Invitation To Compete for Architectural Design Competition
ENAT Bank S.C. invites Class I architectural design firms to apply for participation in a national, one stage, open architectural competition it intends to promote for its Headquarter building in the Central Business District, Lidetta Sub-City Woreda 09.
The design of the building will be selected through a Quality and Cost based selection (QCBS) procedure oriented, one-stage architectural design competition. The scope of services of the contract for architect’s services to be concluded with the overall winner of the competition will consist of design services in three stages, concept design (schematic), design development (preliminary) and construction documentation (final) in all disciplines and construction management services, including contract administration, on-site supervision and author control supervision.
Interested Class I Consulting Architects (CA) or Consulting Architect and Engineers (CAE) design firms may send their full address particulars to enatcomp@gmail.com to participate in the competition. Design firms will be advised to register for the competition through the principal email address they have provided by presenting a duly address they have provided by presenting a duly renewed registration certificate issued by the Addis Ababa Construction Bureau or equivalent Regional Bureaus, starting 16 November 2020. The documents shall be presented to the Project Coordinator, Ground Floor, Senga Tera Condominium, Bldg. No. 01, Shop No. 05, (past Oromia International Bank Oda Branch ), on or before 20 November 2020, during working hours,
