Invitation to Request for Proposal
IFB Title: Procurement of consultancy service

- The Oromia Credit & Saving S.Co (OCSSCO) has allocated/received funds for consultancy service to supervision and contract administration for the construction of 3B+G+G7 High-Density Mixed Residence Building Project found at Kirkos sub-city, Africa venue Bole road.
- The Oromia Credit & Saving S.Co (OCSSCO) now invites all category one (1) consultants to submit sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for consultancy service proposal to provide the consulting service reference above. More details on the services required are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document,
- Request for proposal will be evaluated in accordance of with the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Participation Is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may submit a Request for Proposal to Oromia Credit & Saving S.Co (OCSSCO) to the address below at or before 3:00 p.m. on 8th January 2021. Late submissions shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened on in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend the opening ceremony on 8th January 2021 at 3:30 P.M at the company’s meeting hall located at 7th floor.
- A complete set of bidding document in English may be obtained by an interested and eligible bidder from the office of Finance Directorate, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Br. 300 (Three hundred birr) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm local time (Monday Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security from recognized banks.
