The conceptual and structural planning, design development, and construction of a rooftop rainwater harvesting system at five sites in the Lake Tana area, Ethiopia.

For over a hundred years, Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) has been promoting the interests of people and nature, drawing on its unwavering commitment, specialized know-how, and the backing of 770,000 members and supporters. NABU Is Germany’s oldest and largest conservation NGO with its headquarter In the capital and 15 regional branch offices in almost every federal state of Germany. Over 2,000 volunteer groups around the country support NABU’s work. For many years, our association has also been Internationally active, particularly in Africa, the Caucasus, and Asia. Since 2010 NABU is registered as an international NGO in Ethiopia and has since gained wide-ranging experience in the implementation of projects in the country. NABU’s core expertise in Ethiopia covers planning and establishment of UNESCO biosphere reserves, adaptation to climate change, reforestation, and forest management incl. participatory forest and wetland management, sustainable regional development for livelihood improvement, and capacity building at government and community level.

In order to use our water resources consciously, we all need to understand the importance of preserving their integrity and innovate around its life cycle. Avoid pumping and extracting water from wells, by the means of using rainwater harvesting, which can contribute to preserving this natural resource. Those structures are known for providing extensive advantages for the environment and population, nevertheless being relatively simple, easy to install and operate.

NABU is therefore seeking well-experienced professionals for undertaking the conceptual and structural planning, design development, budget proposal, and construction of rooftop rainwater harvesting system in five different institutions located in five sites in ANRS, within the Lake Tana Watershed area.

  1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and registration, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, Tin number supplier list registration certificate with technical proposal.

OPEN TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INSTITUTIONAL LATRINE AND REHABILITATION OF WATER SOURCES

Cordaid is the Catholic Organization for Relief and Development Aid. Inspired by compassion, solidarity, and subsidiarity, we see it as our mission to reduce fragility and the vulnerability of people where it is most needed and most difficult: in fragile and conflict-affected areas.

Cordaid has been operating in Ethiopia since 2006, with thematic areas including health, resilience, private sector development, and humanitarian aid. Currently, the Cordaid Ethiopia program office has secured a budget for WASH intervention to prevent and control COVID-19 in Artuma Fursi Woreda, Oromo Zone, Amhara region. Potential bidders are invited to get two WASH services such as the Construction of three Institutional Latrines and the Rehabilitation of four Water Points. Specific requirements are below.

1. Construction of Institutional latrine

Cordaid Ethiopia would like to invite potential contractors to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate sufficient resources for the construction of the water supply Project.

Bidders should with Federal or Regional Construction Bureau and who have a category of GC-5 their license for the year of 2013 EC and who have VAT both Trade license, Tax clearance and TIN registration certificate. Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids according to the following bid instruction. 2. Rehabilitation of Water Points

Cordaid Ethiopia would like to invite potential contractors to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to rehabilitate Water Points in Chefa Robit, Ashewa Lute, Artuma, and Chereti Kebeles of Artuma Fursi Woreda, Amhara region. Bidders shall have registered with Federal or Regional eligible license with the category of WWC-4 for the year of 2013 E.C and who have VAT, both Trade license, Tax clearance and TIN registration certificate.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids as per the following bid instructions

  1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Cordaid procurement procedures.
  2. Bidders should submit wax sealed and labeled properly bidding document which encloses wax-sealed envelopes of original documents and copies. This shall be produced in different wax-sealed envelopes and labeled as “original documents” and “copies”. Original documents shall enclose one outer envelope that contains a separate envelope of original technical and financial offers.
  3. Bidders should ensure that completed bid documents are submitted. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid.
  4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application.
  5. Bids must be delivered on or before December 23, 2020, on the 10 working days from the first announcement date. And the bid is valid for 20 days after the bid submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the contract amount which will be payable on the first demand to client security in an acceptable form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee and the bid security must address the employer. Late bids shall be rejected.
  6. This project is assumed to be finished in 40 calendar days and the office has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
  7. The completed set of tender documents shall be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope indicating the ‘Tender no” and the name’ with identifying the sender and addressed to below address properly bounded in ‘Original’ and ‘Copy’, financial proposals and provide bid bond of 2% of proposed price contract amount on the opening date of the bid documents: on or before Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at 4:30 PM. The bid will be opened on December 24, 2020, at the Cordaid Addis Ababa country office.

  1.  Yirgacheffe City Office of Finance and Economic Development (OFED) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of a bridge at Fete River
  2. . Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Biding and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በሀድያ ዞን የሆሳዕና ደም ባንክ ለሚያሰራው የG+1 ህንጻ ግንባታ እድሳት ሥራ የሥራ ተቋራጮችን አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት፡-

  1. ደረጃቸው BC/GC-7 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ለዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ፈቃድ፣ የከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር ምዝገባ ምስከር ወረቀት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ወረቀት፣ የግብር ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከደም ባንኩ ግዥ ፋይ/ን/አስተዳደር ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ አስከ 20ኛው ቀን ድረስ የማይመለስ ብር 200/ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ባለፈቃዱ ወይም ሕጋዊ ተወካዩ አንድ ኮፒ የሰነድ ማስረጃ በመያዝ መግዛት ይችላል፡፡
  2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአሠሪው መ/ቤት ስም 60,000/ስልሳ ሺህ ብር/ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና unconditional bank guarantee letter/ ከፋይናንሻል ሰነድ ጋር ፓስታ በሰም አሽገውና ማህተም በማድረግ ፈርመው ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
  3. ተጫራቶች አስፈላጊውን ዕቃና ሠራተኛ አቅርበው ሥራውን የሚሠሩበትን የፋይናንሻል ኘሮፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናል ሁለት ፎቶ ግራፊከ ኮፒ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሰነዶችን ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ እንዲሁም አራቱንም ሰነዶች በሌላ አንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በሰም አሽጐና የፕሮጀክቱን ስም ጠቅሶ የቴክኒካል ፕርፖዛል አንድ ኦርጂናል ሁለት ፎቶ ግራፊክ ኮፒ ሰነዶች እንዲሁም ኦርጂናል ቴክኒካል ሀሳብ የያዘ ሰነድ (Bidder Certification of Compliance) ለየብቻው በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ በማድረግ አራቱንም የቴከኒካል ሰነዶች በሌላ አንድ ማጠቃለያ ፖስታ በሰም አሽጐና ሁለቱንም የቴከኒካል እንዲሁም የፋይናንሻል ፖስታዎች በአንድ ማጠቃለያ እናት ፖስታ በማድረግ የፕሮጀክቱን ስም ጠቅሶ ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 21ኛው ተከታታይ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በእጅ የተሞሉ ኮፒ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ከጨረታው ውድድር ውጭ ያደርጋል። የአገልግሎት ዋጋው በሰነዱ ላይ በተዘጋጀው ቦታ በአሃዝና በፊደል መሞላት ይኖርባቸዋል። ኦርጂናል የቴክኒካል ሃሣብ የያዘ ሰነድ Bidder Certification of Compliance) ተፈርሞና ታሽጉ መመለስ አለበት፡፡ የቴክኒካል ሃሣብ የያዘውን ሰነድ (Bidder Certification of Compliance) አለመመለስ ከውድድር ውጭ ያደርጋል፡፡
  4. ጨረታው በ21ኛው ቀን በ4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ መኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በደም ባንኩ ግዥ ፋይ/ን/አስተዳደር የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል። 21ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በሚቀጥው የሥራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡ ደም ባንኩ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
  • ማሳሰቢያ፡- አዲሱ የተሻሻለው የደ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናል:: በዞኑ ውስጥ ሶስትና ከዚያ በላይ ስራ ያላቸው ተቋራጮች መሳተፍ አይችሉም::

በአማራ ክልል በሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን የሀ/ማ/ከ/ወ ገ/ኢ/ት/ ፅ/ቤት በወረዳው ለሚገኙ ሴ/መ/ቤቶች ለ2013 በጀት ዓመት ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል ፤

  1. የጽህፈት መሳሪያዎች ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ
  2. ቋሚ አላቂ እቃ ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ
  3. ኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ
  4. የተዘጋጁ ደንብ ልብስ ፣ብትን ጨርቅ፣ ጫማዎችና ልብስ ስፌት ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ
  5. ፈርኒቸር ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ
  6. የእንስሳት መድሀኒት ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ

ስለዚህ:

  1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው
  2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /TIN/ ያላቸው እና የታደሰ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት የአቅራቢነት ማስረጃ ያላቸው
  3. የግዥው መጠን ብር 200000 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /VAT/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክርነት ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው
  5. የሚገዙ እቃዎችን አይነት ዝርዝር መግለጫ /ስፔስፊክሽን) ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ማግኘት ይችላሉ::
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50/ሀምሳ ብር/ብቻ በመክፈል ከግዥ/ን/አስ/ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 ማግኘት ይችላሉ
  7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድለሚወዳደሩበት የእቃውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ /ሲፒኦ/ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይችላሉ፡፡
  8. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ሁለት ቅጅዎች ማለትም ዋናና ቅጅ በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በሀ/ማ/ከ/ወ/ገ/ኢ/ት/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ን/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 330 ሰዓት ድረስ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል
  9. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ግዥ የን/ አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 400 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ 16ኛው ቀን በዓል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
  10. ተጫራቹ ናሙና ለሚያስፈልጋቸው እቃዎች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ ከሁለት ቀን በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ መቻል አለበት፡፡
  11. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን እንዳዋጭነቱ በተናጠል ወይም በጥቅል ሊሰጥ ይችላል፡፡
  12. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  13. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0116190146/148 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

  1. የዘመኑ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያሳደሱ የቫት እና ቲን ነምበር ተመዝጋቢ መሆናቸውን የሚገልፅ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡

  6.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ቴከኒካል እና ፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት ሀ/ለቴክኒካል ዶክመንት አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ቴክኒካል በሚል በመለየት ለለፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ በማድረግ ፋይናንሻል በሚል በመለየት በሰም በማሸግ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ/ከባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ከፋይናንሻል ኦርጅናል ዶከመንቱ ጋር በማድረግ በሰም በማሸግ ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት በሚል በመለየት ይህ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 (አስራ አምስት) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት እስከ 8፡00 መሀል አምባ የገ/ጉ/ወ/ወረዳ ፋኢል ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 03 ድረስ በመምጣት ለጨረታ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. የጨረታው ሰነድ በ15ኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይታሸጋል ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡
  8. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

  1. በአፈፃፀም ምከንያት ማስጠንቀቂያ የተሰጣቸው ድርጅቶች መወዳደር አይችሉም ።
  2. ተጫራቾች ተጫርተው ካሸነፉ በኋላ አገልግሎታቸው ጥራት ያለውና ቀልጣፋ ካልሆነ የውል ጊዜውን የምናቋርጥ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ::
  3. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን በአል ወይም ቅዳሜና እሁድ ከሆነ ወደ ሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይዘዋወራል፡፡
  4. ሁለት እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ ፕሮጀክት የያዘ አካል መወዳደር አይችልም፡፡
