REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
For
Design Services of Road Projects (International Competitive Bidding)
The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia represented by the Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) has allocated funds for the under mentioned Consultancy Services:

The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites suitably qualified consulting firms to submit sealed expression of interest letter for the above Services. Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Participation is open to all eligible consulting firms. Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their qualifications and should clearly indicate the intention to apply in a joint venture, sub-consultancy or other defined type of association.
Applicants shall submit their company profile along with their expression of interest Letter. The criteria that will be used to assess the expression of interest includes; Eligibility, Performance record of the firm on on-going or completed projects contracted with ERA or other Clients, Experiences (General and Specific), Annual Turnover for Consultancy Service, Company establishment, Number and diversity of permanent personnel related to the service and knowledge and experience in the region.
The required information in the expression of interest submission forms shall be completed. The forms can be otained from Engineering Procurement Directorate, Ethiopian Roads Authority, Ras Abebe Aregay Street, 1st Floor, New Building, P.O. Box 1770, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Expressions of Interest document must be delivered in three (3) hard copies or, electronically to the address below on or before December 08, 2020 at 4:30 P.M.
- Applicants who would like to participate in association shall indicate the form of association specifically as Sub-Consultancy or Joint Venture.
- Performance record of firms will be assessed and considered for the short listing on the projects.
- Applicants shall specifically indicate the project they are interested to participate.
