Automotive Manufacturing Co of Ethiopia Share Company (AMCE) invites sealed bid under the National
Competitive Bid (NCB) for Main Office Renovation Works

Automotive Manufacturing Co of Ethiopia Share Company (AMCE) invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bid (NCB) for Office, Customer Service/Workshop, and Cafeteria Renovation Works.
1. The bid document may be purchased by an interested and eligible contractor from office of Automotive Manufacturing Co of Ethiopia Share Company (AMCE), Addis Ababa, against payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred) within 15(fifteen) calendar days starting from August 24, 2022, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM in the morning and 2:00 PM5:00 PM in the afternoon.
b. Valid and renewed trade license or business organization registration certificate for the year 2014 E.C.
c. VAT and TIN Registration Certificate.
d. Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority.
2. The bidders shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment and the contractor shall be under the category of Building Contractor (BC) of Grade – 3 (Three) and above.
3. Bid will be closed on the 06th September 2022 at 4:00 PM Local Time and will be opened the same date on the 06th September 2022 at 4:30 PM local time at AMCE meeting room.
4. Bid security shall be ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO.
5. The Bidder shall enclose one original and two copies of the bid in separate waxy sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY.” These envelopes containing the original and the copies shall then be enclosed in one single sealed envelope.
6. Bidders shall be required to submit evidence of Procurement and Property Administration Agency’s Suppliers List Registration.
7. Bidders shall be required to visit the site with their own expenses. The site is located at Megenaga Bole Sub City, wereda 06 AMCE Main office. The Bidder who misses visiting site would be rejected.
8. Bidders shall be required to submit any other document or information required to be completed as specified in the bid document.
9. AMCE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Amedment of Bid / Building Renovation Work
Amendments
Reference has been made to our National Open Bid RFQ NO. 4089319 for the procurement of Shegole Building Renovation Work where by ET requires RFQ for the captioned works whose floating period was since 08/ 17/2022 and to be closed 08/31/2022. In connection to this participant have requested for extension of bid submission date so as to make a sound proposal as per Ethio’s requirement. Accordingly, we have extended the bid floating, submission and open date as follows;

1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders who have Grade 6 and above BC/GC by this National Competitive Bid for the procurement of “Shegole Building Renovation Work” with RFQ No. 4089319 to sign a contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s). Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom West Addis Ababa Zone, Tadesse Chekole Building Commercial 8th floor Room No. 801 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One hundred Birr only).
2. All interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:
a. Bid Security valid for 148 days starting from bid opening time;
b. Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year (For Local bidders)
c. Bidders should have VAT registration certificate (For Local bidders)
d. Bidders should have valid Tax clearance certificate for the year (for construction)
e. Certificate of competency for construction Grade 6 and above BC/GC shall be stated.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 25,000.00 (Birr Twenty-five thousand birr only)
