INVITATION TO BID

1.  Amhara Credit and Saving Institution ACSI has allocated a budget for the consultancy service for construction-supervision and contracts Administration work for the remaining work of ACSI Micro finance Building at Woreta, Addis Zemen & Estie (LOT-I) and Mehal Meda & Sela dingay (LOT-III) projects.
2. Interested bidder should have Renewed Grade -5and above trade license and consultancy service certificate valid for 2012 E.C, Tax clearance, VatRegistration, and TIN Certificates.
3. The bidder shall provide evidence of its continued eligibility with the following documents. Trade registration certificate Valid for 2012 E.C• Business License Valid for 2012 E.C• Certificate of competence for Grade 5 and above Valid for the year 2012 E.C• Tax clearance certificate valid for this bid Vat Registration Certificate• TIN Registration CertificateRecent signed and valid power of attorney
4. The bidder shall provide evidence of its technical and financial capability with the following documents along with• Company profile showing the company’s experience and organizational structure, availability of professionals.• The consultant must provide in the consultant certification of compliance from information related to its professional qualification and capability for the current and the last two projects satisfactory completion in consultancy service in consecutive three years before the deadline of this bid in order to prove its professional capacity.• Audit report for the past three years showing the financial capability of the bidder and certified by chartered accountant having valid trade license.
5. The Bid document can be purchased from AmharaCredit and Saving Institution (ACSI), main office4. floor room number 403 beginning from the first announcement date until 21th calendar day at11:00 AM upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500.00 (five hundred birr only).
6.  Sealed bid documents shall be submitted to AmharaCredit and Saving Institution (ACSI), head officeat Bahir Dar room No 205 before 21st calendar day from the first date of its announcement in the newspaper to Amhara Credit and Saving Institution(ACSI), head office at
7.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Amhara Credit and SavingInstitution during office working hours.
8. The bid will be opened on the last bid submission date at 2:30 P.M at Amhara Credit and Saving Institution (ACSI) at Bahir Dar room No 205 in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representative who wish to attend.
9.  Amhara Credit and Saving Institution reserve the right to accept or reject parts or all of any or all expression of bid.
