The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia SNNPR Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP),and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of shallow well drilling and construction works.
The SNNPRS Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP)via Salamago Pastoral Affair Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of 3 (three) Shallow well drilling and construction work.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants be World Bank Borrowers date Dec 20,2016, November 1,2017 and August 1,2018 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from SNNPRS Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP), Yishak Deban, Salamago Woreda Procurement Officer, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 hour’s local time at the address given below.
A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 100.00(One hundred Birr only).
The method of payment will be cash. The document will be sent to the address below by physical delivery process.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 29, 2021, 15:00 local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on Jan 29, 2021, 15:30 local time.
All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 15,000.00 ETB addresses referred to above are:
