NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES BID

The Government of the South Nations Nationalities & Peoples’ Regional State, represented by South Roads Authority, has allocated budget towards the cost of construction supervision for the following River Bridge projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for the construction works.

Lot-1

The works to be executed under the contract consist of but are not limited to the following:

• Construction Supervision
• Redesign works and approval of Design changes and
• Approval of foundation elevation

2. The South Roads Authority now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for the Construction supervision works of those River Bridge Projects.

3. The request for proposal documents for the Lot Construction supervision works of those River Bridge Projects was prepared by our office. Every consulting firm that fulfills the eligibility documents can buy the document and they can submit their proposals

4. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;

 (a) Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development or other appropriate SNNP regional Bureaus for the Consultants registration with Category grade three and above renewed for this EFY and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:-

• i. Trading License renewed for this EFY;
• ii. It’s tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of the bids, and VAT Registration Certificate.
• iii. Renewed Business License
• iv. Renewed Commercial Registration Certificate
• V. VAT Registration Certificate
• Vi.Taxpayer registration certificate

5. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Document.

7. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from  1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m from Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 11.30 am and 130 p.m to 5:30 pm on Friday. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB  300.00 (ETB three hundred only) for each Lot projects effective as of 30 successive calendar days starting from the first notification of this advertisement on the  Ethiopian Herald. The final submission and opening date of the proposal will be on the 31^st date of this announcement on the Ethiopian Herald at 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM respectively. If the 31^st date is not a working day, it will be held on the next working days at same time. The method of payment shall be in cash.

8. Bidders shall submit three envelopes, “Qualification Information the technical (one original scaled separately and two copies each sealed separately then sealed all in one outer envelope), Bid Security sealed separately and Financial Bid’ (one original sealed separately and two copies each sealed separately then sealed all in one outer envelope); finally the Qualification Information, Bid Security and Financial Bid’’ should be sealed in one mother envelope.

9. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification information first and Financial Bids of qualified bidders next.

10. Bids must be delivered to the above address on or before 2:00 PM of the above said date. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000 (ETB: Fifty  Thousand). Late bids will be rejected. Qualification information and Bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders/  bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at SRA’s procurement and property administration case teem Room, on the final date and time of bid submission as stated above.

የግንባታ ዲዛይን፣ ቁጥጥር እና የማማከር አገልግሎት ግዥ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጨረታ ቁጥር ብግጨ- 007/13

የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል አቪዬሽን ባለሥልጣን በ2013 በጀት ዓመት የድሬዳዋ ኤርፖርት ወደ ቢከን መስሪያ ቤት የሚወስደው ድልድይ የዲዛይንና ቁጥጥር የማማከር አገልግሎት ግዥ በዘርፉ ከተሰማሩ ደረጃ 3 እና ከዚያ በላይ የመንገድና ድልድይ አማካሪ ከሆኑና የታደሰ ፈቃድ ካላቸው፣ በመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ዌብ ሳይት በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ላይ ከተመዘገቡ እና ወቅታዊ የመንግስት ግብር የከፈሉበትን የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ከሚችሉ ድርጅቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዥ መፈጸም ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች፡-

1. ስለጨረታው አፈጻጸም የሚገልፅ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 /ሶስት መቶ/ በመከፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቢሮ ቁጥር 16 በመቅረብ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
2. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ብር 10,000.00 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ በCP0. ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ደመቻል አለባቸው:: የባንክ ዋስትና ከሆነ ቢያንስ ለ90 ቀናት የፀና መሆን አለበት፡፡
3. ጨረታው ታህሳስ 26 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚያው ዕለት ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ በባለሥልጣን መ/ቤቱ ቢሮ ቁጥር 18 ውስጥ በመክፈቻ ስነ ስርዓቱ ላይ ለመገኘት ፍላጐት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
4. ተጫራቾችቅድሚያ ክፍያ የሚፈልጉ ከሆነ ለሚሰጣቸው ክፍያ አስቀድሞ ተመጣጣኝ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም CPO ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. ተጫራቾች ላለማጭበርበር ቃል የሚገቡበትን ፎርም ሞልተው ከመወዳደሪያ ሠነዳቸው ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ፎርሙ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ተያይዟል፡፡
6. ባለሥልጣን መ/ቤቱ ለጨረታው አፈጻጸም የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

• አድራሻ፡- ቦሌ ዓለም አቀፍ ኤርፖርት አካባቢ፣ ከኢትዮጵያ ኤርፖርቶች ድርጅት ዋና መ/ቤት ፊት ለፊት ነው።
• ለበለጠ መረጃ፡- የስልክ ቁጥር 0116 65 02 27 ወይም 0116 65 02 00 የውስጥ መስመር 116 ወይም 209 በመደወል መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡
