  1. The Government of Ethiopia has received a Credit from the Development Partners (EIB, AFD and IADC) through Water Resources Development Fund toward the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Projects proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contracts for Civil Works Construction, Supply & Installation of Pipes & Fittings and Supply and Installation of Electromechanical equipment for Tulu Milki ( in North Shawa) Town Water Supply Project.
  2. The Oromia National Regional Government Water, Mineral and Energy Bureau now invites sealed bid from eligible Bidders for execution of the works described below.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the in the European Investment Bank’s Guide to procurement of projects financed by the EIB (2018 edition) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Water and Energy Resources Development Bureau, One WaSH National Program Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30A.M. to 5:30P.M.at the address given below.
  5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Birr in Cash.
  6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below on or before 10:00AM March 04/ 2021 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on March 04/2021 at 10:30 AM.

በማዕከላዊ ጎንደር ዞን የኪንፋዝ በገላ ወረዳ ገንዘብ እና ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በስሩ ለሚተዳደረው ጤና ጥበቃ ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ/ም በሰቆጣ ቃል-ኪዳን ፕሮግራም በካፒታል በጀት በወረዳው ውስጥ ለሚገኘው ሶሚያ ቀበሌ ለሚገነባው የጤና ኬላ ግንባታ ብቁ ተወዳዳሪዎችን አጫርቶ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም

  1. በዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣
  2. የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ሰርተፍኬት ያላቸው፣

Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Re-Bid for the procurement of Generator and Fuel Tanker Foundation and Renovation work in different sites of Central North Region, to sign a contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s).

  1. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ 15 ቀናት እንዲሁም የሸድ ግንባታውና የጐፍጭማ ት/ቤት አጥር፣ የደ/ኤ/መነኸሪያ እና መንገድ ጥገና ለ30 ተከታታይ ቀናት ከደ/ኤ/ወ/ገን/ኢኮ/ል/ት/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 ድረስ በመቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 30 በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን የዕቃ እና የግንባታ ዝርዝር የያዘ የጨረታ ሰነድ በመግዛት መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡
  2. ሰነዱን በጥንቃቄ በመሙላትና በፖስታ በማሸግ የድርጅቱን አድራሻና ህጋዊ ማህተም ፊርማ ሙሉ ስም በመፃፍ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ድረስ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታው በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ይዘጋና በዕለቱ የስራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በጽ/ቤቱ የግዥ ንብ/አስ/ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 8 በግልጽ የሚከፈት ሲሆን የሸድና አጥር ግንባታውን ሰነዱን በጥንቃቄ በመሙላትና ኮፒ እና ኦርጅናል ለየብቻ በፖስታ በማሸግ የድርጅቱን አድራሻ፣ ህጋዊ ማህተም እና ፊርማ ሙሉ ስም በመፃፍ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን እስከ 31ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ድረስ በማስገባት በ31ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ይዘጋና በዕለቱ 4፡00 በግልጽ ይከፈታል፡፡
  3.  ተጫራቾች በሞሉት የጨረታ ዋጋ መጠን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሞሉትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በመ/ቤታችን መ/ሂ1 ወይም በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ፣ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት አሸናፊነቱ ውጤት ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ውል መያዝ አለበት፡፡ ውል ሲይዝ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10 በመቶ በመ/ቤቱ መሂ/1 ወይም በሲፒኦ በባንክ አሊያም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ጋራቲ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  5.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታው ሰነድ በሚያስቀምጠው አይነት ወይም ስፔስፊኬሽን መሰረት ሞልተው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6.  ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉትን እቃ ደ/ኤሌያስ ወረዳ በሚገኙ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ በራሣቸው ወጭ በማምጣት ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  7. በጨረታው ለመሣተፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ህጋዊ ተጫራቾች የበለጠ መረጃ ለማግኘት ከፈለጋችሁ በስልክ ቁጥር 058 2500485/0010/0011 በመደወል መረጃ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
  8.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
  9. ውድድሩ በጥቅል ወይም በሎት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡
  10.  ለሸድ ግንባታው እና ለመነኸሪያ ጥገናው፣ አጥር ሰነድ ለመግዛት ሲመጡ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ እንዲሁም በቴክኒክና ሙያ የተደራጁ ከሆነ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ይዘው መቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

በአማራ ክልል በሰሜን ጐንደር የዳባት ወረዳ ገንዘብ ኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ጽ/ቤት በ2013 ዓ.ም በአልማ በጀት በጭላ ቀበሌ አንድ ብሎክ ባለ አራት ክፍል ትምህርት ቤት በሙሉ ዋጋ ለማስገንባት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈለጋል:: ስለዚህ በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች ያሟላችሁ ተጫራቾች በውድድሩ እንድትሳተፉ እያሳሰብን ተጫራቾች ፡-

  1. ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ ያለው፣
  2. የዘመኑን ግብር አጠቃሎ በመክፈል ንግድ ፍቃዱን ያደሰ፣
  3. የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆነና የግብር ከፋይ ቁጥር /ቲን/ ያለው/ያላት፣
  4. የግንባታ ፈቃዱ ደረጃ 8 እና ከዛ በላይ፣
  5. ተጫራቾች በተራ ቁጥር 1-4 የተመለከቱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ ከማጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣
  6. ተጫራቾች የግንባታውን ሙሉ ስፔስፊኬሽን ወይም ዝርዝሩን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፣
  7. መ/ቤቱ 20 በመቶ ሊጨምርም ሊቀንስም ይችላል፣
  8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 50 የኢትዮጵያ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት በመክፈል ዳባት ወረዳ ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተከታታይ ቀናት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፣
  9. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለሚወዳደሩበት ብር ዋጋ የእቃውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማለትም ግዥና ፋይናንስ ካርኒ በመቁረጥ ኮፒ በማድረግ በጨረታ ፖስታ ላይ በማሸግ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፣
  10. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሃሳቡን በአንድ ወይም አንድ ወጥ በሆኑ ዋናና ቅጅ በመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ሆኖ ለየብቻቸው ተለይተው ዳ/ወ/ግ/ፋ/ን/አስ/ደጋፊ የስራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ጋዜጣው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ ቀናት ከታህሳስ 19/2013 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 3/2013 ዓ.ም ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፣
  11. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በግዥ ፋ/ን/አስ/ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በቀን 4/5/2013 ዓ.ም ከጥዋቱ 4፡00 ታሽጐ በ4፡30 ይከፈታል፣
  12.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፣
  13. ተጫራቾች ስለ ጨረታው ተጨማሪ ዝርዝር ማብራሪያ ከፈለጉ ዳባት ወረዳ ገ/ኢ/ል/ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 23 በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 058 113 0410 ወይም 058 113 0205 በመደወል ማግኘት እንደሚቻል እናሳውቃለን::

ማሳሰቢያ ፡- ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን ብሔራዊ በአል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ይሆናል::
