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 2ኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት እስከ 8፡00 ሰአት ድረስ የማይመለስ ብር 150 /አንድ መቶ ሀምሳ ብር/ በመክፈል የጨረታውን ሰነድ መሀል አምባ ገ/ጉ/ወ/ወረዳ ፋኢል ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 ድረስ በመቅረብ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ 
  5. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ብር 15000 (አስራ አምስት ሺህ ብር) በገ/ጉ/ወ/ወ/ፋኢል ፅ/ቤት ስም ማሰራት አለባቸው፡፡ 
  6.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ቴከኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት ሀ/ ለቴክኒካል ዶክመንት አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ቴክኒካል በሚል በመለየት ለለፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ፋይናሽያል በሚል በመለየት በሰም በማሸግ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው የጫረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ/ከባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ከፋይናንሻል ኦርጅናል ዶክመንቱ ጋር በማድረግ በሰም በማሸግ ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት በሚል በመለየት ይህ ማስታወቂያ አየርላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21(ሀያ አንድ ) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት መሀል አምባ የገ/ጉ/ወ/ወረዳ ፋኢል ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 ድረስ በመምጣት ለጨረታ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. የጨረታው ሰነድ በ21ኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይታሸጋል ከቀኑ 8፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ 
  8.  መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 

ማሳሰቢያ

1. በአፈፃፀም ምክንያት ማስጠንቀቂያ የተሰጣቸው ድርጅቶች መወዳደር አይችሉም :: 

2. ተጫራቾች ተጫርተው ካሸነፉ በኋላ አገልግሎታቸው ጥራት ያለውና ቀልጣፋ ካልሆነ የውል ጊዜን የምናቋርጥ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን :: 

3 ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን በአል ወይም ቅዳሜና እሁድ ከሆነ ወደ ሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይዘዋወራል፡፡ 

4 ሁለት እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ ፕሮጀክት የያዘ አካል መወዳደር አይችልም፡፡

  1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites the bid for the Construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures.
  2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have GC/BC/SC-10 and above Construction Licenses valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year, (EFY, 2012), Trade License valid for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2012), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate and with Registration in the Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA),for the construction of ENA Existing Building Partition Wall for Ethiopian News Agency by providing all necessary Materials, Equipment and Labor which is proposed to be built in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa city, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 04 (around Semen Hotel).
  3.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the OPEN Bid Tendering Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. The bidder should have experience in the construction of similar Works.
  4.   5.  A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopia, Ethiopian News Agency, Address – Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Arada Sub-City, around Semen Hotel); Tel. +251-111-550011, +251-111-264473; BOX 530 from 8:30 am up to 5.00 pm, Mondays through Fridays upon presentation of a duly signed and sealed application letter written in English on the Bidder’s Official Letterhead, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr) after 2 consecutive days from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be Cash Hard and soft copies of the bid documents (drawings in soft copies, PDF) could be hand-picked in person by the bidder’s representative mentioned in the application letter upon presentation of an identification card. The Employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document.
  6. Bid proposals comprising One Original and One Copies of the Technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals should be presented to the address below at or before October 19, 2020, 9:30 am to Ethiopian News Agency Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
  7. All bids must be accompanied 10,000,00 (Ten Thousand Only) ETB Bid Security, as specified in the tender documents. The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Certified Check (CPO) or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
  8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend in person. Bids will be opened at the Ethiopian News Agency office Editorial Hall on October 19, 2020, at 10:00 am hours.

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ 

የባህሉና ቱሪዝም ሚኒስቴር 2013 በጀት ዓምት ሁለገብ አዳራሽና በተጨማሪ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ህንፃዎችን በአዲስ መልክ አስጠግኖ አገልግሎት ለማዋል በግንባታ ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ ተቋራጮችን ማሳደስ ይፈልጋል። 

በዚህ መሰረት፡- 

  1. GC/BC4 እና ከዚያ በላይ 
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 100 (አንድ መቶ) በመክፈል መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡ 
  3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሠነዶቻቸውን በመሙላት ቴከኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል ለየብቻ አድርጎ በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ በእያንዳንዱ ላይ ማህተሙንና ፊርማውን በማሰረፍ አንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ፎቶግራፊከ ኮፒ ሰነድ እያንዳንዱ በተናጠል በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። 
  4. ጨረታው ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በ4፡15 ሰዓት ተጫራቾችወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ዕለቱ በዓል ወይም ዝግ ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል። 
  5. የግብርና ታክስ ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችል። 
  6. የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ያሳደሱ። 
  7. የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ የተኢ.ት. ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው በአቅራቢነት ተመዝግበው መመዝገባቸውን የሚገልፅ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ። 
  8. የVAT ተመዝጋቢ መሆን አለበት። 
  9. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
