  • ለእብናት 2ኛ ደረጃ ት/ት ቤት ለመማሪያ ክላስ አገልግሎት የሚውል G+3 ግንባታ ለማስገንባት ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች የም ታሟሉ ሁሉ መወዳደር የም ትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን፡፡

  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ድምር 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዛዝ/ሲፒኦ/ በእብናት ወረዳ ገንዘብ ኢኮኖሚ ል/ጽ/ቤት ስም በማሰራት ወይም/በጥሬ ገንዘብ እብናት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ዋና ገ/ያዥ ገቢ በማድረግ ገቢ የሆነበትን የገቢ ደረሰኝ ከኦርጅናል የጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ታሽጐ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ደረቅ ቼክ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሣቡን ሰነድ በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ/ፖስታ/ ውስጥ አድርጎ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ በማለት እብናት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡ ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት የመጀመሪያ ቀን አንስቶ ለተከታታይ ለ21 ቀን በአየር ላይ ውሎ በ22ኛው ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
  9. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በግዥና ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 ጨረታው በወጣ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡45 ታሽጐ 5፡00 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ ቀኑ ቅዳሜና እሁድ/የህዝብ በዓል ከሆነ/ በቀጣይ የስራ ቀን በተመሣሣይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  10. አሸናፊው ለስራ በተፈለገበት ሰዓት ለ3 ቀናት ተጠብቆ ካልቀረበ በመመሪያ መሰረት መ/ቤቱ እርምጃ ለመውሰድ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች የዋጋ ዝርዝር በሚሞሉበት ሰዓት ስርዝ ድልዝ ወይም በፍሉድ የጠፋ መሆን ከጨረታ ውጭ ያደርጋል፡፡
  12. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ውስጥ አንዱን ያልሞላ ከጨረታ ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡
  13. የጨረታ ሰነዱን ቢሮ ቁጥር 08 የማይመለስ 500 ብር በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  14. አሸናፊው አሸናፊነቱን እንደተገለፀለት ከ5 የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ እብናት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በመቅረብ የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መውሰድ አለበት፡፡
  15.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡ ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ 40 ቀን ነው፡፡
  16. በጨረታው ለመሣተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 በአካል በመምጣት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 058 4400606/218 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

የግንባታ ግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የሐይቅ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትም/ቤት ተጀምሮ ሳይጠናቀቅ የቆመውን የ1ኛ ፎቅ /የ1st ፍሎር/ ባለ5 የመማሪያ ክፍል ግንባታን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስጨረስ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ከዚህ በታችያሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ሁሉ የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመግዛት መጫረት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽንተጫራቾች ማሟላት የሚገባቸው መስፈትቶችም፤

  1. ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያለቸው፣የሚፈለግባቸውን የንግድ ግብር የከፈሉ፣ ያደሱ፣ የግብር ከፋይመለያ ቁጥር /TIN NUMBER/ ያላቸውና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና ለነዚህም መረጃ ማቅረብየሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው
  2. ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ አስይዞ መ/ቤቱ በሚፈልገው የውል አይነት መስማማት የሚችልና
  3. የሙያ ምዘና የስራ ፈቃድ ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡
  4. ተጫራጮች የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋቸውን በወቅቱ ነጻ ገበያ መሠረት መሙላት አለባቸው

  6. በጨረታ እንድሳተፍ ከገቢዎች ጽ/ቤት ከፍቃድ ሰጭ አካል ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ አስከ 21ኛው ቀን ድረስ ባሉት 21 ተከታታይ ቀናቶች 11፡30 ድረስ ዘወትር በስራ ሠዓት ሐይቅ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትም/ቤት በመምጣት የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብር ብቻ/ በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪ ዋስትና ቢድ ቦንድ ለሚወዳደሩበት ግንባታ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ የተጫረቱበትን 2 በመቶ በባንክ በተመሠከረ ሲፒኦ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  9. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሚጫረትበትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸጉ በ2 የተለያዩ ፖስታዎች በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ጨረታው ከወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት በ22ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ላይ ታሽጎ በዚሁ ቀን 4፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ይህ ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ /ዝግ ከሆነ/ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት የሚታሸግና የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ በእለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባይገኙም ጨረታውን ከመከፈት አያግደውም፡፡
  11. በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ወይም በፍሉድ መጠቀምና አሻሚ ነገሮች ካሉ ከውድድሩ ውጭ ያደርጋል፡፡
  12. ተጫራቾች ከአብክመ ውጭ ከሆኑ በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ ፍቃድ ሰጭ አካል የተሰጠ አጭር ጊዜ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  13. ተጫራቾች ከአሁን በፊት ግንባታ ጥለው ያልጠፉ፣ ያላቋረጡ፣ ክስ የሌለባቸው መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  14. መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ይህ ሲባል ጨረታው በመሰረዙ ምክንያት ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ሲወዳደሩ ላወጡት ወጭ ትም/ቤቱ ኃላፊነት የማይወስድ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

Help for Persons with Disabilities Organization (HPDO) is an indigenous non-governmental organization that works on improvement of the life of persons with disabilities and their families. Hence, HPDO hereby invites eligible bidders for the construction of 3G+0 Special Needs Education Program Implementation Support Centers in 3 Government Schools situated in Debrebirhan, Debresina, and Ataye towns in the Amhara region with the financial support of Diaspora Trust Fund-Ethiopia. 

The bid will be conducted in accordance with 

the relevant Competitive Bidding Procedure and is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Document. 

A. Requirements for Bidders: 

  1. Eligible bidders are of grade 5 BC/GC OT above. 
  2. Bidders should have similar project experience in the construction industry and should submit evidence for it 
  3. Bidders should submit a copy of the following documents: 
  • Renewed trading license for 2012 E.C 
  • VAT registration certificate 
  • Tax clearance certificate valid at bidding date 
  • Supplier registration certificate 
  • Bidders competence certificate from the Ministry of Works and Urban development for the current Fiscal year

  9. የዘገየ ጨረታና በጨረታ መክፈቻ ላይ ያልተነበበ ጨረታ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ሃሳብና ዋጋ ላይ ስምና ፊርማቸውን፣ ቀንና የድርጅቱ ማህተም ማሳረፍ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  11. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ሙሉ በሙሉ በውሉ መሠረት ማጠናቀቃቸው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ሙሉ ክፍያ ይከፈላቸዋል፡፡
  12.  የጨረታ መክፈቻው በበዓላትና በእረፍት ቀን ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ላይ ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡
  13. የተጫራቾች ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን የመክፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጉለውም::
  14. በተጫራቾች ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም ::
  15. ተጫራቾች የሥራ ፈቃዳቸው ያልተሟላ መረጃና የዋጋ ሰነድ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ እንዲኖረው አይፈቀድም፡፡

  17.  የየም ልዩ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት ሣጃ ከተማ ሲሆን ከአ/አ 240 ኪሜ ወደ ጅማ በሚወስደው መንገድ ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡
  18.  አሸናፊው የሆነ ተጫራች ተቋሙ ቅድሜ ክፍያ ለመክፈል አይገደድም።

በምዕራብ ኦሞ ዞን ጋችት ወረዳ የጋ/ወ/ፋ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት በጋችት ከተማ በ2013 በጀት ዓመት ለሚሰራው የተለያዩ ስራዎች ማለትም :

  1. በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ ፍቃድ ያላቸው ደረጃ 6/GC/BC እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ ::
  2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ለበጀት አመቱ የሚያገለግል የንግድ ፍቃድ/ ንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ምስክር ወረቀት ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ::

  5. ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ሰነድ ( ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል ) ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን አስፈላጊ የሆነ መረጃዎችን ለእያንዳቸው አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማቅረብ የፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት በጥቅሉ በአንድ ፖስታ መታሽግ አለባቸው:: 
  6. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ በሰም ታሽጎ ማህተም መመታት አለበት ::

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is an international organization working for global justice, currently operating in 24 countries. In Ethiopia, NCA is legally registered with Civil Society Organizations Agency as a Foreign Charity. 

NCA has maintained a presence in Ethiopia since 1974, undertaking both emergency and development activities in five thematic programs; namely, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Reproductive Health, Climate Resilience, Humanitarian Response and Peace Building. Currently NCA is working in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Somali, the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR) and Gambela National Regional States and the Addis Ababa City Administration. 

The Humanitarian response program of NCA under Gambella filed office, is implementing WASH Projects particularly Mensuration hygiene management project in Gambella region Jewi refugee camp and part of Gambella town. 

NCA Gambella field office planned to construct two permanent female-friendly latrine with four seats and two iron sheet -superstructure safe space block both in Gambella town and jewi refugee camp using a fund obtained from its own source. Therefore, NCA-G is seeking a wax-sealed bid from eligible and potential contractors who has experience in the area of the assignment.

  1.  Bidders must have renewed trade licence/ certificates for 2012 E.C. (2019/20 G.C.), VAT, TIN, Registration Certificate and other supporting letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxes for government.   • Dismantle the existing two rub halls and erect the new two rub halls size 24 Mt X 10 mt in Adama
  • Erect two big rub halls size 40Mt X 20 mt in Adama.

Please note that all the old sheets and aluminum bars/ pillars will be removed and replaced by the new one

Procurement Reference Number AB 14/2020/21

  1. Awash Bank S.C invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of Contractors of Category GC/BC 5 and above for maintenance and modification works of the Shashemene branch acquired the building, which is located in Shashamane town.
  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.
  3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Procurement Division of Awash Bank S.c located at Awash Towers 10th floor room No 10-03 upon producing receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /TWO Hundred/ by depositing in Account Number 015 400005 44500, at AWASH BANK ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM12:00PM; 1:00 PM-4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00AM12:00PM) starting from September 22, 2020, upon Presentation of copy renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate.
  4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of a Cashier’s payment order CPO or unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee letter from local Banks and must be addressed to “AWASH INTERNATIONAL BANK S.C” in a separate envelope. Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will be cause for disqualification.
  5. The bid documents must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 13, 2020, at 10:00 AM in the above-mentioned address.
  6. Bid opening shall be held at the office of Director Shared Services Awash Tower 10th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives, who wish to attend on October 13, 2020, at 10:30 AM

የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የምታሟሉ ተጫራቾች ለሙሉ መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን ይገልጻል ፡፡

  5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተ.ቁ 1 -4 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው አያያዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
  6. የሥራው ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይቻላል፣
  7. ተጫራቾች እያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200/ (ሁለት መቶ ብር)፣ በመከፈል ከደጀን ከተማ ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ፅ/ቤት ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 ይህ ጨረታ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ በአየር ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆይ ለ21 ቀናት ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድቦንድ/ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት ለሚወዳደሩበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ለተራ ቁጥር 1,23.000 ሃያ ሦስት ሺ ብር ለተራ ቁጥር 2 65,460(ስልሳ አምስት ሺህ አራት መቶ ስልሳ ብር) ለተራ ቁጥር 3 20,000 (ሃያ ሺህ ብር) ለተራ ቁጥር 413,600(አስራ ሶስት ሺህ ስድስት መቶ ብር) ብቻ እና በተራ ቁጥር 5 1,000(አንድ ሺ ብር) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ ( ሲፒኦ)ወይም ስሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት በቢሮ ቁጥር 18 በ22ኛው ቀን በ4፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡
  12. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

RaDO is a Local Non-Governmental organization working in Ethiopia mainly in the areas of Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (disability), Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS, Community Service/Gender Based Violence (GBV).

RaDO would like to invite interested contractors to bid for the construction of Two Staff Residences at Gure Shembola & Tsore Camp-Asossa.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of ETB 25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand) CPO only, unreturnable Birr 100.00 for document purchase and shall be delivered to RaDO, Addis Ababa Office on submission of tender document on the 7 consecutive days from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).

Thus, RaDO invites all eligible contractors with GC or BC Grade 7 and above who have a license valid for the current year and Registration certificate for VAT & trade

Bid Requirements

RaDO (hereafter referred to as “the Organization’) now invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the constructions described above.

  1.  Complete sets of the bidding documents may be accessed at the Rado Addis Ababa Office Africa Street, upon request starting from 1st day of the announcement.
  2. Bidders are eligible to collect bid document and must indicate clearly Construction of Staff Residences at Gure Shembola & Tsore Camp-Asossa
  3. The bidders should attach their VAT registration and TIN Number registration certificate.
  4. The dates for submission of tender document are on the 7th consecutive Days from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).
  5. The bidder must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each and the envelopes shall then be sealed, signed and waxed , put in One Envelope all Tender Documents then be sealed , signed and waxed and delivered to RaDO at the above stated address in Addis Ababa.
  6. Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Addis Ababa office. If there is public holiday on this date the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.

  1. The Haramaya University now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Construction of External Fence  for Haramaya University Tony Farm Research Center  at Dire Dawa. Bidders should have successful experience  in the execution of similar works in nature and complexity. Bidders should be registered contractors of category GCI  BC class 4 and above having Trade license and construction  service certificates valid for 2012 Ethiopian Calendar years, Tax clearance certificates, and VAT Registration certificate.
