Invitation to Bid

  1. The Oromia Water and Energy Resources Development Bureau has secured budget from Oromia National Regional State to cover eligible payment under the contract of the construction of civil works, pipes, and Fittings, Electromechanical (Pump and Generator) supply, and Installation for Five Rural Water Supply Projects on Borehole (BH) Sources located in Dugda, Liben Chukala, Adea and Boset Districts of East Showa zone Administration. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders having a construction license of GC-hand above and WWC-band above renewed in 2013 E.C/2020 G.Cfor those registered at Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy or Ministry of Urban and Construction or Oromia Construction Authority, Oromia Water and Energy Resources Development Bureau and also registered for VAT, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and submit valid tax Clearance certificate from revenues office. Moreover, to be eligible for this bid, a bidder should be nonblack listed and a track record of termination of projects with the public body at regional or zonal offices.
  2.   3. Bidding documents can be purchased from East Showa Zone Finance and Economic cooperation office, Adama, ETHIOPIA (P.O. Box 904, Tel:- +251-221-119-986 Fax +251-221-114-921 in front of Adama Chambers of Commerce Floor/Room No. 1/11 for a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ethiopian Birr (ETB 300.00). Each Bidder can purchase one Bid only.
  4. Bid shall be valid for a period of one hundred forty-Eight (148) days and must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of CPO (certified payment order) only as specified in the above table for each lot and must be addressed to East Shoa Zone Water and Energy Resources Development Office.
  5. The bid should be submitted in four wax-sealed documents properly marking the inner envelopes as Technical “ORIGINAL” and One “COPY”, Financial “ORIGINAL” and One “COPY” each of them sealed separately and then the ORIGINAL and COPY of technical document sealed in One Envelope while the ORIGINAL and COPY of Financial document similarly sealed in another One Envelope: These two wax sealed envelopes are then sealed in one wax sealed Main Envelope. The Bid Security (CPO) in its own envelope should be submitted in the Technical Original document.
  6. The bid shall be on air for 21 calendar days as of informed in the bid announcement.
  7. The bid should be submitted to East Showa Zone Finance and Economic cooperation Office, Adama, Floor/Room No. 1/11, on or before 2:00 PM just on the 22nd day, if the 22nd day will not be on the working day, it shall be on the next working day from bid announcement date and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or legal representatives who choose to attend the bid.
  8. Completion time for supply and installation of pipes and Fittings, pump and Generator and construction of civil works of each project shall be Four Months or 120 calendar days for all activities in the contract from the date of signing the agreement
  9. A bidder who fails to comply with conditions indicated under criteria number1 above will not be registered for the Bid
  10. The Office Reserves the right to reject all bids or partially.

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for supply and placing of solid waste collection Bin and construction of Incinerator for Modjo branch office. Up on fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.

  1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and registration, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, Tin number supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.
  2. Bidders who engaged in Renewed and relevant registration on ministry of construction certification of competency for categories GC-8/BC-7/WWC-7 and above.
  3. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the former maritime building at 1st floor Office No 106 against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from 10th floor.
  4. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price on the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening If the amounts of a bid security exceed 500,000 ETB the bidder shall reduce to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB).
  5. Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer separately

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has allocated a budget towards the cost of the following Road Construction Projects and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under these projects.

2. The Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for construction works of the above road projects.

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:

a. In the case of Ethiopian bidders, Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Construction with the relevant Categories as specified in item 4 of tables below renewed for 2012 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:

i) Trading License renewed for 2012 EFY;

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date;

iii) VAT Registration Certificate; and

iv) Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

b. In case of bidders other than Ethiopians;

i) Business organization registration certificate or Trade License issued by the country of establishment.

ii) Tax Clearance Certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission if the foreign bidder already has on-going or completed projects in the Country; Ethiopia.

4. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified on the tables above and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents. 4. If a bidder is awarded and/or recommended for award of any two works Contracts by ERA six months prior to the bid submission date of the subject projects and until award of the subject projects, the qualification criteria for the construction turnover will be the aggregate of the criteria of the subject projects; and that of the awarded Contracts and/ or those recommended to be awarded. A detailed qualification criterion is stated in the respective bidding documents.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time on Friday.

A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,000 or USD 40 for each project, effective as of December14, 2020. The method of payment shall be in cash or direct deposit to ERA’s account in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia – Sengatera Branch through Account No. 01715-33144600. 6. Bidders can apply for one or for all or for any number of projects from the above listed projects under the package and shall submit their bid separately for each project they are interested to apply for. However, bidders may be awarded on the projects under a package subjected to fulfilling of the Qualification Criteria for individual and multiple projects specified in the respective bidding documents based on the Employer’s best economical advantage.

7. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as “Qualification Information and Bid Security” and the second envelope “Financial Bid”, separate sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on other outer envelope.

8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information first and Financial Bids of qualified Bidders next.

9. Bids must be delivered to the address, time and date specified below. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 for each project in a format acceptable to the employer. Late bids will be rejected. One Original and five Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Qualification information and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.

10. The value of total certified payments received in each year shall be adjusted for inflation of Birr value through multiplying by Cn/Co factor, where Cn is value of 1 US Dollar in Birr on the 28 day prior to bid submission date and Co is the value of 1 US Dollar in Birr computed using the selling exchange rate prevailing on the last date of the respective fiscal year.

11. For the Specific construction projects experience requirement, the Contract value of projects referenced by the bidder shall be adjusted to reflect the current purchasing power of Ethiopian Birr by multiplying with Cn/Co factor, where Cn is the current selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr which is taken at the 28th days prior to bid submission date and Co is the selling exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to Ethiopian Birr at the date of signing the Contract.

  7. ከዚህ ቀደም የወሰዳቸውን የግንባታ ሥራ ውሎች በጥራትና በወቅቱ ገንብቶ የሚያስረከብ ለመሆኑ፤ የግንባታ ጥራት ማጓደል ፤ ማዘግየት፤ ውል ማቋረጥ ወዘተ የውል አስተዳደርና አፈፃፀም ችግር የሌለበት ስለመሆኑ ስልጣን ከተሰጠው ከሚመለከተው የኮንስትራከሽን ኮንትራት አስተዳደር የመንግስት አካል ማስረጃ ያለው በመሆኑም ከዚህ ቀደም የግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ወስዶ በግንባታው ወይም በገጀክቱ የውል ስፔስፍኬሽ እና ማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በሚፈለገው ጥራትና የማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በማጠናቀቅ ለአሰሪው ባለ በጀት መ/ቤት በወቅቱ ያላስረከበ ፤ ውል ያቋረጠ ተጫራች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችልም፤ ለዚህም ማስረጃ ከቀረበ ከጨረታው ውድድር በቀጥታ ውጭ ይደረጋል ወይም ይሰረዛል፡፡
  8. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የግንባታው አይነት በሚጋብዘው ደረጃ መሠረት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ የሚችል በመሆኑ ህጋዊ የፅሁፍ ማመልከቻ ይዞ በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሠነዱን ይህ ጨረታ በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ባሉት 30 /ሰላሳ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ፋ/ኢ/ል/መምሪያ ግዢ እና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ከፍል የማይመለስ ብር 400 /አራት መቶ/ መከፈል የጨረታ ሠነዱን በመውሰድ በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች መሳተፍ በፈለገት ወይም በጨረታው ለውድድር በሚቀርቡት በመረጠት የግንባታ ዓይነት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ከላይ በሰንጠረገቡ የተጠቀሰውን የገንዘብ መጠን ከታወቀ ባንክ በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ በማዘጋጀት ለብቻው በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ከጨረታው ቴከኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶከመንት ጋር በማስገባት ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች አንድ ተጫራች ከአንድ ጨረታ በላይ መወዳደርና የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የማይችል መሆኑን በሚገባ በማወቅ በራሳቸው ምርጫ በወደዱትና በፈቀዱት ለመረጠት አንድ ግንባታ ጨረታ ብቻ የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመሙላት እና በማዘጋጀት አንድ ኦሪጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በማድረግ ማቅረብ ያለባቸው ሲሆን አቀራረቡም ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል በተለያየ ፖስታ ተሞልቶ እና ተዘጋጅቶ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ / ቴከኒካሉ ላይ ቴከኒካል ኦርጂናል እና ቴክኒካል ኮፒ በማለት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ እንዲሁም ፋይናንሻሉ ላይ ፋይናንሻል ኦርጂናል እና ፋይናንሻል ኮፒ በማለት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ / ለዚሁ ሥሪ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ በሰላሳ አንደኛው /31ኛው/ ቀን (የሥራ ቀን) ከሆነ ብቻ ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ከ 3፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 6፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ መግባት ይኖርበታል፡፡ ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት 6:30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከሰዓት በኋላ 8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች/ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በሰም አሽገው በሚያቀርቡት የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ካኪ ፖስታ ላይ በጥንቃቄ አስፈላጊውን መረጃ መግለፅ አለባቸው። የጨረታው አከፋፈት በሁለት መንገድ ሆኖ ቴከኒካሉ በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ተከፍቶ ከተገመገመ በኋላ ፋይናንሽያል ዶክመንት ይከፈታል፡፡

በደ/ብ/ብ/ህ/ከ/መ በደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን አስተዳደር የደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ጤና መምሪያ በከልሉ ጤና ቢሮ በተሰጠው ውክልና መሠረት ከዚህ ቀደም ተጀምረው ሳይጠናቀቁ የተቋረጡት ከዚህ በታች በሠንጠረዝ የተዘረዘሩትን የጤና አገልግሎት ግንባታዎች በ2013 የበጀት ዓመት ለማስገንባት ፡- በግንባታ መስክ የተሰማሩ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾን በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ ዮግዢ ዘዴ እያንዳንዱን ግንባታ በሠንጠረዥ በተገለጸው ደረጃ መሠረት በተናጥል አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፡፡

  1. በኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር፣ በክልሉ ወይም ስልጣን በተሰጠው አካል ተመዝግቦ ለ2013 ዓ.ም የበጀት ዓመት ከላይ በሠንጠረዥ በተጠቀሰው ደረጃ መሠረት የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሠርተፍኬት ያለው
  2. በዘርፉ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያለው እና ለ2013 ዓ,ም የበጀት ዓመት ስመስኩ የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ ያለው
  3. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆነ
  4. የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር ያለው
  5. የግብር ግዴታን በመወጣት ስልጣን ካለው አካል ወይም ገቢዎች ባለስልጣን ለበጀት ዓመቱ በጨረታ መሳተፍ የሚያስችለውን የታደሰ የታከስ ከሊራንስ ሠርተፍኬት የያዘ Valid tax clearance certificate /
  6. በፈደራል ወይም በክልሉ የግዢ እና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ወይም ስልጣን ከተሰጠው የሚመለከተው አካል በዘርፉ በአቅራቢነት በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገበ / Registered in EPPA or PPA Suppliers List /
  7. በአደራጅ መ/ቤት ወይም ስልጣን በተሰጠው በሚመለከተው አካል ለ2013 የበጀት ዓመት የተረጋገጠ እና እውቅና የተሰጠው ማህበሩ የተሟላ አባል በመያዝ በትክክለኛ የማህበር ቁመና ላይ ስለመኖሩ እንዲሁም የ2013 ዓ.ም የሲኦሲ ምዝገባ ማስረጃ ያለው፣
  8. ከዚህ ቀደም የወሰዳቸውን የግንባታ ሥራ ውሎች በጥራትና በወቅቱ ገንብቶ የሚያስረከብ ለመሆኑ፤ የግንባታ ጥራት ማጓደል ፤ ማዘግየት፤ ውል ማቋረጥ ወዘተ የውል አስተዳደርና አፈፃፀም ችግር የሌለበት ስለመሆኑ ስልጣን ከተሰጠው ከሚመለከተው የኮንስትራክሽን ኮንትራት አስተዳደር የመንግስት አካል ማስረጃ ያለው፤ በመሆኑም ከዚህ ቀደም የግንባታ ፕሮጀከት ወስዶ በግንባታው ወይም ለፕሮጀከቱ የውል ስፔስፍኬሽን እና ማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በሚፈለገው ጥራትና የማጠናቀቂያ ቀናት በማጠናቀቅ ለአሰሪው ባለ በጀት መ/ቤት ስወቅቱ ያላስረከበ ፤ ውል ያቋረጠ ተጫራች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችልም፣ ለዚህም ማስረጃ ከቀረበ ከጨረታው ውድድር በቀጥታ ውጭ ይደረጋል ወይም ይሰረዛል፡፡
  9. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የግንባታው አይነት በሚጋብዘው ደረጃ መሠረት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ የሚችል በመሆኑ ህጋዊ የፅሁፍ ማመልከቻ ይዞ በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሠነዱን ይህ ጨረታ በብሔራዊ ግልፅ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ባሉት 30 /ሰላሳ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ከደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን ፋ/ኢ/ል/መምሪያ ግዢ እና ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ከፍል የማይመለስ ብር 400 /አራት መቶ/ በመከፈል የጨረታ ሠነዱን በመውሰድ በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቾች መሳተፍ በፈለጉት ወይም በጨረታው ለወድድር በሚቀርቡት በመረጡት የግንባታ ዓይነት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ከላይ በሰንጠረዡ የተጠቀሰውን የገንዘብ መጠን ከታወቀ ባንክ በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ በማዘጋጀት ለብቻው በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ከጨረታው ቴክኒካል ኦርጂናል ዶክመንት ጋር በማስገባት ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  11. ተጫራቾች አንድ ተጫራች ከአንድ ጨረታ በላይ መወዳደርና የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ማቅረብ የማይችል መሆኑን በሚገባ በማወቅ በራሳቸው ምርጫ በወደዱትና በፈቀዱት ለመረጡት አንድ ግንባታ ጨረታ ብቻ የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመሙላት እና በማዘጋጀት አንድ ኦሪጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በማድረግ ማቅረብ ያለባቸው ሲሆን አቀራረቡም ቴከኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል በተለያየ ፖስታ ተሞልቶ እና ተዘጋጅቶ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ /ቴክኒካሉ ላይ ቴከኒካል ኦርጂናል እና ቴከኒካል ኮፒ በማለት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ እንዲሁም ፋይናንሻሉ ላይ ፋይናንሻል ኦርጂናል እና ፋይናንሻል ኮፒ በማለት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ / ለዚሁ ሥራ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ በስላሳ አንደኛው /31ኛው/ ቀን (የሥራ ቀን) ከሆነ ብቻ ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ከ 3፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 6፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ መግባት ይኖርበታል፡፡ ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት 6፡30 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከሰዓት በኋላ 8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች/ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። ተጫራቶች በሰም አሽገው በሚያቀርቡት የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ካኪ ፖስታ ላይ በጥንቃቄ አስፈላጊውን መረጃ መግለፅ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታው አከፋፈት በሁለት መንገድ ሆኖ ቴክኒካሉ በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ተከፍቶ ከተገመገመ በኋላ ፋይናንሽያል ዶክመንት ይከፈታል፡፡

1. In the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia here in after called “Borrower” has achieved from the International Development Association (IDA) (her in after called “loan”) to ward cost of the urban Intuitional Infrastructure Development Program (UIIDP) The “Borrower” intends to apply a portion of funds to eligible payments under the contracts for a cost of construction work of Arbaminch city , Bridge projects.

Up on payment of non-refundable Birr :-500, (Five Hundred Birr Only) for each bid.

3. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the form of CPO equal to for 1.1. A birr 50,000.- (Fifty Thousand only), for 1.2. 6. Sealed qualification & priced bid documents shall be submitted to the Procuring Entity: on or before 12:00 A.M at the 30th calendar day beginning from the first date of first advertisement. If the 30th day is not a working day the submission date will be the next working day until 12:00 A.M and shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 2:00 P.M hours. Bidders are advised to attend the bid opening

7. Eligibility Criteria: – The bidder whose bid doesn’t  fulfill the following conditions will be said no eligible, thus none responsive:

  • i) Bidders should present Trade License, Registration Certificate from Ministry Construction & Urban Development, Tax clearance certificate from Revenues & Customs Authority all valid for 2012 fiscal year, VAT registration certificate, and Tax payer registration certificate in their technical document.
  • ii) Bidders should submit ONE ORIGINAL AND TWO COPIES for both Technical and financial document in sealed envelope.
  • iii) The original and copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed on all pages by the bidder.
  • iv) Bid security in the required form and amount to be attached with the original financial proposal.

8. The bidders can participate for all bids but the contract will be award for one Project with the client choice.

  • 1.1. ኮሌጁ በቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘውን ባህርዛፍ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በዘርፉ ፈቃድ ላላቸው ድርጅቶች /ግለሰቦች መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም መግዛት የምትፈልጉ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ የሚታሰብ 16 ተከታታይ ቀናት አየር ላይ ቆይቶ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠቱ 400 ላይ ጨረታው ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ 415 ተጫራቾች ወይም ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ሆኖም የተጫራቾች አለመገኘት ጫረታው ከመክፈት አያግደውም
  • 1.2 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50 በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ከደ/ማ/መም/ትም/ኮሌጅ ከቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡
  • 1.3 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • 1.4 ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በፖስታ በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ጨረታው እስከሚዘጋበት ሠዓት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡
  • 1.5 ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት 16ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

ኮሌጁ የጨረታ ቁጥር 02 በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ህዳር 17/2013 በህትመት ቁጥር 80 ዓመት ቁጥር 077 የህንፃ ጥገና ጨረታ ማውጣቱ ይታወቃል፡፡

ስለሆነም የሚከተሉት ማስተካከያዎች የተደረጉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

  • 2.1 በጨረታው የሚሳተፋ ተጫራቾች ደረጃ 8 እና ከዚያ በላይ
  • 2.2 ጨረታው አየር ላይ የሚቆይበት ቀን ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ከህዳር 17/2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለ26 ተከታታይ ቀናት አየር ላይ የሚቆይ ሆኖ 26ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 400 ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ 415 ላይ የሚከፈት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ 26ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን በአል ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

  • ከዚህ በፊት በወረዳም ሆነ በዞን ውል ገብተው ውሉን ያላጠናቀቁ አያካትትም፡፡
  • ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት በ22ኛው ቀን የመንግስት መደበኛ የሥራ ቀን ላይ ካልዋለ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  • በጨረታው መክፈቻ ዕለት የተጫራቶች በራሳቸው ፈቃድ አለመሟላት የጨረታው አከፋፈት ሂደት አያስተጓጎልም፡፡
  • የጨረታ አሸናፊ በጨረታ መመሪያ መሠረት አሸናፊነቱ በጽሑፍ እንደተገለፀለት ወዲያውኑ ወደ አሠሪ መ/ቤት በ 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ቀርቦ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ 10% በማስያዝ የጨረታ ውል መፈረም አለበት፡፡ይህ ሳይሆን ከ 5 ቀናት በኋላ ቀደም ሲል ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ ከጨረታ ይሰረዛል፡፡

በመሆኑንም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች፡

  1. GC/BC – እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸውና በ2013 ዓ/ም ፈቃዳቸውን ያሳደሱ፤ ተእታ (VAT) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸው ከሚመለከተው ክፍል የተሰጠ ታክስ ክሊራንስ ከጨረታ ሠነድ ጋር ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ::

  5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተመሰከረለት CPO ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ 10,000.00 /አስር ሺህ ብር/ ከጨረታው ሠነድ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የዋጋ ማቅረቢያውን ሰነድ እና ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኦሪጅናሉን በአንድ ላይ በማሸግና 2 የኦርጅናሉን ፎቶ ኮፒ ለየብቻው በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ሙሉ አድራሻቸውን በመጥቅስ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ መክተት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. የጨረታው ሳጥን ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት 21 ተከታታይ ቀናት ቀጥሎ በሚውለው የሥራ ቀን 400 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዕለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት 430 ሰዓት ሳውላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በግዥ ን/አስ/ር ደ/ሥ/ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 21 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡
  8. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ነጠላ ዋጋ ላይ የማይነበብና ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው መሆን የለበትም።

  • አንድ ተጫራች ከአንድ ሎት በላይ መወዳደር አይችልም።
  • ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ (ዋጋ የተሞላበትን ሰነድ) ዋናና ፎቶ ኮፒ የሥራ ማስረጃ ዋናና ፎቶ ኮፒ በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  • ተጫራቾች በእያንዳንዱ ጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ፊርማ እና የድርጅቱን ማህተም ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  • አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከአሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የባንክ ጋራንት (Bank grant/ Unconditional) ማቅረብ ወይም ማስያዝ የሚችል፡፡

For over a hundred years, Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) has been promoting the interests of people and nature, drawing on its unwavering commitment, specialized know-how, and the backing of 770,000 members and supporters. NABU Is Germany’s oldest and largest conservation NGO with its headquarter In the capital and 15 regional branch offices in almost every federal state of Germany. Over 2,000 volunteer groups around the country support NABU’s work. For many years, our association has also been Internationally active, particularly in Africa, the Caucasus, and Asia. Since 2010 NABU is registered as an international NGO in Ethiopia and has since gained wide-ranging experience in the implementation of projects in the country. NABU’s core expertise in Ethiopia covers planning and establishment of UNESCO biosphere reserves, adaptation to climate change, reforestation, and forest management incl. participatory forest and wetland management, sustainable regional development for livelihood improvement, and capacity building at government and community level.

In order to use our water resources consciously, we all need to understand the importance of preserving their integrity and innovate around its life cycle. Avoid pumping and extracting water from wells, by the means of using rainwater harvesting, which can contribute to preserving this natural resource. Those structures are known for providing extensive advantages for the environment and population, nevertheless being relatively simple, easy to install and operate.

NABU is therefore seeking well-experienced professionals for undertaking the conceptual and structural planning, design development, budget proposal, and construction of rooftop rainwater harvesting system in five different institutions located in five sites in ANRS, within the Lake Tana Watershed area.

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for supply and placing of solid waste collection Bin and construction of Incinerator for Modjo branch office. Up on fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.

  1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and registration, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, Tin number supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.
  2. Bidders who engaged in Renewed and relevant registration on ministry of construction certification of competency for categories GC-8/BC-7/WWC-7 and above.
  3. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the former maritime building at 1st floor Office No 106 against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from 10th floor.
  4. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total price on the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening If the amounts of a bid security exceed 500,000 ETB the bidder shall reduce to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB).

Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization (FIDO) Invitation of Urgent Bid for Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Springs and Hand dua wells

  1. Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization (FIDO) has launched a new humanitarian intervention “Emergency WASH response among IDPs in Leta Sibu, Nedjo and Kiltu Kara woredas, West Wollega zone, Oromia region, Ethiopia” through RRM (Rapid Response Mechanism). For this BID, FIDO will invite a contractor to carry out maintenance and rehabilitation on springs and hand-dug wells in West Wollega Zone. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders having a construction license of WWC-6 and above renewed for 2012 EC and those currently registered with the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity and/or Regional Water, Mineral and Energy Bureau and who have got VAT registration certificate and Tax clearance valid during Bid period from Regional Revenue Bureau or Federal Tax Authority.
  2. Copy of VAT certificate, trade license, and PPA Certificate and Tax clearance certificate must be submitted attached with the application.
  3. Bidding documents can be purchased at Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization Head office Addis Ababa, upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) starting from the 1st day of the announcement (Wednesday, December 9, 2020) On Reporter-News Paper up to 8 consecutive days and will be closed on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 3:00 PM afternoon and opened at 3:30 PM at the same day.   4. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid security of not less than (2%) of offered price only in the form of CPO and must be addressed to Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization and must be attached to the original financial document.
  5. Any contractor who has a termination history with West Wollego Zone Finance and Economic Corporation Office or West Wollega Zone Water and Energy Office, FIDO, and other regional sectors and with bad performance (proved) in their past contractual period may be rejected during technical evaluation.
  6. The contractor must submit performance of previous work experience which is not less than 70% of a similar nature.
  7. Any attempt of submission of forged (False) document and/ or indication of financial offers on the qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.
  8. The bid must be clearly marked by “bidders name, address, legal stamp, and reference number.
  9. The bidder has to deliver in a wax seal envelope in two separate envelopes, one for financial documents, CPO at least for three months from the date of bid opening and necessary documents, and the other one for technical documents. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevail. And all documents are sealed within One Mother Envelope.
  10.  Partial bidding is not allowed.
