The bid bond shall remain in forces for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date and valid for extra 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid.   11. Any bidder who has been terminated in any construction projects in the region, other than Bahirdar city service, within the last two years will be rejected.
  12.  A bidder is allowed to participate ONLY TWO SITE otherwise reject from the competition.
  13. A bidder who does not fix a unit rate for one or more quantified items of works in the bill of quantities will be done without payment.
  14. The successful bidder will be required to furnish unconditional bank guarantee equivalent with the amount of the advance payment. The client will not accept claims in relation to late advance payment and amount of advance payment.
  15. All bidders have to conduct site visit before submitting a bid. The client will not accept any claim in relation to the site and related issues.
  16. 1.The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has allocated a budget towards the cost of the following Road Construction Projects and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under these projects.

2. The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for construction works of the above road projects.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:

a. In the case of Ethiopian bidders, Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Construction with the relevant Categories as specified in item 4 of tables below renewed for 2012 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:

i) Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date;

iii) VAT Registration Certificate; and

iv) Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

b. In case of bidders other than Ethiopians;

i) Business organization registration certificate or Trade License issued by the country of establishment.

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission if the foreign bidder already has on-going or completed projects in the Country; Ethiopia.

4. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified on the tables above and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents. If a bidder is awarded and/or recommended for award of any two works Contracts by ERA six months prior to the bid submission date of the subject projects and until award of the subject projects, the qualification criteria for the construction turnover will be the aggregate of the criteria of the subject projects; and that of the awarded Contracts and/ or those recommended to be awarded. A detailed qualification criterion is stated in the respective bidding documents.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time on Friday.

6. Bidders can apply for one or for all or for any number of projects from the above listed projects under the package and shall submit their bid separately for each project they are interested to apply for. However, bidders may be awarded on the projects under a package subjected to fulfilling of the Qualification Criteria for individual and multiple projects specified in the respective bidding documents based on the Employer’s best economical advantage.

7. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as “Qualification Information and Bid Security” and the second envelope “Financial Bid”, separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on other outer envelope.

8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information first and Financial Bids of qualified Bidders next.

9. Bids must be delivered to the address, time and date specified below. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 for each project in a format acceptable to the employer. Late bids will be rejected. One Original and five Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.

10. The value of total certified payments received in each year shall be adjusted for inflation of Birr value through multiplying by Cn/Co factor, where Cn is value of 1 US Dollar in Birr on the 28 day prior to bid submission date and Co is the value of 1 US Dollar in Birr computed using the selling exchange rate prevailing on the last date of the respective fiscal year.

11. For the Specific construction projects experience requirement, the Contract value of projects referenced by the bidder shall be adjusted to reflect the current purchasing power of Ethiopian Birr by multiplying with Cn/Co factor, where Cn is the current selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr which is taken at the 28th days prior to bid submission date and Co is the selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr at the date of signing the Contract.

The bidders shall submit one big wax sealed bidding document which enclose the original bid document and two copy of the bid in two wax sealed inner envelops duly marking the inner envelops as “Original bid document” and “copy”. The Original bid document includes both the “Original Technical Requirement” and “Original Financial Proposal” and duly marking same and wax sealed separately. The copy should be photo copy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as Original bid document and the Sealing and Marking of the Bids must be according to guidelines stated under Instruction to Bidders (SBD works by PPA 2011).The bid security must be wax sealed separately and must put in the Original Technical Requirement.
  6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application indicating the projects on which the bidder is interested (only one lot is awarded), vat registration certificate, renewed registration certificate, renewed trade license renewed trade registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate and tax clearance from revenue authority to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200 only in cash Starting from the first date notice viewed on the news paper during office Hours through Monday to Friday.
  7. Bids must be delivered on or before 03:00 (in the morning), on the 31st day from the first announcement date (must be on working day) and The Bid (Original Technical Requirement) will be opened on the same day at 03:30 (local time), in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. The Financial proposal of the substantially responsive bidder (bidders who qualifies all technical requirements in technical document) will be opened after notice of Technical requirement result is announced on the notice board.   1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and registration, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, Tin number supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.
  2. Bidders who engaged in Renewed and relevant registration on ministry of construction certification of competency for categories GC-8/BC-7/WWC-7 and above.
  3. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the former maritime building at 1st floor Office No 106 against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from 10th floor.
  4. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price on the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening If the amounts of a bid security exceed 500,000 ETB the bidder shall reduce to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB).

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has allocated a budget towards the cost of the following Road Construction Projects and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under these projects.

2. The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for construction works of the above road projects.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:

a. In the case of Ethiopian bidders, Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Construction with the relevant Categories as specified in item 4 of tables below renewed for 2012 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:

i) Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date;

iii) VAT Registration Certificate; and

iv) Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

b. In case of bidders other than Ethiopians;

i) Business organization registration certificate or Trade License issued by the country of establishment.

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission if the foreign bidder already has on-going or completed projects in the Country; Ethiopia.

4. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified on the tables above and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents. 4. If a bidder is awarded and/or recommended for award of any two works Contracts by ERA six months prior to the bid submission date of the subject projects and until award of the subject projects, the qualification criteria for the construction turnover will be the aggregate of the criteria of the subject projects; and that of the awarded Contracts and/ or those recommended to be awarded. A detailed qualification criterion is stated in the respective bidding documents.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time on Friday.

A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,000 or USD 40 for each project, effective as of December14, 2020. 6. Bidders can apply for one or for all or for any number of projects from the above listed projects under the package and shall submit their bid separately for each project they are interested to apply for. However, bidders may be awarded on the projects under a package subjected to fulfilling of the Qualification Criteria for individual and multiple projects specified in the respective bidding documents based on the Employer’s best economical advantage.

7. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as “Qualification Information and Bid Security” and the second envelope “Financial Bid”, separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on other outer envelope.

8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information first and Financial Bids of qualified Bidders next.

9. Bids must be delivered to the address, time and date specified below. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 for each project in a format acceptable to the employer. Late bids will be rejected. One Original and five Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.

10. The value of total certified payments received in each year shall be adjusted for inflation of Birr value through multiplying by Cn/Co factor, where Cn is value of 1 US Dollar in Birr on the 28 day prior to bid submission date and Co is the value of 1 US Dollar in Birr computed using the selling exchange rate prevailing on the last date of the respective fiscal year.

11. For the Specific construction projects experience requirement, the Contract value of projects referenced by the bidder shall be adjusted to reflect the current purchasing power of Ethiopian Birr by multiplying with Cn/Co factor, where Cn is the current selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr which is taken at the 28th days prior to bid submission date and Co is the selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr at the date of signing the Contract.

  7. ከዚህ ቀደም የወሰዳቸውን የግንባታ ሥራ ውሎች በጥራትና በወቅቱ ገንብቶ የሚያስረከብ ለመሆኑ፤ የግንባታ ጥራት ማጓደል ፤ ማዘግየት፤ ውል ማቋረጥ ወዘተ የውል አስተዳደርና አፈፃፀም ችግር የሌለበት ስለመሆኑ ስልጣን ከተሰጠው ከሚመለከተው የኮንስትራከሽን ኮንትራት አስተዳደር የመንግስት አካል ማስረጃ ያለው በመሆኑም ከዚህ ቀደም የግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ወስዶ በግንባታው ወይም በገጀክቱ የውል ስፔስፍኬሽ እና ማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በሚፈለገው ጥራትና የማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በማጠናቀቅ ለአሰሪው ባለ በጀት መ/ቤት በወቅቱ ያላስረከበ ፤ ውል ያቋረጠ ተጫራች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችልም፤ ለዚህም ማስረጃ ከቀረበ ከጨረታው ውድድር በቀጥታ ውጭ ይደረጋል ወይም ይሰረዛል፡፡
  8. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የግንባታው አይነት በሚጋብዘው ደረጃ መሠረት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ የሚችል በመሆኑ ህጋዊ የፅሁፍ ማመልከቻ ይዞ በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሠነዱን ይህ ጨረታ በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ባሉት 30 /ሰላሳ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ፋ/ኢ/ል/መምሪያ ግዢ እና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ከፍል የማይመለስ ብር 400 /አራት መቶ/ መከፈል የጨረታ ሠነዱን በመውሰድ በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች መሳተፍ በፈለገት ወይም በጨረታው ለውድድር በሚቀርቡት በመረጠት የግንባታ ዓይነት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ከላይ በሰንጠረገቡ የተጠቀሰውን የገንዘብ መጠን ከታወቀ ባንክ በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ በማዘጋጀት ለብቻው በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ከጨረታው ቴከኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶከመንት ጋር በማስገባት ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

  • ተጫራቾች በምርጫቸው መሠረት የፈለጉትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚችሉ ቢሆንም ነገር ግን ከአንድ በላይ የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ማቅረብና መወዳደር የማይችሉ እና ለውድድር የሚቀርቡት በአንድ ጨረታ ላይ ብቻ በመሆኑ ከአንድ በላይ ያቀረበ ተጫራች ሆን ተብሎ የጨረታውን ሂደት ለማስተጓጎል የሚፈፀም ድርጊት መሆኑ ተመዝግቦ ከተሳተፈባቸው ከሁሉም ጨረታዎች በቀጥታ የሚሰረዝ እና ለቀጣይም በሚወጡ ማንኛውም ጨረታዎች ላይ ላልተወሰነ ግዜ እንዳይሳተፍ የሚታገድ ይሆናል።

በደ/ብ/ብ/ህ/ከ/መ በደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን አስተዳደር የደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ጤና መምሪያ በከልሉ ጤና ቢሮ በተሰጠው ውክልና መሠረት ከዚህ ቀደም ተጀምረው ሳይጠናቀቁ የተቋረጡት ከዚህ በታች በሠንጠረዝ የተዘረዘሩትን የጤና አገልግሎት ግንባታዎች በ2013 የበጀት ዓመት ለማስገንባት ፡- በግንባታ መስክ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾን በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ ዮግዢ ዘዴ እያንዳንዱን ግንባታ በሠንጠረዥ በተገለጸው ደረጃ መሠረት በተናጥል አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  3. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ
  4. የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር ያለው
  5. የግብር ግዴታን በመወጣት ስልጣን ካለው አካል ወይም ገቢዎች ባለስልጣን ለበጀት ዓመቱ በጨረታ መሳተፍ የሚያስችለውን የታደሰ የታከስ ከሊራንስ ሠርተፍኬት የያዘ Valid tax clearance certificate /
  6. በፈደራል ወይም በክልሉ የግዢ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ወይም ስልጣን ከተሰጠው የሚመለከተው አካል በዘርፉ በአቅራቢነት በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገበ / Registered in EPPA or PPA Suppliers List /
  7. በአደራጅ መ/ቤት ወይም ስልጣን በተሰጠው በሚመለከተው አካል ለ2013 የበጀት ዓመት የተረጋገጠ እና እውቅና የተሰጠው ማህበሩ የተሟላ አባል በመያዝ በትክክለኛ የማህበር ቁመና ላይ ስለመኖሩ እንዲሁም የ2013 ዓ.ም የሲኦሲ ምዝገባ ማስረጃ ያለው፣
  8. ከዚህ ቀደም የወሰዳቸውን የግንባታ ሥራ ውሎች በጥራትና በወቅቱ ገንብቶ የሚያስረከብ ለመሆኑ፤ የግንባታ ጥራት ማጓደል ፤ ማዘግየት፤ ውል ማቋረጥ ወዘተ የውል አስተዳደርና አፈፃፀም ችግር የሌለበት ስለመሆኑ ስልጣን ከተሰጠው ከሚመለከተው የኮንስትራክሽን ኮንትራት አስተዳደር የመንግስት አካል ማስረጃ ያለው፤ በመሆኑም ከዚህ ቀደም የግንባታ ፕሮጀከት ወስዶ በግንባታው ወይም ለፕሮጀከቱ የውል ስፔስፍኬሽን እና ማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በሚፈለገው ጥራትና የማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በማጠናቀቅ ለአሰሪው ባለ በጀት መ/ቤት ስወቅቱ ያላስረከበ ፤ ውል ያቋረጠ ተጫራች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችልም፣ ለዚህም ማስረጃ ከቀረበ ከጨረታው ውድድር በቀጥታ ውጭ ይደረጋል ወይም ይሰረዛል፡፡
  9. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የግንባታው አይነት በሚጋብዘው ደረጃ መሠረት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ የሚችል በመሆኑ ህጋዊ የፅሁፍ ማመልከቻ ይዞ በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሠነዱን ይህ ጨረታ በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ባሉት 30 /ሰላሳ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ፋ/ኢ/ል/መምሪያ ግዢ እና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ከፍል የማይመለስ ብር 400 /አራት መቶ/ በመከፈል የጨረታ ሠነዱን በመውሰድ በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች መሳተፍ በፈለጉት ወይም በጨረታው ለወድድር በሚቀርቡት በመረጡት የግንባታ ዓይነት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ከላይ በሰንጠረዡ የተጠቀሰውን የገንዘብ መጠን ከታወቀ ባንክ በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ በማዘጋጀት ለብቻው በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ከጨረታው ቴክኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶክመንት ጋር በማስገባት ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

1. In the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia here in after called “Borrower” has achieved from the International Development Association (IDA) (her in after called “loan”) to ward cost of the urban Intuitional Infrastructure Development Program (UIIDP) The “Borrower” intends to apply a portion of funds to eligible payments under the contracts for a cost of construction work of Arbaminch city , Bridge projects.

3. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the form of CPO equal to for 1.1. A birr 50,000.- (Fifty Thousand only), for 1.2. 6. Sealed qualification & priced bid documents shall be submitted to the Procuring Entity: on or before 12:00 A.M at the 30th calendar day beginning from the first date of first advertisement. If the 30th day is not a working day the submission date will be the next working day until 12:00 A.M and shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M hours. Bidders are advised to attend the bid opening

7. Eligibility Criteria: – The bidder whose bid doesn’t  fulfill the following conditions will be said no eligible, thus none responsive:

  • i) Bidders should present Trade License, Registration Certificate from Ministry Construction & Urban Development, Tax clearance certificate from Revenues & Customs Authority all valid for 2012 fiscal year, VAT registration certificate, and Tax payer registration certificate in their technical document.
  • ii) Bidders should submit ONE ORIGINAL AND TWO COPIES for both Technical and financial document in sealed envelope.
  • iii) The original and copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed on all pages by the bidder.
  • iv) Bid security in the required form and amount to be attached with the original financial proposal.

8. The bidders can participate for all bids but the contract will be award for one Project with the client choice.

ስለሆነም

የባህር ዛፍ ሽያጭ

  • 1.1. ኮሌጁ በቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘውን ባህርዛፍ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በዘርፉ ፈቃድ ላላቸው ድርጅቶች /ግለሰቦች መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም መግዛት የምትፈልጉ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ የሚታሰብ 16 ተከታታይ ቀናት አየር ላይ ቆይቶ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠቱ 400 ላይ ጨረታው ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ 415 ተጫራቾች ወይም ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ሆኖም የተጫራቾች አለመገኘት ጫረታው ከመክፈት አያግደውም
  • 1.2 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50 በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ከደ/ማ/መም/ትም/ኮሌጅ ከቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  • 1.3 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • 1.4 ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በፖስታ በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ጨረታው እስከሚዘጋበት ሠዓት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡
  • 1.5 ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት 16ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

ኮሌጁ የጨረታ ቁጥር 02 በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ህዳር 17/2013 በህትመት ቁጥር 80 ዓመት ቁጥር 077 የህንፃ ጥገና ጨረታ ማውጣቱ ይታወቃል፡፡

ስለሆነም የሚከተሉት ማስተካከያዎች የተደረጉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

  • 2.1 በጨረታው የሚሳተፋ ተጫራቾች ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ

በደ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክልላዊ መንግሥት በኮንሶ ዞን የካራት ዙሪያ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ልማት ጽ/ቤት በ2013 በጀት ዓመት በካራት ዙሪያ ወረዳ ት/ቤቶች ጽ/ቤት የኮላልታ ሙሉ ፩ኛ ደ/ት/ቤት አንድ ብሎክ ባለ አራት መማሪያ ክፍሎች እና የመጨሎ ሙሉ ፩ኛ ደ/ት/ቤት አንድ ብሎክ ባለ አራት መማሪያ ክፍሎች ቀሪ የግንባታ ሥራዎችን ለማስጨረስ ተጫራቾችን በግልጽ ጨረታ ማወዳደር ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቶች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

  1. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና በዘርፉ የታደሰ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው
  2. የኮንስትራከሽን ንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው

  8. ተጫራች የሚሰራውን ት/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት ማየትና ማስረጃ ከአሠሪው መ/ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
  9. ተጫራች ተወካይ ከሆነ/ከሆነች/ ህጋዊ የውክልና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡
  10. በማንኛውም በከልሉ ግዥ ኤጄንሲና በዞኑ ኮንስትራከሽን መምሪያ የታገዱ ማህበራትና ተቋራጮች መሳተፍ አይችለም፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች የ2012 ዓ.ም መልካም የሥራ እፈፃፀም መረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  12. ከላይ የተዘረዘሩት መስፈርቶች በሙሉ በሀገሪቱ የግኘr ህግና ደንብ መሰረት ተፈፃሚነት ይኖራቸዋል፡፡
  13. ከዚህ በላይ የተዘረዘሩ መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ 21 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ለእንዱ ብር 100/አንድ መቶ ብር/ ብቻ በኮንሶ ዞን ካራት ዙሪያ ወ/ገ/ባ/ሥ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ከፍለው ደረሰኝ በመያዝ ኮንሶ ዞን ካ/ዙ/ወ/ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የዋጋ ማቅረቢያውን ሰነድ ፋይናንሻል ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒውን እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒውን ለየብቻ ለይቶ በአራት ፖስታ በማድረግ በአንድ ስሰም የታሸገ እናት ፖስታ ውስጥ አድርገው በላዩ ላይ የድርጅቱን ሕጋዊ ማህተም፣ ስምና ፊርማ ማሳረፍ ይኖርባቸዋል። የጨረታውን ሣጥን የሚታሸገው በ22ኛው የሥራ ቀን 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ሲሆን የሚከፈተው በዚሁ ዕለት 5፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይሆናል፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

  • ከዚህ በፊት በወረዳም ሆነ በዞን ውል ገብተው ውሉን ያላጠናቀቁ አያካትትም፡፡
  • ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት በ22ኛው ቀን የመንግስት መደበኛ የሥራ ቀን ላይ ካልዋለ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  • በጨረታው መክፈቻ ዕለት የተጫራቶች በራሳቸው ፈቃድ አለመሟላት የጨረታው አከፋፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጎልም፡፡
  • የጨረታ አሸናፊ በጨረታ መመሪያ መሠረት አሸናፊነቱ በጽሑፍ እንደተገለፀለት ወዲያውኑ ወደ አሠሪ መ/ቤት በ 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርቦ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ 10% በማስያዝ የጨረታ ውል መፈረም አለበት፡፡ይህ ሳይሆን ከ 5 ቀናት በኋላ ቀደም ሲል ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ከጨረታ ይሰረዛል፡፡
  • አሸናፊው ከተለየ በኋላ እራሱን ከጨረታ የሚያገል ድርጅት ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለመ/ቤቱ ገቢ ሆኖ አግባብ ባለው ህግ ይጠየቃል፡፡

በደቡብ ብ/ብ/ህ/ክ/መንግስት በጎፋ ዞን ሣውላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በ2013 ዓ.ም የስልጠና ወርክ ሾፕ ግንባታ ለማስገንባት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በመሆኑንም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች፡

  1. GC/BC – እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸውና በ2013 ዓ/ም ፈቃዳቸውን ያሳደሱ፤ ተእታ (VAT) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው ከሚመለከተው ክፍል የተሰጠ ታክስ ክሊራንስ ከጨረታ ሠነድ ጋር ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ::
  2. ተጫራቾች የአንድ ዓመት ታክስ ክሊራንስ/ TAX CLEARANCE /ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤

  4. ተጫራቾች ዝርዝር የጨረታውን ሠነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ለዶክመንቱ የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 / ሦስት መቶ ብር ብቻ/ በመክፈል ከሣውላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ፤ በግዥ ን/አስ/ር ደ/ሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 21 በመቅረብ የንግድ ፈቃዳቸውን ኮፒ በመያዝ መግዛት ይችላል፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተመሰከረለት CPO ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ 10,000.00 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ ከጨረታው ሠነድ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የዋጋ ማቅረቢያውን ሰነድ እና ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኦሪጅናሉን በአንድ ላይ በማሸግና 2 የኦርጅናሉን ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በመጥቅስ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ መክተት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. የጨረታው ሳጥን ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት 21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ቀጥሎ በሚውለው የሥራ ቀን 400 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዕለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት 430 ሰዓት ሳውላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በግዥ ን/አስ/ር ደ/ሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 21 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ነጠላ ዋጋ ላይ የማይነበብና ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው መሆን የለበትም።
  9. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ንባብና በሂሳብ ማስተካከያ ልዩነት 2% በላይና በታች መሆን የለበትም።
  10. ተጫራቾች አንድ ሰነድ ብቻ በመግዛት መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡

  • አንድ ተጫራች ከአንድ ሎት በላይ መወዳደር አይችልም።
  • ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ (ዋጋ የተሞላበትን ሰነድ) ዋናና ፎቶ ኮፒ የሥራ ማስረጃ ዋናና ፎቶ ኮፒ በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ፊርማ እና የድርጅቱን ማህተም ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  • አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከአሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንት (Bank grant/ Unconditional) ማቅረብ ወይም ማስያዝ የሚችል፡፡
  • ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ14 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 50 (ሃምሳ ብር) ብቻ በመክፈል የጨረታውን ሰነድ ከጠምባሮ ወረዳ ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 11 በአካል ቀርበው መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ በቀረበው ዝርዝር መሰረት ዋጋውን ያለምንም ድልዝ ስርዝ በአሃዝና በፊደል በመሙላት በታሸገው ፖስታ ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ በ22/4/2013 በ8፡00 ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በዚሁ ቀን በ8፡30 ሰዓት ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አዲስ አበባ ቴኖሎጂ ኢንስቲቲዩት በጨረታ መለያ ቁጥር AAiT/Pro/002/2013 ዓ.ም የአልሙኒየም እና ተዛማጅ የኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ደረጃ 5 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑት ተቋራጮች እንዲሳተፉ በሄራልድ ጋዜጣ Saturday 28 November 2020 በግልፅ ጨረታ ማውጣቱ ይታወቃል፡፡ ስለሆነም በዘርፉ ብቃቱ እና ፍላጎቱ ያላችሁ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው እንድትሳተፉ በድጋሚ ጥሪ ያቀርባል፡፡

ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ

  1. ጨረታው በ 09/04/2013 ዒ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ 8፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡
  2. አምስት ኪሎ አካባቢ የሚገኘው አዲስ አበባ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 25 በመቅረብ ጨረታ ዶክመንት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  3. ስልክ ቁጥር 011 126 1381 መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
