ZOA Relief Hope | Recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Charities and Societies Agency as Foreign Charity under registration certificate number 0739 to work in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support the lives of refugees, returnees, internally displaced and victims of conflicts and natural disasters.
ZOA Relief /Hope/Recovery has planned to construct Mixed Purpose Kitchen and Store (permeant structure) and including the supply of material and commissioning of the constructions as summarized below.

Interested eligible Suppliers shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents:

- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
- Copy of TIN Certificate
- Bid Security Bond of 2% ETB CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of ZOA Hope Recovery
- Relevant documents which can show past performance and experience on similar works
- Right supply category
Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
ZOA reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids. Bid documents can be obtained from ZOA Relief Hope Recovery, Country Office in Addis Ababa located on the way from 22 to Bole opposite to NEW DAY CENTRAL Hotel about 150 meters from the main road and ZOA Gambella Program office located at Kebele,02, near Baro Gambella Hotel (Ethiopia Hotel), in hardcopy form according to the details provided below:
